I am a customer of firstcry from past 5years and have placed more than 20 orders in last 2months. I have never faced issues with delivery before but I placed an order on 5th Jan for RRabit automatic cradle worth 6537.82 Rs ORDER NO .4395024PUW0782A42. It was marked as delivered on 6th Jan but the product was never delivered and I raised it on 6rh Jan itself. I was getting same response that wait for 5-7 days we are working...

They are charging more then MRP and then given discount on that and also taking GST on MRP.. How it is possible please explain it to me. I have booked a order online but find all this....

I checked that the product status changed to delivered on 24th December nut today is 1st jan 22 i did not receive the produxt and fc has no proper customer support to elevate the issue

Very useless diaper, my baby's health has deteriorated even for 10 minutes, this diaper has changed 2 times in 2 hours, what about a diaper that cannot last overnight, ordered for the first time and so bad 1 packet is used, one is left return...

We got the coupon at some certain amount of shopping and that coupon is free from all terms and conditions but whenever i am going to redeem that coupon storekeeper tells some T&C which is not mentioned even coupon.
