This is gaurav roy from mahavir enclave. The person with name vishal ([protected]) is not picking our call. He came at my location to connect two routers to get the connectivity from single connection and he shared one contact person details with name amit ([protected]). They said we will come in next 15-20 min. But still they didn't make it. Now, both are not picking our call please take strict action against them otherwise i will disconnect both our links. Below is my contact details. I am expecting your call as soon as possible.

    I purchased 50mbps plan but getting only 30mbps speed. After calling multiple times issue is still not fixed. And also on daily basis connection is not working at morning. Always at morning need to register compaint nd they never fix the problem permanent basis
    Worst service experiance replace all...
    I also attach the complaints record for feb connection is activate at 4feb daily compaints

    Excitel is a fraud company.
    Whenever generate the ticket for connectivity issue always solve automatically on their system but not resolve in the user end and customer care said that your ticket is solved. But still user not able to access internet.

      Worst customer experiance   replace all
      No not use excitel internet very bad service evry 2-3 days getting issue. Services are down due to “Technical Issue” in the core- network

        I have gone through a horrid experience with excitel broadband services. I made payment online on 9th january 2019. My account has been debited of the amount. Excitel portal does not credit the same to my account and shows as transaction failed. When contacted they say pay again, despite being shown the bank transaction record. Now they have deleted by subscription. How horrendous can these companies get.
        Their broad band service is also not that great. Avoid excitel if you can
        I am using 50 connections of exitel in south delhi...but Mayank from gautam nagar he use to misbehave with us in the office nd rejected to give us connections in gautam nagar his number is[protected]...plz help me...i need 3 connections in gautam nagar...so plz help me as soon as possible
        No not use excitel internet very bad service evry 2-3 days getting issue. Services are down due to “Technical Issue” in the core- network

          I am from hyderabd. I have placed an installation request on 7th of january, 2019 and it was promised that the connection would be active within 48 hours. Today is 11th january 2019. The payment was taken on 7th itself.
          There is no communication whatsoever from the service providers and i had to call customer care nearly 15times without any success.
          I strongly recommend new users not to opt for excitel broadband though it is relatively cheap. Try other standard providers

            I am excitel consumer from last few months but i am facing connectivity issue every time some time they took 4 hr. Now they are saying it will be fix in 24 hr i do'not understand at the service they need 4-24 hrs to fix the issue but at the time of payment they stop services immediately. As they have not to pay any penalty if they are not providing good service. If internet is not working then they feel it will fix in 24 hrs as their comfort zone. No one worried about the consumer issues and our government is not taking hard action against such operators so they are very careless towards their services.

            Hi This is Praveen. I want to complaint on Excitel Broadband. There is a lot signal issues on this broadband services. Internet Speed is very low. Iam taken 50Mbps Speed but they provided only less than 5 Mbps speed. This is so ridiculous. I'm complaint on this so many times but not resolved. Please take serious action on this

              My user name is [protected]@excitel ive been using excitel since 6 months and not a day has gone that i cursed these people for their fake promises of delivering high speeds. Their app is also worst and not reliable customer support is very ba. Ive paid my bill online but the connection is not yet activated the amount has also been deducted fron my account.

                As i am facing an issue of no internet connectivity from more than last 10 days and it has been not resolved till now and there isp:- sa broadband already leaved the company and they visited our house and told us if we will pay to them then they will repair the connection and will not refund any amount that i already payed online for coming 6 months.
                As i have been already payed you the amount around rs.5000 approx in advance for six months and it has been told to me on your customer support helpline that they will unable to provide connectivity and still now they are not refunding my advance amount.

                  As i have discussed this with the customer care and the excitel contractor of my region. They told me that whenever i disconnected the plan they will refund my broad band money as it refundable. After that i got disconnected the plan and ask for money but they did not refund any monay and took my broadband also. Now its been more than 1 month they are not refunding money of my excitel broadband.

                  I hope you will do something in my favour.

                    When I took their Internet service they asked me 1500 Rs extra along with 800 at the time of installation stating that now they are starting F2H and said the the amount 1500 will be refunded, I pad the money and when I sent a mail to them asking refund commitment they wrote back that 50% amount will be refunded when I exit the services. Which will 750rs.

                    After 2 years I've shifted from the house and I left the house mid of the month and called many times to collect the hardware and pay my refund, I was told to write a mail, which I did along with the mail from Excitel confirming refund of stop of service.
                    My written request via email was on 18th September 2018, since then I have been calling them every alternate days to check on the status, on 22 September I was told the refund is approved and will be dispersed in a day or two.
                    My ticker was closed next day I called up and was told that local provider refused to pay the refund and closed the ticket.
                    Got it reopen.
                    Since then every second day I call them and they say BD team is working on it and will get update in 2 days and then I call them the third day and again the same response I'm fed up of calling them every second third day, it's been 6 times I've done it and still same response, they don't transfer me to the BD team, and just say to wait for 2 days and happening for 28 days now.

                    Please take action on their inefficient way of handling outgoing customers.

                    IT seems they don't care to even call once to update that it's going to get late.

                    No respite from them.

