We went our family marriage on Feb 10 2014 at aruppukkotai
door is locked for three days. Feb 13 2014 chimney is automatically burns out,
neighbours are informing us. We immediately call our electrician to asked brake
the door remove electric supply.

Feb 13 evening we call local service centre registered a
compliant, service engineer came take photos and remove the burn chimney they
told we call back on Feb 15 afternoons we give the solution for this case. But nobody
not yet called so many times we try to call toll free number and local service
centre result is zero. Our total house damaged by smoke.

NOTE: CHIMNEY CLEANED ON DEC24 BY LOCAL FABAR SERVICE CENTRE, MADURAI.

    I have purchased a 2/3/4 burner cook top on the 27 th of feb and ur person has also visited my place to do the necessary installation and fittings for which i have paid him rs 200 but today when we were doing the cooking on this burner all the low flames which when turned anti-clock wise for low use do not turn low they all are high and even their is air and gas on off on the all the burners is this the type of work u people do i will give this in the media as i cant tolerate this negligence on your part so pls do it or refund me the money or exchange this with a new one as i cant see my food which burns when kept for cooking on the burners with low flame who is going to deal with this is it faber or do u want me to give a local complaint against faber pls reply

      Escalation on After Sales Service

      This is to bring to your attention that I am a very disappointed customer of FABER. I had purchased new brand Faber In-build Oven on 12th September 2013. Right from the day of installation, I have been facing issues with the Oven with regards to food getting burnt.
      I have lodge complain of 26th December 2013 regarding this to Faber service Center and the complain number is mentioned in the subject line.

      We have bought Faber 4 gas burner for our home 3 months ago. Within 15 days there is gas leaking problem and the the associated pipe structure catches fire now . Several calls have been made to the toll free # [protected] and there is no response from them.We have complaint many times to the dealer from whom we have bought and he is not showing any concern. The name of the dealer is Mr. Advani, Jaipur, Rajasthan. And several calls have been made to the Jaipur service centre also and they are not showing any concern too. Mr. Bhuvnesh is the service centre manager here.Its been 3 months from now we are facing the same problem again and agan We are very much unsatisfied with the quality that was promised, its same like some local item that has been given to us. My complain no. is [protected] and its my 10 complain within 3 months. I wll advice everyone to not to buy faber products. and will tell 25-30 people more to not to buy faber product.         I earnestly request all citizens to BLACK LIST FABER and do not buy FABER PRODUCTS IN INDIA. For installation of gas Stove they want to charge us RS200. What is the work just to push one tube in. The seller does not informs us of such hidden charges. So please do not get looted by an Italian company in our own country.

          Dear Sir, I was purchased a Chimney of your company( Date of Purchase: 26/06/2007, Model: MARS 750, Dealers Name: Space Interiors, Patna, Bihar). As per the company contract, you as a company given me a LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD (Card No.PTN- 24024) in this particular model, which I am having still. Now issue is, from last 3 to 4 Month my Chimney is not working & I was registered TWICE time complain from my registered phone no. [protected] in your toll free no., they given me the complain no. with the commitment of next 48 hour servicing, But no One Attend the Complain/Post Sales Service. You also check this in your end.             I have bought a Built in Microwave FMW300AXCXS from Shubh Enterprises, Casa Intalia East street, Pune... After the product was delivered we realized that 2 trim steel plates were missing. Thus raised a call with customer care on the toll free number and a complaint number [protected] was generated. I also called the above distributor and they said its not come from the company itself.... The Customer Care sent technicians twice home to survey the microwave who also took pictures as a proof which clearly stated the condition of the box/carton in which the micro wave was delivered. I was promised there delivery of the trim plates date after date which are as follows: 1st date 30th August 2013, 2nd date as 5th Sep 2013 and next was 10th Sep 2013. I tried calling up Mr. Suhas Joseph several times to put a light on this issue and get the process accelerated to close the call. However he to seems to be to busy.... I don't think its the matter to be escalated to the senior management...

              I had purchased Faber Chimney at Surya Home Appliances ,Chennai -600018 on 25/07/2013 vide bill no.8180. Model No.LTW91060. Initially the dealer informed the price as Rs. 9,800/ after discounts. In spite of our repeated requests the dealer did not reduce the price and finally billed it for Rs. 9,800/. Accordingly invoice was raised for Rs. 9,800/ after receiving the cash with the promise to deliver the equipment next day.
              Next day the dealer didn't deliver the equipment as promised and on our enquiry we were informed by the dealer that the actual cost is Rs. 11,200 and not 9,800 which was wrongly billed by him and asked us to pay the difference of Rs.1,400. He refused to deliver the equipment. As we had no option we had to pay the difference amount of Rs. 1,400 by cash vide bill no. 8183 and the equipment was delivered. To our shock we have seen advertisements in the leading dailies the same equipment priced @ 8,990.
              This is nothing but cheating the innocent public and looting the money. Hence we request you to interfere in the matter and arrange for the refund immediately. Failing which appropriate action will be taken.

