I brought a faber cooking range on 27th of this month so it is already two days still nobody has come to install it when i call the dealer he is saying that it was not registered so who has to do it
Second thing
I have brought lot of house hold things and this first time i ever heard that when we buy any house hold items and when your service guy comes to install and we have to pay for it? It is not for service it is for installation and the dealer is not at all resposeable so please clear the dealer is for home

    Dear Sir,

    The products are installed today and the indicator light of water purifier is not working properly. Even though the water is full it is not indicating and electro care people informed us that it will be repaired within one week, I don't know why they want one week.

    I am attaching here with the bill given by electro care, for two Length of chimney pipe 2200, cook top fitting 300, chimney fitting and water purifier fitting nil totalling Rs. 2500. I have paid 2200 for two length pipe. I request the company to provide at least one length of pipe along with chimney, without which it is not possible to fix the chimney. This pipe product is not of Faber and the service provider will have an inclination to sell their products, which is not having any MRP affixed and they may quote much higher. In this case I request you to reimburse Rs. 1100.

    Even though the call is registered on[protected], they have attended the call only on[protected]. I request the company to recover one week warranty extension charges from them.

    If you care your customer, then I request you to debar them and request you to get the indicator light issue is resolved and also reimburse Rs1100, being one length of pipe and extend the warranty period for one week or recover the amount from electro care and hand over to me.

    Small amount customer may not mind, but the service provider is taking undue advantage of it.

The service providers are too lazy to come and help us.. We are being following up since so long but no help. We are seriously fed up of the service.. No one helping us.. Please try and arrnge some help for us

        Been trying to get the service personnel to come fix my stovefor the last 3 weeks and there is no proper response or follow up, we were affected by the recent flood and the unit was submerged in water, all we want is the company personnel to come by and repair the stove, we don't expect any offers or discounts from the company we just want the product we have fixed
        How about fixing my new, defective Faber chimney? The suction is week and there seems to be a problem with the motherboard - it is supposed to be replaced. The technician came a week ago and apparently the spare part (OF A NEW MODEL!) is not in stock! Just how useless is this company? Please rectify or replace or refund asap.
        I have recently installed Faber Primus energy auto clean chimney, the suction of it is not working properly.
        There is a problem with our Chimney and it is not working since two months. So we need a service for it. I have already registered a complaint but there was no response. Please make necessary actions as soon as possible.

          We have purchased the chimney and the hob from vijay sales, sec-29, gurgaon and when we called the technician for the installation of the chimney and the hob, your one of the technician mr. Raman came without any tools & tackles for making hole in the wall for chimney pipe,, not even marker pen, and as the chimney is at height of 7 feet, our house wife was told to arrange and lift the table to allow him to stand on top for marking, this is not acceptable by us and not expected such service from company like faber, as the technician has to come with the helper or assistant to assist him, if requires help. No tools, no helper and charged 500 rupees and gone without doing the installation and not even proper marking on the wall.
          Also, he shall be present while cutting of the accurate slot in the granite for the in built hob, which is yet to be done,

          Please send the senior technician with the core cutting tools for hole on the brick wall and other tools to install the chimney and the hob.

          You may arrange for the same and charge for the same, if required.

          Please treat this urgent.

            lifetime warranty - no use

            We have purchased faber chimney glass plus 60 ltw on 02/12/2014 vide bill no. 157-bgd12-14si 75. Recently we faced problem. Glass dislocate from chimney. We have complaint to faber for replacement as its cover under life time warranty as it was manufacturing defect and not any act of human. They refused it and charged rs. 1500/- for fixing glass with chimney. Is this not wrong on the part of faber like company? They have to do it this type...

            Our faber gas stove was repaired by a faber technician due to the flood in kerala and charge rs 2000 replacing many parts. Are you guys not feeling ashamed not to help kerala while other reputed companies like lg, panasonic, samsung, godrej, bosch, and many other companies does by giving 50 percent on spare parts and free service charge. If you are so greedy then get lost and rob a bank, that is better than squeezing the customers for the cash in a situation like this.

            So if you're not bothering about your customer satisfaction, then it is our duty to spread awareness to boycott faber.

              I am very much disappointed today with the service of my faber gas stove, which is being sinked in water due to the flood occurred in our place.
              We registered a complaint regarding the flooded situation of our gas stove & the technician from faber company visited our home and repaired the same.

              But, we are so much disappointed that they charged an amount of ₹2000/- for repairing the gas stove including the service charge & for spares. When we enquired about the discounts announced due to flooded situation, the technician himself told that the amount of ₹2000/- is billed after discount!! & he further told that his company (Faber) hadn't responded for the free / deduction in service charge for the flood hit appliances.

              This is absolutely disgusting & disappointing frame that we are all down with the flood calamity and entirely all companies including godrej, panasonic, lg, prestige, samsung, bajaj, bosch, etc... Announced free service for the flood affected appliances and huge discounts for the spares as well.

              This is an absolute pathetic response from a reputed company like faber that they aren't bothering about their customer satisfaction even in a situation like this.

              From now on, we've started awareness for boycotting your company products as your attitude towards handling this situation is disappointing. I think you don't know keralites and keep watching that how we're gonna deal with this disgusting attitude!! Aware!!

                Regarding my faber chimeny, the technician came and without even checking the product told me that the election board is not working., tired to sell the pcb for 6500 rupees. He pulled out the pcb and i found that it was my switchs problem. He agreed and said he will come back with the glue but didn't turn up yet, since 23rd.

                The automatic ignition of my Faber gas stove is not working and last week I made a complaint regarding this. Last Wednesday one technician came and asked about the problem. He opened it, checked and said some part has to be replaced. and as usual he did not have it with him.

