Hi i am regular user for waterpurifier of aqua sure for 6 year. We recent renew the service contract. The enginer give us all wrong ideas on our current waterpurifier for the working condition. As we already have the service paid for the 3 year in advance. We was been told to buy the new advance waterpurifier.
So we paid for 2 unit on our current home where the regular routine service was been done as required. Now its been more then months. Our new waterpurifier is just laying without any installation done. We have been calling the sales guy mr. Yogesh kumar shukla his mobile number [protected]. He said as regular it will be done. But none of them are coming and the regular contract team which was doing my old waterpurifier also stop coming for getting the issue fix.
This is really bed. As we buy this waterpurifier for our health purpose. But they aretaking it just a bussiness deal. We rec call on 23 may after almost a month... My both units are laying without working...
Pls dont pay them until you get them install and working fine on your home or office... Worst service...

Three days waiting for my water purifier serivice even though it is under warranty period. Poor response from helpline people.

they came for instalation after 1 and 1/2 months, the man came for instalation had no knowledge how to instal, during connection the water pipe he broke the inlet valve, he promised to come next day, but he has't came, after calling twice by phone they told me that they have no inlet valve at there service centre.now my purifier kept unused i m wondering for inlet valve !

We purchase water purifier ( Desina model) through Ezone Rohini Showroom, from the very first day we are not statisfied from your Enginer more over Desina proformance. The problem is that in the morning hours Desina water purifier not working properly & we complete may time but the yr. engineer told us that this problem due Winter season. How I can accept this remark from companies enginer. Kindly advice me & I am humbaly requesting Euraka forbe's management to help meby solving this problem.

Our water purifier Forbes (crystal) is under warranty period and giving trouble and service center is not
attending the call even after 90 days of complaint and repeated remainders.Poor response from helpline people.

Only bogus promises are made that service technician will attend withou any response...
Forbes crystal worst model and company and dealers. Trying to contact thru helpline always got answer "Our executives are busy please stay on line" Rather I think I should opt for new one from other company. I will recommend not to go for "Forbes Crystal" from any dealer.

As the product is been taken on 24/09/2009, the device is not been used till now. when the technicion he saw the entier thing & device was dismentalled,he found the wire has come out for the sensor & he called up to his senier about the whole incidence and told me that the senior to be changed and wire to be joined with normal tape which is not acceptable to me. As this product is new i donot like to get it repaired. Hence i request you have a look in this matter for the replacement as soon as possible.kindly call me on my cell no [protected]

Very poor service and fake commitments. Am purchased RO+UV origa water purifier in last December 2017 that your sales person says with in one year any concerns regarding filter or cartage we will replaced under warranty, after one year we replaced under customer paid . but now I register one complaint and technician inspected the machine and said need 3000 rupees for filter and cartage replacement .

I spoken to customer care, he telling that, make sure service will be done on Sunday 10 am to 11 am. we will see where the Story will end.

      I had placed an order for aqua purifier on[protected] time 20:34:31 on installment basis which the salesperson irresponsibly swiped the card for total amount of rs.9490 which when asked to cancel the request said he will take a day to cancel the payment method. Since then he is not been receiving the phone or the phone number is no longer available.

      Secondly we have note received the product till today. We have been calling the person and telling him to inform us one day before the delivery so that we cannot miss the delivery, but the co-operation is very poor.

      We have to cancel the order because of this poor service right from the beginning and no longer wish to go ahead with this product.

        I have been using your water filter since 1990 & gradually got equipment up graded to "i nova" model few years back. Over the years i got your service department prompt response whenever i made complain about the equipment problem & i was proud of your service. Recently i thought o[censored]pgrading by working "i nova" model with "dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro" model & purchased the equipment "on line" from "shopclues" (Receipt no.[protected] on 17.05.2017. I requested your service depart on ph. No. +[protected] for installation & i was given complain register no. 99420010. Unfortunately no one turned to install the equipment till & no one is answering my call on ph. No.[protected]. It appears eureka forbes sales department does not want to provide service to the customer who does not purchase the equipment directly from them, for the reason better known to them. If that is the case, then eureka forbes should not allow others to sell eureka forbes product. As a customer we are not supposed to know this internal problem & i got trapped in this. Extremely shocked with this miserable service rendered by your kolkata service provider, which is drastically effecting your market reputation. Now i feel i should not have purchased this equipment from eureka forbes, instead i should have purchased this from kenstar who is having far better after sales service at kolkata. I will appreciate if you try to sort out this problem within a day or two. Thanks.

          Product is giving problem, had complaint many a times. its been over 6 months but the problem is not been resolved by the company and on top now there person has stopped visiting.

          Though my Dr Aqua Gaurd Magna is in warranty but still everytime the tecnician visit my place they asked us to take the contract and then the problem will get resolved and when we ask why in warranty we we to take contract for that they don't have any answer.

