Gas stove leak

The pipe behind the Gas stove got cut all of a sudden and there was fire in our kitchen. We could have all died because of this incident. There was no response from Faber office when I called them after this incident. They are very irresponsible and the quality of their products sucks. I hope they get the punishment they deserve....

Geyser

This is very unfortunate on part on your team, the Water Heater (Geyser) fixed in our bathroom fell and destroyed all the items including washbasin fixed under it.

We are lucky that, no body were in bathroom at that time. Now we notice that he Geyser was just fixed in two small screws which is no way sufficient to hold such a big Geyser.

I have already raised compliant with Faber Customer Care. It has to be...

Faber water filter service

After installation of faber water filter, we have to change the filters for 6 months.but from 2 months onwards iam calling them to change the filters.But no response from the the faber service people.Now it was already 8 months gone but there is no first service.Iam keep on calling them, but they r don't care about customers....

Water Purifier Service

I have requested service for Water Purifier which serviced on July and until this day no any response from their side. Always they are delaying the service and no one for taking care for the after sales service. My service request submitted on 13th Oct through their web. And from my personal experience don't buy from this company as I mistakenly bought 4 water purifiers for my friend and relatives....

Dishwasher Installation pending for 6 months

I had purchased Faber dishwasher from Amazon on 4th May 21 and despite multiple requests/calls no one came for demo and installation till now. Customer care never respond on call or email.

Faber water purifier

The worst service I am getting. I requested 12 days ago for reinstallation of my water purifier. Till now, not a single person contacted. I called customer service several times. they say that they will respond in 48 hrs. but never. I hate faber products. we bought this unnecessarily. I don't recommend anyone to buy faber products for their worst service...

Service not provided under warranty

I observed an issue with chimney after 10 months of installation. I installed after 2 months of purchase. They denied warranty as 1 year completed from purchase. As a customer why I have to pay as I didn't use for 1 year...

Dishwasher showing error

I have made many calls for complaining the error issue regarding dishwasher . Technicians are ready to come if it’s installation but not for resolving the issue. It’s not even a year and the soap dispenser inside the washer is not working. Product is average and service is even worst. I never had service issue with any of my electronic goods.pls resolve the issue immediately....

Chimney not working after purchase

Gas stove burner rusting and drip plate not working

Within a month of purchase the gas stove burner stand got rusted and the paint started to scratch off. Also the drip plate doesnt work properly and leaks everything that comes out of the utensil to the lower portion pf the gas stove. I put a complaint and even now mo solution is being provided...

RO Installation regarding

Faber is cheating the customers and response is very poor. They are saying installation is free but we need to pay traveling charges for technician. Rs. 3 for KM. If your home is around 100 km far from service center then you need to pay Rs.600 per visit (200 km two way). In this way it is costing more to the customer. If product is under warranty and need a service, still need to pay this 600. Service centers are very less and mostly need...

Faber dishwasher

Hi Faber team,

I have purchased Faber dishwasher on 6th Jan 2021.

The machine started working improperly, all the utensils are not getting cleaned and white strains are visible on all utensils post wash.

Cooktop complaint unattended for more than 6 months

There were multiple issues with the product in 2 months after purchase. One of the burner is not working when put on Sim and one of the knobs is loose. Repair person said some essential parts of the product needed repair/replacement.
