One of the worst product ever purchased. I've had a problem with the first burner n raised a service request nearly 6 times in a yr. The engineers come do a temporary fix informing me ignition neche gaya usko upar kiya.. Next - fix kiya mam no problem. R we stupid that it lites from them n not from us. I want a complete product change because i know after a yr i have to bear the price for any repair request. It's a defective product delivered to me.. I want a change..

    Request no.[protected] dated 23rd mar'19, kolkata service centre, faber home appliances.

    1. Technician had come to my flat on 24th mar'19 and identified the problems in hob & chimney - abnormal noise/vibration in chimney motor & defective operating knobs (All three) in hob.

    2. Tech spoke to service centre (From my flat) about the problems and the spares required for repair. Service centre assured to send the same technician on 26th and complete the repairs.

    3. Technician not sent today as promised. Work pending. Spoke to service centre. Refused to honour my request.

    4. I am located at visakhapatnam & will be leaving kolkata tomorrow morning (27th mar'19). This was earlier informed to service centre executive.

    5. I have planned for housewarming ceremony next month and will start with 2 defective appliances in my new kitchen

    6. Request for immediate intervention and arrange to get the repairs done anytime today

      Very dissatisfied with the service. We changed from pipeline gas connection to cylinder connection.

      Have got it serviced 5 times, still the gas is leaking from the stove.

      I have spent about 3600 rupees just on service. Still the stove is leaking and faber service team is not able to fix my issue.

      I am extremely disappointed, i had bought this stove for 17000, its an utter waste of money. I have no clue how to fix this

      I will never ever recommend faber to any of my family and friends.
      I bought a brand new faber chimney and stove. After delivery of product, faber service technician asking me to pay extra rs. 500 + rs 1500 to open their product and give demo. If it is new product which i buy, why we pay charges for them to check their own product. Complain to faber office but no reply and bullying us to pay or do not run product.

        Please don't buy products from this company one of the worst company with bad products and quality. Service is even worst bangalore service guys are money oriented.

        Chimney not at all working even though suction 1500 capcacity it's worst.
        One knob is stopped working in cook top.

        Chimney lights very dull nothing we can see.

        Service guys won't be able to track warranty with serial numbers. They want bills unfortunately i missed bills. Not warranty i am able to get even though i purchased 3 months back. Small work also they will charge minimum 300. After that again it stops working.
        The stand of the stove is broken.

          In january 2018, i had requested faber to send a person for servicing my chimney. The person visiting my residence asked me to sign a 3-year contract at rs.12, 000/- copy attached. Since then, there has not been a single visit by faber or the vendor to service the chimney. Faber says i am not registered with them. Which means the service guy sent by them cheated me.

            I had purchased the faber gas stove before 4 months and it's nozzle got damaged. Quality of the nozzle wasnot good from the starting i feel. Please use good quality parts for gas stoves. As it is such a branded name we lost the trust in faber. Please do the needful. For it's spare parts we have to wait for more days. I couldn't cook for these days as i didn't get get the spare part. So it's more loss for me as i have to depend for hotel these days.

            Poor service from Faber.
            Have purchased a Faber Hood and Hob around 1 year back . The auto ignition of the Hood is not working. Have raised a complaint, demanding Rs. 1500 /- by the technician even without proper inspection. Very bad after sales service.
            From Last 10 Days I complain for service still there will be no response from Company

              Chimney is under life time warranty. On first visit of technician on 23rd jan2019- found that motor was not working. Life time warranty card no. Guw10101281. Product is solaris680ltw60. From last one month i am following up with customer care team. Response is very poor.
              Again today dtd.23rd jan2019, i talked to customer care no. [protected]@ 6:36pm for closure of the issue. But unfortunately they have no idea when it will be closed. Response was like - our technician will call u.. But never received a call from the technician. Today again shared a message —

              "thank you for calling franke faber. Your request no is[protected]. Enroll for faber cleaning contract& save on service charge & increase product efficiency".

                I was using prestige gas top from 2011 till 2018 oct after i changed to my own house i purchased faber gas top on october 2018 @ 8490/- but poor quality as per the price no finishing on the steel plates. Color is getting like rusted and the burr on the plates which i saw today was worst how come this poorly assembled and selling in huge price focusing only on brand name. Pictures attached... I don't know what action will be taken from this great brand... But dear friends pls pls check before u make a decision on buying this...

                  I had purchased a faber hobtop (Inbuilt gas) from chroma around 6 months back. I myself clean the hob regularly, however all of sudden in last week (Around 8th feb. 2019) the gas burner started giving high flame i. E the usual blue flame started turning into yellow/orange kind of and the flame is high. The flame is giving black soot which is leaving black spots on my cooking utensils. Just like the old chulha gives black soots.

                  I had registered a complaint to brand (Franke faber) on 09 feb. 2019, the executive understood the issue and said that your gas is over heating and need to be fixed urgently. It was promised that a technician will attend the issue free of cost as the product is in warranty, within next 48 hours.

                  Today is 13 feb. 2019 no one has turned up, i did follow up with brand on 12th feb. But they said technician is assigned and will reach before end of the day. But yet no technician has approached me.

                  Over heating/high flame is a serious issue, this should be immediately taken care, as faber is a premium brand and charges high cost for its products due to the brand value. But at the same time, the kind of after sale service that i am observing is pathetic.

                  I need them to send their technician immediately and get this issue resolved.

