    I got Excitel Fiber net back in the month of May when lockdown was eased a bit. I paid for an upfront 3 months plan which guarantees a speed of 100mbps. When I paid everything off, I was supplied with a single band router which doesn't even give me 20 mbps and times and the max speed it can route is 48 mbps. This is surfing speed I am talking about and not downloading speed.

    1 month gone, I raised a query with Excitel to get my router upgrade as I wanted to upgrade my plan for more speed that i need. On 11 June 2020, a ticket was created to get the device upgraded. I was suggested that due to pandemic, it can take a maximum for 1 month. Understanding the situation I agreed.

    Its been 31 days and the issue is still unresolved. I reached them again today ie, 14 July, 20209 and they still are asking for some more time. The Customer support is not willing to quantify this "Some more time".

    The services are getting worse.

      I have a speed and connection fluctuations problem but most of the time speed problem. I have subscribed for an 60 mbps plan 3+1 month which should provide an 60 mbps speed but what i am actually getting is less then 10 mbps. Regarding the same issue i have registered a complaint on their online portal but i have not getting any response or resolution. They told me they can't provide me proper speed and told me to go for another company where i can get sufficient speed but they are not refunding my money. My online complaint no is #3169893 which i raised on their portal. Attaching the screenshot of my registered complaint.

        Dear sir,

        At the outset of this mail i want to share my utmost disappointment faced due to the poorest services of the local franchisee of m/s chaudhary cable.

        I am rishi kumar bansal, using services of excitel for internet.

        My registered address is 29, 1st floor, rama park, kishan ganj, delhi – 110007.

        My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no is [protected].

        My connection was creating problem and was not working properly for last few days. I was everyday registering complaint but still facing the problem.

        Today, an employee of your local franchisee m/s chaudhary cable visited my premises and said that id has been reset and he changed the id so that my connection was resumed.

        Then the said person demanded rs. 100/- in cash for resetting the id, stating that it is there charges for resetting the id. When i asked for the receipt, he claimed that there is no receipt for the same.

        When i denied the money stating that no payment shall be made unless the receipt will be given, he called his owner and owner threatened me stating that he shall disable the id if the payment is not made in cash that too without any receipt and i shall get the id problem rectified from excitel personnel only.

        Later after half an hour my connection again stopped working, i assume that the owner must have done something regarding the same.

        I want to know that what is my fault in the complete scenario explained above and also bring to your kind notice that how local franchisees are controlling businesses of the companies at large and creating problem for customers by following such malpractices.

        I request you to help me in getting my problem rectified on an urgent basis and take a strict action against m/s chaudhary cable.

        Hope you shall help me in getting my problem resolved.

          I bought new connection last month itself and bought the 9 month plan. I am facing los problem from more than 7 days.
          My problem is whenever it start raining my connection goes away and los light start blinking and after the rain gets stopped, after 3-4 hours connection will start automatically. I have complaint several times but till now solution. Even your erp is very bad. And a very good liar.

            I have applied for excite connection on 30 may and they provide a seperate tenda router and gepon ONU device.And they told that after one month all the plan will be available in the excitel app and they took about 4350 rs from me.As my plan end on 2 july i called the local company and excitel customer care that the plan is not available in the app i called so many times but they ans you have to upgrade the device(Which is given by excitel company) for which i have to pay 2000 more.And the device contain ONU and router .They already given me ONU and router So why i have to pay 2000 more.And i say you can replace my onu and router instead of Excitel device and they declined that it is not refundable.All the possible way i tried but no one help me.They said Onu will be registered in the company thats whythey provide you new one .You can register my old ONU that is been provided by your vendor.Please help me.My number is [protected]

              My internet is down since mng and I raised a ticket but whenever u contact them there is only copy paste reply that team is working on it and also no ERT.And i[censored] ask any progress on ur ticket then also the excitel executive has no update and in reply they will give u the same copy paste reply and also there is no process to escalate your unresolved issue to next level.

