This is Bhavana.I have taken a new connection of Excitel.The person named Shailendra came to start the service.There was a connectivity issue (net was coming and going), he reported error in my router and mentioned connectivity issue is due to this.Anyway, he created an open connection with the assistance of Excitel ISP person, which was working fine for 4 hrs and payment of 1320/- was made to him. .Since, I can't keep the connection open, he said it will be done the next day by him.I called Excitel ISP-person for the same in the morning, he came and set the password, but awsn't successful and marked issue in connectivity.He asked me to call the Excitel person-Mr. Shailendra Singh -his contact no- [protected] a.I called and this person just denied to come and check, moreover talked harshly.I called excitel customer care but despite of my new connection they are not taking quick action towards it.They are not at all active as they were active in providing connection.I will be thankful if I get quick help .
Facing the issue since installation. Service providers are not bothered to address the issue. Since it is a prepaid service, they can easily make you run for the support. Very unprofessional behaviour and will make you suffer for the wrong decision you have made by choosing Excitel

    My modem faced some technical issue, so i called them. But they were reluctant to solve my problem, thus i had to buy a new modem instead. Even after that, i continuously called them for about 12 days and every time they assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but they did not even reverted. They told me to recharge my account, i did so. Now the whole money i spent in recharge is waste as the connection is not working

      I was doing one month recharge of 820 rs. On 12 july, during the payment due to poor internet, the session expired but my the money got deducted, i tried again, this time the transaction was successful. I talked to customer care and the agent confirmed the issue and told me that the amount will get refunded after 7 days, don't worry. I trusted him.
      After 10 days when i didn't receive any cash back i called again. This time another agent told me that we got your both payment of 12th july. And we expanded your plan for two months without asking me first. I told him this is not right, i don't want 2 month plan, please refund it. He agreed and raised my issue again and gave the ticket id. And said to me that ill get refund within 48 hours.
      Again no refund. I called again and explain entire issue to another agent. He said that they closed the issue without giving me cash back. He raised another ticket but nothing happened. Now they are saying that we can't give you cashback because both your transaction were successful. Even they can't let me talk to their superiors. They are just sorry.

        I have registered a complaned for speed issue, 5 day ago. They didnot resolved the problem. They also give me issuses and, told me we will resolve the problem. This is not good. Your coustomer care person are misbhave with me, name (Raja). Which type of service you provide, i have many option for brodband, i can take any connection because we pay money for service nothing else.

          Internet connectivity was down due to router has been taken away and the service is down since four days. I called the hyderabad call center and they are not at all addressing this issue.

          This is really pathetic service from excitel - unfortunate to say.

          Local cable operator is krishi cable (Begumpet), hyderabad, telengana.

          Can someone help?

            It's been 07 months i. E. From 03rd february that i have been facing internet issue & the speed is very poor. I have calling the cc centre every alternate day however there has been no resolution. There has been multiple tickets raised & closed without being notified nor any technician visit has happened.

            The contact centre agents have been refusing to escalate the call to the supervisor stating no supervisor available or they don't have the option of transferring the call to supervisor.

            The only call that i receive from excitel is for payment. When i tell them that i have not been able to use the internet, they advise to contact customer care & when i contact customer care they advise to reach out to billing team.

            No one is taking an ownership of fixing the issue & hence want you'll to reverse the payment for the last 07 months as i have not been able to use the internet due to your poor customer service offered & would also like to get the service disconnected.

            Below are the tickets raised & closed without me being notified or resolved & this can be validated as there is very minuscule usage due to poor service being offered. It shows connected by the internet speed is very slow & the page keeps loading.

            1) 72242 - raised on 03rd feb

            [protected] raised on 30th may
            [protected] raised on 07th june
            [protected] raised on 28th june
            [protected] raised on 08th july
            [protected] raised on 09th aug

            Awaiting a response & the resolution by reversing the payment of last 7 months.

              I am using excitel internet connection of 50 mbps registered mobile number ([protected]) however i am getting very less download speed not even 2 mbps. I raised a ticket # 915019 on 2nd aug'18. I got a call from excitel on 3rd aug and they took some details like ping details, speed details etc. I provided them the details and they mentioned that they will send a technician to resolve the issue. No technician visited the house but they marked the ticket as closed.

              After that i reopened the ticket several times stating that no resolution was provided however ticket was marked as closed but every time the story remains the same. I called customer care multiple times and told them the issue but they are also not bother to get it resolved and reopen the ticket and immediately mark the ticket as closed without any resolution.

              Despite opening the tickets several times and calling customer care, excitel employees are so rude in closing the tickets without any resolution

                Dear sir,

                The excitel is taking full payment in advance for providing internet service for their customer. Since last 3 days my internet net is down and i complaint the issue with their customer care since last 2 days. One of their customer care executive told me now that we will not return the money for our inefficiency for provide the service and you have to wait till such time we will continue the service.
                Please look into this matter and suggest me what kind of legal action can take against them.

