I had purchased Faber cooktop on 9th Feb and almost after two weeks the two out of three knobs do not work properly.
It's been almost 6 days now complaint being registered without solution.
Since the product is under warrenty I thought the service would be free but the company asks for travel expenses as the technician has to visit my home (Katni MP) from different city Jabalpur and these charges were not at all explained to me while selling the product.
I'm very disappointed with the service as I trusted the brand name and bought the product thinking I'll get quick and free service across India but tired with follow-ups.
Request Faber to look into this matter urgently and do not charge customers for travel as it's part of the service if you really want to be ahead of your competitors.

    The Faber gas burners are faulty and need to be replaced Every year. I purchased this Faber gas hob 2 years ago and have already replaced the burners twice paying rs4000, each burner costing rs2000. Now again the burner is giving trouble and will need to be replaced. If this problem continues, I will be spending rs4000 every year because Fabre is manufacturing faulty gas burners. I am attaching a picture to show that there is a gap between the burner parts, because of which the flame doesn’t burn properly.

      Hi,
      I have purchase faber burner in the month of may 2021 and from past one momth it is continuously making noise when i lit up the burner. I have already registered a complaint kn customer care but from their end they automatically closed it even though the issue haven't resolved yet.
      Technician already visited couple of times and he told that everything he have done but he also unable to find the root cause of this issue.
      Note : this product is under warranty.

        I have purchased a Frankie Faber Chimney+Hub from Supra Kitchen Developer (Gurgaon), Bill copy is attached herewith for ready reference please. On 01 Jan 2022 one incident took place in our kitchen in which my daughter's got inherited on their feets and unable to walk. Therefore, it is my humble request to kindly do the chimney service and replace hub/Hood which is manufactured defectively.

          Repair issue and service issue

          I Have been Following Faber service team to repair my 2 Oxypure Veritable Cleaner since last 4 months, but no response from them called local team several times but they just hopeless,

          Both Oxypure has been repaired previously also but every time both stopped working after 3-4 weeks and for these rapier they have taken 2-3 months .

          In total 12 months, 7 months product was lying with Faber service centre to get repaired


          i have sent mail to them for this issue, but no response from them, they just casually say sir, we will send our engineer shortly, but even after this since last 2 months no one turned up to repair the parts

            Auto close and open of my new Faber chimney Apex mode stopped working within 1 month of purchase. Complaint raised and ticket registered with BLR[protected].
            Till now almost 2 months over and motor replacement as per ticket is not done . Status on every follow up is in Transit and comes next week.

              Greetings!!!

              My self SASI KUMAR V.P, user of FABER Kitchen stove, Hobe and chimmini bought from your authorized dealer at Calicut, Kerala during 2017.
              The product performance and quality is good so far.
              As you know any product which is not maintained and serviced properly shall be useless in short span of time.
              I have been getting service promptly till last year. But Very sorry to state that now a days your service personals approach is not at all satisfactory and NOT responding to service call properly and promptly .
              Iam badly waiting for a service for my FEBER KITCHEN STOVE . (Called last two Saturdays (( 8th and 15th Jan) and not nobody turned up for service))
              Request you to pls make arrangements to give aservice on this Saturday *22nd January 2022 when Iam there at my home.

              Please note that Service is a the main area where a customer focus rather than any thing else.

              Hope you understood the seriousness and pls do the needful to rectify the mistake at your service center (where they treat customer calls are mere jokes) and pls do arrange me a service on this 22nd January 2022.

              Being a good rated and reputed company, Hope to get a favorable response from your end urgently in this matter.
              please find attached here with my warranty card ( only to show the serial number and details of my product) and last service center (where now a days Iam getting very very p[oor response) for your reference.

                Hi,
                I have complained about the faber chimney not working and I know my chimney is in warranty as purchased on18 Jan 2017 . During changing the house the bill and relocation the bill was lost and not able to be tracked in the house. Please check and provide the service for the motor replacement or any other service needed to repair it. I have received a call saying that I need to pay to get the service or otherwise need the bill copy. They have declined my request and PO.

                I have attached the details from inside the serial number and model.

                Please check if you can get me the service without the bill copy as i have tried but didnt get the bill and service is really important for this.

                  I requested a service for our Gas Hob. The service provider was Mr Chetan[protected].
                  His service person Mr Monty was pushing to change all three burners while the problem is with one only.
                  He also did not provide any invoice for the spare part.

                    Hi faber...
                    We have bought chimney and hob at raj electricals and electronics rayasandra, bangalore-560 099 on 06/11/2021..
                    Chimney front lower panel one side was not fixed properly and it was hanging.. so we have registered service complaint on November 19th BLR[protected].. Technician came and completely removed panel and kept in our house...we are following up with ur technician to fix this..no response as of now.. find attached chimney snap for your references...if its not addressed in this week, m going to post my experience with Faber in social media...and going to return my all faber product to shop...highly not recommendable brand in India..

                      I am Sanchita Agarwal, I am facing some issues regarding the after sales services of Faber since the last few months.

                      My oven toaster grill with model no. FBIO 65L4F is not working since the last three months. I had contacted the dealer Shriram sales” from whom I had purchased my entire kitchen equipment. Initially he had provided me with the Patna service head number- Mr Mukesh ([protected]). After a lot of persuading he finally visited my residence and after examining he claimed that the lower element of the OTG is not working. He however, could not provide with the approximate date, time or the rate of the product to be replaced. He further claimed, “the company does not have stock of this part”. Furthermore, weeks passed by with no response from his end.

