This is third time i m requesting for water purifier installation. Have you people got a little understanding of water ‘priority’. I have been informed request raised on high priority but none of your person is visiting whoever is assigned. I been a week & i have to install it today else i am returning your product. Service is worst from your side.

    I had purchased a faber chimney in the month of february and it worked well till june but all of a sudden it stopped working and when we called the service executive he said that there was some problem in the circuit and that it would not be covered in the 12 year warranty because we hadn't purchased an additional amc (Annual maintenance contract) at the time of our purchase and we were going to have to pay for it. When we called the helpline they said they couldn't do anything and surprisingly asked us to pay the price for the amc. The most unprofessional part was that no mention of this amc was made at the time of the purchase. I humbly request the company executives to develop the basic courtesy to assist the customer when he/she calls. If no action is taken from faber's side then i have no choice but to take action on the company. Sorry for being rude but it has been almost 5 months and i can't keep a dummy chimney forever.

      Bought Faber chimney a month ago and got it installed.As i dont want duct, have been looking for charcoal filter.Its been more than 20 days since have been waiting for charcoal filter.Got call from customer care twice and then they closed ticket saying will fix the charcoal filter when its available.Very bad customer support from Faber..

      I live in Hyderabad.Can [protected]@[protected] if faber team really checks these complaints.

        I bought 1 chimney last year and within 12 months i guess more thn 12 technician have attended on technical ground. I always requested the company to replace but they always assured that after this service there will be no problem. Surprisingly today i get a what's app chat from service manager mr. Nair that further service is chargable inr 950.
        They just fool customer for 12 month and after that start their own trick of grabbing money from customer for selling defective chimney. Product and after sales services is totally disgusting and pthetic and fooling customer. My kitchen is totally in mess and all kitchen wardrobe are full of dust and room is full of cooking smoke.

        I bought faber gas stove all swiches are faulty i had customer care nbut no response they asking raise complaint online i am fed with this

          FABER being good brand..so last year we bought Faber HOB COOKTOP JUMBO 4BB SS from CROMA. But we were wrong. Since that 3 times it has been services for same nob / switch fault. This time there was blast when the gas and top glass is shattered. Fortunately no one was injured.
          Pls find attached invoice and service report and replace the your faulty product immediately.

          It has been almost a month I am doing follow with them but company and its services is very poor...their service is 3rd party and they don't take any responsibility of the product..they simply say if company approve will will replace the product ….so I would suggest not to buy FABER products.

          Till date no reply from Faber ...One of their representative called and asked money to solve the problem and replacement but no official response ….worst customer care support ...this is what happen if company does not have its own support team / customer support team. third party does not respond to the customer.

            Dear sir,
            Sub: - breakdown/malfunctioning of the faber products supplied by you viz.1) auto ignition not working for the burners 2). Chimney fan becoming on/off and changing speed on it’s own. 3). Chimney lights becoming on/off on it’s own.
            Ref: your invoice no.1090 dt.29/10/2018
            This has reference to my various tele calls and a series of complaints lodged to you, on the subject matter, since 2th august 2019. The first complaint was lodged by me on 6th august 2019 vide ref. No.[protected] and the last one was vide ref no.[protected] dt 28/8/2019. But no corrective action has been taken till date, except that your service person visits my house only to tell me that spares are required to replace the defective parts and as the equipment is under warranty, there is a separate procedure for indenting the replacement spares and it will take 3 to 4 days to get the spares. Surprisingly each time a different person comes and informs that he is not aware of the nature of the complaint, and he was asked only to just visit and clean the unit. Further during every visit the service personnel informed that same thing that the fan unit and the burner are defective and spares are required for replacement. Also it may please be noted that the undersigned had called your office during every visit of the service personnel and kept you posted on the situation at site and it was informed that the matter would be taken up with the service centre for a speedy repair/replacement.
            For the past over 45 days we are suffering due to the above problem, i have also informed you about the seriousness of the problem and how sudden chance in the speed of the fan resulted in the frying oil catching fire and the flame almost hit the cook’s face, luckily it was a narrow escape or it would have been a major accident. Further during day time we all go to office and there is no one at home, i had to apply leave and stay home during the visit of your representative, this has not only hindered my office work but i have also suffered financial loss due to loss of pay.
            In spite of the above hardships brought to your notice, there is no proper corrective action been taken from your end till date, we have no other option left, but to seek legal help in the matter. Kindly be informed that, if the above problem are not rectified within 7 days i. E. By 24/09/2019 legal procedure would be initiated covering all the damages suffered.

            There is a motor problem in our chimney and we are trying to use our warranty card to repair it..the servicing center are faking to get details from us and never responds.This faking process had been going on for more than 3 times.i need to know the details of the officials who would actually respond
            Please accepted my complete m/c is not starting.

              This is to inform you that i have purchased a faber hob hcg 604 crr ebr ci 4 burner model in bangalore harlur area in may 2017. Ever since day one had problems with the auto ignition, blackening of the utensils because of the burner issue. The technician made us purchase a one year cleaning contract worth 2450 within 3 months of purchase saying that this will help. The product is very poor quality. All burners have been replaced and just to get them to listen is very difficult. This is not meant for indian cooking and very tough to maintain. I have had a difficult 2.5 years with the product. After sales service is pathetic leaving a few sincere technicians.
              I need a replacement of this product and i have asked for same over web complaint as well. No response for over 6 months. Shows that the company hardly cares about customer experience.

