I was purchased a Chimney of your company( Date of Purchase: 26/06/2007, Model: MARS 750, Dealers Name: Space Interiors, Patna, Bihar).
As per the company contract, you as a company given me a LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD (Card No.PTN- 24024) in this particular model, which I am having still.
Now issue is, from last 3 to 4 Month my Chimney is not working & I was registered TWICE time complain from my registered
phone no. [protected] in your toll free no., they given me the complain no. with the commitment of next 48 hour servicing,
But no One Attend the Complain/Post Sales Service. You also check this in your end. I never expect being a company like Faber Heatkraft given me such a response.
Now being a Customer Right which I am having through you, I am again requesting you Pls. Attend my Complain next 1 week otherwise I shall move for the possibility o[censored]NSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Faber Chimney — MOTOR TAKEN OUT BY SERVICE ENGINEER
Your service engineer has visited 3 months back for chimney was not in operation.At that time he has taken out the motor and he kept the chimney in that position and we have called the customer care for more than 10 times but so far they have not responded.Please send your engineer at the earliest