                He left after explaining to me that it will be replaced the following day. No one turned up till today.

                I have to face similar problem always with them.

                This is the service everyone gets from Faber, I am sure.

                I need to know the following:

                1. Why does the lady behind ask me about the problem, when we call for a technician?
                2. Why does the technician come home and ask me to explain everything again?
                3. Why doesn't he carry the required parts in his bag, when he comes with a big bag? Especially during this pandemic!
                4. Why cant the same guy comes again so that he already knows the problem?

                  I like to point out one complaint regarding your service charges and prices,
                  I had purchased one five berner gas stove with steel and one four berner glass stove. Any complaint raises they are charging 600 for only visit and 1200.00 for autoingition, as this is very much for me. For just ione visit they charge 600.00 even a high qualified doctors won't. Request you to please check in and reply
                  Omkar Interiors, Bangalore are delaying delivery of Faber Hob. Paid in full on 22.8.18. Daily followup. Hob still undelivered as on 28.8.18.

                    I have logged a complaint on 2nd aug for water purifier tap issue. One technician came and while fixing he broke the tap. Now product is un-usable. He said he will come in 2 days but till now there is no response. No 1 is picking calls from us. Customer service also, always says that they will send someone but there is no one coming. We have suffered a lot after buying your product. Either please solve or problem or please let me know how can i return the product and please refund my money. Because now i am fed up of calling daily to multiple persons for the same issue and there is no progress from your side. Its been very horrible experience with faber.

                      I have purchased on 01/12/2017 a faber chimney vide serial no k[protected] with life time warranty registration no mum 18393081. With in 6 months of operation the chimney started giving lot of sound. On making a complaint, service engineer came on 4th august 2018, from nikita enterprises, sanpada, navi mumbai, and replaced one of the fans as the same was found to have gone bad and making the noise. Immediately after one day i. E, on 5th august 2018 again the chimney started giving the same problem. On our repeat complaint the service engineer is asking us to confirm if the same fan has gone bad or is it the other fan.
                      We have blindly gone for your product considering faber as a pioneer company in chimney, so in first go the going bad itself is a shock to us thereafter the incompetency of your service engineer to identify and rectify the fault is another shock.
                      I am really scared to use the product under present circumstance of huge noise emanating from the machine..
                      The matter is really serious and needs your kind intervention immediately for repair or return.

                        I have bought faber gas stove from vijay sales gurugram. After purchasing one week faber gas stove auto ignition problem occured and engineer come repair the gas stove. After one month again same problem occured now 2 burner out of 3 not working. I am very unhappy with this product. This is my humbble request to you please replace my gas stove it is total worst product. I will never recommand faber product. And also it is safety matter. I think my problem will resolve shortly

                          Really regret for purchasing faber 4-burner built in hob. The autoignition was stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Booked a complaint and had no response. Now, two of the burners are not working and again booked a complaint on july 19, 2018 and made two follow up calls too.. No response from either the service center or technician. Never expected this from faber and will never recommend this brand to anyone

                            Reported a complaint 3 days post installation. They didn’t care visiting my home. After repeated complaints they visit after a year and a half and ask for visiting charges. I denied, to which the manager threatened with reporting complaint. Before purchase they looked so hospitable. Secondly not one is there to deal with complaints, you end up sharing your problems with n number of people. Lack of communication
                            Food is not getting heated in the microwave.I had some sound and fumes came from inside the microwave

                              faber chimney, very pathetic after sales service

                              I have lodge many complaints from last year Holi March17, since then I have done countless complaints. Each sales person visited our house & assured us the rectified the chimney & never turned. When we follow-up they simply said when we got material from Faber than only the do anything.

                              And the toll free no. is just horrible... after many attempts only we could catch them & the again they do the same process, they arrange...

                              Trainer Aisha Patel never on time and always make excuses to cancel classes and she always wants to spend time without teaching.she makes me wait for sometime 1 hour also. She has really created a trouble after I had paid a huge amount. Please contact me at [protected].she teaches 4 days a week without bothering that exam is approaching. Please look in to it.

                                WE have purchased a wall mounted chimney to match the Faber gas cooking range. could not commission the chimney as there was no exhaust facility. After nearly four months when we tried to commission the chimney it was not working . some time when cooking range servicing technician came for servicing the cooking range, he told us that he doesnt have the proper toolsto open up the chimney and he will come later. now it is one yaer over still the chimney isis not commissioned. two weekis back a technician comes and says that power is not coming to the unit and the PCB to be replaced. I want the PCB TO BE TAKEN AND CHECKED IN YOU FACTORY and the faulty component to be replaced as Not even once the chimney was on line.Pleasea advice

                                Faber service technician visited our house, opened up the unit and removed the PCB . Found some track has burnt. Could not give any reason what has gone wrong. This PCB has burnt it has to be replaced is the answer from the technician. Without using the chimney the PCB gets burnt, what sureity I have that the new PCB will not get burnt.Before I order a new PCB i WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE.

                                  my name is prakash nara from chennai tamil nadu i bought faber aquarton 1 & half month before now its getting leakage...I call to customer care they send the executive now everybody is troubling just i spend 9000 why they will change the parts even he tried to change the parts but its still getting leakage i need to exchanhe my product why they will repair it its very cheap quality product they sales me.
                                  Now not gettinh response from by email or bu customer care... Or not evem the manager is responding

                                    I have purchased Crystal 400 THE cook top from faber distributor Gruhini Kitchen around end may 2015. struggling to get the Grid form 1 year. i have raised service complain to faber several times but fail to get the spares from service center and their representative.

                                    i am simply irritated and filling cheated due to purchase of inferior product and service.

                                    currently my product is useless in full capacity