                  From past 3 months i am facing issues with excitel and they are not providing any resolution. Every time when i try to speak to higher authorities the executives and supervisors clearly refuses and disconnects and most of times they arrange a call back which i have not received till today.
                  There is no manager available at the call centre to handle problems, only one lady is available.
                  Even the email department also share system generated emails, they do not read customer concern.

                    I am complaining about the internet connection provider exitel. I have been complaining them about the internet intermittent issue for a long time but they are not fixing it. Every day i am facing this issue. I am asking for a refund but they are not going to that also. They are making lots of argument. Also their speed not coming as per the promise made by them.

                    they just making fake resolution. the problem never resolve. even they ask for time . and they know we can't be there always in day time so they can fix in week ends . that time also no one come to fix it.

                      Well... Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd is just fooling around with its customer.
                      I have been using Excitel broadband since its early days and was pretty much satisfied with its services till now.
                      But now my internet is down since last 5 days, I have been following up with them on daily basis and everytime I call them they give me a new excuse. I even requested them couple of times if I could speak to one of there supervisor or manager but I am told that they are busy and cannot attend me as of now.

                      I registered a complaint on their app at ( 22-Jul-2018 02:32 AM ) and also called them up immediately after that. A technician Visited me on 23rd July at around 2:00 PM on but couldn't fix it. At around 6 PM I was surprised to see they closed my ticket saying it was resolved. I immediately called them and opened the ticket.
                      The next day on 24th nobody visited me neither I received any call from them but the ticket was closed at around 6 PM saying the matter has been resolved. I had to call them up and opened it again.
                      On 25th they called me at 4:45 PM but I couldn't attend the call, so I called them back after an hour to check what is the status. I was told that a technician would visit me the next day on 26th at around 4 PM.
                      Today is 26th July and nobody visited me, neither I received any call. I called them up instead at around 6 PM and there was not explanation.

                      Really dissapointed with the services. I would like it to be resolved ASAP. I would also like to claim Rs 5000.00 per day as compensation for the inconvenience I had to face.

                        Availed their services in Jan 2018. No resolution for connectivity issues since 3 months. Further irresponsible behavior of customer care. Their executives visit without prior information and valid id card of company. One of their executives took our router with him, which was purchased by us from the company, and was returned back only after 2 days of continuous chasing. Even their customer care didn't have any information of it. It was to be confirmed by them within 48 hrs which was never done. Further, when we wanted to talk to their senior on 25th July 2018 regarding connectivity issues, they insisted on calling us back as their senior was busy. That call back is pending till date. Further services were extended quoting it to be a goodwill gesture but even then there was no connectivity during the extended duration. Further numerous calls were also made to their customer care number in addition to raising tickets on their mobile application. The only thing that they did was check my router from back end and forwarding the complaint to their technical division which was of no help.

                          I have been facing frequent dropping in connectivity and i have told them many times.But they do not pay attention towards my problem and i have been facing this issue for the last 2 months. They always say that technician will visit and will rectify the problem but no has visited so far and customer support told me that there is no any refund policy.So i am trapped and my Rs 820 have gone now.

                            Dear sir,

                            I am using excitel broadbands wifi at my home, and from last 3 days internet is not working and i have complaint many times at excitel customer care which is[protected], they told me that our technician will visit at your palace and your issue will be resolved in 24 hours from last three days but none of their technician visited and i am still facing the same issue. My complaints are 805790, 808219, 800449, 806392. When i have installed their connection they guys told me we are the best in providing service. We will resolve your complaints in 24 hour but when times comes they are not giving serivce. This is really disgusting. Please help me they guys are not listening about my complaint.

                            They will charged me for whole month but who will be responsible for these three days when my internet is not working are they guys adjusting these three days in my billing cycle.

                              Hi team,

                              I am an existing customer of excitel. From past 1 month i am not getting internet
                              We are frequently facing connectivity issues and complained the same.
                              In our building we have 4 connections. When contacted the local service provider and he is not able handle frequent connectivity issues. What a pathetic reason.
                              He said he will be closing all the user accounts from the building.

                              I have taken the internet connection on may 6th, 2018 and paid the amount 3653.00. Kindly refund the same. Beeramguda, ameenpur. I am asking them to either provide internet or refund the amount. They are not doing anything. They are least bothered about customer's hard earned money. Very pathetic management. If they are not able to provide service then refund the amount.

                                I have been using excitel broadband internet for a long time, from past two month there has been lot of connectivity problems. Everyday other day internet stops working, when i call the customer care they say that there is a power failure and it would be restored in 4hrs, but it doesn't happen, even after calling them multiple times they do not have a permanent solution to fix this. All they say is "your issue has been raised and engineers are working on it and you wont encounter it again." but guess what? Next day same problem occurs.

