I have lodge a complaint on Faber India customer care no.[protected] , complaint No:[protected] dt. 19/12/2011 regarding service of my FABER Chimney model name “SOLARIS”. Till date I couldn’t get proper response from service center. When I have call no. of times to Customer Care finally a service person came on 23/12/2011 but that service technician has broken the small plastic part where motor is fitted with hood. Now service center owner Mr .Naveen , A1 Services, Samta Colony ,Raipur ,Chhatisgarh has send a mail regarding the part to the company & within a week my problem will be rectified. Till date 31/12/2011 , when I contact Mr Naveen Mob no. [protected] & phone no.[protected] again & again. He replied that company couldn’t send small part through courier service, so I have to again wait, how long, he is not able to answer?..........and his answer was non responsive & non appropriate. Again when I have call customer care dt: 30/12/2011 and asked the solution of my problem then they forwarded my call to their Senior Executive but couldn’t get proper response. Again I have call company person Mr. Rakesh on his Mobile No. [protected] dt 30/12/2011 and informed my problem. He assured me that he will look into this matter very seriously.
Now, should I presume that the failure of the company policy, not to send small part through courier due to that my chimney not fitted till date.
So finally, I am thinking to send Registered Notice to Faber India Company for spoiling of my modular kitchen.

I went to their show room FABER Panorama at Ameerpet and lodged my request several times. You will hardly find anyone there. The sales girl will take the details promptly and there is no response.
It is shameful that they are running an ad campaign for their chineys in all the leading papers. I think they would like to add some more unfortunate customers to their list.
Faber should understand that in this competitive world, after sale service plays and important role. If this this is the attitude towards their existing cusomers, Faber would soon be a forgotten name.
I suggest all the prospective buyers to beware of FABER if they want after sale service