                    There is a problem with the hob. Whenever we try to turn the knob, it creates a loud noise like an explosion and the fire spreads out. The hob releases too much of gas and as a result the fire explods. It is dangerous to carry on using it. Please check it out for us.
                    We have checked the cylinder and everything is fine with it. Please check the hob for us.

                      I bought hob and chimney from faber and scheduled it's installation. On call he was asking 3500 rs which changed while he onboarded to my home to 4500 rs (1500 (Installation equipment price)+500 (Installation charges) and 2000 (Granite cutting) + 500 (Installation charges)).

                      When i asked him why it is happening, he started talking rudely that "kya kare sir, batao ki ab karna hai k nhi".

                      I don't know about the...

                      I purchased last month a cooking range of faber company which cost 46000 and we are not able to use it as it has some manufacturing fault such as the dishes cannot keep properly. We complained to the shop and the service man came to see it and he couldn't rectify it as it was manufacturing fault. The dishes are not getting hot as the previous one which is of different company. Therefore we would like to have another cooking range in return or refund the amount. Contact number [protected].                         Our toughened glass of the cook top broke on its own which has 1% chance of breakage. The company repaired the glass and it broke again next day. Very pooor service and after the glass breakage they gave our money back instead of repairing it again.
                        Poor service and local products.
                        I will never suggest anybody to buy faber gas stove and products. Total waste of money

                          Order no[protected] purchase 4 burner cooktop, since from pepperfry rs 4929, item id ak1647437 faber splendor 4 burner black cooktop,, invoice date 28 march, 2018 since then i m facing gas leakage, i reguraly complaining to faber, once they replace with new one but i m facing same problem gas leakage and gas fire from under cooktop seen, faber people saying is just small things but i facing worses thing three - four times gas firs come under from cooktop and gas smell come from their in november they take my cooktop and after calling continously mr nitin faber manager, in december 24 2018 they bring back my cook top burner is not working, after two months they saying they canot do anything their some small leakage or varshall problem, they fooling me,, i complaint to pepperfry to return but thry saying they cannot return it, they selling wrong product, and after earning they saying product is not covered under their, faber sying is not under not ur seller is responsible. Sir where can i demand justise pls do jutice to return intitae with peppery or faber

                            I have recently purchased faber emerald chimney, and it was installed on 18th october. The push button panel was faulty when the pack was opened by the technician. He has taken a written complaint for the same but there was no response. After which i had called faber customer service tollfree number and registered a complaint but now it has been around two months.
                            I called up mr. Dhiraj singh last week who has escalated it, technician visited my home on 15th december and to my surprise he said the complaint was not yet registered by mr. Avinash dhamale. The part is not available with them and they will get it in 4 days.

                            Can you please reply with what exactly is going on and is it the right way you guys resolve a complaint?

                              I bought stove with chemine in mumbai last year. Last june v got transfer to chennai so i call d faber service center for fixing. They fixed in a dad manner even they didnt fixed d burner in it place chemine is also not working in a proper way. So i took a pic of that pics n send to the services center n gave a complain against that person but they r not even ready to come n check nearly four month im given again the same issue. If anything is happened then ill file a complain against faber company coz they r not taking it seriously. Its danger coz its a automatic stove it that he fixed d burners in a wrong way i can see the gap clearly eveytym while cooking water or some liquid can gos inside. Its a electric. So again last time im giving a complaint. Right now im in purasawakkam, chennai im providing faber service center no [protected] kindly take action against them.

                                  I bought a under the sink water purifier from you 8 months back, your technician installed but it never worked, water use to leak from the purifier and i have given multiple complaints by calling customer service but they never attended my problem.

                                  I have been informed that my problem is been escalated to the higher officials, i have persomally made multiple calls to hyderabad head mr srinivas rao and ap head but no one cares about my issues.

                                  With this forum i would like to let you know hot pathetic your service is and with this attitude you will not be able to survive in this market,

                                  I just want to let you know if you do not resolve my issue, i will not hesitate to file a case against you.

                                    1. We have an inbuilt faber hob.
                                    2. On 23/09/18, a faber technician from mysore, called abdul azeez carried out the service of the hob.
                                    3. He changed the hose pipe, gastkets and regulator and carried out service. Total charges were rs.2870/-.
                                    4. On 24/09/18, it was noticed that one of the knobs on the hob, was loose and not fitted properly. Also, gas was leaking at the regulator end of the hose pipe and the knob end.
                                    5. From 24/09/18 to 30/09/18, a no of complaints were given telephonically to abdul azeez to rectify the leakage and replace the knob. By then the gas had entilrely leaked out from the cylinder.
                                    6. Finally, on 30/09/18, a junior technician was sent to rectify the problem. He changed the knob on the hob, but said that the regulator was defective.
                                    7. Abdul azeez asked us to change the regulator through the indane gas agency, since no spare was available with the junior technician. Again, we were charged for the up and down, autu fare and the knob (Rs.240/- in toto.)
                                    8. Please note our complaint regarding the poor service rendered by abdul azeez and the loss caused by him, plus the mental tension of a gas cylinder leakage.
                                    The gas set you provided to us is not working well, as everytime we open the gas it produces less flame. It is not that efficient that it actually should had been. The worry is not only efficiency but it make all our utensils dirty and black.
                                    Solve our issue.

                                      Its very bad company never purchase gas n chimney of this company, it’s totally fake company they never fulfill customer services and never solve there problems, i think all are uneducated and mental disturb, they dont knw how to handle customer care centre. This company is worst, i never see this type of company like faber. Now i also have to change my chimney n gas now m going to purchase glen company has n chimney.
