I am drafting this mail after waiting for more than a month for a service request. A very very bad experience from Faber. Call logged on 6th March 2021, following up since then with call center and Mr Rajesh, Zonal Head South, ph no. [protected] and through messages. Absolutely zero response and consern towards customer issues.

I would definitely not recommend Faber products to anyone with this experience.

I hope atleast this mail resolve my smallest issue with no further follow up.

    I purchased a brand new Jumbo 4BB BK AI auto ignition Faber gas stove on 30th March 2021 from hyderabad, India from Faber platinum studio, hyderabad and the glass top bursted on 11th of April 2021 in a matter of 12days.
    My mother was in the kitchen luckily she is not hurt but much shocked and scared.Why Faber is manufacturing faulty pieces and selling faulty products and putting there customers lives at risk?.Why Faber couldn't detect that it gas stove glass tops are not heat resistant?why Faber hires such engineers who couldn't manufacture a heat resistant glass top.
    Unfortunately I read the reviews where I realized the bursting of glass top is a common malfunction in many households.
    Very disappointed and scared and expect return of money as Faber has lost customer trust.

      We are running a IFM company and one of our customer home shifting from Avadi, Chennai to Anna Nagar, Chennai. and reinstallation in Anna gar.
      For that last two days your service provider
      For last two days I’m sorry to say that I had worst coordination experience. The are not all considering what we are requesting.

          The engineer visited my place on 10th January 2020 (2 weeks after the complain was lodged), This itself is lapse from Faber Service Center on not providing timely response to the complain and the delay in engineer visit.

          After the engineer visited to attend the complain he identified that the moter is defective and told he will get back for replacement .

          I am very frustrated with the quality of service provided by Faber and Faber being international brand it is disappointing to see a bad reputation due to service.
          I called to customer service multiple times and escalated the issue and sent multiple emails... But no response since 4 to 5 months... I won't suggest anyone to buy faber due to bad service...

            I brought a new chimney last february. Just after two months it stopped working. I immediately filed a complaint at the store where I had bought it from.
            After 1 month of continuous follow-up, they came and fixed it temporarily.
            Now it's almost been more than a year, they haven't yet changed the part.
            I also called the customer service 2-3 times, even they failed to solve the issue.
            Very disappointed with the service.

              I purchased a Faber GAS 5 Burner for some 23000/-
              In the 1st year itself, the flame started coming red yellow, and my vessel used to become black.

              I complained to the sales man, but he left the company.
              Finally I complained and a engineer came and reduced the flame and I am unable to cook.

              Then finally I went to the Vijay Sales after 2 years and they deny to change the Burner.

              Please be polite and help me by changing the burners.

              My parents sunflame brand 2 burner, since 20 years from Air force canteen and no complain, cost some rs 2000/- and
              I wonder I purchased a Faber company and see in one year burners are not aligned / out

              Please, request you to consider my problem.

              Also Lost my warrently car. But I have invoice

                I have purchased Faber Chumney, Model: HOOD FEEL PLUS, BK TC LTW 60 (110.0327.488) G[protected], on 10/01/2016, for the PAST one month chimney lights are not glowing, I have booked a complaint through Toll Free Number, technician had attended, he had done cleaning but regarding bulbs he said the bulbs are available. I kept on pursuing but complaint was closed, without taking my consent. Today also I booked a complaint through toll free number with ref No. HYD [protected], I was told that this it would be attended with 48 hrs.
                MY COMPLAINT IS PENDING FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH. HOW YOU CAN CLOSE A COMPLAINT BASED ON TECHNICIAN'S FEEDBACK. This is fourth time I am raising a complaint, but my complaint is not solved. I expect a better service from you.

                  I have raised complaint 3 months back but till date no supply from faber company for burner replacement. This is worst experience with Faber and no solution till date even after several follow ups with vendors and company

                      I had submitted a complaint about 10 days ago - Complaint No.BLR [protected].

                      The service person attended to it broke the switch while opening. Said that the pcb board was not working, but the motor was working. However, he took both the PCB board and motor saying that the motor has to be cleaned and it as 12 years warrantee. He also said he will manage to fix the switch he broke. After about 5 days, he brought back the motor but the new pcb he had brought did hot fit. He had also brought a new switch which he said would cost Rs.400/-. Plus, he said the servicing of motor would cost Rs.1450/- and the PCB board about Rs.1500/-. The switch, which is fragile and clumsy as it is, broke while he was removing; then why the customer should be charged? The motor was perfect; why should he service it and charge the customer? The PCB which did not fit was taken back saying he would get the right model (he had taken the old one with him and why didn't he get a similar model?). He didn't even return the PCB which he said was gone and not working. I telephoned him 2 days back and he said the right PCB must come from Chennai and probably he would fix it on Monday (that too if he received it).

                      I am really sorry that FABER is harassing senior citizens like us by unnecessarily delaying the matter and also charging customers for the fault and wrong doings of the service personnel. The switch, which is plastic, thin and flimsy isn't worth even Rs.10/- and I didn't worry much when it broke while he was removing the panel board. But, when he says it costed Rs.400/-, I was astonished! You can't be charging the customer for his mistake. Also, when the motor was running, there was NO REASON for him to service it and charge Rs.1450/-.

                      He didn't even give any acknowledgement for having taken the parts of the chimney. This is a very unprofessional way. The customer has no way to find out whether the same Motor (which was in working condition) was replaced or not. There was no number on it to identify the same although I took a photograph of it.

