Our chimney need cleaning service....

We purchased a Faber Coffee Machine on 16th Nov 2020.
Sometime towards the end of June 2021, it started making a constant cracking sound while being operated. We called Faber service for its repair.
After several calls, it took them around ten days to come to inspect the machine.
An executive made a visit and inspected it for several hours. He told us that the reason for the noise is unknown and it has to be taken to...

I have booked a service request on 15.08.2021 thro phone. Even after one week the service not yet carried out....

Last 10 days i am called to service senter to complaint to my product but they wont even resopond propery and im so sad about this faber complaint center this people wont take my complaint if people can see my complaint please respond i contact this 2faber customer care center ([protected];[protected]) this 2number i contact 10time they wont respond...

Dear Sir,

I am using Faber gas 3 burner stove for the last two years, I called in your customer care number in Ernakulam and they told the cost of each burner as follows :Big one -INR400 /per burner and for small -INR300/Per burner .

After that only they understand that we're from Alappuzha so they transferred the complaint to Alappuzha. Evening a service man came to our home and he told the burner cost is INR950/per...

Faber after sales service literally sucks!! I have got my brass burner from built in hob melted and raised request for spare parts and service 5 months ago.. still following up with no action from Faber!! Paid 20k plus for the stove and not able to discard in just a couple years! Never expected such pathetic service from such a big brand ! The company needs to fix their customer service and need to do it now, or else they will not be in market...

I have a ongoing contract with faber for hob & chimney. I am trying to contact them to give me services for the money I have paid. They are saying I will have to pay if I want services. I told them on every call that I have a contract with them and they need to give me services for the money paid. From past three months I am following up with them but in vain. This is fraud company fooling customers in the name of contract and not providing...

I have been following up on this complaint for about 45 days now but haven't got any valid response yet. No one is cooperating at all. The local office here claims they are "looking into it". Upon emailing the customer care they are saying they are trying to get it resolved asap. Don't know what crime I committed by buying a Faber product....

I had purchased a faber chimney on 23rd Jan 2017(12 years warranty) Model: Feel Plus Bk Tv Ltw 60. It has been a very bad experience from the very first day of purchase. The current problem that I am facing is that the motor needs to be replaced even when it is covered under warranty, the company isn't showing any support for replacing it. I have purchased Faber Galaxy Plus RO on 29th Sep 2019(Serial No B07V24N9JV). From the last week, purification water has not been coming to the purifier water tank.

Afterward, I have called Faber support number([protected]) & the service engineer has visited my home. They said the issue with the pump and I need to change the pump. The cost is Rs 3200.

I purchased a faber galaxy plus ro+uv+uf+mat, 9 liters, 8 stage mineral water purifier with upto 2500 tds, black | b07v24n9jv (B07v24n9jv) water purifier through amazon on 06.08.2020. The faber representative visited my home and installed it on a couple of days and it was working fine. Three months before the water purifier completely stopped working. I have lodged booking for servicing the kitchen chimney for cleaning vide KOL [protected] dated 13.7.21.
There were call from representative having phine nos.[protected](S Khan), [protected], [protected](Somnath Ganguly).

I have requested representatives to attend the matter on saturday /sundays around 3-4 pm. They have confirmed regarding their coming and attending the same. However, till date no body has attended the same...

My kitchen chimney is not working since 4 months which is under warranty. this is causing so much trouble to me physically as well as mentally.

I wont give a single rating to this FABER company and I really regret that I rely on this company and bought the chimney.

I request to please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i can go to consumer court for other necessary action....

I called complaint center and two boys came to resolve the issue. one boy named mohit his mobile number [protected] cleaned the gas chullah and charged 850 es. burner problem was not solved and he said there is problme in spark plug and he will precure the sme and will change it next day. it has been 15 days and he is everyday saying will doing it tomorrow.
from last 4 days he is not picking up my calls.
its a case of clear cheating....
