I am a resident of guwahati Assam.brought a faber chimney from a nearby store 3 month ago and dealing with problem since 20 days.registerd a problem 20 days ago but they are not responding.aak me to share the problem and warnanty card via watsapp which I did and told me to wait 2 or 3 working days.but aftr 15 days nobody arrived.i tried asking them the reason by calling almost everyday during those 15 days but they kept me on waiting.i called their manager but still no help received.today they called me asking me rs 900 for the service they are going to provide which was meaning less coz the product is still under warranty. I asked the service centre again but they told it is the rule of Faber that I have to give the service charge even when the product is under warranty.isnot this some kind of fraud act I m facing ? Please make some action against the poor servicing ..Time taken to respond a costumer which is more thn 20 days.asking money for the product under warranty..thankyou
Fan's bearing and bush are getting replaced every six months now, and according to service provider's ridiculous reply, that's the life of replaced bush or bearing. I want to inquire from company officials that is this the quality of your product. That it has to be replaced after every six months.
Earlier in July 2017, we purchased one gas stove from the local vendor of Faber first time its burner melted so I asked him to change it. I thought it might be one stove fault. he changed and gave me a new one. in the second stove after a two week only its melt and broke down. attached picture for reference.

    I called the Faber technicians to clean and service my chimney. Even after instructing them to use the soft sponge only, they took my steel wool scrub to clean the chimney leaving large marks on the entire surface. After refusing to pay and complaining to the Chennai Office, I was told to replace the whole thing by paying an additional 5k+ despite it being the fault of their own unprofessional technicians. Kindly take action on the same.

      After 20 calls to the faber service center they are keep us waiting since last week to run our new chimney as it is not working for a single time.
      The service center guwahati is keeping us misguided about their time of arrival. I have paid ₹ 22, 400 to buy it but could not start since 26 may 2017 till date due to blunder of technicians & service center.
      Therefore you are requested to send technicians to the address below.

        I bought faber hob 2 1/ yrs back, that was the biggest mistake i made. From the day one this product has given me only problem nothing else, i have to keep on calling service people they will come after 10 phone calls. Even after that they do poor quality job. Since 10 days my hob has gas leakage and nobody is attending it. I have spent 17000 but that hob never worked for even 17 days properly. I dont think anyone will even see this complaint or i am just taking out my frustration. Saw so many other people are suffering due to this poor produst.

          The worst experience with the worst product and service!!!

          Here is my terrible experience with faber hobs (#faber). We bought a stove a year and half back. The stove has given us nothing but problems. Every 3-4 weeks it stops working and we had to call a service person. After a while they sold us an annual service contract saying it will save us money. Now they don’t even show up to honor the service contract. It is possibly the worst product experience i have ever had.

          We paid for a stove of poor quality and for a service contract of even poorer quality. #neverbuyfaber. Now we don’t have a working stove!!

            I have raised the complaint regarding my hob which i have bought 1 month back. Once a technician visited and he asked for the warranty card and invoice detail, after that i watsapped those details to this number :[protected]. Then i am following with this number but am nt getting any response. Also i have called to customer care several times and every time customer care person is giving me assurance that they will call me back but i am not getting any update on this.

            Now this hob is behaving crazy. Yellow flame is coming over the burner, sometimes gas comes out of burner heavily which is dangerous, small burner is not working properly through the auto ignition. Its not more than one month and i am not going to put any spare parts on it. If the product s getting worse in one month how will i believe that it will work fine after warranty period.

            When i am speaking with service centre they are instructing me to speak with customer care, then i am calling to customer care they are instructing me to speak with dealer and when i am speaking with dealer he is instructing me to speak with service centre. So basically i have trapped in this nexus which is moving through round robin fashion without any conclusions.

            Now they have given karnataka regional manager's number. Mr jagadeesh. Who either will disconnect my call or make his phone off. I have textes several times but no response yet.
            Suce a reputed company and the service is below standard. Really frustrated with this guys.
            No response on service complaint after 3 days also. I need to call back and check with customer care. We will check on this. If we ask further why service engineer not available within 48 hours as per their SLA and they are asking to check with service centre. Very very bad service support.

              I have purchased faber chimney topaz plus ltw 60 from a. K. Enterprises, 2 ashok nagar, near hanuman mandir raisen road pulbogda bhopal (M. P.)
              462023. I have complaint this dealer, he has given customer care phone no.
              [protected]. I have dialed this phone no so many times but no response from customer care. It is much regretted that no body is attending my complaint. I am very disappointed with such irresponsible executives of faber company.

                Dear Sirs,
                I had puchased faber cooktop eco 400 cta1 from m/s birju mal budhu lal ring road kalyanpur Lucknow vide book no 02, serial no 062 dated 15.12.2016.
                Right from begining unit has leakage problem which Lucknow service centre has corrected on 21.12.16 24.12.16 29.12.16 30.12.16 31.12.16 2.1.17 5.1.17 6.1.17 7.1.17 8.1.17 & there after severally., once faber Lucknow service centre owner (Ph:4072210) has also visited which temporarily solved the issue, they have also tight the loose Knob which lead to its damage however same have been replaced by them but of different model, as leakage is persistant and same may cause any major mishap ., in persuit of this kindly replace this cook top with a fresh one at the earliest may be with your authorised dealer m/s. birju mal budhu lal Lucknow.

                  I lodged a complain through toll free no 15days back. Technician visited and found that motor needs to be replaced. But till date the problem is persisting. Irrespective of my several follow ups service provider is not taking any necessary steps. I would like to inform you that I am having life time warranty card as well.

                  Request you to plz look into this and kindly take necessary steps to resolve it.

