faber chimney not working issue

I purchased the item in january 2019, after three months of purchase the machine sound was changed, for that i raised complaint through customer care number. They sent one technician, he checked the machine and he told me there is no problem all are working fine but he drop the machine while checking, after that he told me the motor was not working have to change the motor and it is not under warranty. I told him clearly it is his mistake...

pathetic customer service

I own a 3 burner gas stove from faber. One of the burner is not working and i've been repeatedly calling faber customer centre for the past few days to register issue with my gas stove. It takes ages for someone to pick up the call at the customer centre and each time they promise to address this issue at the earliest, but i'vent received any calls from their technicians yet....

no response from company

A week ago i complaint at faber service about the fault with chimney and so after two days a service agent came. But without bringing any solution or solving the problem he is gone. And there is no feedback from the company. I bought the chimney 3 months ago and have not even used for single day but still the glass in front of chimney has fallen apart....

glass stove

Our faber gas stove blast and its glass burst over the entire kitchen dangerously. This happened for no fault of ours as we are using it for usual cooking. chimney service

overcharging for spares

Hi,

I have a 7 year old Faber stove and the rubber gasket that attaches to the container stand have been misplaced. I called a local service in Bangalore SLV repair and they asked Rs100/- for 1 rubber bush. Which amounts to $1+ which I found it very expensive for such a small piece.

Also the spares are not available locally from any stores OR online shopping.

This is making to think to stop...

faber glass top gas stove burst and shattered into pieces

I was cooking normally as i always do and the glass top just shattered into pieces. Somehow i was lucky enough to escape the flying pieces but this is totally unexpected and unacceptable. Its a gas top after all. I had also followed all best practices like not putting water in a hot stove, not cleaning with wet cloth right after cooking and no impact on it whatsoever. gas cooktop

I have bought gas cooktop on 01/03/2019.
After receiving, there was gas leakage from cooktop. After lodging complaint, technician came and said cooktop is ok. Though there was gas leakage.

4 burner gas hop

glass top gas stove

Very dissatisfied with the service. We changed from pipeline gas connection to cylinder connection.

Have got it serviced 5 times, still the gas is leaking from the stove.

I have spent about 3600 rupees just on service. Still the stove is leaking and faber service team is not able to fix my issue.

chimney and cooktop

Please don't buy products from this company one of the worst company with bad products and quality. Service is even worst bangalore service guys are money oriented.

Chimney not at all working even though suction 1500 capcacity it's worst.
One knob is stopped working in cook top.

Chimney lights very dull nothing we can see.

Service guys won't be able to track warranty with serial numbers....

In january 2018, i had requested faber to send a person for servicing my chimney. The person visiting my residence asked me to sign a 3-year contract at rs.12, 000/- copy attached. Since then, there has not been a single visit by faber or the vendor to service the chimney. Faber says i am not registered with them. Which means the service guy sent by them cheated me....

gas stove nozzle quality

I had purchased the faber gas stove before 4 months and it's nozzle got damaged. Quality of the nozzle wasnot good from the starting i feel. Please use good quality parts for gas stoves. As it is such a branded name we lost the trust in faber. Please do the needful. For it's spare parts we have to wait for more days. I couldn't cook for these days as i didn't get get the spare part. kitchen chimney motor not replaced under warranty

Chimney is under life time warranty. On first visit of technician on 23rd jan2019- found that motor was not working. Life time warranty card no. Guw10101281. Product is solaris680ltw60. From last one month i am following up with customer care team. Response is very poor.
Again today dtd.23rd jan2019, i talked to customer care no. [protected]@ 6:36pm for closure of the issue. But unfortunately they have no idea when it will be closed....

poor quality

I was using prestige gas top from 2011 till 2018 oct after i changed to my own house i purchased faber gas top on october 2018 @ 8490/- but poor quality as per the price no finishing on the steel plates. Color is getting like rusted and the burr on the plates which i saw today was worst how come this poorly assembled and selling in huge price focusing only on brand name. Pictures attached... I don't know what action will be taken from this...

I had purchased a faber hobtop (Inbuilt gas) from chroma around 6 months back. I myself clean the hob regularly, however all of sudden in last week (Around 8th feb. 2019) the gas burner started giving high flame i. E the usual blue flame started turning into yellow/orange kind of and the flame is high. The flame is giving black soot which is leaving black spots on my cooking utensils. Just like the old chulha gives black soots.

problems with the burner/ hob

There is a problem with the hob. Whenever we try to turn the knob, it creates a loud noise like an explosion and the fire spreads out. The hob releases too much of gas and as a result the fire explods. It is dangerous to carry on using it. Please check it out for us.
We have checked the cylinder and everything is fine with it. Please check the hob for us....

installation charges

I bought hob and chimney from faber and scheduled it's installation. On call he was asking 3500 rs which changed while he onboarded to my home to 4500 rs (1500 (Installation equipment price)+500 (Installation charges) and 2000 (Granite cutting) + 500 (Installation charges)).

When i asked him why it is happening, he started talking rudely that "kya kare sir, batao ki ab karna hai k nhi".
