Myself is ravinder singh and it is regarding the complaint no.[protected] burner colour got changed.
I had raised the same complain last month as well when the
faber technician santosh came to check and told me that it can be cleaned easily and use it as and let us know if the burner colour will still get changed. Same issue i have raised again two weeks ago. The same technician came again to check and took the pic of the burner and told me that he will check it with his supervisor and get back to me in 1-2 days. But when i had not received any call from technician, i have tried to call him but he was not giving any answer in state way. Then i called again to
faber customer care and found that my complaint was closed on very first day with comments "hob is working fine".
Can someone let me know who raised the complaint that the hob is not working? I have raised the complaint for burned burner colour and how the technician can close any customer complaint without taking any consent from customer. Same question i have raised with customer care agent. She lady told me that customer had signature on job card but neithor me nor my family members have signed on job card. Then how the signature came on the job card. It is a fraud with the customer.
Then i had contacted again with the technician santosh to question how he can close my complaint without taking my consent. Then he gave the no. Of his supervisors dharminder. I tried to contact with him but again he was one the layer
person. Then i found the number of mr. Nitin. He was the superior of dharminder. He had also wasted my time for a week with the false commitments and finally last saturday another technician nitin had visited my place. He tried to clean the burner with white cement and sandpaper. Now the burners are in bad condition.
Is it the really right way to clean the burner? Strange. How the
faber technicians are working on customer complaints. It is question mark.
One interesting thing, no one has called me since i have raised the complaint with
faber. Every time i had to call to technician, supervisor and senior. No one bother for customer sentiment. Customers are not foolish who had to call every time to
faber team for status update. It is the responsibility of
faber team to provide the update to customer.
I am feeling cheated as i have brought the
faber hob in such cost with cheapest material and the pathetic after sale services. Highly disappointed.
Please look into this issue high priority. I will wait for another 1-2 days if i have not received any response, i'll raise this concern with higher authority.