          Please tell me how to go forward.

            My customer ID is [protected] of the water purifier RO+UV+TDS in warranty .It has been seen the TDs fixed 100mg in the first service found only 13 in next service.The change of TDs shows that the adjustment knob may be defective or technical fault in the machine. The engineer not able to give correct reply that why the TDs changed automatically after adjustment of TDs. I request the company should rectify the fault at the earliest.

              We bought the Aquaguard-Geneus-RO-UV-UF through paytm and delivered on 05/12/2017 to pincode 508207. On friday we called the customer care for installation and we are informed that with in 48 hrs technician will be coming.

              On 05/15/2017 we registered a complaint and the number is [protected] .Still now we didn't get the installation done and every day your customer care people are telling that they will be coming today for n no.of times. The people at customer care are so rude that they will question us why it is showing as dealer for our call even though we told that we are customer for 3 times. Every day we have to call them and wait for 1 hr to get the same request escalated to some supervisor and they doing nothing in the end.

              Your customer care people can change the records and tell us different pincode and phone number what we have provided when asked at different times.

              Atleast we asked the supervisor to give the hyderabad technician number so that we will provide the transport charges and get that installed but the person told they don't have the contact number after waiting for more than an hour in a call. If you people are not having the number then how will you get that installed ?

              Please let us know when will be the installation be done at earliest possible actually we have lost the hope on your company and we don't have any patience to wait and call your customer care people only to listen it will be done today for everyday.

                My name is Mrs Aparna Nair.
                I had lodged a complaint with eureka service centre mumbai on may8th regarding an issue with my aquaguard genius water filter. The mechanic Mr Waqar Shamshi visited my house the next day for the service n he said that there is a pblm with the chip.That was changed after two days bt then again the filter started showing the service light within two days..Again the same person visits my house n he says that there is a pblm with the sensor n it would take him 2 days to procure the part. Again I showed a lot of patience n waited fr 2 days n it was repaired on the 3 rd day..Again within 2 days the filter started showing the service light. N today it's bn 5 days nobody has turned up to repair the filter evn after a lot of request from my side. I have even spoken to the service provider of colaba area Mr.Jaywant Warik. But evn he seems to be hand in glove with the mechanic. It's bmp over 2 weeks now that I am without a water filter and I have bn borrowing water from neighbours fr the last 2 weeks. Bt nobody seems to understanding the gravity of the situation.. I never thought that the service of eureka forbes, who claims to be the best, to be so atrocious were the technician (mr.waqar shamshi) has absolutely no clue as to what he is doing n constantly is on the phone asking fr instructions to repair it n evn after that screws up the whole thing.i am totally disappointed with this lackadaisical attitude of the service providers in colaba area of mumbai n feel that they should nt be in this field if this is the attitude.

                  I had purchase "Eureka Forbes Aquasure Crystal UV Water Purifier" in 2014.
                  Also taken "Service Contract" of Rs.4080 on 23-Nov-2014 for the service period of 23-Nov-2014 to 23-Nov-2017.
                  But I haven't received any service till date.
                  I had raised multiple requests but no response from "Eureka Forbes" service center.

                  Ichalkaranji(Dist. - Kolhapur Maharashtra)Local Eureka Forbes Service Vendor not responding to calls.
                  He keeps telling that he recently has taken Service Center from some other Vendor and don't have data regarding Customers and their models.

                  Till date, I haven't received any job card record from "Eureka Forbes" for "Contract Service" I purchased for Rs.4080. Even Service Vendor not having any data for this.
                  It's so much unprofessional and careless response from Eureka Forbes.

                    Hello,

                    We have been asking for paperbags for our Eureka Forbes Euroclean 200 vacuum cleaners for more than a year now from the thane office of Eureka Forbes.

                    Despite following up for such a long time we haven't received paperbags because the office is 'always out of stock'.

                    Its disgusting to be sold a product by Eureka Forbes and not have 'after-sales' in order to use the product! Please help us resolve the same.

                    Edit: After seeing so many unanswered complaints regarding paper bags, I wonder if this company is really interested in keeping up its brand name which it has earned over the years!

                      I had purchased eureka forbes water purifier on 20 may 2017 from their direct sales team (Sales person mane mr nagaraj). They were prompt in collecting the payment and promised to make the delivery and installation on sunday i. E. 21 may 2017. Despite constant calls they delayed and made the delivery on monday and installation is still not done. Everytime we make a call they say technician is on its way and most of the time the sales manager switches off his mobile.

