I have a AMC contract with FABER (application form no.63300) for servicing my chimney from 06/03/2015 to 06/03/2016.I requested for servicing on 02/01/2016 but till date no one has come for servicing till date. Ihave been contacting Faber everyday (Phone no.[protected]) and they keep telling that they will send the technician. Now they have stopped picking up my mobile no.([protected]).I havesent three complaints to their mail [protected]@faberspa.com but of no use.     Sir/Madam I bought a chimney from Fabre After several and continuous phone call from the agency, I gone for an AMC on 15feb2015 My AMC no is 1210.when I was not taken the AMC the agency persons were constantly reminded me to get my chimney cleaned and they sent their representatives to do the job.unfortunately when opted for AMC for the above period they came twice for cleaning .that too with lot of difficulties For my third device I informed those people that my this service is due The AMC was taken for four time cleaning the no I contacted is [protected] When ever I contact the person who attended the phone call I was told that they will send their person within a day or two but till today nobody came to do the service .even today I was told they will send a person to attend the complaint Nobody turned up till today I tried them for more than 15to 20times but with the same answer nothing was done hence .I request you to kindly take steps to my complaint as early as possible. By God grace the piece where not get in to some one eye. The person from your service department is very rood and provided dissatisfied reasons.         Chimney was purchased on[protected] with a life time warranty of 12 years from date of purchase(Ref: BLR[protected]. Complaint number[protected] dt 3-9-2015 was raised and ACE services came on 5-9-2015 and verbally informed that the rotor would be replaced within a week. Till date, no one came and when referred to service center, there is no response.

          I am a bonafide Lifetime Warranty Card holder bearing No. DEL1216549 issued on[protected]. Till date I am regularly given an yearly contract for the proper service of the Chimeny to the Company itself. Last contract was made on[protected] vide receipt No. 1734 jOB nO.[protected] and payment of Rs. 1450/- were paid through cheque.. Every time after making the complaint to you they gave the only three services i.e. on[protected],[protected] and[protected]. The last service was due on 17th september, 2015, but no body attended after giving the repeated reminder. Lastly I called your office on[protected] they have written the complaint but not given any complaint Number. However I am regularly conducting your office at Toll Free No. [protected] but all is vain. Lastly I made the complaint on[protected] but neither they have given any complaint No. nor attended the complaint, Again on[protected] complaint was lodge and on forcely demanded the complaint no. then they have given the complaint No.[protected], but same again remains unattended. However I again gave a call for two time today but remains unattended and the official attending the phone not responding properly and misbehaving and misguiding to me simply saying that they will see the matter and disconnect the phone. Every time some new person is sitting on the phone and firstly I have to explained them whole of the story to every person but till date no action has been taken by your representative of the Co. Please look into it urgently and respond to me properly and get the service be done of my chimney which is under yearly conduct.
          Rating to this company is worst i.e. minus five star. The company did care to the customers those who gave them the business. The staff on the Toll Free phone are not cordial and rudless while talking to them on the phone they refuse to give their indentity My complaint dated[protected] still has not been solved and representative of the the company avoiding to give the correct picture to my complaint.

            I have bought a new Faber - 4 burner gas stove from Kitchen Studio - Malad. The Piece given to me was faulty from day 1 with one of the burners not working. From May 2015 till date I have made atleast 12 complaints to Kitchen Studio and Faber. Kitchen studio claims to have no say in the matter an dwhen it was escalated to Faber the GM Mr Ramakrishna Iyer tries to tell me that no replacement will be given even though the piece was faulty from day 1. The repairs that they have claimed to do in July and November has had no positive results with the peoblem still persisting. the piece is under warranty and I see no reason why a replacement cannot be done for a manufacturing defect which was there from day 1.               I purchased a faber chimney from vijay sales mumbai that has not been working from day one. I want it replaced. Vijay sales has been raising the complaint with Faber chimney, but they are not responding. I will have to initiate an FIR against the CEO of faber for breach of trust, cheating etc if the chimney is not replaced.

