4006233 ticket number. Internet is not working and it's been almost 5 days. I am stuck with your company as I have already paid an amount for the next 4 months. I have very important work to do and not able to complete my office work. I have contacted your customer support many times and received only generic responses that our team is working on it. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

I escalated my complain to [email protected] and next day Excitel's employees came and fixed the connection.

My ticket number is 5824293. Internet is not working and it's been almost 5 days. I am stuck with your company as I have already paid an amount for the next 7 months. I have very important work to do and not able to complete my office work. I have contacted your customer support many times and received only generic responses that our team is working on it. Please resolve the issue ASAP.
Hello I have been stick with no internet since 4 days and lots of work are left pending thanks to your service and your customer representative are kept us hanging by saying "we have forwarded your complain to the higher level", yet I don't see any action so far, plus I requested for the technician to look into the issue as they can properly pinpoint the cause and resolve it but no one came to see the issue.
So please either send the technicians or please provide me remaining amount for refund.

Hey!! My ticket no is 6270150. Internet is not working since past 2 days. I face this type of issue regularly. in a months my internet conectivity goes for minimum 7, 8 days and my service provider is also not responding on this whenever i call to excitel customer support they said we are working on it but they do nothing i want technician support asap either plz give my rest amount of recharge

    I have made many complaints about issues and got those resolved but now Excitel services are degrading day by day, tickets are getting closed without resolution or stay pending. Me and my entire friend circle are planning to change to a new provider if this continues.

    #3859260 Raised this for an excitel fiber upgrade and is going to be a month and still pending.
    #3865290 Raised this to get any info about the previous ticket and it's been since 13 aug crossed all SLA.
    #4035028 Raised this yesterday because i was facing some connectivity issues and its closed without any resolution or contact.

    I have full time work from home job and if the internet is not there it is a big issue for me and when complaints are not being taken seriously it's frustrating.
    I will wait for few more days for these ticket if i don't get a response will get the excitel upgrade refund and cancel the connection.

      I have no internet connectivity for last 4 days. When I complaint, the customer care people say that there is technical issue in your area and team is working to resolve it as soon as possible. But nothing happened.
      I have paid 9 months advance for my net plan and now when I am asking for refund excitel straight forward refused that the prepaid amount cant be refunded. Now i am not getting services, nor I am getting refund.

        Pathetic service. Worst internet connection.

        I am living at wz 346 d nangal raya, using connection on my name.
        I am facing bandwidth issue from last one month and cont. Chasing for resolution but what i got is fake update of 24-48hr of engineer visit.

        I don’t understand how come the complaint got resolved without providing the resolution. Literally i raise complaint on daily basis and daily it got resolved without any visit and resolution. Is this the way this services industry works.

        Is this way excitel handling customer complaints?
        I don’t no how this isp doing troubleshooting of the repeated issues?
        Whats the sla of customer complaints?

        No escalation matrix!!!

        All the calls goes to one desk where all the guys are just helpless.

        I paid in advance for 3 months and its only month passed. I don’t know how would i carry this for next 2 months with such response and how many complaints i am going to raise.

        Also good to hear that there is no provision of refund in case you don’t want to use services and disconnect the link.

          This is the poorest internet provider, there are only few agents working namely Vishal k, pooja, nikki, Rupa. None of these have proper knowledge to talk.

          It's been 4 days I have been facing issues with the internet connection because of which I m off the job for 4 days they don't even bother to respond me when I contact them. They only make excuses and when I say I am going to file a complaint they take it for granted.

          Till now indian govt agencies have been pathetic in services and now companies like exitel do frauds and no one can do anything.

          They take your money don't give you the services no resolution to your issues, no supervisor available as they don't have any, no refun, all you can do is do suicide with all the tensions they give you.

          If I loose my job it's because of exitel and I will file law suit against exitel and this consumer complaint forums for no help.