                      Finally, after a lot of persistence Mr Mukesh provided me with his senior who is stationed in Kolkata Mr. Sanjay ([protected]). They blamed each for their inefficiency and Mr. Sanjay kept on promising that work would be done in a few days’ time however it remains unresolved to date. By this time I had contacted the toll free Faber India service and was surprised to hear that my complaint was not even registered. Hence, I went through with the complaint registration process but I did not receive any complaint number from the company’s end. This whole instance happened four times and till date my complaint is not registered in the official toll free number of Faber.
                      Further again i had contacted the senior person who was assigned for my concern Mr. Dilip Kumar on the below contact no provided in mail from faber customer service. However to my utter disappointment all he could provide me with the information that the product that needs to be replaced has been shipped on 16th of october… beyond which he could not provide me with any further details….
                      It is extremely sad to see that a senior person to whom my concern was escalated provided me with such an answer everytime i called.

                      After a month i was again provided by a senior after sales faber officials no to contact. Now after nearly 4 months I would like to bring to your notice that my problem us still not resolved and i am getting no such response from Mr. Sur…
                      Everytime i call him he says its not available pan india and he is doing his best n gives me a next weeks date…
                      It is surprising that within 4 years an expensive product like this has no availability of parts for service.
                      I would like to escalate this matter to higher Faber officials as i strongly feel that my problem is being neglected by the company people.

                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest as I am waiting for my problem to get resolved since august 2021.

                        This is regarding a BUILT IN GAS HOB that I purchased a month ago.
                        Model: Imperia Plus 783 BRB CI BK
                        Store purchased from: Faber Galleria, Kannur, Kerala
                        I am extremely disappointed with the kind of service you provide. We have multiple issues with the gas hob, as listed below-

                        1) the intensity of the flame is absolutely low- in the highest level of the flame, it takes me 10 minutes to boil 1 cup of water. That’s how bad it is.
                        2) Each time we try to reduce the flame to keep it on sim, the burner turns off on its own. Every time.
                        3) Even in highest flame, if kept turned on for an hour, it will turn off on its on atleAst 5 times in one hour. This makes it really difficult for us to cook anything on this stove.

                        Moreover, the service provided is HORRIBLE. We asked them to come several times to get these issues checked, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done.
                        They would just come and look at the burner for 5 mins and leave. Without serving the customers’ needs.
                        Even worse, they leave the house without even informing us (let alone solve the problem).

                        The only resolution is that we are going to bring the product back to the Faber store, make an absolute huge issue and return this. And we will be needing a full refund for this product.

                          Had bought a faber 4 burner gas stove before Diwali. It had a defect in its stand and took almost 2 weeks after repeated complaints to get sorted out. Then God knows what the technician did during installation, the gas extinguishes once you turn the knob to sim. I am unable to use the gas on sim which is causing a great problem while cooking. Plus its a fire hazard because many times out of habit we sim the gas and gas keeps coming out and after some time we realise that the gas has extinguished. It's quite dangerous. It seems a part has to be replaced to rectify this problem. Even after repeated complaints for more than a month the part has not been replaced. Absolutely horrible customer service. I am very fed up. So please think twice before buying one of their products.

                            Poor after sale service ...person is not ready to come on time we need to contact after that they replace with other technician without informing us ... Also ask to call other person and fix appointment then that person not coming on time still morning we are waiting now it's evening ...from last two days there is worst response ...I request to all purchaser don't go for thos Faber product .

                              My Faber chimney was not working...
                              I made a call to customer care on 22nd October, they the technician will come in 24hours.
                              But it took 20days to come on 12th November techinician arrived.
                              Later the technician took my chimney board and left.
                              It's past 20days no one came to repair it.
                              I have been making calls to service centers, but they are giving harsh answers.

                                  Faber can not provide a spare part for my built in oven . Saying product discontinued. Stopped working after 3 years . Have complained and they are not interested in even picking up phone anylonger. Worst customer service

                                    Dear Team, I bought a Faber chimney in 2019 with a lifetime warranty and the motor stopped working 2 months ago. When I called the Vendor from where I purchased the Chimney, an employee came and said that the motor needs to be replaced.

                                    I have informed them that this covers the warranty and showed them the bill. He then said there would be someone else coming tomorrow to attend.

                                    When I followed up the next day, they said they can't replace the motor as a third-party vendor has done a service and that I have to pay Rs.3500 for motor replacement.

                                    But I didn't have any third-party vendor attend my chimney. I lodged a complaint in Faber toll-free number and the next day a different technician came and said the same thing.

                                    They have ripped us off and I still couldn't get anyone to replace the chimney or the motor.

                                    I hope you take necessary action towards both company (Faber and Viveks) and its associates. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference.

                                      Please be advised that I own a FABER Cooker Hood CUM AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM. MODEL: STILUS SILK LTW 60(110.0264.475)
                                      S.R.NO: G[protected]/S.STEEL+GLASS

                                      Now is that the Chimney is not working/fan is inoperational - Display is not coming and LED bulb is also not glowing.

                                      The complaint has been raised and the technician (Swapnil Ajgaonkar) has visited and has taken with him the PCB box, touch screen display PCB.

                                      It has been more than 20 Days, today and we are having a difficulty in the kitchen because of the same.

                                      The service provider in Goa (Mr. Praveen) is giving excuses stating that the parts RO has been raised and there is no response from the parts provider from Pune, and they aren't replying to his emails.

                                      Am tired with his excuses.

                                      Anxiously waiting for your positive reply.