                Hi,
                My builtin glass hob, glass has broken and it has been 2 weeks that i have been following up. Here is the sequence of events.
                Oct 28 : Sent a mail and also called the toll free number to logde a request to replace broken glass. Was told the service center will connect with me. Was told the glass cost will be around 2000/-
                Oct 30 : Received a call be by service center and sent the image by Whatsapp. Was told they will order glass and cost will be 5100/-. Tried reaching the service center multiple times to confirm this, but couldnt reach them. Called up toll free number and every time was told the service center will call back
                Till 11/5 have called up daily to the toll free number. At the end gave up and bought a new gas hob on 11/6.
                Now have been calling up twice daily to get the new hob installed but in vain.
                11/9 Called toll free number and the customer service center rudely responded that based on workload this will be addressed.
                Can Faber help here? A broken glass is dangerous for cooking and the customer service team just doesnt seem to understand!

                  I have bought a Cook Top FABER 60 Cms (Crystal 30 CT AI) dated 26th April 2015 at a FABER retail outlet in Rathna Cools & Co (T Nagar). It has been nearly 7 months and i have been repeatedly facings issues with this Cook Top. The service people from Chennai have visited my House to repair the same around 10 times till now (Till November 2015) and are yet to come up with a reasonable explanation.

                  The issue with this Cook Top is that the Gas which is passing to one of the 3 burners has a block and it keeps occurring repeatedly within a time frame of 20 days. The service mechanic from Chennai (Mr. Kannan) who visited our place always provides a temporary solution of cleaning this block and leaving us lingering with the same problem. He attributes the reason for this block as ANTS present in the Kitchen. After facing the same issue for nearly 8 times, i raised this issue with the Manager Mr. Sabapathy who asked the Chennai FABER team to take this up to their service station.

                  Chennai FABER team collected my Cook Top for a check up at their local service center for 8 days and during their visit they were very rude to my mother and caused a small gas leak at my house which i had to correct with the local mechanic (With no help from Chennai Team). In-spite of the repeated issues till now, Chennai FABER team refuses to accept this as an ISSUE or provide a permanent solution for the same or provide me a replacement for the same.

                  Three very sensible questions to FABER INDIA

                  1) My previous Butterfly Cook Top has withstood a time of 25 years across 10 houses which i shifted, is this product of FABER which is supposed to have international standards so completely faulted with DESIGN or is it a MANUFACTURING DESIGN ?

                  2) Do you mean to say the presence of ANTS in the Kitchen can cause a threat to your product ? Is your product so fragile ?

                  3) Can you show me a House with no ANTS in the Kitchen ?

                  After a complete defeat with the Chennai FABER team, now i am trying to contact the FABER India team hoping some remedy for this but i am doubtful if that will also work.

                    Regarding gas stove service, I was told that charge will be Rs 400 .Once service man arrived, he asked for Rs 250 His visiting charge n changed the damage burner costing Rs 300. On my request he cleaned the gas pipe for smallest burner and did not clean the burner but gave me instruction to clean the burner. when he did not clean the burner then why he charged Rs 250.Again no receipt was given.

                        bought the cooktop from faber thinking its a very good brand. but i am seeing issues with 10mnths of purchase. i was expecting the product to last for 5-6 years without any issues. i am very disappointed by the quality of the product. After the technician visited my home and checked the product and tried to repair it and said we can use it and he needs to replace one part . after that when we tried to use it, the fire spread across from one burner to the effected burner and there was huge fire. for the last 1 month no one is come to fix the issue please do not buy faber cooktops