                Hi,

                I have raised 50 tickets with excitel till now everytime they tell this will not repeat but same thing is repeated again. They also give false promises. Everytime after power cut my download speed is 2mbps however my plan is 75mbps., very slow speed most of the time..

                  I am facing internet network issue from 15 days. When i call to excitel internet provider to solve my problem. Every time they are not attending my calls. If mistakenly attend they always told me that they are sending someone to catch the issue. But no one came. This happens continuously from 15 days.

                    I bought excitel internet connection last month. I was promised a speed of 100 mbps. And a stable internet connection. Since then i m facing frequent disconnection. Like 7-8 hours of disconnection daily. And a speed of 50 mbps on average basis. Dont pay them any money. They will make all false promises. But once u pay them they wont help u. They will stop taking your calls.

                      I am jyoti, residence in madangir dda, new delhi. I have applied for 03 months plan for wifi connection (3 months unlimited) in 2000/- for plan +1500 for router +500 for installation charges. The wifi speed is very low and it not available now. But now wifi is not working and showing connectivity error. When i called the agent two times from my number but he does not pick my call, even not reply for the same. As i am not getting any response from your cc toll free no. I am doing wfh but now i am unable to do work due to your wifi error. This is ridiculous/very bad manners of providing services to a customer. It is hardly request you to cancel his registration number for providing connectivity of respective excitel. Please provide us respective/friendly wi-fi provider who does his work passionately & honestly for the goodwill of respective excitel.

                        I had installed a fiber setup paying 2000rs additional to the normal installing cost because i wanted a stable and faster connection. But this has been a waste of time and money because i never got to avail these plans and have been paying for the basic /fiber less plans despite paying the 2000rs. And upon contacting the incompetent customer service, they write you off saying that you have a normal connection and not a fiber one and that they are nor providing fiber connection at this time despite me having it already setup at my place. This is a fraud company who will rip you off your money, time and energy. The customer service is the worst as their job is just to apologize for the inconvenience and not to anything to resolve it. Excitel is really a scam.

                          Dear Sir/madam, I made payment by online on 1st april 2020, to excitel by using the there payment gateway. payment amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed.
                          till date I am waiting for my refund by Excitel team not refunding my amount.
                          please help me to get my refund back.
                          I raised the ticket at excitel portal with the ticket id #3198084. ticket raised on 20th april 20, when I am not get my refund.

                            I've awful experience with excitel. It's been a 40 days since I've been facing an issue of No Connectivity. They always make only excuse but no result have been delivered. This company is fraud they attract customers through fake offers after that they Give 3rd class service.

                              I have made a payment for upgradation of omu device of 1250 rs from my bank account which was debited and sent to their bank account on 12th june and today is 20th june, but nothing has been done and they say payment is not received. Local service provider - b. P. Internet does not pay heed to the complaints and refuses to pick up calls.

                              I have raised multiple request on their webasite but no help given. I have lost so many days of service because of this. Their employees - mamta sharma and sachin j did not help me. Half of the time there are speed issues or management issues which leads to loss of service days/time/ money of innocent customer. You can check their facebook page for multiple complaints.

                              P. F. A - i have added the screenshot of the complaints and frequency of bad service that this company provides. Sometimes even 15 days of service days are lost. That means half of the money of customer gone.

                                The issue that i have experienced was: yesterday only new connection established with 100 mbps and for 4 months plan and since yesterday frequent disconnection and downtime more than 6 hours yesterday and today it's more than 5 hours and still no resolution.

                                It occurred on: 17/06/2020

                                They will resolve after a while and then it will reoccur and then they will again resolve but this involves a lot calls, follow-up which i can't do in busy work schedule, so i just want them to terminate my connection and refund my paid amount of 2999 + 500 installation charges asap

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                                  Got fibernet installed in the first week of this year. Paid for ac router, but was installed with a non ac router in the beginning. After about ten complaints, the local service people installed a standby ac router in march. Problem persisted of regular network breaks sometimes for days together but no one attended.
                                  Now it’s june and still my original router is not yet installed. No internet since many days. My subscription is totally wasted in the last five months. The local service people are giving excuses since long. This is the worst internet service provider i have encountered in my life.