          They provided me a address of their local provider and shocking thing is they don't have their own providers number to contact so they gave me a address which is not legitimate and asked me to go there "AK broadband network" alijah kotla Hyderabad.

          Now I don't know how such companies get license to sell their services without a thorough check on their existence. In short exitel is a fraud company they are running a server with 5 or 6 people they are not able to handle anything.

          I[censored] have issue all they do is give excuse of technical issue and directly say on your face that they will not help.

          I have been using the exitel for past 6 months and due to lockdown I did not had choice to change my network so I paid for another 6 months.

          Now the story here is every second day I get server issues or power issues from their end as they say and my internet connection is dropped.

          Chat support does not provide me a supervisor number neither they provide me some contact when I do call them they tell me we can't help u it's technical issue we are escalating but till I get internet connection back it's all night.

          I lost 3 days of work and had issues with my job due to this, when I asked them to extend my network billing cycle and provide me free network for all this issues one agent agrees another call agent says we can't help you.

          I ask for refund they say we don't give refund, they are just fooling people around and they can't handle the services they are telling they can provide.

          Frequent disconnections, frequent issues now became daily issues. Can some one look around for this stupidity.

          Exitel is a cheap and pathetic broadband service and I believe they are also no good at customer service with all their rude behaviour towards customer and agents no good to handle the issues.

          All they want is to peep in my system remotely and when I deny and ask for technician they don't send a technician.

          EXITEL IS CRAP AND LOAD OF WASTE PEOPLE, IN SHORT THEY ARE GARBAGE.

            I had paid an advance 3 months prepaid plan. No internet, no refund, customer care unresponsive to complaints
            Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Please rely on your Hotspot connections, Excitel Broadband is pathetic. I have opened several tickets and the team closes the tickets as resolved without any resolution. The seller will assure you of the best services and no technical issue being optical fibre connection however it is really difficult to find a continuous broadband connectivity.

            After being smitten for 3 months from the pathetic services I researched on several websites and found that the customer service and after sales support is scathing and all customers have the worst experience with Excitel.

            Their Mobile App for complaints, their customer service. their escalation paths are all farce and can't operate professionally. Adding a snapshot of how long tickets are dealt and the pendency of tickets does not matter to the management.

              Services from Excitel are really worse and so much disappointing that one can’t even imagine from the ISP.
              This time it feels like as if we are being mentally harassed and cheated.
              It’s been almost 2 months now since I am making continuous complaints and raising tickets but no solution yet.
              Initially all tickets that I use to raise were closed at the backend, not sure who does that (local vendor or Excitel executive).
              Ticket Ids raised from 1july to 5th Aug: 3607607, 3637921, 3764269, 3803582, 3841150, 3838104.

              Then finally I escalated my case and opened another ticket on 4th Aug and it is still open.
              And here the important point to be noticed is that as per the technical team of Excitel the issue is at the partner/vendor end and surprisingly after going through complete escalation matrix none of the Excitel’s senior management was able to make the vendor to do the needful and sort the issue that customer is facing since 2 months, despite he is least bothered and Excitel as a brand is also “ok” with this attitude!

              I have been spending like more than 4 hours a day since 3 weeks just to take follow up and stay and wait so that someone can attend my call and share the update, also due to all this my work got hampered which made me look bad at my organisation too.

              If company can’t even take care of their regional vendors who are providing services on Excitel’s behalf and are happy to loose their customers then there is no reason to continue with such irresponsible Internet Service Provider(ISP).

              I am expecting a complete refund since I have switched my plan to 100mbps because from day 1 I have been raising tickets for my speed issue and ofcourse it can’t even get fixed as there is a technical fault at the vendors end which is not been corrected yet and no one is even ready to do it.

              I would request concerned team to kindly look into the matter and help me get the refund with compensation for all my time and loss in work.