              Faber Chimney — MOTOR TAKEN OUT BY SERVICE ENGINEER

              Your service engineer has visited 3 months back for chimney was not in operation.At that time he has taken out the motor and he kept the chimney in that position and we have called the customer care for more than 10 times but so far they have not responded.Please send your engineer at the earliest

              Faber Chimney — Free gifts not received

              I purchased Feber Chimney from Saravana Stores, Tambaram, Chennai-600045 vide Bill No.20558, dated[protected].
              As per your advertisement three free gifts (i,.e.) Electric Rice Cooker, Tooster and Hair Drier) are due to me on the above purchase.
              But till date they have not given us these gifts stating that they have not received the gifts items from the company. I hope your advertisement ithat these free gifts with purchase of feber chimney is true. Immediately make arrangement to supply these free gifts within two days otherwise I have no other go than to move to consumer court. Kindly mail me the status to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

              BEST — excess charging

              Dear Sir;
              I was charged Rs 10/- for traveling from Kalina to Kurla depot by the conductor of Bus Route No 91. I am travelling on daily basis and the fare is Rs 7/-. I informed the conductor but he refused to listen stating he is charging as per his ticket vending machine.
              I brought this to the notice of the Ticket inspector and the officer concerned of the BEST at the destination stop who took in writing but no action has been taken, and my excess charges are not refunded.

              We have taken a Faber hob on feb18.Got it installation done on feb28.Right from the date of the installation I am facing issue of the hob.The senior service guys had changed 4adapters till date.I had requested them to get the hob changed as I was been calling the service center for some or the other issue with the hob.Every one used to say that the ADAPTER was damaged and they used to change it with a new one But now as when I have requested a change of My hob with a new hob now they r now raising a issue of VOLTAGE. Till now all the representative who had come for the complaint attending they never told me about the voltage issue and they said this point of VOLTAGE as wen I had asked for change of My hob with a new hob now they r very reluctant to get it Changed. The service guys r rude in Noida.
              U don't they tell me this point in the initial stage.y today they r saying. This problem is continuing from last 6 months.

              Now I want to take it consumer court and file a complaint with it against Faber

              Can some one please tell me how to take an action on Faber and Noida service guys.

                I purchased a Lifetime Warranty Faber Chimney a few days back for my new home. 10 days of operation and its motor got burnt. Complaining to the service center, they are taking it lightly and responded as if my chimney is 1 year old. I cant afford even a single day of chimney-less cooking as my new home interior is too costly. 15 days have passed and they have responded only once and I am still with no fix from their side. The warranty card is sent by the company only after sending the duly-filled registration form from customer side and that too after 1 or 2 months. So without the warranty card, my chimney is sort-o[censored]seless.

                No wonder why this can afford to have a lifetime warranty tag. They never respond to its complaints!

                    For servicing my Faber Hob and Chimney , I have called M/s Smart care, , Tambaram (authorised service centre)Pbone No. [protected].One mechanic by name Mr.Sivanesan came and serviced the appliances. But he could not open one of the screws in a small burner. So the bottom of the hob could not be cleaned. While cleaning the burner one of the electrical flickering of the small burner went out of order.But I have paid service charges of Rs.550/- vide Receipt No. 5172 dated 27.3.2013 since he had assured for the rectification next day.But nobody has turned up for several days. I have contacted the Dealers in Tambaram ' M/s Shanmugha Ceramics from whom I have purchased the appliances. They have contacted Mr. Rajesh , the authorised Faber Company person.He has assured that it would be rectified
                    immediately. Eventhough 20 days gone nothing done. I have contacted both the Smart care and Mr. Rajesh several times. But so far nobody turned up till date.

                      Dishwasher rust and not working

                      We bought a new dishwasher Faber WQP12-9319 from the dealer/service provider Surya Home Appliances Alwarpet, Chennai 600018 in Dec 2010 and had it installed in our apartment in Jan 2011. Very soon problems started in operation and the inside baskets and parts began to rust.                         Faber India service is really pathetic . i had raised a service request about a month back( service # [protected]) for change of carbon filter for chimney and knob for the gas hob . but even after a month of follow up noboday has turned up.

