Hello, It is just to inform you that I have done a big mistake purchasing the Eureka Forbes Aquagaurd Enhance water purifier. It looks absolutely fine but I don't know which genius has designed the product . After purifying the water, it goes to storage container where dust can easily enter. That is all done but the services which we get is the most pathetic. I keep calling and get another number to call and get help. They will say that they are coming tommorrrow and never show up on site. Plumber has installed the machine but they connected the pipeline as such they there is a water leakage. After call 15 numbers for more than 40 calls, i have still not seen any plumber coming. Technician came and said that he will notify plumber and gave me the number for Lal shab to call as well to expedite the process and the technician made the issue more critical, now leakage has increased and we are getting penalised by the society to waste the water. I am tired of the service in first week, i do not have faith on Eureka Forbes anymore for future service. i wish i could get the refund for the designed purifier and install Pure it or TATA swacha.     We paid rs 375 as service charge to Eureka Forbes person last 1 week before now we came to know that he has left the job he has not provided us reciept copy saying he will give along with repair. Now everyone not corporating with us various complain no 78591491 &78655628 launch but no resolvement till now I kindly request not to purchase any eureka forbes products they will show demo in 30mins but when service parts comes it will takes year to solve the issue

      Sir On 06 Oct I placed an online order on EUREKAFORBES website for Aquaguard classic with full payment through ICICI bank credit card but the item didn't delivered. I contact to customer care helpline of EUREKAFORBES to know my order status. But they didn't provide me any tracking details. My order detail is as follows.transaction id is [protected], Authorization Code is 414582 Customer ID is [protected]. I also sent email to euekaforbes but they didn't reply. I also visited their divisional office at Ajoy Nagar, Kolkata, they also failed to provide any information. I lodge a number of complaint to their customer care but nothing happen. Even till now nobody contact me. EUREKAFORBES COMPLAINT NO. 90459555, 90475610, 90482922 I request you to take necessary action against eurekaforbes.

        Dear Sir, We have purchased the water purifier AQUASURE purifier AW RO+UV[protected] on 15-03-14 in the name of . Mr. Ranjan Kumar, Gora Bazar, near police chauki, Ghazipur (U.P.) from Bajaj Super Electrical, Misra Bazar, Gazipur. The service / installation person came and installed on same day . According to my family member, At the time of installation/ at the time of opening machine from packing Box there was some technical problem, which was some-how managed by technician, which my family members unable to understand. He managed and convinced them to manage with that. After installation within one week we faced problem. 1) Machine has started troubling like water not received from outlet. Then we called to dealer and authorized service centre several times. But they not come on time and said that due to Holi festival there is no technician. Finally on 29-03-14, technician came and repaired. 2) Within two weeks after repairing, same problem again occurred. After so many telephonic call technician reached on 06-05-14 and repaired. 3) In the month of June’14, quantity of filtered water received very slowly from outlet after keeping online for a long period also. Then we called service centre and dealer, but they were ignoring many days. Then we reached to shop and complained personally. On 07-07-14 technician came and suggested to fix an additional bowl of Rs. 1000/ before machine, and he told that after fixing of bowl, if there will be problem in the machine then i will recommend for changing the machine. Accordingly we do all the arrangement, and then he repaired. 4) Now from last one week we are again found that machine was not working properly and not delivering water from outlet, and then we complained. But as usual they not came on time. On 17th Oct we reached to shop and tell the entire story. Dealer told that if technician will suggest we will replaced the machine. Finally technician came and do some repair work. I am sure that we may face many more complaints in future, and there will be negative response from dealer and service centre. You are requested to change the machine on URGENT basis. Hope that there will not be any other complaints in nearing future. Otherwise I may have to approach the CONSUMER FORM for justice and for a claim of refund the money, expenses, damages and compensation towards the mental tension caused with the supplied machine installed with us.             Hi, My name is Dipti Ranjan .. I purchased an EUROCLEAN XFORCE vaccum cleaner from EUREKA FORBES . After 1 month o[censored]se i found it's not all working . When i called their service centre, i found that less data is maintained for my product purchase . Even the model number is missing . I registered all my details and placed a service compliant . But after that i didn't receive any call from anyone from EUREKA FORBES . Now when i again called they are not able to trace my service request .. What i understood is the service quality offered to me was very very very...poor. But what can i do now the last option for me is to go to consumer court . When i called the sales person, he is trying to avoid my call .

