They take money in advance and did not do installation. Daily they give silly excuses.
All guys says that today it will be done but keep postponding it.

When asked for refund they just say tomorrow 100% your installation will be done but still no one comes for installation, they even won't give proper response.

They r just frauds.

Payment not refunded yet, it's been more than a month.
Executive always says within 3-4 days you will get refund.

I also faced the same Problem. Excitel is #1 fraud company. They take your money and run away!

    Hi,

    My name is prasoon. I have applied for a new connection on 22nd october 2017 paid an advance of 200 through paytm. Excitel agent agreed to setup the new internet connection within 72 hours after the amount was paid. Its been over 80 days since, they fail to deliver. I keep calling them but they don't respond. Excitel agents promised me the mount 3 months back but they fail to keep up their promise. I'm not at all for the money but please be careful of such fraud companies. They are fraud notorious companies out there who will promise best speeds @ very low prices. They will take your money and run away. Beware of fake company excitel. They wont pick up the call and wont respond, one of the worst internet service provider ever.

    I am complaining to company from last 3 months, the internet is not working properly and the issue is persisting again and again. company is not taking this on serious notes. So requesting to take the action accordingly

      I am an existing user of excitel for past 2-3 months and from past 3-4 days excitel has given such a pain that i cannot explain.

      I keep registering complaints and they don't even bother and close cases without even getting into it.

      This is so annoying.

      I recently increased my plan from 545 to 845 and still i am unable use the net. Max speed i am getting is around 1 mbps.

      Request for any executives visit to home for sorting out the problem, still they don't bother for that. Now as i am help less and fedup with this excitel thing, i have register a complaint against them.

      Will attach tickets i raised, how this complaint will work.

      This is for sure, i won't be using excitel after the expiry of the plan because i have been really patient and they have crossed the limits and i have lost all my patience.

        I have taken 100 mbps plan, but when i'm checking the speed its showing 20 mbps for download and 85mbps upload, even the technicians don't know whats wrong.
        It never happened before, i have been using excitel for 8 - 9 months and since i recharged my plan on november 27th 2017, it started this issue.

        I dont know but i have used different service providers for internet and it seems every provider gives better service for 6-8 months and then it gets #.

          1. Excited userid - gopiyushc15
          2. Using since 5 months.
          3. Service is only good for first 2-3 months.
          4. After that, the internet speed use to remain below 1kbps.
          5. You will register complaint, engineer will come and fix it. Speed seems to be excellent.
          6. I terey works fine for few hours.

          Repeat step 4-5-6 infinite number of times.
          Slow speed - complaint - issue fix - slow speed.

          You get stuck in this loop suffering and going back to mobile internet connection.

          Discontinuing this service, the worst service.in delhi.

          Mtnl is even better than excited.

          Go for excitel only if you want internet service for 1-2 months.
          My plan is of 50mbps and im not even getting 2mbps. this company is doing fraud by taking peoples hard earned money and not even delivering.
          Speed is less than 10 mbps. Keep on connection will lost

              I have paid an amount of 644 rs to excitel broadband agent mr. Vishnuvardhan reddy (+[protected], and he told my connection will be done with in 2 days. I have submitted my voter id card copy and picture also.
              Till now no connection has been done, and no one is taking responcibilities to that. Attaching valid bill.
              I have called 10 times to the custemer care and i have all the responce recorded, they are unable to refund my mony. So need a strong action so that they should not neglet on innocent peple.
              I registered myself for new Excitel Broadband connection but till now they haven’t called me even once even after I have called them 21 times for my connection to be installed.
              They cheated me and now when I am asking for my refund they are just playing around.

                I faced internet (Goes off) problem at least every alternate hour in a day and slow internet speed and there is a poor customer service (If we call them at toll free number or local area operator then they simply educate us to wait for 24 hours to rectify the issue, every time they used to give the same answers, so i am fed up now, please take some action.

                I told them many times that this problem comes many times every day but no one is to take it seriously and pay required attention to customer's problem.