                      This is highly unacceptable and unwanted service from this brand. Please take corrective action at earliest else refund the money

                        I booked a fresh installation on 19 may 2017 with a complaint no. [protected]. Service centre people first said they will send the technician but till today they have not send and i am continously calling them and today they said they have not received the fresh installation request. Then i called the customer care for complaint they mentioned that they have registered a wrong installation request n said sorry. But in all these things i have faced the problem n till now water purifier is not installed. This is not the way a well known company treats their customers. Kindly look into this matter seriously.                           Hi,

                          I have purchased aquasure expert ro water purifier for rs 18500/- on 19/10/2014. Got it under amc coverage from last 2 years which cost around 4850/- each year. It worked fine for 1 year and from then on it has been having some or other repair every month. We have requested for replacement as we are facing the problem every month and have to buy water cans every month until the technician resolves the issue. This has been the same from last 1 year and everytime they promise that no more issue occurs but unfortunately again it is the same.

                          I feel like i have been cheated as that i have paid rs 18500 for purchase and rs10000 for annual maintainence for 2 years and again around rs10000 for water cans which is like suffering after paying. Please take an action so that remaining people wont suffer the same discomfort.

                            Im from chennai. I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV from Army Canteen, Chennai last Monday (May 15th, 2017). I have called their customer support on May 15th, 2017 itself. They registered request and they have told me that technician will call me with in two working days.

                            It has been more than a week, Im calling their customer support daily. They keep on telling same answer for every day that technician will come EOD today. I have esclated this to their manager also, he also giving same reply.

                            This is very very worst customer support. I have ever received. If any one want to purchase aquaguard/Eureka Forbes's products, please consider that you wont get technical/customer support.

                              Hi,

                              Please consider that i have purchased one dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv in may 2016 (Invoice attached below). However i am facing continuous problems in the product.in the last 6 months technician has visited 5 times for the servicing of product in respect of complaint raised by me.in the last visit of technician during the month of november 2016, he clearly instructed us that if you still face the problem in the product then you should get the product replaced as soon as possible.

                              As correctly said by the technician, again we are facing problem in the product from the last one week and not able to get a single drop of water from the filter and thus i raised the complaint on monday dated 05.12.2016 having complaint number 97782720 and it was clearly told to me that the product shall be replaced maximum by today i. E. 07.12.2016.

                              However when i again called the customer care executive today, then he told that your complaint is in process and technician will visit again and gave me another complaint number i. E. 97806139. However i clearly requested the customer care executive that i do not require the technician visit again, however need immediate replacement of product.

                              Please consider that i purchased the product considering good image of the eureka forbes, but presently facing lot of harassment due to product incapabilities and miscommunication by the customer care team. Requesting you to please help me at your earliest and get the product replaced by today itself.

                              Inspite of repeated request, there is nor response till yet.

                                  I am a regular user of eureka Forbes purifier. I complaint 15th May 2017 to my nearest service centre continuously, but no can replay and listen my problems. They always excuses something, they don't recieve my phone's call they fraud with me, they are cheater.so meny time I called to customer care centre of eureka Forbes to send technician to my home for servicing of my purifier. But every time s your employee priyankha dey, arnab mandal atonu...they note my complaint and promised to me within 1hr they will send the technician to my home for servicing of my purifier .But now I complitly fedup with there response. I wasted my lot of time and money in calling theme. I never expected such a very bad servicing from a standard top most one company like eureka Forbes. I am sure there won't be a single customer who is 100%happy with these service. Please take strict action against your franchisee Mr. Pijush kanti Paul on his mobile number is [protected].so that it won't happen to another customer.                                     This is sandhya harchekar from pune, aundh road.
                                    We had a very bad experience in ordering our eureka forbes classic purifier. Firstly the delivery was late than what was promised. We had ordered they product on 14 may 2017 and the eureka forbes people had promised to deliver it on tuesday. We couldn't receive it on tuesday hence requested the service guy to deliver on wednesday. But our request was rudely received and finally the product was delivered on 20th may and the installation guy came today on 21st may. However we discovered that the machine is faulty and there is leakage in it. We tried calling the sales guy multiple times but he didn't answer our calls.
                                    The correspondent's name is pradeep.

                                    Request you to look into this matter and provide a solution.

                                      I have purchased eureka forbes extra tuff filer last year. Now I need to replace the cartridge. But service of Eureka Forbes is pathetic. They are not interested for refill of cartridge due to small amount. Customer need to approach many times but there is no positive response from them.

                                      I think company is interest in to sale only extra tuff products but not after sales services.

                                      Hence, it is humble request to at least care for customer who put trust on you.

                                      If you provide such type of services then perhaps none of the customer shall rely on any of your products

                                        Trust you are doing good.

I always had a high regards for such an international company but I can't see such a misbehaving service guy from a international company like Eureka forbes and this has been done by him second time. A guy called Gaurav Pandey came to service the purifier and he misbehaved badly and spoke all slangs. Is this service quality.

                                        He has spoken badly t myself as well as my support system and used language which can't be used by any professional company. I am really upset.

                                        Would appreciate to look on matter urgently and respond.
