    I purchased a Water Filter from Croma and within 3 months it went faulty. Repeated calls to Eureka Forbes does not make any difference. They are just NOT interested in fixing issues or improving the product. Even customer complain numbers vanish from their system.For Eg 77315648 & 77556539. The time stamps change every time you call. The Eureka Forbes Technicians and Senior Technicians are Area Managers are just NOT interested in Servicing customers and fixing defective products. The people do NOT even lift their phones

      This is regarding complaint nos. [protected] & [protected]. It has been over 10 days since the first complaint was made. Thereafter repeated requests and phone calls have not been heard. We were also given a followup activity no. [protected] but no action has been taken till now.

      We had taken a service contract for 3 years from eureka forbes contract receipt no. 22377438 on 7th july, 2013.

      Water is not coming and hence the complaint. We are calling the customer care on a daily basis and daily we are told that the service will be done immediately. Our wait is growing.

      We want action taken immediately or else i will be forced to go to consumer court.

I am facing the problem of tap in my RO system. About 1 month ago I have made a complaint with them, but there is no proper response is being given by M/s. Om Manglam Enterprises, Indore. Therefore, I request you to please look into the matter and if they are not in a position to give services, then arrange for refund the maintenance charges given for two years.         I have been contacting om mangalam enterprises indore to service my aqua guard since more than a month but still my call is not attended, please understand the problem o[censored]npurified water which may cause health hazards.

          Dear Sir, I visited your rep & booked 2 units of Magna water purifier on 20/7/2014. Was promised to delivery on 26/7/2014. paid Rs. 16, 000/- vide credit car & received the Bill No. 049330 dtd 20/7/2014. I am regularly complaining since 28/7/2014 Also register a complaint No.90037222. NEITHER YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NOR THE SALES REP IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF THE UNITS. THEY ARE JUST GIVING ANSWERS THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN ONE HOURS TIME OR WITHIN A DAY. I am totally upset about your attitude towards the customer.               Customer ID:[protected] Refer my customer ID. I have been using Eureka forbes Reviva RO Model for the last 3 years. Though the product is good, had a history of struggling for service. More recently, when my contract was due for renewal, the service personal diligently called me and came to my house to collect the cheque. That was the only time I got a call from Service center. While collecting the cheque, he agreed to replace the faulty aquaguard motor immediately. But it took 4 weeks and dozen of follow up calls to get it done. A refurbished motor was fitted that time (I came to know this from the motor box). The product worked fine for may be two week and after that it efficiency reduced. It took 12-15 hours for the little tank to get filled. Hence I called the customer care again to file a complaint. A person attended the complaint but didn't fix it. He analyzed that the adapter needs to be replaced and for the moment he didn't had a stock. He assure that it will be done the very next day. As always it happens, next day we spent only waiting and no one came. Now its almost a week and we are still waiting. 77421302 is the complaint number, which has every details of my follow up. For any person thinking of buying this product, please rethink. This product doesn't have even the basic customer service.

              Hello... Just to update a service person turned up on Saturday and this time told that the motor needs to be replaced. Not sure why it was not found the first time when he visited...This shows the incompetence of the service personal to detect problem correctly which causes severe hardship to the customer!

              Now please don't make me to wait for another week for want of replacement motor. After selling thousands o[censored]nit, it would be a shame if you make me wait further due to spare availability.

