Coffee Machine taken for repair and not returned back

We purchased a Faber Coffee Machine on 16th Nov 2020.
Sometime towards the end of June 2021, it started making a constant cracking sound while being operated. We called Faber service for its repair.
After several calls, it took them around ten days to come to inspect the machine.
An executive made a visit and inspected it for several hours. He told us that the reason for the noise is unknown and it has to be taken to...

Charging extra for replacing Burner

Dear Sir,

I am using Faber gas 3 burner stove for the last two years, I called in your customer care number in Ernakulam and they told the cost of each burner as follows :Big one -INR400 /per burner and for small -INR300/Per burner .

After that only they understand that we're from Alappuzha so they transferred the complaint to Alappuzha. Evening a service man came to our home and he told the burner cost is INR950/per...

Built in hob and burner replacement

Faber after sales service literally sucks!! I have got my brass burner from built in hob melted and raised request for spare parts and service 5 months ago.. still following up with no action from Faber!! Paid 20k plus for the stove and not able to discard in just a couple years! Never expected such pathetic service from such a big brand ! The company needs to fix their customer service and need to do it now, or else they will not be in market...

Contract Service

I have a ongoing contract with faber for hob & chimney. I am trying to contact them to give me services for the money I have paid. They are saying I will have to pay if I want services. I told them on every call that I have a contract with them and they need to give me services for the money paid. From past three months I am following up with them but in vain. This is fraud company fooling customers in the name of contract and not providing...

No response against complaint

Your request No is BHU[protected] .
I have been following up on this complaint for about 45 days now but haven't got any valid response yet. No one is cooperating at all. The local office here claims they are "looking into it". Upon emailing the customer care they are saying they are trying to get it resolved asap. Don't know what crime I committed by buying a Faber product....

Horrible after sales support by Faber india

Worst Faber RO Product || Deceived Customer

Hi All,

I have purchased Faber Galaxy Plus RO on 29th Sep 2019(Serial No B07V24N9JV). From the last week, purification water has not been coming to the purifier water tank.

Afterward, I have called Faber support number([protected]) & the service engineer has visited my home. They said the issue with the pump and I need to change the pump. The cost is Rs 3200.

Cleaning of Kitchen Chimney-not attended

I wont give a single rating to this FABER company and I really regret that I rely on this company and bought the chimney.

Problem in one burner

I called complaint center and two boys came to resolve the issue. one boy named mohit his mobile number [protected] cleaned the gas chullah and charged 850 es. burner problem was not solved and he said there is problme in spark plug and he will precure the sme and will change it next day. it has been 15 days and he is everyday saying will doing it tomorrow.
from last 4 days he is not picking up my calls.
its a case of clear cheating....