                                  I am having excitel broadband wi-fi installed in my home for last six months. There is an oft repeated problem of wi-fi signals going out at least 10-20 times in a day for a time period ranging from few seconds to about 2-3 minutes. I have been tolerating that and did not lodge any formal complaint.
                                  However, since today morning, my broadband wi-fi has been down and from 10 a. M. Till 6 p. M., i have repeatedly lodged 4 complaints after waiting for the requisite action for 2-3 hours. Every time, the response from the complaint centre was that we have communicated to the concerned persons and it will be repaired soon. But the whole day passed and my broadband wi-fi was not repaired. I have even lodged an online complaint through excitel app but still no action.
                                  Such a poor service from a so called reputed company like excitel is neither expected nor desirable.
                                  I am seriously thinking of changing my service provider.

                                    We connected your connection in our office in the name of paras aluminium private limited add 10578/20, shanker gali no.2, motia khan, delhi-110055.
                                    At last 15/05/2018 we complaint so many time on regular basis compaint about speed we paid you 100mbs but we get only 15mbps speed. We registed our complaint on daily basis. We purchase wifi device for your local operater.
                                    Company any local operate dont take any action on it.
                                    If company is not responsible on it please be clear me.
                                    And refund my amount when i connect you till date otherwise we take legal action against you.

                                      This is in regards to the worse customer service provided by excitel. I had no internet service on 25th may 2018 around 1pm. I called the helpdesk and they said there is some fibre problem and it would be resolved in 3 hrs. I again called after 3 hrs and they said another 3 hrs and finally i again called after 6 hrs and they said another 2 hrs. Spoke to 3 different agents named somdeep, nachiketa. Finally i gave up and when the internet did come it was almost like no internet. Very very slow. I had no time to discuss that further and i thought to leave it for that day because i have already wasted the entire day. Next day 26th may 2018 i checked my internet and it was still running slow, so i called helpdesk again and spoke to agent name arun chawla who said he will log this complaint and will take 24 hrs. I wasn't happy as i run my business on internet and i have already wasted 1 day, so i wasn't going to take it this time. I told him i cant wait and i wanted to speak to manager. First he denied and after lot of request finally put me to a supervisor named ms rajesh ahuja who, i don't know was actually a supervisor or not, kept saying cant do anything and give her 24 hrs. I tried explaining that it is not the first time i am calling and she kept telling me, yesterday it was different issue and today it's different. I requested to speak to her manager as she had hard time understanding and making me understand as well. She denied that. Finally after lot of argument i finally gave up without any resolution and wasting another hours on phone.
                                      I then called multiple times to speak to manager and every agent i spoke to denied. I dont understand why the restriction of not letting me speak to a manager and when i wanted their email, advised to get it online and they just wouldn't give me. Wow, what a service. I run my business online and i have already lost 1 lac because my stupid isp just wont help me. And as per law i know if i have paid for a service i know my rights to get details of any manager whom i can report my complaint to. When i am late by 1 day also, they dont give me 24 hrs, they just disconnect my line.in some occasion i have also paid in advance, they never gave me any kind of compensation. I am paying for everyday service and who is going to compensate for my 2 days (Dont know how many more days) loss.
                                      This is the worst service i have experienced and all the agents i spoke to did not have any telephone etiquette.

                                      I want my refund and want compenstion for what i have lost.

                                        1) my complaint was about speed and frequent disconnections first but now it is about you and your # service as well as the providers.

                                        I launched a complaint on 27th april regarding the problem of speed and frequent disconnections but my issue wasn't resolved, no one contacted me yet the portal said that the issue had been resolved.

                                        2) on 4th may a technician came to my house from my partner's side and the fool didn't know how to operate a laptop and was of no use. How can you send a technician who doesn't know how to use a laptop properly and wasted his and my time as well. He told me to contact rajesh from prince cable. I called him up and he said he will be there in an hour but no one came again.

                                        3) on 5th of may i raised another ticket, the same story goes for 5th may. I called rajesh again for next 3 days he promised he will come but i no one ever came.

                                        4) without no contact or nothing, first of all engineer come to my house after 5 days of complaint and i strictly told them to come in the evening but on 10th may an engineer came at 10:15 in the morning and i wasn't available. I told him to come the next day he said he will come but didn't on 11th 12th or 13th.

                                        5) and the thing to note is that your executive confirmed an engineer visit on 12th may himself.

                                        6) it has been 12 days and my issue hasn't been resolved till now. I want to investigate against my provider and take action against him for the poor service. Ensure me an engineer from your side (Not from prince cable) will visit tomorrow only and resolve this issue else i don't want to continue your service.

                                        A connection from you was based on what i heard about you but your connection is so # and slow i don't want to swear but your service and your local providers are making me do so who can't manage their connections, don't have trained staff and don't address the complain of their customers. I will ensure no one gets trapped in your poor network.

                                        You can't arrange a good technical engineer in 12 days, reflects your crappy company. I use airtel as well, the issues are resolved in maximum of 2 hours and there you are 12 days and no response. I called your partner right now and he his approach was too casual and said it's upto me i don't want to come.

                                        Take an action against your provider or else i will disconnect your service for good surely when my recharge ends.

                                        As of may 24 2018 i have got no solution from their side.
