Updated by Harshshah0211 I have been using the exitel for past 6 months and due to lockdown I did not had choice to change my network so I paid for another 6 months.
Now the story here is every second day I get server issues or power issues from their end as they say and my internet connection is dropped.
Chat support does not provide me a supervisor number neither they provide me some contact when I do call them they tell me we can't help u it's technical issue we are escalating but till I get internet connection back it's all night.
I lost 3 days of work and had issues with my job due to this, when I asked them to extend my network billing cycle and provide me free network for all this issues one agent agrees another call agent says we can't help you.
I ask for refund they say we don't give refund, they are just fooling people around and they can't handle the services they are telling they can provide.
Frequent disconnections, frequent issues now became daily issues. Can some one look around for this stupidity.
Exitel is a cheap and pathetic broadband service and I believe they are also no good at customer service with all their rude behaviour towards customer and agents no good to handle the issues.
All they want is to peep in my system remotely and when I deny and ask for technician they don't send a technician.
EXITEL IS CRAP AND LOAD OF WASTE PEOPLE, IN SHORT THEY ARE GARBAGE.
So please either send the technicians or please provide me remaining amount for refund.
