Respected Sir,
We have purchased a FABER chimney for our kitchen from Authorised dealer from Rohini, Delhi. When we went for purchase the show room person was speaking very nice, demonstrating the features and talking so much about the customer service. But it become un-serviceable within 6 months. We are making complaints number of time at customer care number. One engineer visited last month and asked to pay Rs.600/- as visit charges and said defective part will be replaced within 7 days. After that we had made number of call at customer care, but all in vain. We purchased by payment of Rs.10, 000/- cash. The photocopy of cash memo given to the engineer. Please direct the Faber co. to repair it immediately as we are suffering a lot.