                Mentioned product was bought on 09/06/2019 and stopped working in a month time.Complaint was raised with Faber care with number[protected] on 16/07/2019.Many follow up done with customer care, also issue is escalated to area manager Rahul Yadav multiple time on his phone .What we got is another date and a false promise of fixing.Pathetic service from a company like Faber.Poor product, worst after sale service experience. At last raising the complaint here with a hope of quick fix of the product fault.
                I have just bought the new chimney and wait for 10 days to install and no one has com for installation so i have arranged the local to installa the same and found one bulb not working and now no one has listen from brand this is so ridiculous service.

                  Tried contacting all nos. No response. Connected to a mumbai office. Complained. A man arrived who serviced every company gadget, he was not exclusively from faber. Charged me a heavy amount. After he left all problems were persisting. Called him for 3 days. Third day he picked up the call came, &informed me that nozzles etc had to be changed. Again charged me for coming. He could have saved the second visit. I'm unhappy with the service attitude. Faber service is not good enough

                    I bought chimney for aug1st and aug15th faber installation person came and fix it but that installation person ask 2350rs charges why am give this amount? This is very worst customer satisfaction 2350rs this is very too much charge that installation person name is mr. Raja mint branch. Faber products good but installation persons they spoil your name.

                        I purchased the item in january 2019, after three months of purchase the machine sound was changed, for that i raised complaint through customer care number. They sent one technician, he checked the machine and he told me there is no problem all are working fine but he drop the machine while checking, after that he told me the motor was not working have to change the motor and it is not under warranty. I told him clearly it is his mistake that time he told me as he will back after ten days and take pictures and send to the higher authority, but he didn't came back and didn't respond to phone calls. After that again i raise a complaint through customer care number, they gave me andhra pradesh general manager number and contact him. I contact mr. Narendra through the mobile number [protected] and explained to him about my problem, he told me with in one week he will solve the issue, but he didn't and he is not responding to our calls from past two months. The product was not working since the technician came to resolve the issue and drop of the machine, these thing done two months back from that day the product is not working. Is this way you treat the customers, this is the worst service i didn't expect this much of service from an international brand.

                          I own a 3 burner gas stove from faber. One of the burner is not working and i've been repeatedly calling faber customer centre for the past few days to register issue with my gas stove. It takes ages for someone to pick up the call at the customer centre and each time they promise to address this issue at the earliest, but i'vent received any calls from their technicians yet.

                            A week ago i complaint at faber service about the fault with chimney and so after two days a service agent came. But without bringing any solution or solving the problem he is gone. And there is no feedback from the company. I bought the chimney 3 months ago and have not even used for single day but still the glass in front of chimney has fallen apart.

                              We had called the authorized agent repair care and had told him that the burners of our cooking range needs to be changed. Inspite of telling him the model he charged us for the visit but did not turn up with the spares for more than a month, when we called the agency, they say the spares are not available hence cannot be replaced. This haphazard behavior of such a reputed brand's service center is extremely disappointing and grievous. We need immediate help from faber to get our burners replaced.

                                Our faber gas stove blast and its glass burst over the entire kitchen dangerously. This happened for no fault of ours as we are using it for usual cooking. The glass pieces burst over the entire kitchen and currently my mother is getting hurt because of it. We cannot cook food in the stove safetly. We are not getting a replacement for the stove, also the customer service is neglecting us. We are getting no gaurantee of a safe life while using a gas stove.

                                  We are using faber kitchen equipment since 2017.its chimney concked off in early 22019.The mechanic came after alot of complaints, our efforts and cleaned it and said its ROTOR is damaged.he was to file a suitable report-his receipt is misplaced.we now again contacted them as we were away for a month but they are asking again all details and questioned from pillar to post, they are not finding any details from the record-may be they want to register as new complaint to charge service which was already charged multiple times.They give insensitive and irresponsible response.
                                  CAUTION: Cautioning Others against such so called BIG COMPANIES like FABER..

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a 7 year old Faber stove and the rubber gasket that attaches to the container stand have been misplaced. I called a local service in Bangalore SLV repair and they asked Rs100/- for 1 rubber bush. Which amounts to $1+ which I found it very expensive for such a small piece.

                                    Also the spares are not available locally from any stores OR online shopping.

                                    This is making to think to stop using the stove for such high cost spares and unavailability.

                                      I was cooking normally as i always do and the glass top just shattered into pieces. Somehow i was lucky enough to escape the flying pieces but this is totally unexpected and unacceptable. Its a gas top after all. I had also followed all best practices like not putting water in a hot stove, not cleaning with wet cloth right after cooking and no impact on it whatsoever. Despite this, the glass shattered. The faber customer care was very casual about it - as though this is expected. And its been more than 24 hours and there's no follow up or help from faber.

                                        I have bought gas cooktop on 01/03/2019.
                                        After receiving, there was gas leakage from cooktop. After lodging complaint, technician came and said cooktop is ok. Though there was gas leakage.
                                        The very next day cooktop caught fire due to gas leakage. Video was recorded from cctv camera. It was sent to gm & regional head of faber company. We demanded replacement of cooktop. But they said that their technician will solve the issue.

                                        Technician came after many persuasion. He tried to solve the issue but could not succeed.
                                        He told that it has manufacturing defect. He had a talk with gm of faber company. But gm was very reluctant to listen to him and told him to solve the leakage problem anyhow.
                                        Technician managed to stop the gas leakage temporary after many attempts.

                                        The very next day cooktop again caught fire even after knob is in off position. Video was sent to gm again. Then it was decided to replace the same.

                                        It took around 15 days to replace the same. Technician from new darshan home appliance, kharghar came with new faber fas cooktop. He installed it and when lit it, cook top again caught fire. Video was recorded and it was sent to gm, regional head again. Gm told that since technician was not from faber, he was not responsible for the same.

                                        I am now thinking of going to consumer forum.
