I have been using excitel broadband internet for a long time, from past two month there has been lot of connectivity problems. Everyday other day internet stops working, when i call the customer care they say that there is a power failure and it would be restored in 4hrs, but it doesn't happen, even after calling them multiple times they do not have a permanent solution to fix this. All they say is "your issue has been raised and engineers are working on it and you wont encounter it again." but guess what? Next day same problem occurs.

    I am having excitel broadband wi-fi installed in my home for last six months. There is an oft repeated problem of wi-fi signals going out at least 10-20 times in a day for a time period ranging from few seconds to about 2-3 minutes. I have been tolerating that and did not lodge any formal complaint.
    However, since today morning, my broadband wi-fi has been down and from 10 a. M. Till 6 p. M., i have repeatedly lodged 4 complaints after waiting for the requisite action for 2-3 hours. Every time, the response from the complaint centre was that we have communicated to the concerned persons and it will be repaired soon. But the whole day passed and my broadband wi-fi was not repaired. I have even lodged an online complaint through excitel app but still no action.
    Such a poor service from a so called reputed company like excitel is neither expected nor desirable.
    I am seriously thinking of changing my service provider.

      We connected your connection in our office in the name of paras aluminium private limited add 10578/20, shanker gali no.2, motia khan, delhi-110055.
      At last 15/05/2018 we complaint so many time on regular basis compaint about speed we paid you 100mbs but we get only 15mbps speed. We registed our complaint on daily basis. We purchase wifi device for your local operater.
      Company any local operate dont take any action on it.
      If company is not responsible on it please be clear me.
      And refund my amount when i connect you till date otherwise we take legal action against you.

        This is in regards to the worse customer service provided by excitel. I had no internet service on 25th may 2018 around 1pm. I called the helpdesk and they said there is some fibre problem and it would be resolved in 3 hrs. I again called after 3 hrs and they said another 3 hrs and finally i again called after 6 hrs and they said another 2 hrs. Spoke to 3 different agents named somdeep, nachiketa. Finally i gave up and when the internet did come it was almost like no internet. Very very slow. I had no time to discuss that further and i thought to leave it for that day because i have already wasted the entire day. Next day 26th may 2018 i checked my internet and it was still running slow, so i called helpdesk again and spoke to agent name arun chawla who said he will log this complaint and will take 24 hrs. I wasn't happy as i run my business on internet and i have already wasted 1 day, so i wasn't going to take it this time. I told him i cant wait and i wanted to speak to manager. First he denied and after lot of request finally put me to a supervisor named ms rajesh ahuja who, i don't know was actually a supervisor or not, kept saying cant do anything and give her 24 hrs. I tried explaining that it is not the first time i am calling and she kept telling me, yesterday it was different issue and today it's different. I requested to speak to her manager as she had hard time understanding and making me understand as well. She denied that. Finally after lot of argument i finally gave up without any resolution and wasting another hours on phone.
        I then called multiple times to speak to manager and every agent i spoke to denied. I dont understand why the restriction of not letting me speak to a manager and when i wanted their email, advised to get it online and they just wouldn't give me. Wow, what a service. I run my business online and i have already lost 1 lac because my stupid isp just wont help me. And as per law i know if i have paid for a service i know my rights to get details of any manager whom i can report my complaint to. When i am late by 1 day also, they dont give me 24 hrs, they just disconnect my line.in some occasion i have also paid in advance, they never gave me any kind of compensation. I am paying for everyday service and who is going to compensate for my 2 days (Dont know how many more days) loss.
        This is the worst service i have experienced and all the agents i spoke to did not have any telephone etiquette.

        I want my refund and want compenstion for what i have lost.

          1) my complaint was about speed and frequent disconnections first but now it is about you and your # service as well as the providers.

          I launched a complaint on 27th april regarding the problem of speed and frequent disconnections but my issue wasn't resolved, no one contacted me yet the portal said that the issue had been resolved.

          2) on 4th may a technician came to my house from my partner's side and the fool didn't know how to operate a laptop and was of no use. How can you send a technician who doesn't know how to use a laptop properly and wasted his and my time as well. He told me to contact rajesh from prince cable. I called him up and he said he will be there in an hour but no one came again.

          3) on 5th of may i raised another ticket, the same story goes for 5th may. I called rajesh again for next 3 days he promised he will come but i no one ever came.

          4) without no contact or nothing, first of all engineer come to my house after 5 days of complaint and i strictly told them to come in the evening but on 10th may an engineer came at 10:15 in the morning and i wasn't available. I told him to come the next day he said he will come but didn't on 11th 12th or 13th.

          5) and the thing to note is that your executive confirmed an engineer visit on 12th may himself.