Service person visited couple of days after and said that he will be back with new burner within a week. He never came back, however periodically I do get calls from service center says that we are sending a person next day to resolve the issue.                             Respected Sir, We have purchased a FABER chimney for our kitchen from Authorised dealer from Rohini, Delhi. When we went for purchase the show room person was speaking very nice, demonstrating the features and talking so much about the customer service. But it become un-serviceable within 6 months. We are making complaints number of time at customer care number. One engineer visited last month and asked to pay Rs.600/- as visit charges and said defective part will be replaced within 7 days. After that we had made number of call at customer care, but all in vain. We purchased by payment of Rs.10, 000/- cash. The photocopy of cash memo given to the engineer.                               We have logged the compliant about ignition problem since 4 Months. on receipt of the compliant they came five time but could not rectify still the problem is not resolved. we are tied by calling customer care frequently but no good response to be seen. if this is way customer is treated then will have to log this complaint to Faber CEO. Hope this massage reaches to him. On 9th Sept, 15 we have again registered the compliant but no one has turned till today and very poor response.                                 I have purchased a FABER chimney from Authorised dealer from M P NAGAR BHOPAL (mp). When we went for purchase the show room person was speaking very nice, demonstrating the features and talking so much about the customer service. But when the installation day come young guys with improper tools came and they were very incapable.They came for installation without sufficient gadgets.They have to cut the outer vertical cover, they told us to cut this in given size from local market and my husband waste around 3 hours in near market but there was no vendor who is ready to cut, then FABERS guy cut it with Sizzer and the cutting finish is not nice it has so many cutting DANTS at the lower side of verticle cover just in front. For this type of installation they charge 500/- for and 2000/- for aluminium Exahust pipe.I am very disappointed like this service of this well knowed brand FABER and i m not going to suggest anyone for faber because of this bad installation service. I bought this Chimney around Rs 14000/- and now after this type of installation i am feeling thai i have wasted my 14000/- for this terrible product. Please look in the matter if You can.                                   Faber ( Franke Faber India Ltd ) did not attend the complaint of maintenance of the chimney Model 2905 lodged on 24/05/15 Complaint No[protected] till today. Repeated contacts with Customer Care Service and the Fever franchisee: Mr. Asraf (Mobile No. [protected]) and the service area Manager, Delhi, Mr. Ramesh Singh did not meet with any success. In fact, for last three months they are harassing me by offering false promises. The chimney needed replacement of its two Charcoal filters and the Wire meshes urgently. Faber failed to provide me with such basic support. I have faced the similar problem with my earlier complaint No. [protected], which was registered on 22/08/12. The matter got resolved only after lodging a complaint in Consumer Forum.                                     Hi Team, I have purchased a FABER chimney hob with four burner(HGG 754 CRS BR CI) in Bangalore and installed on Jan’2015. From day one I am facing heating problem with hob’s knob & burner and regarding this I raised following requests: •[protected] •[protected] •[protected] •[protected] Till date, my requests have not been resolved. Despite of making several complaints/calls no action has been taken to resolve my problem. All people(technician and head) from company’s South India region visited my place to verify the issue and no one replying to my email which I sent at ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com/ace.[protected]@yahoo.com/[protected]@fab... with their south region heads. There is no SLA mechanism for raised request and Technical executive are closing the request without resolving the issue/putting false comments and even customer will not be informed. What a service! Company agreed that there is a fault in hob(HGG 754 CRS BR CI) and ready to replace with new one, then I selected the model?#?SSR? 754 XS BR CI as per company technician’s comments that no heating problem and hob issue will come in this model for this model I was ready to pay extra amount. After that company sent model #SSR 754 XS BR CI at my place by saying NEW ONE, but I found that it was OLD ONE then I sent back and asked them on 16th June 2015 to send the fresh model #SSR 754 XS BR CI and after that I follow-up many times and received the response that the production of model #SSR 754 XS BR CI has been stopped. I verified the 2015 catalogue and found that model#SSR 754 XS BR CI is a new model then how come the production of this product can be stopped and there is no availability of this product in the market. In this case, company needs to provide the update that when can I get model#SSR 754 XS BR CI but not one ready to response despite sending much email’s and calls.
