[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Product not delivered & installed | |||
Ref: order number[protected] I have bought an aquaguard ro + uv filter on 15th march. The date on the cheque given was 20th march. However till date i have not received the product yet and neither the installation. I have been repeatedly assured by mr nagesh (The salesperson) and mr somshekar (The sales head in bangalore) that finally the product will be delivered on the 1st of april. The house in which the aquaguard is to be delivered is 30 km away from where i stay. I have been waiting here since the morning regarding both the delivery and the installation of the product, however at 3 pm (After innumerable follow ups) i am told by mr umesh from the courier company (Tcs) that the delivery person has brought the wrong machine and that the product will not be delivered today. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the customer face of the organisation. I am appalled at the behaviour of all the people i have met / spoken to from the organisation till date. The purifier was for the house by elderly parents will be staying in, however till now i have not been able to provide them a water purifier thanks to efl. Was this information helpful? | |||