          6) it has been 12 days and my issue hasn't been resolved till now. I want to investigate against my provider and take action against him for the poor service. Ensure me an engineer from your side (Not from prince cable) will visit tomorrow only and resolve this issue else i don't want to continue your service.

          A connection from you was based on what i heard about you but your connection is so # and slow i don't want to swear but your service and your local providers are making me do so who can't manage their connections, don't have trained staff and don't address the complain of their customers. I will ensure no one gets trapped in your poor network.

          You can't arrange a good technical engineer in 12 days, reflects your crappy company. I use airtel as well, the issues are resolved in maximum of 2 hours and there you are 12 days and no response. I called your partner right now and he his approach was too casual and said it's upto me i don't want to come.

          Take an action against your provider or else i will disconnect your service for good surely when my recharge ends.

          As of may 24 2018 i have got no solution from their side.

            Since past few days i have been receiving 5 mbps broadband data speed against the plan seed of 50 mbps. The ticket is now open since 4 days time and there is neither any calbak from technician or company executive.

            Every tme i call customer care, they say renovation work under progress and no details available with them. Also, they provide fake address for local offie 76 b akshardham sector 19, which is indeed a residential address. No phone number details provided for local ofice or of technician by customer care.

            I have subscribed to 1 year plan for excitel which provided right speed intially, but now feel cheated as their plan run @ reduced speed of 5 mbps only. The speed fluctuates time to time, but now its 5 mbps contant reduced
            Speed from backend itself.

            The ticket has been auto closed as resolved and still I get the reduced speed. This is highly frustrating.

              It's been 3 days i'm not getting internet connection. I've raised ticket#110884 they're promising for next day resolution. But the problem still persists the same. I learn online it's was very inconvenient for me managing these days. The issue is still un addressed. This is not first time it happens 4-5 times a month. Whenever we call they promise to get it resolved next day but it won't happen it continues for 4-5 days sometimes. The worst network. Really fed up with it.

                I've got new excitel broadband connection in delhi kakrola village and got online bill as well how ever after two days my internet got disconnected saying they have not received any payment against my connection.

                I debated that i've invoice number for my bill but they refused to listen and hung up the call. This is so unacceptable and this shows these poor service providers can not grow ever...!

                  Want to convey a message/feedback/complaint, that you are the worst broadband service provider in delhi ncr and mostly in jamia nagar okhla.

                  Since 1 month i have faced numerous instances where the connectivity got hampered and resolution was done only after my numerous follow up with the pathetic customer care executives who are just sitting with no knowledge and wasting time and energy.

                  Last week there was no connectivity for about 5 days and i was make sure that those days will be added in the monthly cycle, but did not happened.

                  At present there is no connectivity since 14 hours and i've spoke to the customer service twice and there is no resolution.

                  I am writing you this to let you know that the service you are providing is degrading day by day and you will lose customers eventually.

                    I have done payment of rs.643.1 to my. Excitel.com website on 27th april by transaction id exc_pt_5ae228f619da1 and was shown failed on their website but payment deducted from my bank account with paytm ref id[protected]. When i contacted paytm, they are saying payment was successful. Excitel website is using paytm payment gateway. They are not refunding my amount.

                      I was excited by excitel's plans and switched from my current provider.
                      The main reason for switching is because my provider was mtnl (Yes mtnl) and obviously i was looking for better service.

                      Since 24th april my connection is totally messed up and excitel has not been able to even identify the problem. Similarly i had to make several calls to even make come and visit my place.

                      These were the precise reasons i ran away from mtnl, it seems mtnl is far better. At least there was a grievance cell with them. With excitel you can only grieve yourself.
                      Sorry state of broad band in the country.

                        i am subscriber(customer) a of excitel internet service provider, my internet is down science 19 march 2018, we complained many times but no one came to my office nor resolve my problem, in between my payment is due so inter is cut down, we pay for next month bill but my problem is same, we are unable to browse internet, every times thay tall me that problem is resolve within four hour, i want that either excitel provide my full payment for two month or adjust in next bill for these day.

