We have purchased (Our contractor) faber gas hob cook top and chimney in november 2016, for our new modular kitchen, installed on 2/11/2016 and not used yet. (Warranty card copy attached, i never know that it’s only 1 year)
During our last vacation last month, we try to use the gas hob, then we noticed the electronic ignition not working, i called the melrose kitchenette, thiruvalla to send a technician to check. They checked and said the electronic part is damaged, to replace it cost rs.1, 500/- i told them not to change, fist i want to inform the company such a famous brand.
We are using a glem glass oven with electronic ignition for the last 20 years without any problem.
I am really upset and dissatisfied with the product, i gently recommend to replace the defective part.
