I purchased a Faber chimney on 22-10.2014 and the same was installed on 3.10.2014 by the authorised service agency, Chennai . From the day onwards none has turned up to attend the general service as applicable from the area service centre . Now the chimeny is not working . As sch, a complaint ( Complint No.[protected] was registered on 14.3.2016 with M/s Faber to attend general service, motor repair, lighting in side the chimney but in vain. The company authorised service represenative is asking Rs. 500/- for general service alone . To touch the product, customer has to pay the charges of not lessthan Rs. 500/- per occasion . The authorised service agency had not visited to the customer's place within warranty period . After sale there is no mechanism with the company to take care of the product within the warranty period. The product is not performing to the required level. Still, repair to the Faber chimney is unattended. I am fully disappointed .

I don't know what to do.
