First the pick up took them a week to get a pick up done and still no pick up had been issued they continue on lying and cod wrong up for the vendor so I’m not sure who to belive and when on top of it first apparently they poked up my pkxahr but 3 days later they notify me and tell me that the only received partial of the package and they are waiting on the shipper to give them the other 2 boxes and I still don’t believe that they even got one package picked up !! Since there is no package been scanned and when I was upset I said to them return tbat to the shipper but than I wanted to see their response and so how funny when I said that they were happy I’m sure and immediately the package had magicially was with them and they returned it to the sender !! That was quicker than anythjng but when there is no package every been scanned and I know what their trying to pull oh ur package is missing well the merchant his a scam I feel like and they are contributing and covering up for a thief !! I said I want the psckAge and the shipper won’t refund me and when FedEx is already breaching their own guarantee policy whtt try j I paid $1800 for shipment it’s first expedite international and if their behind they would refund and not charge u !! And get with that type of a shipment I still haven’t received my package they continue on lying and was quicken to return the package to shipper since the truth is they got no package to begin with as how u get a old age and not physically sscan it and keep track of the shipment they are complete fraud and scam their customer service is zero and the policy that FedEx got it’s irrelevant they willl always I’m sure end up paying for the shipment since they can’t and have no care or consideration to do their job and make my package was supposed to be delivered kntge 18 and it’s still in india and their lying and covering up for a scammer and returning my okxage to them when I won’t get my refund I need my package delivered to me asap !! Overnight I don’t care and I will not pay a penny u been playing me feeding me lies and got zero customer service and courtesy to someoen that’s been dealing to tunnaroun With the vendor!! If my paksge won’t get delivered to me over night I will be filing law suit agaisnt u FedEx

    Fedex - small package stuck at bangoare fedex custom office.

    My Indian friend from France sent my own small parcel to me. I forgot at his place in France. now, he sent on 28 March and arrived in Bangalore on 29th March. It is a non-commercial product for my individual use. I have already did KYC form filling up as per their instructions. Since it is clear from the consignee side and they acknowledged it. they told me by email to wait as they might contact the shipper (my friend) as well. I have requested them by email on the given email id ( [protected]@fedex.com or call on[protected]. This given phone number is not working and no response from [protected]@fedex.com. I asked my friend to send by urgent post to work on it and my parcel is still with FedEx clearance office ( in transit status). today, it is 5th April. Help me to get my small parcel. I am a student and want this parcel for my study. Can someone help me and respond to my email at [protected]@fedex.com or give me the right phone number to contact them. I really need my parcel. every single passing day is going in vain.

      Hi,
      I have sent a laptop from USA to Bangalore on 27th March, it has to be submitted by 31st of March. FedEx had promised delivery by 30th March however shipment is stuck in Bangalore airport from 5days. FedEx team is not providing updates and not responding. Every day I have been writing mails and calling still no response it’s very unprofessional.

        This is regarding my shipment awb[protected] which is stuck in customs and I have called the FedEx team more than 10 times but there are literally big time liars…they always tell tht they will get back with the uodated information but not once they hv called.and when u call th they literally hv no info..useless customer care..it’s just plain harassment at this point

          My AWB[protected] was shipped on 17th March 2023 from Philadelphia, US to Noida, UP via FedEx with express international delivery costing my brother( Savit Vajpayee) $279.29, scheduled to be delivered by 20th March 2023 before 8 pm, IST. The product contains a new iPhone 14 pro 256 GB.

          The shipment was delayed due to negligence by Fedex ( Flight delays) and reached India only on 21st March, which is after the promised deliver date.

          The KYC was done in time by me and all the documents were provided as required during the time of shipment and at the time of custom clearance. Despite the above mistake, there is no penalty incurred by Fedex and in addition to the negligence, a ridiculous import duty is imposed on me for ₹ 74, 768.00 and ₹7, 734.88 which is more than the cost of the phone itself to deliver the product, now that customs has cleared it. No way it should be ₹83, 256.70, more than the price of the phone itself. That’s ridiculous and requesting such an amount before delivery can incur strong legal action against FedEx and parties involved.

          If anything FedEx should be compensating shipping fees because the product was not delivered in express time. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and deliver the product. I would like FedEc to waiver the import duty as the package should have never been held by customs in the first place and it’s because of Fedex's mistake. Also, there was no prior information provided by FedEx about the heavy import duty at the time of shipment., despite having the knowledge of the product type ( iPhone)

            I am unable to complete my KYC verification to receive an order that was sent to me from US. The problem I am facing is with OTP( verification code) which I am unable to receive on my email, despite multiple try.

              With great frustration I am filing this complaint against FedEx. My brother from United States sent a Bible as gift last year on December 17th 2022 as Christmas gift. Airway Bill No.[protected] Today, 13th March 2023. They sent a final notice to dispose the gift. How dare you FedEx.

              You KYC documents is a mess. I have submitted my AADHAR card and details of the package but still no response from anyone...