                          Hi,

                          My excitel broadband connection disconnected on 23rd march 18. Then i got to know that kng enterprise, rohini sec 3 have done a fraud. I have been into the follow ups from 5th-6th april, 18. Despite talking to the customer care many times, people tried to satisfy me with their false promises. After many days also, i did not get any call from either vendor or customer care. Even today 25th april 18 also, i wanted to talk to the management but my call was disconnected. Now i want refund and no one wants to listen to this.
                          So i request everyone not to take broadband connection from excitel.
                          Very poor services ...No internet speed .. Frequently disconnections...Very cheap staff ...Customer services is very poort ..IT team is not well educated ...Amount already paid by me but neither providing services nor refunding my amount ...All staff members are very C...My RMN [protected]

                            Hi, i'm from gurgaon, haryana. I have started using excitel internet service 2 weeks back. I took plan of 50mbps. They are charging around 850 monthly + 500 installation charges. I ask them for providing static ip and they are ready to provide me that static ip service on additional 1200 rs yearly payment. 3 week already passed but they don't provided me static ip. Now just after two weeks i'm frustrated with excitel's poor, no worst service. Many sites are not properly loading and even youtube and other online movie sites are also loading very slowly and loading with buffering time. They are not even taking responsibilities to respond back my messages. I sent message to the regular technician gaurav, but he don't even saw my message until i called him. I called him and told about the internet problems i'm facing, and also ask him about my static ip service, but both problems are still remains.

                            Excitel is the worst internet service provider. Please thinks twice or thrice before taking their services.

                              A client of theirs is sending daily spam around the world, which is against Excitel's Terms & Conditions. Have reported every single spam to them via looking up the originating IP address the email headers and forwarding to their abuse dept - as is the protocol for all reporting all spam everywhere. Excitel auto reply with a ticket ID number and state a response within 24 working hours. Have been reporting this for 7 months now, not one single response let alone within 24 hours, maybe it should read reply in 24 months or never ... ? And they clearly have done nothing about the spam as it continues to be sent out daily. It is their duty as an ISP to deal with this and deal with their client who is sending it out against their T&Cs, so why are they turning a blind eye and ignoring this issue and doing nothing? This is not acceptable behaviour from them as a company

                                I have been a subscriber of isp excitel service since about an year now. My internet stopped working on 1st of april.

                                I called excitel after a few days to complain on the same and was informed that a technician would be sent to rectify the same at the earliest.

                                I called again on 12th april to check as to why a tech has not yet been sent, to my surprise i was informed that their service is terminated in my area (Without any prior notice to the consumer)

                                When i asked how can this happen without notice, the reply i get is that it is not their concern the 3rd party provider ceased service in this locality. I have already paid subscription for this month in full and excitel failed to provide service without any notice which is unfair.

                                  I have already once complained about speed. There was no response till now. You said speed is 50 kbps but badly its less than 10 kbps. Is this the way you are cheating customers. If it is continued like this you will surely loose your customers and i am the first to change the excitel internet.

                                  Expecting last reply from you.

                                  If not bye to excitel.
                                  I am complaining about wifi internet not working, it's showing connected no internet and I already made a complaint on customer care and this type of issue is repeating again and again and I am fed up of it now.Please take care of it and resolve it now.

                                    I paid amount of 3900/- for 6 months plan on 24/jan/2018 to excitel member. He said he will be giving connection with in a day but he refused to give connection after three days also. I asked Shinto refund amount which I paid, he said he will do it. But, that fellow didn’t return my amount till now its more than a month. every time when I call him, he is saying - will return my amount tomorrow by 12 ‘O’ clock. All my mobile balance is going off just to call this guy and Excitel customer care. I really got vexed and irritated, of course wanted to file a case on them

                                    Friends pls don’t ever believe this company “EXCITEL”. Its just a fraud company with sham people.
                                    When the connection was new the internet was working good. But now its the worst internet with worst service. With in a day atlest 7 - 8 hrs the internet dosnt work. And if we want to enquire about the problem then Customer care dont support. Worsttt internet!!! Changing my internet soon.

                                      I am from shapurnagar., jeedimetlahere the local excitel operator was a cheaterthey discontinued my services before 12days of expiry. If there is any negative star i will give -10. So please don't take rvr and excitel internet connection in shapurnagar and gajularamaram road. No customer support and service they had to return my 11 days money back at any cost

                                        I have taken connection from excitel from last 2 months.In that 2 months, 1 month my internet is not working .If internet is working for 2 days, 4 days is not working.I registered complain through customer care, each time they are saying, it will take 24 hrs to resolved this issue, again call to customer care same reply from the customer care person .They are not bother about customer problem and they are getting angry while ask about the problem and telling that out technician will contact you and disconnect the call .Like this scenario happening 3 to 4 days than internet is coming.I am fed up with calling to their customer care people.Please don't go with excitel, if you are in Hyderabad. These customer service people name noorjahan, siva, subramanyam, kalyani, venkat, Nageswara etc.I forget their names .Every time some new people lifted my call and telling me we will fix your issue within 24 hrs, i dont know about previous person.I fed up please help me .
                                        They give fake promises for connectivity issue.
                                        after talking to customer support executive but we are not satisfied till now.

                                        We have called 5 times to them but they did not solve our problems.