              Its been less than a month i brought the water purifier and i have called the service center many times but they have'nt turned up. Not even a single drop of water coming from the inlet. Its the worst experience that i ever had in my life with any of the products. My humble request is please dont buy any of these products. Worst service...

                I had bought a water purifier Aquaguard Enhance UV model on 26.08.2014 This model of water purifier was suggested by sales person from Eureka Forbes.After two days I received the water purifier it was installed on 29.08.2014 but we found that the output water quality is not drinkable as it feels heavy through throat.So I called the sales person and informed him the problem, he convinced me that he had made a complaint and a person from Eureka forbes will visit you soon.But for the further ten days n body came.Meanwhile I had made a service request too whose service request no was "[protected]" but no body had responded to it too.So then I called up the sales person again as he responded that the Complaint resolving person will visit you soon.The complaint resolving person came and checked the TDS of water which showed 200 reading so he said that you need a RO purifier so at the same time called up the sales person telling him about this information.The sales person had a talk with the complaint resolving person.Later the sales person from Eureka Forbes ensured me to get this model replaced.It is since then the sales person is only ensuring methat you will get it replaced.Today it is 16.10.2014 and the sales person says to me that his manager is not ready to give a replacement.As a customer I have faced a lot of mental stress due to these people in Eureka Forbes I am purchasing drinking water daily even after investing Rs.12490/- with Eureka Forbes Ltd for a water purifier.

                  Hi Team, I purchased Aqua guard Enchance Green RO system on Sep 25th 2014 through online payment worth 14990/- i did not get that till now, even after repeated complaints in the customer care center.                   Iam mr Venkat who gave a cheque for the water purifier dtd 22nd november 2014 to a salesperson named NAVEEN from Hulimavu bangalore who is reluctant and very irresponsible in not attending any calls regarding this after the date of order.now iam not satisfied with your company service and product i want to cancel my order.moreover i spent lot of my time and health in running behind for assistance its a mental pressure got affected in health need compensation from you for my loss of time, health and peace.

                  Take it forward immediately for cancellation of order and compensation
                  I have booked this product on March 31 2015 . The sales person name is Ms. Luna gosh and she has committed that with in 7 days it will be installed.
                  We are working people so it is very difficult to follow up with them on daily basis. Even in my busy scheduled I have been chasing with them since last 9 days but only I am getting one answer "our engineer will contact you with in 24 hours ".
                  I think they are saying this line to every customer irrespective of the problem.They are just cheating customer. If you are not able to deliver the product on time then why you would have taken premium amount from the customer.
                  Even though in market different company providing the same product in cheaper rate but still we are going with eureka Forbes to get a good service.


                  But I am surprised till now I have not received any calls from eureka forbs even after raising a request[protected] with customer care 9 days ago.

                  So I am very disappointed with the service eureka Forbes are providing and right now I don't need the product because before installing the product only I felt how pathetic your service is and also 12 working day has been passed.

                  Now I would like to cancel the product and request you to please refund my money back.

                    I had bought a Aquaguard RO+ UV Model water purifier on 16.12.2013 from your branch located in R.S.Puram, Coimbatore. To my dismay, I have to follow up with your service personnel to carry out the warranty service every time. Since I have transferred from Coimbatore to Chennai I requested your office to make a note and do the warranty service accordingly. On 4th October, 2014 I made a warranty service booking with your customer care vide booking no. 78 4800 52. I am really ashamed to put on records that even after repeated reminders with your service team on 7.10.2014 (Mr.Stanly), 9.10.2014 (Mr.Dinesh Kumar), 14.10.2014 ( could not recollect the lady staff name) & last but not the least on 15.10.2014 (with Ms.Neha) who all had assured to send the service person on the day itself. If a reputed concern like Eureka Forbes does not have the facility to meet out customers' requirements or having been nonchalant behaviour of your service team you can either withdraw the service support or to sack the lethargic team in order to retain your reputation in the market. I am not aggravating my concerns which can be clarified with the recorded telephonic conversations I had with your customer care executives. I seek your immediate intervention to execute the warranty service immediately failing which I will be forced to seek the help of consumer forum against your concern. Hope you will understand my predicament and favour me with your immediate service.

