I purchased faber chimney hood topaz 3D T2S2 in 1st of juliy and in mid of September the motor of chimney start making noise on 1st October i registered complaint they send a technician on 2nd october he took chimney motor with him since that dey he did not call back and he did not came where the hell my chimney's motor

    I have purchased Faber product and I would like to inform you and all the user who would like to purchase any Faber product to first get some feedback from your near and dear one on how it look after 1 month use.

    I have sent my cooktop photo and also share the same with Faber MD and CEO showing the same having so pathetic condition of so called Faber product.
    Requesting all to not to purchase any Faber product less than 15K since is of 3rd quality material.

      I observed an issue with chimney after 10 months of installation. I installed after 2 months of purchase. They denied warranty as 1 year completed from purchase. As a customer why I have to pay as I didn't use for 1 year

        I have made many calls for complaining the error issue regarding dishwasher . Technicians are ready to come if it’s installation but not for resolving the issue. It’s not even a year and the soap dispenser inside the washer is not working. Product is average and service is even worst. I never had service issue with any of my electronic goods.pls resolve the issue immediately.

            Respected government authorities,

            the company faber castell is not attending to complaints since last 2 months on the complaint lodged.
            The trail mail is herein for your quick reference.
            Its been torcherous to contact them endlessly. They should be told to give penalty for the mental torcher, that has caused. The spoc details provided never answers, its always in the engage mode. Servicemen contact with always asking to post pictures of the product to be repaired.

            Ref : ee had purchased faber gas stove 4 burner glass cooktop power 4bb bk manual ignition from amazon india - on 13.5.2021 and got the delivery of the same by 16.5.21

            there has been severe damage while preparing our food. One side of the gas stove has been amicably damaged. The photos of the same were shared with the concerned officials, technicians, still no actions only automated replies, that the complaint will be attended with spoc details.

            Amazon should not be entertaining such companies which fools the customer.

                Hi, I purchased the Faber HOOD CREST PLUS HC SC BK 60 chimney on Nov 13th, 2020 and after using it for 4 months, it started giving trouble. The fan of the chimney works but there is no suction and it is of no use ever since.

                I called their customer support center several times and never got a chance to speak to someone. I can understand with current situation, there is a delay. So I sent an email to their team and I received a response after a week saying someone will call/visit your place however, never received a complaint number. I again sent an email and they had same response. Afterward, I had some medical emergency and I stopped following with them and after few months, I re-send the email to them and to their surprise, they asked me that how come no one visited your place till now and I am still waiting for the response from their service center. My product is still under warranty for couple of months but this is a horrible experience I have wit Faber India. Is there anyway to get this resolved, I will really appreciate it.

                  Within a month of purchase the gas stove burner stand got rusted and the paint started to scratch off. Also the drip plate doesnt work properly and leaks everything that comes out of the utensil to the lower portion pf the gas stove. I put a complaint and even now mo solution is being provided

                    RO Installation regarding

                    Faber is cheating the customers and response is very poor. They are saying installation is free but we need to pay traveling charges for technician. Rs. 3 for KM. If your home is around 100 km far from service center then you need to pay Rs.600 per visit (200 km two way). In this way it is costing more to the customer. If product is under warranty and need a service, still need to pay this 600. Service centers are very less and mostly need...

                    Hi Faber team,

                    I have purchased Faber dishwasher on 6th Jan 2021.

                    The machine started working improperly, all the utensils are not getting cleaned and white strains are visible on all utensils post wash.

                    I have contacted to their service and received worst response from them, their service team never came to my place to check ans just giving suggestions on calls.

                    There service people tried to sale few products with higher than MRP and never bothered to call back to check on machine performance post complaint.

                    Worst machine from Faber, please don't buy.

                    It's my humble request.

                      There were multiple issues with the product in 2 months after purchase. One of the burner is not working when put on Sim and one of the knobs is loose. Repair person said some essential parts of the product needed repair/replacement. Repairing major parts of the product in just 2 months of buying means the product is defective which is why i asked for a replacement. And as per my conversation with your executive, i got a confirmation that my replacement product was approved. I also shared the product details and was told the product will arrive in a few weeks. After that i did not hear from you for about 6 months. I have still not received a resolution on the issue. Faber executives aren't responding to my phone calls or messages. Seems like they are waiting for the warranty period to be over.

                          Coffee Machine taken for repair and not returned back

                          We purchased a Faber Coffee Machine on 16th Nov 2020.
                          Sometime towards the end of June 2021, it started making a constant cracking sound while being operated. We called Faber service for its repair.
                          After several calls, it took them around ten days to come to inspect the machine.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am using Faber gas 3 burner stove for the last two years, I called in your customer care number in Ernakulam and they told the cost of each burner as follows :Big one -INR400 /per burner and for small -INR300/Per burner .

                              After that only they understand that we're from Alappuzha so they transferred the complaint to Alappuzha. Evening a service man came to our home and he told the burner cost is INR950/per burner for big one and INR710/per piece for small one .

                              We asked about the price difference and also even show this the WhatsApp voice message we got from the ernakulam team .

                              but he didn't agree and charge as big amount .

                                Faber after sales service literally sucks!! I have got my brass burner from built in hob melted and raised request for spare parts and service 5 months ago.. still following up with no action from Faber!! Paid 20k plus for the stove and not able to discard in just a couple years! Never expected such pathetic service from such a big brand ! The company needs to fix their customer service and need to do it now, or else they will not be in market for long I believe

                                    I have a ongoing contract with faber for hob & chimney. I am trying to contact them to give me services for the money I have paid. They are saying I will have to pay if I want services. I told them on every call that I have a contract with them and they need to give me services for the money paid. From past three months I am following up with them but in vain. This is fraud company fooling customers in the name of contract and not providing any services. I will go to the consumer court and sue this company
