      I'm the existing user of Faber chimney Model Solaris 680LTW 60 (D[protected]) since 2013. I had a malfunction issue with my chimney motor on August month of 2020. I have raised a complaint and a technician came from Sri Ragavendra Associates, Thendral Nagar, Sathuvachari, Vellore-9, he dismantled and removed the motor from the chimney told us that registered for motor replacement and changed Rs.400 on 8th of August 2020.
      From the day of complaint to till date I haven't received the replacement motor. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the Service centre since they are not responding and contacting us, they are being ignoring and doesn't caring on our calls. I have no other choice to uninstall the Faber and not to recommend the Faber products only because of the Poor Service agent. Please have look at this complaint and take necessary action for my mind disappointment.

          Hi,

          We recently purchased the Faber water purifier (casper RO + UV +MAT, 10 ltrs, 7 stage purifier) & got it installed. It is also observed that external sedment filter is also not available along with the water purifier.
          Invoice no : IN-YNMZ-6717 dated 11.12.2020.
          The same is booked through Amazon website and installed on 30th Dec 2020 from a faber service person.

          Since then the water overflow continued and raised a complaint over phone wide no : VIJ[protected].

          on 6th January 2021 the technical supervisor of Faber attended the issue, but the same issue continued.

          Request you to please replace the piece if the sensor is not functioning or any other technical issue which is beyond repair.

            Purchased their Newest 4 way suction aerospace chimney in Oct 2020,
            - When the product was received the small fan in the front was not working, i logged a complaint about the damaged product, they sent someone after 20, 25 days after constantly following up 7 within those 20 days itself the bulb under the chimney stopped working, then the different speed buttons at the front even they started blinking for no reason, they sent technicians to solve the issue, but they are so rude, and also their staff at Faber customer service have behavioral issues, they will provoke in such a laughing tone, as if we have made a mistake by buying the product, & they simply say, ya you should not have purchased from Faber now you are stuck with us..
            But what are we mad to buy such an expensive chimney and face the repetitive issue. I have face these same issue 4, 5 time repetitively within the span of 2 months.

            Please help we, what can i do to solve this?? Can i just get the refund or replacement, how do i log a complaint against them??

                Respected Sir

                We bought your product last June 2020.
                Last October it was faulty and your service provider came and checked it. Asked me 10000 for board fault. I refused and told product works 4 months only, hope warranty is still valid. He was gone out not backed, almost 2 months over not return back. Meantime our kitchen was fully smoke formed. Useless of my patience and negligence of your service forced me to go for consumer right.
                Hopefully will get good response from your side .

                      Dear Sir,

                      We have purchased faber Gas stove from M/s.Sri Ram Enterprises, Trichy 3 years before. We have informed necessary service to the above service provider. They came to our place for service on 2 occations and could not service them to our satisfaction. They informed that there are spares required viz., Chimney motor, bottom tray etc., to function alright. But the spares not available with them which are the answer...

                      I have purchased a Faber built in microwave which stopped working 2 months ago. I have raised a complaint regarding the same about 2 months ago. After repeated calling of customer care, local vendor, the issue is not even considered to look at. I am frustrated with their behaviour and sense of responsibility. I certainly did not expect this kind of support from a company like FABER.

                          We have complaint about stove repairing on 20th November, 2020. But still not attended for servicing even if complaint so many times. Very Bad servicing. Even we called to karnataka Head one Mr. Venugopal. Still not attended. See how the worst service of Fabers. Very bad.

                            Raised request with Faber customer care on 23rd November and it was assigned to KVK Enterprises, Hyderabad. Till now I did not get any response from anyone. Faber Customer Care replies that they escalated and Service Technician is not responding. Ticket # - HYD23200113.

                              We have purchased Imperia 604 BRB CI BK - Faber cook hob model on November 1st and while installing itself we had noticed that the flames are low and the the guy who installed told that it will heat well day by day but it was very sad that it was opposite. We waited for one month but still the heat the burner is having, is not enough to cook the food swiftly. It’s taking thrice the amount of time (which it usually takes) and as a working mom i felt restless waiting for the food to cook fast. Can you please look into this compliant as soon as possible

                                  I purchased the chimney and was supposed to submit the application to get the warranty card back. I have furnished all the details to the consumer office and emailed 3 times already on customer care email id.

                                  Now my Chimney is not working and not been able to get the motor replaced for last 5 months.

                                      Dear Team, I have made many complaints via mail and telephonic conversation with Mr Rahul Jadhav zonal head, with Mr Nitin Chaudhary borivali branch service centre, Mr Gauri Shankar executive at Borivali branch but no one is giving proper response. One says you call another and another says you call third person and third says call customer care. Even at customer care i have sent so many mails but no luck. When is motor replacement going to happen no clue on that. Customer is played like a football from here to there. Mr Rahul Jadhav dont even have Faber's grievance email id and he says do whatever you want to do. Same with Nitin Chaudhary he says do whatever you want to do.is this the way a Faber brand treats their customer.
                                      Its a pathetic and disgusting. Ashamed of buying product from Faber not even one year has passed and such a behaviour.
                                      Can anyone highlight the issue and taken action or am i supposed to go legal.
                                      Expecting a revert asap.