                      Do NOT give even single rupee before the Eureka Forbes product is delivered to you, even if you decide to buy their product after reading this. This is the WORST buying experience in my life time. I registered for a demo of Eurovigil CCTV system in their website(Demo Id: 31654). Next day two agents came. One of them, called himself as the Territory Manager.They did not have anything to demo, only the printed papers. I ordered for the DVR and two camera with 1TB storage. They insisted on paying the full amount. He claimed that the system will be installed next day. If I had to approach the agents directly, then I would have enquired about them. Since they were sent from Eureka Forbes for my request for demo, I believed them. For next few days, nothing happened. Whenever I call him on his cell number, he will give answer it will be installed next day or he will not pick-up the phone. I got suspicious. I called the customer care of Eureka Forbes and registered a complaint about the non-delivery of the product(Complaint Number:[protected]. Even customer care could not do anything for more than two weeks. Whenever I call them, they will try to pacify me. But nothing was happening on the ground. They are just recording agents. They can not even send sms or email your ticket details. Finally I asked for refund of the money. Again another ticket was registered(Complaint Number:[protected] and now the call center person said the money will be refunded in two days. Even after four days, the money did not come to my credit card. Every day I call them to ask for the status. Today is 23rd day after my order, I do not want the product. I just need my money. I hear a new business model by the agents in this operation. The agents collect money from different customers, but use that for other business purposes for few weeks and later they order the product. By this way, they hold free money for few weeks. When I search in google, I could see at least one more person cheated in the same pattern. EUREKA FORBES: If you are not listening to your customers pain, you will not survive. But your agents will simply switch to another company in future. You should control your agents properly or change the business model.

                        Sir/s, I would like to inform you that Mr.Chanchal Chatterjee, a sales person of your Durgapur branch, visit my resident and adviced me to buy your Water Purifier, actually for Model- 'Genious' . As per his recomendation about this model I agree with him to buy the item because I have a child daughter. Mainly I want to gift pure water to my loevlyest daughter, so I agree to buy this product without any delay.Finally in March, 2014 I purchase this product and then I think that from today we can drink pure water and protect my family from any Diseases. But alas! within 1 month from purchase this product arises a problem and water not flow from Purifire, Then I booked a service call and your service person named Mr.Manas visited my residence and suggest us that 'threre have huge quantities of Iron in water of your locality and for that reason it made garbage inside of purifier and go stop to flow the water . Then he insist me to buy a part name "Ironil" for overcome this type problem. Then I proceed with his advice and get buy this product 'Ironil' for continue to get pure water. But few days later same problem arises and that time your service provider named Mr.manas visited and rectify the problem. Also assure us in near future same type of problem never arise on the instrument. unfortunately within one month same problem occure again Mr. Manas come and repair it. Finally 1st week of October, same problem arise and that time Mr.Dhananjoy (Service Head at Durgapur Region) came and told us to buy cartidge because machine have already run 250 hours. Your concern person like Mr.Manas, Mr.Dhananjoy and Mr. Chanchal too many times visited our home but they never have find out except three person (Me, my wife and my only daughter). As a sincere business person I have to stay out of station. So remains to never uses your machine above 250 hours. Again can you imagine except 2 persons water uses we also face 3 to 4 times temporary shutdown of your machine due to complain. How can we run this machine 250 hours? It is not possible for us to relay Mr. Dhananjoy's suggestion for purchasing Cartidge. Sir, do you tell me for why we only suffer after choosing a famous company like yours. I only want pure water for my lovely daughter but it destroyed my dream. Finally we request you to take the matter seriously and find out how to solve the problem and make us confident about your company. Please reply me as early as possible.

                          Issue 1: It has been over a month I have bought the new Green RO water purifier product. One month past and till now didn't received my Invoice and the sale persons not taking my calls and not responding. Have called to Help line more or less 20 times and only at last after long struggle they responded and provided the request number #90447037. But still now almost 15 days past but still didn't receive. Issue 2: I have an OLD RO water purifier under AMC warrenty, while purchasing Sales person conveyed will get refund of paid AMC within a week. I agreed and handed over my Original BILL copy. Almost 45 days over but still no Check and more over no response from sales person. If this is not sorted out ASAP, will complaint to consumer court with all the proofs that have with me right now. Kindly do needful.

                            Dear Sir, I am filing complaint against Eureka Forbes (Aqua Guard Water Purifier department) I give service request on[protected] for reinstalling & Filter change of my water purifier, Complaint No: 90350297,[protected] service engineer came & reinstalled my water purifier but not changing filter due to it's in AMC, he said filter not in stock so tomorrow I will come and change it, but he not come on next day. So again I called customer care regarding this issue, Complaint No: 90442910 But no response after some days I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more Complaint No: 90470729 But same, no response again so I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more complaint No: 78610177. It's keepon continuing, but no response, they don't have toll free number also, so each and every time I have to spent Rs.15 to Rs.20, nearly I called 20 times that customer care & concern department directly.                             I have registered complained on 1st July. Till now no one called, I am calling every day to know when they will come.
                            when ever I call they will tell that service person will come in the evening. Today again I called, again same answer, person will come before 8.00 pm.
                            This the service aquaguard is providing.
                            while purchasing, they told 2 free service will be done. The worst service of any product I have ever come across.