                I wanted to lodge a service complaint & faced the following:- 1. It is impossible to talk to your representative. I was put on hold for 20 mints twice & was not connected. 2. Eventually I talked to Mrs Karabi chakrabarti, franchisee head of our area, who deputed some one. 3. A very young, inexperienced person came and said the UV Filter is damaged. So a new filter to be bought. 4. Upon my protest, a senior person came & confirmed UV is okay. Then why the young man pushed me to buy? 5. However, this senior man, Raju, changed the outlet pipe & left. The shape of the pipe is such that all water is falling much away from the filter and flooding our kitchen. 6. I have been breaking my head for last 3 days to get some one to attend to it - but in vain. 7. Not finding much co-operation from Mrs Chakrabarti also, although I am with AMC for more than 25 years!                   Sorry to bother you from you too busy schedule. I would like to brought to your notice that i had purchased one BANGAAR water purifier in the month of January 2014, since then i was following with your service center/customer care for repair of machine. I feel that i haven been cheated by extreme company as in last six months your representative had visited at my place minimum 9 times to rectify the machine but all effects gone to vain. Before going to any forum request you to arrange the replacement of my machine within 3 working days. Do not call me to convenience for old machine to be repaired.                     I bought an Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes at Ernakulam (Kochi), around 10 months ago. They promised me two free services. I called several times the customer care for the free service, but they are not coming to do the service. Whenever I call they keep giving ticket number, emergency number etc. They gave me the ticket number 76267748 two times and when I called next time, they gave me an emergency number 76363979. But nobody came to do the service. I posted this issue in the website consumercomplaints.in on June 7, 2014 (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/eureka-forbes-not-giving-promised-free-service... Eureka Forbes replied saying they would resolve it immediately. But they did not give any service. On July 23rd 2014 I called the Customer Service[protected] again. They gave me another ticket number 77357910 and said that the service person would call within 24 hours. Nobody called me. On 25th July 2014 I reached the Service Center at Edappally (Kochi) and met the Service Supervisor name Raju. He promised me that I would get the service on next day. But I have not got the service yet.

                      I bought Aquasure Elegant RO water purifier just one and half month back and suddenly on 24th July 2014, it stopped working; so on 25th July 2014, I complaint to Eureka Forbes on phone regarding the issue and I got complaint number 77395054 and was told to get the issue fixed by 24 working hours (In their terms 3 working days). After that I didn't get any call from any of their representatives till now and I called the customer care 3-4 times again to know the status and every time they told me that we are escalating your complaint and in one day some one will come to fix the issue. Now I can not even believe on their words, and I think this is their job to tell lie to the customers. Can you please let mw know when my issue get fixed? Also tell me whether you people care about your customers or not? When some one has to purchase a new product, then some representative for Eureka Forbes comes within an hour, but if we have some issue in product or service request then it takes more than 3-4 days, is this your policy? I think you run behind the money only and don't care about the customers, Right?

                            Hi, I have an Enhance RO aqua guard (Customer id [protected]).I have renewed the contract on 25th March 2014 from Rao enterprise(code 14407, representative name Ranjan Kr Singh).I had to get 4 filters.But I have received only 3. The service guy confirmed that he will provide that next day.But after 3months, I am still to get the same.As a result the filter have not been changed in the machine.I have raised several tickets for this(Example 76695146, 76770285, 7431209). I just want to know if I will get the 4th one at all?Or I have to buy it again?

                              I am the unfortunate owner of a eureka Forbes Infiniti model. Despite paying a huge amount the technician who came to service the purifier was incompetent and struggled a lot. He said the filters need to be replaced to which I agreed and the was for Rs 3000. Now the pending work is for a valve which he said was to be procured from Guindy. It's been several weeks and the technician Suresh - [protected] never returned and does not pick my calls now. Have escalated in the eureka Forbes website and in the customer care. Always same answer we will get back in 24 - 48 hours. Have recorder their conversations and screenshots of the service request escalations are with me. Am planning to take this legally. Since this is really annoying and this is pure deficiency in service. Complaint number[protected]

                              No offence here. My first service request was raised on June 24, 2014. This was done on your website. When I Called your call center they said that they do not entertain the service requests which was raised in the website. So frankly speaking its been over a month that I have been following up with you guys. The complaint number provided was the second one raised by the call center. Lets see how far you will be able to prolong this fix.
                              No action taken till date. Daily following up with the call center with false promises that the technician will be coming home the same day. Also false promises like it has been escalated to next level and action will be taken immediately. This is pure deficiency of service and calls for legal action as per Consumer Protection Act.
                              Not a single response evoked from Eureka Forbes till date. Dunno what kind of thick skin these guys are made of. No one has approached me for looking into the issue. The first response from Eureka Forbes for my consumer complaint was on 28.07.2014. No response after that. Been following up with the call center everyday and they never let me speak to a manager. They are just adamant that they will send someone by the end of the day. And thats that. Why do these guys sell their products if they cannot give proper support.