                                    I had subscribed to the connection on 16th may for 100mbps (3+1 month) plan and paid 3000for plan +500 for installation and from day one itself. They have not been able to provide stable and reliable internet at all.

                                    What's worse is
                                    1. I have been following up since 23rd may till today i. E. 11th june

                                    2. No one responds at all. I dropped mail to their nodal officer's email id, tried reaching out on twitter/facebook, their customer care numbers do not work. Their mobile application do not work, attached app crash logs on their twitter account and facebook account saveral times. No resolution at all.

                                    3. Ticket details
                                    #3382858 no connectivity — raised on 23rd may still active no one responds and i haven't recieved a single call back from excitel on this.

                                    #3394385 if i want to terminate my connection how much money will i get back?? — their response was that they cannot give anything back since it's a prepaid connection, now i am stuck till september.
                                    Even now there is an outage going on since 6pm yesterday and it's 12 pm the next day now.

                                    4. They cheat their customers by first not providing any documentation regarding their subscription, then taking their money and providing the worst possible internet service, so much so that the customer will have to forfeit their amount and leave eventually.

                                    So asking them for refund of my money, they are not willing to consider that

                                    I have written to nodal/appellate officers also, but there is no response from them

                                      They are not providing any internet speed as per the plan chosen. They first collect in advance and they stop giving internet/speed. I have called the customer care and raised several tickets but no one is taking any action or responding. I have upgraded to 100 mbps plan from 50 mbps but now i am not getting even 5 mbps speed. I am loosing my money and time and also my work is getting impacted with slow speed. Please help me on this issue.

                                      Excitel Appellate is toying with me and jerking me around. Avoids my messages and phone calls. Doesn't call me back. Makes false promises.

                                      My Excitel broadband internet connection has not worked for more than a month. Ticket has been open for more than 18 days.

                                      I asked for a refund of half of my subscription amount. No reply. I call. No reply. I message on sms and WhatsApp. No reply.

                                      I should not shout. I should keep my cool. I should be polite and decent. It doesn't matter if I get internet or not. It is not their fault. It is the local service provider who needs to check. But they can't force the local service provider to hurry up. They are helpless babies. They can only take my subscription money for multiple months in advance.

                                      Customer support executive is an innocent helpless baby. Excitel Appellate Mayank [protected] is a busy guy in Dehradun who shouldn't be shouted at.

                                        I am mamta, residence in rohini sector-20. I have applied for 09 months plan for wi-fi connection (As on 06 months+03 months free) in 4300/- for plan +1500 for reouter +500 for installation charges.in this regard, it is submitted that the behavior of shri promod was not good as the provider of wi-fi connection of your respective company. His way of talking/ tone of voice is not favorable as the goodwill of company. Even he is not picking phone calls for adding some complaint regarding connection availability. My excitel id is mamta.800 and connected last evening on 28/05/2020. The wi-fi speed is very low and available only in one room only. I was used wi-fi only 02 hours. After that it is not working and showing connectivity error. When i called him two times from my number but he does not pick my call, even not reply for the same. Next day morning i again called him two times but he didn't pick/give any reply. Today, i informed him through my cousin that i don't want this wi-fi connection and please disconnect this connection today & give me my money back then he called me & said what is the complaint. This is ridiculous/very bad manners of providing services to a customer. He told me that your paid money will be refunded in 2 or 3 days to your account after deduction of charges. It is hardly request you to cancel his registration number for providing connectivity of respective excitel. Please provide us respective/friendly wi-fi provider who does his work passionately & honestly for the goodwill of respective excitel.