              Thanks. Is there any scope of solution to it? They are refunding my amount after deduction for certain duration however from day 1 I have been making complaints for my issue and technically there networking setup is not up to date to provide e services that I have paid for.
              Moreover I have spent my working productive hours in talking to them as it us e to take me 3-4 hours to take any feedback or update on my request. It was so much bad situation for me and I was not even able to deliver my office work due to all this.
              I am expecting a complete refund with compensation for all my time and bad services that I got and it felt like a if we are being mentally harassed with all this kind of behviour.

              Kindly help in this.

                I have paid this company's associate Suraj Kumar Rupees 3000 for an internet connection.

                They have kept the money for 4 days now, and have not installed any connection.

                Mr. Yogesh from LCU perfect solutions who has to create connection does not answer his phone most of the times, when he picks up he says it will be done tomorrow everyday

                  I was assured resolution within 24 hrs. It had been 3 days (24 hrs + 2 days) since then, and still nothing. I had spoken to CCE and chat with them as well. The only response I could get was "It will be done by tomorrow". Today is the third "tomorrow".

                    Hi,
                    I am using excitel broadband internet from last one year in Miyapur Hyderabad, from one month internet is frequently disconnecting and speed is dropping to less than 1 Mbps. I am daily contacting customer care regarding this but they are not resolving it. 10 days back one technician came and told se device at terrace is not working, he told he changed it but again from next day morning same problems. Now a days everyone is working from home, how can we work with this kind of internet.
                    I asked if not able to resolve please refund the money so that I can go with another service provider. They are not doing either.
                    Could you please help to resolve the issue.

                      I am facing terrible internet disconnections and poor internet services. I have to make 2-3 calls per week to excitel customer care related to internet connectivity issues. I have been fakery promised technician visits and no body comes up. They were even charging money for fixing issues during lockdown.

                        Excitel discontinued their services in my area in may 2020 and kept me in dark. They kept on saying that there was a technical issue in line and it was taking time due to lock down.

                        Finally they told me that their regional partner was not supporting and they had submitted ticket for refund. They gave assurance that the router would be collected within 2-3 days and the refund would be processed in 7 days. I have called their customer service them thousands of times literally, emailed them, submitted complaint on their social media page, wrote to their ceo vivek raina on linkedin but all in vain.
                        Everytime i call them, they say that they have escalated the issue and it would be resolved soon but nothing happens.
                        They have caused so much mental pain to me during this covid - 19 pandemic that i can not explain.

                        Not only do i need the refund for due balance but also the compensation for mental harassment.

                          Hi I’m an Excite subscriber for last 3months and ever since I subscribed I have been facing frequent connection Disruptions. My internet services are inactive almost every second day. There is no way one can reach them and the local franchisee is not willing to help either. I have 5 neighbors who have the same problem!

                            This Is Prashant, I Have Been Facing The Issue With Disconnectivity For A Long Time Now. In Just 2-3 Days I Face The Same Issue. In Just 12 Days I Faced The Issue For Like 5 Times And Faced The Disconnectivity For Around 4 Days. Today I Got To Know That They Have Incorrect Information On Their Databases. Status Of Connectivity Is Showing Active At Their End But The Internet Is Still Not Working. Every Time I Ask For The Resolution They Just Tell Me That The Same Will Not Happen Again But The Issue Is Still Here. I Got Frustrated Now And When I Asked To Terminate And For The Refund, They Just Refused To Provide The Same. I Paid For The Services And They Are Not Providing Any. I Have 7 Unresolved Tickets For More Than 2 Months Now. And No One Is Working To Resolve Them. Also, I Raised The Ticket For The New Router Since The Router Is Not Working Properly As Well But That Ticket Is Still Open And No One Is Working On Them. When I Ask Regarding The Updates, They Got In Shock That These Many Issues Are Unresolved. I Have All The Proof For The Same And No One Is Even Thinking To Resolve The Issues. And When I Ask To Transfer The Call To The Upper Management, They Refuse To Transfer The Call And The Issue Left Unresolved. Even The Local Vendor Is Not Supportive And Argues To Us Every Time When We Ask For Help. I Also Asked Them To Provide The Static IP For 3 Months Back, Everything Got Finalized, They Even Provided Me The Test Static IP And Was Working Fine And After Discussing The Extra Charges And The Documentation, I Have Still Not Received The Static IP And The Ticket Is Still Open For 2 Months Now. The Main Issue Is Of Disconnectivity Which I Am Facing For A Long Time, The Network Is Not Reliable. There Is No Time When I Can Say The Net Is Continuous For More Than 3 Days. No One Even Bothers To Resolve The Issue Once And For All.