                      Internet is not working from the past 3-4 days.. Works for a couple of hours and then it goes down.. Raised more than 7 service tickets/complaints.. Spoke to reps.. They just give excuses we are working on it... They do not even give compensation as i already paid for their service!!! Again they are asking me to pay next month with out completing 30days,
                      Remaining 15 days are there, which are to be used...
                      Kindly help me

                        I have recharged my internet but after recharge 15 days there is no connectivity, we call every day morning & also evening for internet but same reply we trying to resolve your query with in 24 hours but there is no any solution after 15 days connection start & call again & again for service extension then they extend firstly 2 days then 5 days then 5 days, but after exhaust about this we decide to change service provider but after 4-5 days excitel customer support person call many time please do recharge we should provide this facility this also, then we think let's try one more time then we have recharged again rs. 820 but after recharge there is same condition, no connectivity then we call but at recharge time they should not describe any extra charge & doing call 3-4 times they said some area issue we try to resolve with in 24 hours but now after 3 days they told your connection was deactivated with in 20 days now you have to pay 300 more for connection activation, now please don't use this service provider mainly there is no any person who resolve your problem.. Now anybody tells that which connection was deactivated with in 20 or 25 days. My experience is worst more than worst with excitel.

                          It has not even been almost a month and every their some or the other form of excuse that their is power failure and new one the fiber cut situation, every day they make the smart excuses and in the app they mark it as the situation is resolved even when it is not resolved to me. Every they tell me the same story again and again and it just not resolves. I understand that sometimes faults happen but i mean like every other day if this happen i feel like i am being conned or frauded along with many others which i think are also suffering the same

                          I am facing frequently disconnection problem on regular basis. I had registered my complaint many times but it was not resolved. I also lost my 10 days data and no extension was provided by them. They automatically close my complaint and always say that it was resolved but still I faced same problem.

                            I have an excitel broadband wifi connection registered against my number [protected]. Since 16 october 2018 i have raised innumerable number of complaints detailing my speed issue which is about 24 mbps against the promised 100 mobs. I am paying for 100 mbps each month. The excitel customer care and they operator around my area whose name is asim rajput are not attending to my issue. Every time i call the customer care they assure that the matter would be resolved but without resolving anything they are settling my issue. For this lackadaisical approach and giving false assurance and doing nothing actually and again taking money from me for 100 mbps is cheating, forgery and fradulent practice. I want action against excitel.
                            I have made at least 100 complaints to their customer care about Internet not working for more than 12 hours in a day, nothing has been addressed so far. It is the worst ISP

                              For last 2 months excitel broadband has been harassing me by frequently not providing me the internet in last 2 months i have complaint the service procider at least 12 times and called there third party provider atleast 20 times.
                              My registered id is rajan_527
                              Each time they come up with new excuses and there customer service people have no decency to talk, one of there representatives even cut the call.
                              Please help

                                We have been using Excitel broadband and my internet is down since last 4 days, I have been following up with them on daily basis and every time they asking me for 24 hours time, finally they got failed to sort out this problem. Every month after paying monthly charges (I am paying Rs.810 per month), every alternate day internet stops working and when we call the customer care they saying that it will be rectified within 24 hours, even after calling them multiple times they do not have a permanent solution to fix this connectivity issue. Their aim is to only making money through this kind of business without provides the proper customer service. All the time the customer care executive say is "your issue has been raised and the services will be resumed by end of the day”. Next day again they make the same false commitment. I have made request for a refund but they are not going to do that also. Only thing is making money from customers. We almost all customers from our locality are going for to take strong legal action through consumer court to claim for the loss due to negligence of this service provider.

                                  Hello All,

                                  It's been more than 7 days since my connection is not working at all. Evrery time call in CC they tell me wait for a day. And that day never came.

                                  And about speed. I have 50 Mbps plan they every first month it has given the speed cuz they want you spend approx 2000 for a connection and they know after 1 month you won't go to take another connection so what they do is SLOW DOWN YOUR INTERNET SPEED.

                                  Speed will never gonna be the same as it was in first month after purchasing computer connection.

                                  Most pathetic customer service. You call in customer care they generate ticket. And nobody will come to check issue and without checking they send SMS your issue has been resolved.
                                  Even after I called again but result same they said generate ticket. And automatically case closed.

                                  Guys I will suggest everyone do not take Excitel connection most pathetic.

                                    I tried making payment for my broadband connection. On 19th sept. The amount was deducted but it shows that the transaction was declined. I called their customer service number and spoke to vinod he said that the payment is declined so i need to try again. He said it was declined at his gateway. I again called and spoke to gurpreet. Gave him the transaction details and he said withing 7 days i will get my money back. I got the money back now when again i made payment today the amount got deducted. Now when i contacted them this time. Some # # answered the call. His name is bharat. This # kept on saying that he has escalated the ticket which i opened on 19th sept (9 days ticket still open). When asked to connect to the supervisor. He said there are no supervisor.in night shift there are no supervisors on weekdays. This guy had the guts t hang up my call. I still do not have my connection active and cant use the service.

                                      Horrible service provided. Not work on issues.. No internet connectivity from last 5 days...
                                      Never opt for excitel services.
                                      Using excitel service in west delhi.. After 3-4 days it stop working. It's prepaid service so customer care never care for customers inconvenience.
                                      Customer care team change issue ticket status to 'solved' without resolving the issue.

                                        I took excitel broadband pvt ltd service at my new address, i paid the charges as per their prepaid plans. But since yesterday (200 pm, 07/09/2018) i am not getting connectivity, i contacted/ reported my complaint to excitel on their app, customer care, twitter, email, local sales executive etc. But in last 27 hour they are failed to provide service.