Mr. Biswanath Dey on 26.06.2014 take AMC for Two Years and Change Filter Candle but not Changed Carbon Black and says Changed day after tomorrow but still not changed till date also use unprofessional language towards services and he told I refund your money. I Call too many times but still our purifier running without services. I do not received any service from your side from installation till 26.06.2014. I purchased purifier on 27.04.2013 ITEM CODE GWPHDHIFL010000- AG HIFLO-PKD WATER CUM PURIFIER -[protected].                                   There is some in my aquaguard classic water purifier. I give my purifier to BEE JAY Sales from where I was purchase it. But after 2 days when I call him they told me very rudely that our technician is absent from two days and we have much work, do't call us again. When it will repair, I will call you.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have procured Aqua guard
                                    in 15th June 2014 and installed in July 2014. Now in July only we are facing the problem that muddy water coming from aquaguard.new machine.

                                    We have registered the complaint on 21st july 2014 and complaint no is [protected], but till date nobody is attem=nding the same .


                                    This is very bad service from aqauguard.

                                      I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes for my Inova Aquaguard and the Aqua Sai Service Center is the assigned one for my Region. I would like to highlight this to you that the service contract was signed on 20th August 2012 which mentions the following :- No. of Periodical Service/Year : 2 Replacement of Consumables Per Year : One Pre Filter Candle and Carbon Block, Two Carbon Granules & Dual Cartridge Replacements for the model applicable. Since August 2012, I hardly had 2-3 servicings till the DATE [which is out of standards]. Out of which only Once they changed the CANDLE AND THE CARBON BLOCK; nothing other than that was changed. The Aqua SAI SERVICE CENTER which has been assigned to my region, is ULTIMATE WASTE & SUCKS BIG TIME as 1) they don't provide customer service well. 2) sends the executive's without any prior information to the customer. 3) when I had called the office contact numbers following was the experience: a)representatives over there said " We don't have information as of now". b)When asked them where is your manager [Every time they have same reply] "MANAGER IS NOT WELL HE IS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL". c)There is a Lady Clerk [unable to recall her name] who is supposed to do the documentations and give customers the call with the information about the service's : NEVER EVER HAD A CALL from HER d) When asked the representative at doorstep "how you people directly come without any prior information ?" representatives responds "OFFICE CLERK [the lady mentioned in C)] should have had called." OVER ALL of this, This is not the first time all this has been highlighted. About approx. 6 months back i had spoken to customer care and mentioned all this, they had committed that they will overcome all these issues but there are no improvements. I also had mentioned and requested to change the service center and assign me with new SERVICE CENTER so that I can have proper service with respect to my contract, but the customer care executive said "that is not possible." PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SUCH A HUGE REPUTED COMPANY.

                                      The Issue was resolved on the same day by Ms. Anu Kotian & Mr. Marzin Shroff as it was highlighted to them through an Email.

                                        On 4th July i registered only complaint on Eureka forbes website that my Aquasure had stopped working ( just 2 months after buying). The very next day, person came and informed that PCB had malfunctioned and will have to be changed. On asking how much time it will take, he said 2 days. When i contacted him after 3 days, he told that PCB was not being provided to him from the main centre. So, i escalated my complaint on their online website but still for the next 10 days, i got NO CALL from anybody...such level of mediocre service On 16th July, i contacted their call centre ( you have to wait for 5 minutes each time for their OVERBUSY staff to attend call) & i was told that my problem will be solved the same day. When i contacted them in evening, i was told that problem will be solved next day...when i threatened to take legal action, i was given the number of Central Zone Head ... stupid named Rajaram He promised me that my problem will be solved by 17th evening & when i tried to contact him on 17th evening..he refused to pick my calls...like an i was calling him till 11 PM, but he never bothered to respond...such great level of pathetic performance The next day i.e. 18th July, he called me & informed that my problem will be solved by 11 and when i asked why my calls were not picked the previous day, he said "AREY SIR...HOTA HAI...CHALTA HAI"!!! This is the limit of pathetic performance & zero attention towards customer satisfaction. People like RajaRam should be sacked so that everyone learns a lesson & they start giving better customer service Even though my problem is solved now, i dont want anyone else to go though this painful process, hence raising complaint here. Hopefully some action will be taken
