I am writing this email regarding my faber product "faber stilux 3d t2s2 bk tc ltw 90" purchased on "07-aug-2019".

I am very old customer and using faber product quite long. This product really dissatisfy me with product quality as well as with service provided against my multiple complaints.

From very first day i have raised the issue related to front panel mirror. With my continuous follow-up and phone call service team replace by sending wrong part. Again i started follow up and faber team replaced with part that is not similar as i purchased. They install the part very roughly and part seems very bad due its different color. When i raised this concern i got answer now we are making this part like that only.

As soon as they installed the panel and mirror, touch panel stop working. It’s really very bad experience with this product.

I have requested to replace this product completely.in case i have to provide some addition cost i will pay for that but please help me to sort this issue with your due diligence.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am advocate raghavendra naveen here, i am writing this letter to bring to your notice of my difficulties faced due manufacturing defect of your product “faber cooktop 4burner hob cooktop jumbo 4bb bk ai-577.”

    On 12/10/2019 at 08:03 pm, i happened to visit adishwar india limited (Cin: u51909ka1997plc021681) branch at no. 280/107, 19th main road, opp. Diacon hospital, 1st n block, rajajinagar, bangalore – 560010 and purchased the above mentioned faber product having bill no. 19-20-d1005-558 and executive ms. Sowmya n claimed the product is fast moving and of very good quality when compared to your peers.

    However, my problem with the stove started within few days from the date of my purchase and i was forced to raise compliant request to repair one of the burner. The technician visited my place and tried to repair the burner but after repeated attempts he was able to temporarily affix the burner and left the place. But again the burner stopped working and forced me to raise one more new complaint request and  the same technician who could not fix the issue earlier came and tried his hand but to no avail.

    This has become a routine affair, and on a lighter note i suggest you to keep your technician outside my home so that i can avail his service whenever the burner stops working.

    On a serious note, please consider this letter as a written notice and get the burner replaced/ repaired or else i will be forced to drag both faber and adishwar to the consumer court. Being an advocate, i am well equipped to fight for my rights so kindly take this as high priority and resolve the issue within the next 2 days or else wait for a suit to be filed at the court.

      Since last one month we have been trying to contact faber authorised center, they never turn up to repair the chimney. We have called the customer care helpline number, it was promised that somebody will definitely come and check, but no result.

      It really sad to see the service provided by such a big name. Please let me know what is to be done on this issue.

        Dear team,

        This is to my complain which i reported on 5th november (Id: 2502812) that i bought a faber chimney on 21st oct and till 9 th nov, i received no call or confirmation on technician visit despite repetitive calls/emails etc.
        Today finally after 20 days of my request and multiple follow ups, a technician named mr. Kumar phone number [protected] visited the flat where he confirmed that there is more board cutting required by carpenter. Now, after 20 days they expect a carpenter should remain in my house waiting for faber technician to visit. His supervisor (Mr. Venkat) blamed that this is your problem. Most o[censored]s buy chimney for our new house when work is ongoing and purpose of pre-vist in max 48 hours to give the marking so that cutting can be done per size. Now this again became my problem and i am the one to be blamed why i hanged the chimney but installation wasn't done as still a duct and fitting was needed. I did it to check whether product works otherwise who dealer will return product after 20 days, plus i do not know when technician will visit - 1 month or 2 or 6... Who knows when not even a single call received in 20 days until i raised it to consumer complaints forum. Now, technician left without doing anything, the worst is they do not even admit that's their mistake/they were not prompt, not sorry or regret, instead blaming customer for the entire episode. I am back to the same stage, chimney is just hanging, unused, unfixed, unistalled.

        I asked technician to provide me his supervise venkat phone number and company detail which he did not give and rather he was trying to give me fake or wrong number, that shows of no integrity and honesty with them.

        I request to take the serious action against this, otherwise they will keep repeating that kind of services to the customer. I request you to please provide a justice here and do the all needed actions to stop these kind of harassment & damage by the companies. Hope to have this resolved.