                      I request you to kindly look into the matter, get the repair work done as early as possible by replacing what is broken, and charge me for the part that was worn out. Pl do not charge me for the switch and also servicing of the motor (which was not necessary)

                          Faber gas stove not giving flame as soon as something fall on it like milk and completely it stops giving flame, we have to go for paid servicing of 600 every time and every month it happens, service man says that every time we have to go for paid servicing, each time anything will fall after boiling on burner and it stops giving flame and every time we have to call for paid servicing, this is pathetic experience of any brand with lifetime paid servicing every 2-3 month or every month it happens, is this the brand which we considered and the pathetic service will never consider buying any product of Faber nor will recommend and will gonna change the gas stove as soon as possible

                            I have raised a complaint almost two months back but till date it is not resolved. Few service providers visited once in a while but none of them replaced burners so far. I have never faced this kind of challenge with any other product and company. I strongly recommend people to not go far faber. Very pathetic and poorest service base.

                              Iam a resident of Karaikudi.I am using the Faber table mount gas stove with three burners.And also I am using the Faber chimney with two halogen lights. Due to corna lock down the service also not in properly.Do last one year we have cooking with out chimney lights.Some three months back one technician came for service of stove and chimney.I asked him to replace the chimney bulbs .But he also told I have bulbs with me but it's not suitable for your chimney.

                              Any how now I want lodge one complaint of bulbs in chimney.One more thing I want replace the feeding casket of stove .
                              Kindly depute some technician with proper spares and rectify the required remedies in my stove/chimney.

                                Iam Jagdish Kumar M brought a new 4burner Gas stove from dealer, after passing one year one burner had failed which was replaced. Now again passing 6months 2burners had failed, the complaint has not yet resolved after giving request 2weeks back.

                                Bringing to your kind notice for suitable reply or resolution as my stove is in a very dangerous position and getting sounds when liting it.

                                  I had purchased a hybrid gas stove from Faber 2 years back . And this is what I got .

                                  1 . Cast iron utensils stand broken

                                  2 . The flame has burned the on/off knob

                                  3. Glass top broken

                                  I have been sending mails to their customer care id but no one has visited or called . This ridiculous. No after sales service . Our Indian companies are much better .

                                    I had a problem with my Faber hob for which i contacted Heat Craft/Technocare, which is the service center for Faber hobs and chimneys. I have a service contract with them and i called them to send a technician. The technician, whose name was Hariom, came after a couple days and he said the nozzle filter and 4 knobs needed to be replaced. I agreed for the same and paid him the full amount of Rs. 6250. He changed the nozzle but since he did not have the knobs, he said he would come back to fit them the next day. I paid him the full money for the knobs too. However, he did not come back and after calling the service center and speaking to Aishwarya, Ankita, Ritu, at all different times who kept telling me the technician will come but ofcourse, no one came. After calling several times, another technician by the name of Shahid along with Raj Kumar Mukherjee, who claimed he was the supervisor, came and fitted the knobs. But still, one of the medium burner knobs were not working properly. I had to press the small burner knob and then the medium burner knob worked. I told them and Raj Mukherjee said that the burners and plates are bad and need to be changed. He said the if I extended my service contract for another year, he would give me a 50% discount on it. I already have a service contract til 9/12/2, for which I had payed Rs. 8000. I extended that contract upto 8/12/22, for which I paid Rs. 7000, which included the charge for the burners and plates - Rs. 4000 for service contract @50% discount and Rs. 3000 for burners and plates. However, upto now no one has come and each time I call the service center, either Aishwarya or Ankita or Ritu answer the phone and Every time its a different story, either the parts haven't come from Delhi, or the technician will surely come tommorow or on Monday and so on and so forth. I was fed up with their stories so one day I called and asked for the supervisors number. They said there was no supervisor there so I insisted and a girl by the name of Shaheen came on the line and told me the supervisor was not there and she would ask him to call me. I told her again that I wanted to call him so could I have his number. She turns around and tells me that she herself was the supervisor and to tell her the problem. I immediately told her that she was lying because first she said there was no supervisor. Final she said Yes she was lying, because she did not want to give me the supervisors number. Then I threatened her that I would make a complaint against all of them and put down the phone. Soon Raj Mukherjee called me and said please don't call anyone and he would take care of the problem soon. However, after making several calls to him and Shahid till today no one has come and the job has not been done. They keep lying that they are coming the next day but never come. They are liars and cheaters. I had no choice but to turn towards the Consumer Complaint Forum for help. I hope you can help me in this matter as it is the question of burners not working properly and could be very dangerous. Would appreciate if you could help me ASAP.                                       Hob was bought from the retailer Neugen at Sarjapur Road in Dec 1 week. One burner has not been working since day one and second one stopped working last week. Multiple complaints, phone calls and emails later, issue is unresolved .Service Center manager Ravi is extremely rude and threatening and should not be in services at all. Venugopal's name was provide by Faber company, but no resolution so far after almot 10-12 weeks . Tkt number with Faber-Franke call center is listed above . Need urgent resolution as it is impacting our day to day life

                                        Escalation on unprofessional After Sales Service

                                        Last July I purchased a chimney from faber, we have used it for about a month. We started experiencing the trouble in the chimney i.e. it is not working and creating a noise. I have reported this issue to faber customer care in the month of Oct. After a couple of chases, the technician had visited and said some parts had to be replaced inside the chimney and also said they will place an order for the same.

                                        It's been 4 months...
