I purchased a Faber chimney on 22-10.2014 and the same was installed on 3.10.2014 by the authorised service agency, Chennai . From the day onwards none has turned up to attend the general service as applicable from the area service centre . Now the chimeny is not working . I have mailed the warranty form which was attached with my Faber chimney. Please intimate me how long will the warranty be claimable.So far no replyb from Faber....

WE are senior citizens and Ur faber person from 6th cross 8th main M.S.palya bangalore 560097.Tel number of the owner.[protected] and [protected] has taken our hob for service since 25/02/2016 and is not returning back the same .we have made repeated attempts to ask him to give it back and now he does not pick any calls and his mob is switched off.
we request u to solve the problem at once or else we will have to advertise in the papers...

Today, the FABER glass top hob just burst and has shattered into pieces. The glass top shattered when I was cooking and fortunately I was not facing the hob when this happened. I did not drop anything heavy on the top nor did I pour anything cold on the hot glass top. It shattered when I was cooking which is the normal expected thing of a hob. If the hob is not meant to cook and doesn't have the minimum safety standards, why is it being sold...

I filed a complaint regarding our FABER DISHWASHER. It has not been working since past 8 months. I have logdged the complaint numerous times, sometimes they say its heater is not working, then heater is not available or they just check and go and do not come for another month. I have AMC no.63300 for chimney servicing.On 02/01/2016 i requested for servicing. But so far no has come. I am contacting Faber service centre on phone no.[protected] since 02/01/2016 but till date no technician has come for servicing. Now they do even pick up the phone . Chimney was purchased on[protected] with a life time warranty of 12 years from date of purchase(Ref: BLR[protected]. Complaint number[protected] dt 3-9-2015 was raised and ACE services came on 5-9-2015 and verbally informed that the rotor would be replaced within a week. Till date, no one came and when referred to service center, there is no response....

Till date I am regularly given an yearly contract for the proper service of the Chimeny to the Company itself. I have bought a new Faber - 4 burner gas stove from Kitchen Studio - Malad. The Piece given to me was faulty from day 1 with one of the burners not working. From May 2015 till date I have made atleast 12 complaints to Kitchen Studio and Faber. I purchased a faber chimney from vijay sales mumbai that has not been working from day one. I want it replaced. Vijay sales has been raising the complaint with Faber chimney, but they are not responding. I will have to initiate an FIR against the CEO of faber for breach of trust, cheating etc if the chimney is not replaced....

My builtin glass hob, glass has broken and it has been 2 weeks that i have been following up. Here is the sequence of events.
Oct 28 : Sent a mail and also called the toll free number to logde a request to replace broken glass. Was told the service center will connect with me. Was told the glass cost will be around 2000/-

I have bought a Cook Top FABER 60 Cms (Crystal 30 CT AI) dated 26th April 2015 at a FABER retail outlet in Rathna Cools & Co (T Nagar). It has been nearly 7 months and i have been repeatedly facings issues with this Cook Top. The service people from Chennai have visited my House to repair the same around 10 times till now (Till November 2015) and are yet to come up with a reasonable explanation.

Regarding gas stove service, I was told that charge will be Rs 400 .Once service man arrived, he asked for Rs 250 His visiting charge n changed the damage burner costing Rs 300. On my request he cleaned the gas pipe for smallest burner and did not clean the burner but gave me instruction to clean the burner. when he did not clean the burner then why he charged Rs 250.Again no receipt was given....

My Faber Chimney stopped working more than 20days back.Repeated complaints and followups did not produce result. Chimney in flat is an important item.