                        I would never recomend faber products to anybody.
                        Agreed, poor service, defective products. They keep sending a person to fix something and it keeps having the same issue. They have replaced various parts and plan to replace more parts. Still the issue is not resolved. 5 complaints sent out, 20 phone calls over the past 3 months.

                          I reside in Hyderbabd. This is regarding a misbehaviour by the faber agency in Hyderabad. The name of the agency is Anand Gas Tech, the complete address is Shop No. 1, MIG 47/1, Road no.1, Opp - Global Eye hospital, KPHB colony, Kukatpally, Hyd-72. The person the owner of the agency K.A. Vithal Rao not only misbehaved with my father who is a senior citizen but also used curse words to my wife. I am requesting people, if they ever intend to visit this shop, be very careful.

                              I have purchased Faber Induction cooker model no-ZC3920 on 8th Nov-2012. The Order number was-[protected]. But the product i received was broken. My mistake was that i had opened the product after few days. When i called back Indiatimes customer care they said that they take complaint only within 24 hour and suggested me to call Faber customer care. When i called Faber customer care they said they can't do anything as bad product was supplied Indiatimes & they should replace it. My repeated call to them has no answer for me. Kindly help me in getting the damaged piece replaced with working piece.

                                I had made a complaint regarding excessive noise coming from my Faber
                                Kitchen Chimney.I had purchased the product in 2008 and it is covered
                                under lifetime warranty scheme.( CARD no KOL 0838613)
                                On 04/10/2012 I had entered into a cleaning contract with Faber (
                                application form No 012566)
                                After receiving my complaint for excessive noise technician came to my
                                house and remarked that the rotor needs to be replaced and he
                                suggested we log a fresh call for replacement of the rotor.The service
                                request number was [protected]. After a few weeks we raised a call once
                                again to get the rotor replaced since it is covered in Lifetime
                                Warranty scheme.
                                This time the technician visited our house, inspected the product and
                                remarked that the rotor is in good shape and there is no need to be
                                replaced. He charged us Rs 300 as visit charges.The Service number is
                                [protected].

                                As a customer I raise serious objections to the following facts

                                1. FABER technicians are giving contradictory statements regarding the
                                condition of the rotor which is not acceptable by us.

                                2. Further , Since the first technician recommended change of rotor we
                                raised a service call to get it replaced . And as per Owner's Manual
                                page 9 -" Visits made by Faber technician for repair of the items
                                covered under warranty will be free " Hence there can not be any
                                ground for charging Rs 300 as visit charges, when the sole purpose of
                                the technician was to change the rotor as mentioned in Service request
                                [protected]

                                I had called Avon Marketing ( phone number[protected] seeking
                                clarification regarding the same and they promised to get back to me.
                                But Till now I have not received any calls.I have also mailed to Faber customer care but they have not responded to me till date.

                                I request you to immediately look into this issue and provide
                                justification for such unacceptable service delivery.

                                  Have been facing major problem again and again...... Did not get the warranty card of faber chimney ltw500 for which have been getting all services from 7 yrs by showing the purchase bill but have to go through headaches all the time ....no one being able to get a duplicate warranty from the company.....I would like to ask....is faber doubtful its their machine....or are they doubtful that that is a different model??? When u can see it is a life time warranty model and of faber why am I going through mental Harris,eats all the time...why can I not get a hassle freee service.... Is it a reputed brand or a chalta forts brand....last try to write to the co if they can give a solution other wise .......divya lath,Kolkata....c if anything can be done

                                    WE PURCHASED ONE 3 BURNER TOP FROM FABER JUST TWO MONTHS BACK.THE MODEL HAS A BLACK TOP. ATTRACTED BY THE APPEARANCE WE BOUGHT IT AND ALSO FOR THE BRAND. TWO DAYS BACK WHILE COOKING WAS ON THE ENTIRE TOP BROKE AND ALL GLASS PEICES WENT OFF THROUGH THE KITCHEN AND DINING.
                                    FORTUNATELY MY WIFE WAS JUST FIVE FEET AWAY OR OTHERWISE SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INJURED.
                                    WHEN THE MATTER WAS REPORTED WE ARE TOLD THAT DUE TO HIGH HEAT THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED. CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE STOVE IS USED ONLY FOR HEATING AND THAT BEING THE CASE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR THAT PURPOSE. I AM YET TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. REALLY A HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMANY
