        These are the two tracking numbers of my package. Where is my parcels ? Is this a joke ? I want my parcels asap. Do you really care about us ? Do you even have any idea how much these parcels cost ? This is not the first time that you lost my package, this is 3rd time and I will not forgive you this time ! You guys steal our parcels and I know I'm not the only one, I've read all the comments @fedex. If my parcels do not get deliver within 7days, I'd have to take some serious steps.

            My package with tracking number[protected] is stuck at customs clearnce for almost 15 days now. I have kept nearly 10 emails to the fedex executive but there is no proper response.I have already did my KYC as requested and also emailed them declaration letter. The package contains very important legal documents. Its shipped with International priority but gone into a waste. Im not going to use fedex dor any of my future shipments.

              Hi, I am hoping to get help as I am sick and tired of the service. I am a registered business in Toronto Canada, trying to schedule a pick up from Jaipur to Toronto by FedEx. I created the label, attached the commercial invoice, emailed it to the shipper and the FedEx guy who shows up says that my GST HST number is not mentioned.
