Sir,
I had purchased Faber 4 burner HOB in Nov 11 from Adhya Enterprises, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. 3 months back, I filed a complaint for HOB burner problem. After several follow-ups, Technician came and took back my one burner for sample. He assured me that all burners will be replaced within a week time.
Since then, I have been following-up with Faber customer care, Technician & other involved persons. Faber Customer support have given me several complaint IDs mentioning the previous complaint# was closed as it is more than a month back. On my repeated queries on the resolution status, I was told that the burner was not in stock so they are arranging the same from the factory. And it will get replaced in 4-5 days.
Local area Faber Service Center guys, always give one answer- We will call you back on this and but they never revert back. When, I try to call again they said give some time, we will find out & update you on monday or in 2 days.
When, I am asking the dealer to take action. He just said he is also following-up on this from a long back.
From 3 months the HOB was lying with 3 burners!!!
Sir, This is an harassment to a customer so that one would get fed-up and sit silent or would start saying to return at least the old one as No one is responding to resolution.
Please help me out!