            We Bought Brand NewFaber Glass Cooking Top and within 2 weeks the Glass is busted while cooking luckily me and my son we survived, this cooking gas top is faulty.so we complaint about this to the dealer Vijay Sales at chembur and then we complaint to Faber office and ask for replacement of the product but the problem is they are not ready to replace it they said they can only replace the glass top for the cooking gas stove, we tried to convince them that this product is faulty and after replacing glass also we are scared to cook on this gas and we can not take a risk of our life but no one is ready to replace it, please try to understand our problem the product which we hardly used less than 2 weeks and its busted so how can we trust on this product anyone please replace it or please refund our money.
            My three burner faber hob has not been working properly for the past ten days . Soot is getting deposited underneath The vessels ..Its not igniting properly and the flame is too slow..it takes a long time for heating up ..somi request the service people to attend to the problem immediately ..I am having a big problem cooking daily

              We bought faber chimney and submit the installation request on 22nd oct but till now as of 4th nov no confirmation, response or technician call to arrange the installation visit. Despite called serveral times, emailed several times but no response at all. The worst service by faber service center. Pathetic one.

              Never buy any product from faber. They donot deserve any customers

                  I bought faber hob of 4 burners from vijay sales mumbai & within 33 months all 3 burners failed ie started leaking. 14 months after purchase too 2 burner rings were replaced costing me rs 1200. Now after lodging complain they attended thrice took photos twice but after that no feedback. Writing to faber they tell that they have given the complain to their service contract agent m/s. Jay enterprises”. But the service contract do not...

                    I had purchased a faber chimney in the month of february and it worked well till june but all of a sudden it stopped working and when we called the service executive he said that there was some problem in the circuit and that it would not be covered in the 12 year warranty because we hadn't purchased an additional amc (Annual maintenance contract) at the time of our purchase and we were going to have to pay for it. When we called the helpline they said they couldn't do anything and surprisingly asked us to pay the price for the amc. The most unprofessional part was that no mention of this amc was made at the time of the purchase. I humbly request the company executives to develop the basic courtesy to assist the customer when he/she calls. If no action is taken from faber's side then i have no choice but to take action on the company. Sorry for being rude but it has been almost 5 months and i can't keep a dummy chimney forever.

                      Bought Faber chimney a month ago and got it installed.As i dont want duct, have been looking for charcoal filter.Its been more than 20 days since have been waiting for charcoal filter.Got call from customer care twice and then they closed ticket saying will fix the charcoal filter when its available.Very bad customer support from Faber..

                      I live in Hyderabad.Can [protected]@[protected] if faber team really checks these complaints.

                        I bought 1 chimney last year and within 12 months i guess more thn 12 technician have attended on technical ground. I always requested the company to replace but they always assured that after this service there will be no problem. Surprisingly today i get a what's app chat from service manager mr. Nair that further service is chargable inr 950.
                        They just fool customer for 12 month and after that start their own trick of grabbing money from customer for selling defective chimney. Product and after sales services is totally disgusting and pthetic and fooling customer. My kitchen is totally in mess and all kitchen wardrobe are full of dust and room is full of cooking smoke.
                        I bought faber gas stove all swiches are faulty i had customer care nbut no response they asking raise complaint online i am fed with this

                          FABER being good brand..so last year we bought Faber HOB COOKTOP JUMBO 4BB SS from CROMA. But we were wrong. Since that 3 times it has been services for same nob / switch fault. This time there was blast when the gas and top glass is shattered. Fortunately no one was injured.
                          Pls find attached invoice and service report and replace the your faulty product immediately.

                          It has been almost a month I am doing follow with them but company and its services is very poor...their service is 3rd party and they don't take any responsibility of the product..they simply say if company approve will will replace the product ….so I would suggest not to buy FABER products.

                          Till date no reply from Faber ...One of their representative called and asked money to solve the problem and replacement but no official response ….worst customer care support ...this is what happen if company does not have its own support team / customer support team. third party does not respond to the customer.