                    First Faber's warranty service is pathetic, you have to post them registration form, that too Indian post. If that doesn't reach your warranty is invalid. This is the worst company you can find, pathetic after sale service. I have been calling from last week for servicing, nobody turned up till now. Finally, when they decided to visit, a guy called me and I couldn't pick up the call due to some reason. And when I call him back in just 5 minutes, I am told that he is done for the day and can't service my chimney. My biggest mistake was to go with Faber.

                      I have purchased Hob Gas SSR 905 Xs BR Cl and chimney Hood stilux sil-K LTW 90. In June '15.

                      Started using both the products from 16th September 2015. From very next day I am facing problem in the Gas Hob regarding
                      1. The body of the gas started becoming yellow from the very second day
                      2. The burners and the part beneath the burner is very hard to clean
                      3. The consumption of LPG is much more then our previous Gas.
                      4.one part of the HoB got misplaced since the time of our housewarming...Till date I am registering the complaint for that.
                      My last registered complaint no is[protected]

                      Looking at all the above points surely I am not satisfied as far as The Hoob is concern. And I strongly discourage every one to buy the same as an aware consumer of our society.
                      I have all the details and vedio record with the service center person also.attaching the part which we require since long. Just hoping that it won't be happening with other consumers also.

                        Some 7 months or more before I asked for a service and Mr Rajesh ph no [protected] attended the work .Inspite of my advance information with him he forgot to bring drill machine so it was not mounted
                        anyway i told him to manage and paid him rs 500 as his visit charges with a promise that he will attend if there is any problem promptly
                        latter i founds lights of kitchen chimeny was not operartional I informed Mr Rajesh with a request to attend it .Inspite of more than 100 reminders he is not attending the work Previously he was picking the ph calls and promising every time he will definitely attend the work during his next visit to my location but now he stoped even accepting the calls
                        Hence this call .Instruct him or any other person to attend the work

                          Glass top blasting into thousand pieces with a loud blast.

                          I purchased it on 11th mar 17 from m/s lifestyle kitchen and interiors (India) pvt. Ltd., bangalore vide invoice no, 3304/2016-17. Today (15th march) we used it for the 2nd day and suddenly the whole glass top got blasted into thousands pieces with a loud noise, and luckily no-one got any injury.

                          Request faber to send some one asap and kindly look into it, as this could cause fatal injury to its, if the issue is not attended soon.

                            Made a complaint to Faber for servicing my 4 burner gas stove twice in the last year. Received only phone calls, no servicing. Will request you to treat this as urgent. The battery socket is spoilt and requires to be replaced. Also the knobs require servicing and proper fixing as there is leakage because of loose knobs.
                            Is there any number o can call so this can be attended to asap?

                              I have complained from time to time about improper functioning of chimney installed in the month of February 2016.
                              Twice the representative visited my place after 10 days of complained.

                              The representative said that some expert will visit for repair, but even after passing of more than 10 days nobody turned up.

                              Even no feedback regarding my complaint was taken by Faber.

                              I feel that all the citizens should not use any Faber products as their after sales service is very poor and that too not in favour of complainant.

                                I purchased a Topaz Plus Chimney with Life Time Warranty in 2015 in Hyderabad. Within one year, the Motor failed. The Local Service Guys who have years of strong inexperience came one after the other and finally decided that the Motor has to be replaced. After chasing, begging and pleading, they came with the New Motor minus missing components. Every time some new person comes, spend one hour and goes back saying they'll come back. This has happened more than 2 or 3 times now and the problem still not resolved for the last 2 to 3 months.

                                It is shocking that Franke Faber has such a pathetic Customer Sales and Service in place. "Horrible" is the best word to sum it up.

                                I would strongly recommend NOT to buy any Faber Products in Telangana State.

                                  i have purchased a faber cook top 5 months before till that date the cook top having problem in it. I have longed complain many times but the vendor not abe to repair the cook top and every time he came with new part but till today cook top not working.
                                  While complaining to local office Mr Ram attended the compalin as per his view the piece is defected from starting but till now nothing has been done to replaced it . So please look up the matter or either i go for consumer court for it.. The serial no of cook top is OX[protected] .

                                    I purchased this stove three years ago. Within one year i was shocked to see the gas came out from the burners and the flames reached my shirt. I made a complaint and got them replaces after a long fight with the company. Today my wife complained the same thing and i was shocked to see the dangerous flames coming out. I made a complaint and was informed that these burners are not available. Friends this is a company with faulty burner designs and i do not know if they have an r & d department.
                                    I request you not to buy any of their products if you care for your dear ones...

                                      Hi all!
                                      Mr. Henry (+[protected] who introduced himself as sales manager of faber products has approached me 3-4 months back in the site and explained about the faber products.. Since then i had ordered directly and referred lot of customers to faber.. But recently i ordered (Dec-01) for topaz 60 black and crystal 300 ct.. He promised me to deliver the product and collect the cash from site on dec-02 and then he promised to deliver on dec03. By then and till now he is not responding either for my phone or text. Because of this a small dispute with client since he feel, his house warming plan was disturbed due to non availability of cook top. I am sorry to intimate you that i am very much disappointed by promoting the products.

                                        I bought a faber hob less than 1 month back. Post installation when I tried to use it, one of the burners was making a lot of noise. Plus, the knob for the same was very tight. I immediately called the place I bought the hob from and asked for a replacement which didn't happen. They asked to call faber service center. Someone came home when I was not there and am not really sure if even checked as I said I wanted a replacement. He said everything was ok and went away. I was away on vacation there after for a couple of weeks. Since the time I got back, I have been trying to call faber. They raise a complaint and say it will be attended to and no one turns up. I have taken leave a couple of days expecting them, but they do not turn up. THis is a brand new hob which is not functioning. the burner leaves black marks on my vessels. I invested 18000. I need a replacement for the hob.