                              First time i switched to EXCITEL network of broadbrand and literally this is the worst service i ever came across.
                              no customer care support
                              not at all successful in resolving issues of customers
                              first few day days service ran good but then they saw there status that are also like fraudsters who are just charging money for there glitches and issues in network, not for the service mentioned in there plans.
                              50mbps never having speed more than 30mbps.
                              several times there connection gets error
                              several times glitches come with poor speed.
                              1-2 times problem comes, its understandable. but daily multiple times problems are faced which is totally not accepted.
                              my important meetings, classes and conferences get missed just because of these people. we pay for service and ease of our work... not for your poor connectivity and glitches. Making our work more difficult and bringing losses too to us.
                              there recharge amount is nothing in front of importance of my meetings, conferences i need to have in a day. these meetings disconnection n losses because of there network glitch brings more negativity and loss to me than there recharge amount.
                              just writing a note on these people so that others are saved from getting indulge into false trap of these people and choosing a better network for themselves.
                              i dont understand why dont they stop befooling the customers with false promises n poor service.
                              there customer care never able to resolve issues

                              there local service providers, completely dumb n wasteful.

                              at time of buying services from them, they eagerly wait for our call and come running behind us.
                              after buying service, not on a single say they pickup the call and entertain complaints.

                              guyz dont buy there network, its completely useless and waste of money.
                              they will just befool you with false promises and plans.

                              instead of this so call renowned company, choose a local service.. thats gonna be of much help to you guyz.
                              literally these people spoil the whole mood and day with these kinda of issues.
                              literally exhausted from them, feeling like breaking there connection boxes and throwing out of houses.

                                I have been using excitel for sometime now. This is the worst broadband network i have ever come across. Their only motive is to get more customers while they provide absolutely 0 service. The broadband speed is even less than 2-3 mbps. Its the [censored]iest broadband network ever.

                                  So i have an excitel connection for quite sometime and it stopped working suddenly 2 days back. So i contacted the excitel customer care and told them about the problem. I was assured by them that it will be resolved within hours and at max 24 hours deadline. And now it has been more than 2 days and i have been contacting them within each 3-4 hours everyday and yet there hasn't been a single action been taken by them as off yet. I keep getting told that this is priority for them and they have assigned a team etc. And yet not even a single reset has been done from backend till now let alone if there is any big problem with connection.

                                  So basically now they have stopped attending calls keep posting same message with ticket number and nothing is being done. I even asked them if they are not able to provide a fix they can take their connection and provide refund for the days remaining so that i can get a new connection from a better company. But there also they respond by saying we cannot refund your money and you have to wait for the connection to get fixed. So i don't understand if this isn't scam what is.

                                    No internet connection/poor internet speed

                                    Hello,
                                    I am using excitel internet 100mbps plan. I have upgraded this plan from 50mbps. The problem is i am getting poor internet connection issue almost daily, and i have complained so many times but there is not a solution yet. Excitel customer care makes promises but they havr failed eveytime. At this pandemic time everybody is working from home to stay safe which we are also doing same. So for work from internet is required so...

                                      Wifi router and installation charges taken but bill has not been provided by the team. Also they lied that bill is uploaded online on excitel app. Total of rs 4000/- were paid. Bill of 2000/- received and bill of another 2000/- not received.