                            Dear sir,
                            Sub: - breakdown/malfunctioning of the faber products supplied by you viz.1) auto ignition not working for the burners 2). Chimney fan becoming on/off and changing speed on it’s own. 3). Chimney lights becoming on/off on it’s own.
                            Ref: your invoice no.1090 dt.29/10/2018
                            This has reference to my various tele calls and a series of complaints lodged to you, on the subject matter, since 2th august 2019. The first complaint was lodged by me on 6th august 2019 vide ref. No.[protected] and the last one was vide ref no.[protected] dt 28/8/2019. But no corrective action has been taken till date, except that your service person visits my house only to tell me that spares are required to replace the defective parts and as the equipment is under warranty, there is a separate procedure for indenting the replacement spares and it will take 3 to 4 days to get the spares. Surprisingly each time a different person comes and informs that he is not aware of the nature of the complaint, and he was asked only to just visit and clean the unit. Further during every visit the service personnel informed that same thing that the fan unit and the burner are defective and spares are required for replacement. Also it may please be noted that the undersigned had called your office during every visit of the service personnel and kept you posted on the situation at site and it was informed that the matter would be taken up with the service centre for a speedy repair/replacement.
                            For the past over 45 days we are suffering due to the above problem, i have also informed you about the seriousness of the problem and how sudden chance in the speed of the fan resulted in the frying oil catching fire and the flame almost hit the cook’s face, luckily it was a narrow escape or it would have been a major accident. Further during day time we all go to office and there is no one at home, i had to apply leave and stay home during the visit of your representative, this has not only hindered my office work but i have also suffered financial loss due to loss of pay.
                            In spite of the above hardships brought to your notice, there is no proper corrective action been taken from your end till date, we have no other option left, but to seek legal help in the matter. Kindly be informed that, if the above problem are not rectified within 7 days i. E. By 24/09/2019 legal procedure would be initiated covering all the damages suffered.

                            There is a motor problem in our chimney and we are trying to use our warranty card to repair it..the servicing center are faking to get details from us and never responds.This faking process had been going on for more than 3 times.i need to know the details of the officials who would actually respond

                              This is to inform you that i have purchased a faber hob hcg 604 crr ebr ci 4 burner model in bangalore harlur area in may 2017. Ever since day one had problems with the auto ignition, blackening of the utensils because of the burner issue. The technician made us purchase a one year cleaning contract worth 2450 within 3 months of purchase saying that this will help. The product is very poor quality. All burners have been replaced and just to get them to listen is very difficult. This is not meant for indian cooking and very tough to maintain. I have had a difficult 2.5 years with the product. After sales service is pathetic leaving a few sincere technicians.
                              I need a replacement of this product and i have asked for same over web complaint as well. No response for over 6 months. Shows that the company hardly cares about customer experience.

                                Mentioned product was bought on 09/06/2019 and stopped working in a month time.Complaint was raised with Faber care with number[protected] on 16/07/2019.Many follow up done with customer care, also issue is escalated to area manager Rahul Yadav multiple time on his phone .What we got is another date and a false promise of fixing.Pathetic service from a company like Faber.Poor product, worst after sale service experience. At last raising the complaint here with a hope of quick fix of the product fault.
                                I have just bought the new chimney and wait for 10 days to install and no one has com for installation so i have arranged the local to installa the same and found one bulb not working and now no one has listen from brand this is so ridiculous service.

                                  Tried contacting all nos. No response. Connected to a mumbai office. Complained. A man arrived who serviced every company gadget, he was not exclusively from faber. Charged me a heavy amount. After he left all problems were persisting. Called him for 3 days. Third day he picked up the call came, &informed me that nozzles etc had to be changed. Again charged me for coming. He could have saved the second visit. I'm unhappy with the service attitude. Faber service is not good enough

                                    I bought chimney for aug1st and aug15th faber installation person came and fix it but that installation person ask 2350rs charges why am give this amount? This is very worst customer satisfaction 2350rs this is very too much charge that installation person name is mr. Raja mint branch. Faber products good but installation persons they spoil your name.