                  As i had not use the internet from 17 of october till 8 nov (This time).
                  I want to extent the date to 21 nov. (20 days from 17'october to 8'november).
                  My service provider told me to request to the helpdesk and you will get help from the support service.
                  But they unable to help me anymore.
                  Please help me regarding this issue.

                      I got excitel connection on 8 oct and from that day i am complaining for speed. I opted 50 mbps plan and i am getting 10 to 25 mbps speed.

                      I called the customer care department and they asked me to wait for 48 hrs but after 48 hrs when i called the fields guys that look into the cable problem, he was not aware of my complaint. As per him, customer care hasn't send him my complaint.

                      I don't think they have proper matrix for customer complaints.

                        I have been using excitel internet for the last 3-4 months. I found the service very poor. The internet connection is not reliable at all. Every other day the net is down due to some reasons or the others. Whenever we call excitel customer care, their standard reply is your compliant will be resolved in 24 hours. They are not having technically qualified staff to handle the customers. They do not have the proper feedback from the ground staff to update on the complaint. Their supervisors can give only assurances but no solutions. This can be verified from my account where i lodged numbers of complaint during the last 3-4 months. The speed of my plan is 50 mpbs but it is always between 25 to 30 mpbs. Nobody bothered to my complaints seriously. The present grievance is regarding my complaint lodged on 5th october 2017 at 6.30 pm for non-connectivity. However, the problem could not be solved by excitel till 6.30 pm on 8th october 2017 and that too after my regular calls to their customer care. Their local partner ishika enterprises who visited my house after restoring my connection intimated that excitel informed them today only. Had excitel intimated ishika enterprises on time, my connection would have been restored on 5th october 2017 itself. My humble request is to punish the people who are responsible for the delay caused and suitable compensation be given to me for the harassment i faced during this period.

                          I have been using excitel broadband services for internet usages.

                          I have very bad experience with the services, each month i have to raise a complaint for no connectivity issue, slow speed etc.
                          I can understand once in a month is possible due to any technical issue but multiple times does not make any sense.

                          Due to this problem i have faced many problem as whenever i have to work on internet and urgent requirement it does not work.

                          After complaining the issue it takes much time to getting fixed.

                          There is no prior information if there is any planned outage or technical fault in my area.

                          It's worse service provider.
                          Looking forward to get it fixed so that do not get a chance to raise the same issue again and again.

                            I have been using excitel broadband for 100 mbps plan. However i got speed of 2 mbps to 40 mbps most of the days. I called customer care multiple times for resolution. Further investigation reveals switches of local vendor are not capable enough for 100 mbps. They did not mentioned while taking the connection they are not having power backup capacity. They mentioned no issues will be there. Every day if power gone then i am not getting internet. I am loosing my work every time. So if they are aware of this, why are they charging customers for 100 mbps and why they are saying no issues at all which they cant provide at all. If i call them now local provider asking to contact customercare and customer care asking to talk to local provider. So asking them for refund of my money, they are not willing to consider that, despite speeding issue still remains open. Apart from this, there are lot of frequent disconnections and speed is not at all consistent, sometimes it is 70 to 50 to 2 mbps but never 100 for which i paid for.                               Since the day i paid amount to him, these has been no feedback. Further he stopped attending my calls. This seems like another new bluff game in the town. I immediately want to get my money back as i have already fed up with the company services.

                                      We have a connection of excitel since last one year they didn't give us a proper service every time they have an excuses due to fiber cut network gone or else whenever connection goes we tried to contact on helpline number but at that time they didn't received calls. We are fed up of this type of service kindly do something. They are making just fake promises...

                                        We got a new registration for excitel broadband. We gave then rs. 1325 which include tax as well. (They said for cable installation and plan payment).

                                        When we ask for for the proper invoice of 500 rs. (In name of cable installation). They said local vendor will give. No invoice has been provided by them. Neither local vendor is giving invoice nor company moreover, local vendor said, "for installation charges, no bill is given"....
