The wires of the chimney got burned,for which a complaint was made on 29/6/11. Mr. Asif from Adinath enterprises (Service centre of FABER HEATCRAFT)checked it and detected it as only replacing the wires of the operating button & the motors were OK. The next day he took the chimney to the SERVICE CENTRE, and got back the chimney in few hours, BUT WITH THE MOTORS REPLACED with the DAMAGED ONES.The chimney was not working...

We bought brand new Faber Microwave Oven in Nov 2010. After some days o[censored]se we realize that it does not switch off if we keep timer more than 2 min. We need to do hard disconnect. We have register compliant( Compliant Number is[protected] on 23rd Feb 2011. So far we have few tech people visited the site and told us front panel is faulty need to be replaced. Pathetic Service of Faber in Bangalore

Excess LPG consumption

Since we have purchased Faber hob, the LPG consumption has risen considerabelly. Earlier a cylinder use to last min 45 days and now (since last 3 refills) the cylinder has lasted only 15-18 days. There is no LPG leekage which is also confirmed by the fact the there is zero LPG smell. Burners not working

Defective Product & No service

I had bought a Faber chimney and a cook top on 20.04.2011 and got it delievered to my house on 24.04.2011. Got it installed on 26.04.2011 and found that cook top is not functioing properly.
Registered a call on 27th April 2011 and got no solution to my complaint after daliy (3) reminders.

If this is the kind of service they provide in starting, what about 1 year later.

I want to replace the products....

Bad service delivery

On the 15th of April 2011, I booked a servicing appointment for my Faber chimney for Saturday, the 23rd of April 2011. Spent the whole day today, chasing the call centre persons who kept asking why the service centre had not called me up!!!
