THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
purchased dishwasher model :FFSD6PR12SNeo serial :M[protected]
on January. the product worked fine no problems there, however on 5th of may the lock attachment for the detergent dispenser broke. its a normal manufacturing defect and is covered in the warranty. called the customer care and they sent there technician *Mr. Mukesh Gole*, he came saw the problem took pictures and said we will have to order in the material from head office this might take more then 5 day, which is a reasonable time for repairing a small defect, longer then usual but still reasonable. i call this gentle man after 3 days to inquire about the status, he tells if going to take *MORE 15 DAY!!!* and stated some technical reason that they can not order the right material, then proceeded to shift the blame to a lady saying she has ordered it as soon as it will come he will come repair it. after 15 days i call them again and they still say that it is *GOING TO TAKE MORE 15 DAYS BEACUSE THEY HAVENT ORDERED THE MATERIAL YET* when asked who is incharge of this service center he made me speak to another gentle man who is supposedly the manager of the service center and he was asking for money for repair work... when asked why was the complaint pending for so long and no order was made, also no communication back to the customer as to why it is taking so long, *HE DIRECTLY CUT THE CALL*. when called back i was made to speak to a lady who assured me *MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED WITH IN A WEEK!!!*... IT HAS BEEN ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH STILL THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALLS AND MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED... NO CALL BACKS FROM THE COMPANY TO EVEN INQUIRE IF THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED... I AM STILL WAITING!!!...
2 QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ASKED HERE:
1. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO GET EQUIPMENT FROM PUNE OF ALL PLACES BECAUSE IT DOESNT TAKE MORE THEN 10 HOURS TO REACH THERE FROM BHOPAL... AND WHAT JUSTIFIES THE 1 MONTH LONG WAIT PERIOD JUST TO REPAIR A SMALL DETERGENT DISPENSER?
2. WHAT IS THE PERPOUSE OF OWNING A DISHWASHER WHEN I HAVE TO WASH DISHES BY HAND FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS?

I HOPE MY COMPLIANT WILL BE SOON RESOLVED... WITH REPAIR OF THE DETERGENT DISPENSER OF MY DISHWASHER.

      Dishwasher not working and the service center doesn’t respond after repeated calls to the area executive an engineer visited but didn’t had knowledge how to repair. Still facing the same problem.
      The same here with me. Their service sucks.

        Bought a brand new burner. The burner has some valve issues and I placed a complaint on the 3rd day of receiving the product. Their service personnel is yet to call me even after 15 days. I believe this is the very reason their customer service ratings are abysmal. I have called their service multiple times and each time they say they are escalating. I don't know whom they are escalating for such a repair. Customer service is an integral part of customer satisfaction in a competitive market. There are a lot of brands to choose from. I don't understand if they cannot provide service why to bother selling your products in the market or they just want to sell their products without any consequnces. I made a mistake and will not make it again.

          My water purifier model number U WA RO+UV+MAT Serial number- G[protected]. It is under warranty period but due to poor AMC service and unprofessional behaviour from Mr Suvonkor Dutta [protected] it's frequently not working . Every time new person comes and temporarily repairs it. Infact one of the filter is stolen by some people . Please sort this matter immediately otherwise I will circulate it in social media .

            Hi,

            My name Is Manjunatha S. Yesterday Eurodomo 90 cm Chimney was fired in our house. It was only 2 months before I purchased this from Flipkart. For your reference attached the invoice and also attached the fired photos for your reference. If you need a video also I will send.

            I will explain the details: Morning I am done the chapati. After that I am off the chimney but not off the switch board. After 10 to 15 minutes the fire happened but I was not in the place i see the smoke outside because after eating i going to office. Below the chimney nothing is there except the stove.

            Just now the local customer care agent is called and he is told not able to give the entire replacement of the chimney. Instead of that we give a 20% discount for the new chimney. It's not a chimney issue, it's a cooking issue.

            I do not agree with this because this is not our fault.

            Please replace the product or thoroughly inspect the problem. I am going to lodge a complaint against this because I nearly i lossed Rs. 50000 using your product. No one gives anything for this.