                            4 months ago, when I called to shift to new house, that time also no one turned up and the request they closed without making a single call to me.
                            We definitely be serious and make police complain against his fraud company who does not provide service after sales.
                            don't buy aquaguard, buy some other brand

                              ID no.[protected] .i have been using Aqua guard water purifier for many years. I have also been renewing AMC with the condition that the technician should attend only after 5.30 pm .In spite of that every servicing is being done only after several reminders. last servicing which was due in the month of August 2014 which has not been attended. Despite having the contact number, attendants do not have the courtesy to remind us nor visit for servicing. When complained about the same, arrogantly inform that since the AMC has expired, service can be offered only on renewal of AMC. My complaint is since the service due for August is not done I want the same to be done immediately without citing any reason.Then only renewal of AMC will be considered

                                This refers to my complaint no. 78518309 dated 30th Sept 2014 to Eureka Forbes regarding my Nova Aqua guard water purifier. Even after several reminders, no one has attended my complaint so far inspite of having a 3 year service contract. The last service was done in April-14 with your help after negligence on their part.                                   Eureka forbes taken a service contract for servicing my aquaguard classic water filter for the perieod of 29/3/2012 to 28/3/2014 in rs 2100/- recipt no 20796102 but he do not give any servace for mantince of my water filter so please take a legal action to refund my amount thainking you

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased uv elite(eureka forbes) model purifier from vijay sales thane vasai east.But at the time of purchase executive told there will be AMC for this model every year but after one year service center engineer told there have no AMC for this model.When ever complain for the service it took approx one month.Now i have complain for service 11 of Sept 2014 Engineer came charged me RS 1000 and do some thing in my puifier after he left my machine dead.Now i have call so many time to vasai east service center thane, but there have no response now they din not picking up my call.Now i request you to please change my machine.My contact no is[protected]

                                      "Hi, I am annu singh and I had a complaint against a ro reviva company employee." I had purchased Eureka Reviva, before purchase employ whose emp-id-9003446, name rakesh kumar take security money and say its refundable but still one month pass but not my money refund. I registered my complaint here and helped me to get my complaint resolved early. I got my money back. Thanks regards Annu singh

                                      I had purchased an Aquaguard REVIVA RO+UV+MTDS NXT with One set Filter on 28/05/2017 & the demo was given by Ganga Jha, after completing all formalities, a guy came to us with all accessories & after installation he powered on the system, what we saw there was leakage from the place where adapter wire was coming out, on this i asked whether it was defective system which i was sold, he replied that he needed to open that system & he opened he repaired,
                                      but on 8th june 2017 System was stopped working I complained on
                                      10th june 2017 the same & the engineer came on the same day & he repaired it again,
                                      & after repairing 2nd time it was still not working properly. Then I complained again for the same but i dint get any response till 4-5 days thereafter i received call & someone asked how RO is working & again I related entire story & then after 2 days a guy came & repaired the same, but after 2 hours the problem started again & from last 4-5 days i am mailing, calling but not getting any response within 20 days of purchasing i got this repaired 4 times but problem still remain the same & i believed that it was the faulty one system which i was sold by Future Vision Enterprises.
                                      All eureka forbes, franchise, head office, services engineer, branch office are irresponsible i have called everyone but nobody is listening,
                                      All you with customers before selling your product there after let customers go to hell,
                                      It was my biggest mistake to purchase Aquaguard RO system & as per mentioned in your web site "30 days money back guarantee "
                                      I really don't want this bad product any more, i am very disturbed & frustrated by your services & product, request you to please take your product & return my money.

                                        I purchased compact water purifier in march 2013, till date three times it has same issue of red light blinking. Two times PCB was changed without any cost due to warranty but not for third time i have to pay. for which 3yr AMC was asked by service person. I did it. but still the problem is not resolved from last 5 days. One service says its any of cable issue other says it's pcb issue. Request to resolve the issue immidiately. As i read online, there are same issue for this product, why don't Eureka forbes resolve the problem permenantly. either tell the issue, i will get it solved permenantly.