              Please consider my compliant and serious negligence by the service provider and return the gift back to sender.

                Unable to submit KYC documents on the portal

                Hi, I had ordered a parcel from China. But unfortunately, there was a mismatch from the shipper with the consignee name. I was asked to submit KYC documents of consignee - IEC certificate + an amendment letter. This was submitted by me promptly. But after that I received an email saying more documents need to be submitted from the shipper - Corrected Invoice and amendment letter from their end.
                I am unable to upload these documents...

                  FedEx used to send us legal notices regarding the outstanding's which are already cleared and paid. After contacting them they responded us unprofessionally and blocked our account to book the shipments.

                  Extremely poor service by FedEx in India. Inefficient to say the least. We can take it further on the challenges being faced by us with FedEx.

                  REQUEST A CALL BACK FROM YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES.

                    now in status of i can show clearance delay from 3 days, i already submitted kyc documents, and regarding this already talk with customer care agent, they tell me for mismatch in GST and IEC, but not in detail which kind of mismatch and how can i correct it, please help me, Thanks.

                      Hello,

                      The shipment has been already delayed from more than 2 months and still it hasn't received. I booked the courier on Dec 7th 2022 from INDIA and it is supposed to receive in max 7 days to USA but still. I am trying to contact the fedex team via emails as currently staying in USA they just updated that payment is pending even we have agreed to pay the amount and they said that they forwarded to concern team but still no updates. Kindly please provide the further details as this package is very important for us and it means. I have tried to communicate from all possible ways but FEDEX hasn't gave any updates. Request you to kindly take this on serious note and priority.

                        Hello,

                        This shipment is supposed to be delivered by Monday (13/02/2023) but it got delayed. Now its reached the destination city
                        (Chennai) already but I see the updated delivery date as Wednesday (15/02/2023).

                        This shipment contains important documents for the Visa appointment, delivering it on Wednesday is too late for the
                        appointment.

                        Since it's already reached the Chennai city, can you please take necessary steps to deliver it by today Tuesday(14/02/2023).

                        This is very very urgent and need your help here.

                          Effy provided me with all the forms needed in order to send a piece back and I printed and filled everything as needed, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
                          What does this mean? It is coming from Nuevo Léon, Mexico towards New York.
                          If I need more documents for clearance, let me know what I can do so the process can go smoothly.

                            My shipment containing documents Shipped on 31st Dec 2022 has still not been delivered. The shipment was sent using the International Priority and arrived in India on Jan 5 2023. Since then, the shipment has been stuck in Bangalore customs awaiting clearance. Despite repeated calls to FedEx customer care Support team on a daily basis and sending them multiple email reminders, I am disappointed by the services offered by FedEx in releasing my shipment and it’s delivery. Till today, no signs or updates from FedEx on the release of the shipment and what processes/measures are being undertaken to facilitate expedited release of my shipment. Already provided them with the Invoice/Airway bill that FedEx asked for. Unbelievably poor and horrible service. Tracking number is[protected]

                              Document was sent on the 21st of December. Not delivered till 30th December.Document was required for the submission. We suffered loss because of this delay.

                                Few weeks ago a packet was sent from India to Germany through FedEx service. FedEx Germany returned the packet stating false information that "consignee refused shipment" and then after changing the statement that packet had returned because it contained butter which is also false. The packet didn't contain any such items. Now the packet is stuck at customs in Delhi and FedEx is not clearining because of missing KYC information. Why is KYC information of the sender required for a return packet when sender's information is already available with FedEx while sending the packet?
                                FedEx is also asking for Import/Export code, why is this code being asked for a return packet and for something not imported. Please take immediate action for the same.

                                  With reference to above subject, we are following it up with HDFC Bank for making our import supplier Payment. Payment of our supplier hold by HDFC Bank due to unavailability of BOE in RBI Portal. then we follow with Fedex courier company & ECCS Team.
                                  We have also amend the BOE By Fedex.
                                  Till Now BOE Not reflected in IDPMS of RBI.
                                  ECCS Team confirmed that CBE has been transmitted to IDPMS of RBI.
                                  ECCS Team informed us that this matter is pending on RBI Side.

                                    I have shipped 2 silk sarees ($350.00) to India to my daughter's BharatNatyam Dance teacher's father to an Ahmedabad address to convert into a dress for dance studies.
                                    It is stuck in customs in Delhi for last 8 days shipped via FedEx (Tracking ID[protected] and I am not able to get any response.

                                    Sarees were originally made in India which I bought them in Canada. I have sent them to make a Bharat Natyam Dress for my daughter. I have already sent the invoice to FedEX representative Mr. Manojkumar.

                                    I have asked to send me a link to pay the duties, however there is no response.

                                    Can you help please because FedEx rep in Canada tells me that it is not easy to deal with customs in India.

                                    Please help or guide me to resolve this matter. I can pay the duties and not looking for any exemption. You are my only hope now.