            And will post this issue with videos and photos in social media, tv etc.,

              I purchased a chimney of eurodomo which is a by product of faber approx 1 year back from flipkart. But after few month later its motor gets stops working after few minutes again start after few minutes and again stop and also its suction power get almost zero. Then i tried to make contact with the customer service but every day they gives me a new area executive number and after 1 month and 30-35 call they register my complain 15/3/2022 and send their serviceman but he come and charged 500 rupee just for cleaning but the problem remains the same then he said i have warranty period so the PCV will be changed free of cost (which was the main defectivepart) but after this now this is 2 month running and i am calling them continuously after every 2 days but every time they replied me that they 'will forward my request to the senior and put it on the urgent basis and local service center will contact within 48 hours' every single day they replied me with this single line and till date problem remains the same in last 5 month i was just fed up with their chimney and worst customer axicutives . Is it possible to get a proper solution please some one help me suggest me solution how may i deal with the worst customer service center. sorry but they are running a fraud company.

                    Faber collected Rs.2550 for annual maintenance of Faber chimney and are not providing the service even after following up multiple times. They are giving false commitments and not sending their people for service.

                      I must say no brand could have a more pathetic service department than Faber. I had filed a complaint with toll free number and was promised a revert call in 48 hrs which I did not get. When I called back they gave me service company manager's number from R N enterprises. I have been calling same guy from before also and he makes false promises of coming next day. He has now stopped taking my calls too. In past 1+year all I am doing is spending money on these products as every few days a new part breaks down. Really poor quality products and services too. Very sad.

                          Bad product and worst customer service .
                          I got Faber Nexus 4 burner for 21k on 15th August 2021 and also paid installation of charge of 3.5k and from the very first day there was problem with one of the burner . After complaining about it to the service Center they sent their service person but he couldn’t fix it and just gave temporary solution for it that we should not use that burner, again complained and this kept going on . Complained about 8 times and no service person could fix the issue . Since a month calling Faber Customer service to send someone to fix it or atleast replace it . There is no responsibility taken by the customer service or the company . Faber company attitude is to just sell their product and make profit . They don’t care about customer service and the worst is that now all the burner have stopped working and we have been complaining about it and there is no response . Customer Service Center gave me the Area Manager Number and his number always seems to be busy . My 21k for this burners was waste . Please please please do not buy their product . My relatives got Elica and Glen product, and there is no complaints in service or their product .
                          I will be taking my complaint further because bogus company like Faber should be shut down immediately

                            Made a complaint on 21.04.22 regarding non functioning of above appliance.

                            More tan 10 days have passed.

                            Till date the desired part, pin no 9 for the large burner, has not been supplied to me. As a result my hob is not functioning satisfactorily.

After visit of the executive it is found that motor and control circuits are not working and they will replace it. it has been more than 20 days i am following up but no one is responding and changing the defaulted parts.

                                I had made a complaint to change the pin( Size 9) of the large burner on Monday 18.04.22
                                Earlier on 07.03.22, the same complaint was lodged as the flame is not powerful.
                                Earlier the technician came and supplied pin n0 11 making unstable flame for the large burner.

                                Till date no one visited my house to rectify the defect

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is related to Faber Chimney complaint I’d MUM[protected] which I had bought in the year Dec 2020, installed in Feb 2021 and started using from June 2021. Attached invoice for your reference.

                                  I would like to draw your attention to the first complain I had raised via telephonic on 2nd March and further 5 times on different dates in March followed by email complaint on email I’d KS-customercare.[protected]@franke.com on April 2nd.

                                  Despite making so many complaints over call and email lmm ka duing last one and half month we have not received any satisfactory response from your end. As per your team the motor has been damaged and part of the same is not available. However it’s been more than 4 weeks we have not heard it back about the parts and hence I demand the replacement of the Chimney.

                                  Due to non functional of chimney from last one and half month my new kitchen interior has been badly affected. This is primarily because of extremely poor after sales service from the company.

                                  I want the immediate action to be taken against this or else I would further make the complaint to consumer forum.

                                        I called for faber chimney service, looked out on google for the number and booked a compliant. someone promptly came and took the chimney claiming certain things have to be checked.

                                        One guy called Rajesh called and told that Motor, PCB board was the issue. he said Motor is under life time warranty and can be changed without charges. Paid 7800 for PCB board.

                                        Just before delivering the chimney he calls to say, that the wiring kit needs to be changed, I heard him say its around 200+, but charged me 3, 800/-

                                        they committed to get all this done in 3-4 days and took more than 2 weeks

                                        I found their mode of interaction fishy and called the faber customer care to raise a complaint with them. came to know that these guys are not authorized service center. Not sure where I missed, but BEING FABER CUSTOMER IS BEING VULNERABLE TO CHEATS
