I order lot of products from FirstCry and received everything on time but they never pickup the product back when placed return request. they always give one reason, incomplete address. I have called the executive several times a day, filled the address in the link provided and raise complaint with customer care but no response.

Latest pickup message received on 5th April 2022 at 9pm for pickup and at 10pm received another message saying incomplete address. Executive numbers they provide is incorrect as they never pickup the phone.

    I had ordered some products from Firstcry but did not recieve all the products and still those undelivered products where showing as delivered in tge system. When I raised a complaint against it with all the details they are giving me fake reasons saying that the products were delivered from their side and not providing any solution to my request. I have provided each and every detail, had telephonic conversations on the same 10 times but I am not getting any solution from their side since more than a month now.

    List the products that I have not recieved is as follows.

      I ordered the babyhug pram priced at Rs.5995 from Firstcry.com on 26th March which was delivered to me on 29th March. I noticed that the product is of poor quality and does not match the description & images. The seat is only half size, the pram looks very fragile - doubt that it can bear weight o[censored]pto 20kg. The size s extremely small compared to other brands of same capacity. The seat belt is very tight and will not fit if the baby grows in size. The seat buttons don't stick. In summary there are multiple problems with compromised quality. I had been requesting firstcry since 30th- the day i assembled the pram for a return and refund of my money so that I can purchase a new one using the money. They had been harassing me with the same response "we are sorry the product is only applicable for replacement under policy". Anything you ask they only reply with above, it feels one is talking to a tape recorder. For replacement too the babyhug executive told at my pin service is not available. I am extremely exhausted, harassed and feel frustrated. Following these on 31st March the status of my replacement is changed to cancelled and i received email from firstcry that cancellation request has been accepted and the refund will be provided. However the customer care executive again says they are sorry and the product is only eligible for replacement. It's been 4 days, they are saying something but sending different mails. I don't expect this from any brand especially Firstcry. They are responsible for the products they sell, for the emails that they send and the policies they make. They are legally bound for the quality of the product they host in their site. They have charged me 4000 for this after a discount of 39%. It is our hard earned money. It is worse than a toy and completely unusable. Please guide me in getting a refund and correct process to follow. The consumers cannot be cheated and these big brands must be held responsible for playing with the sentiments of the buyer, the little joy that we want by giving our child a good product they can use.

        I have ordered mamypoko pants from firstcry.com the quality of that pamper is totally different from the ones i usually use. The quality is very cheap .. upon complaining firstcry they said they are not responsible for the quality and fake products delivered.

          We bought a Baby Hug Symphony Stoller from Store - Firstcry Civil Lines, Roorkee on 20th February. Recently, I observed that child cannot sit in recliner positions. My child is just 5.5 Kg in weight, and Stroller cannot reatins the recliner and up-right position with the child onboard. the stroller bed falls back to the Lying position.

          I reported an issue with the Stroller to the customer care on Sunday. Support executive informed me that this product is bought from the store, and I need to contact the store where I bought it. I informed her, that this was bought in Roorkee, by my brother-in-law and I live in Dehradun, I just cannot drive to another city, to get this stroller fixed. If that's the case, what is the meaning of this Brand - FIRSTCRY and its pan India presence. When I bought this stroller, I was assured by sales representative that any problem faced with the product will be dealt with anywhere, as It's a reputed brand and have PAN india presence.

          I am hugely disappointed with the way this issue is being handled. This simply doesn't make any sense, If I have to run door-to-door to fix this poor thing. Quality is so cheap, that it just malfunctioned within a month o[censored]sage.

          I have also contacted the store (FIrstcry Roorkee) about the problem. They are saying that, have mailed the company and are awaiting response. But its been 3 days and I am not getting any response from them

            Purchased a baby monitor. Product needs to be registered to start using but couldn’t register at all. When contacted the customer care they asked for 48 hours to resolve. Has been a week and still no resolution. Neither are they helping resolve the issue or provide an exchange. Absolute abysmal service. Rs 6, 500 absolutely glen to waste. Wouldn’t even want to buy a nappy from this place.

                Worst refund policy ever came across. Made purchase on 20, feb, 2022 and requested for return and Refund. Still waiting for money back. Two times I got email that says refund process faild due to technical error and to wait 10-15 working days for each.

                It's a million question to order again or not.

                    My son is 20 months, I bought 2 polo tshirts of size 2T but when I received the products, the head hole is too small to go through his head. It gets stuck. I tried making some alterations to fit but its a faulty product!! still doesn't fit through the head even after having it opened by 1/2 inch.

                    please look into this and process and recall/refund to those having bought this product. and please inform the manufacturers of this issue!

                    terribly unsatisfied and angry at this waste of money.

                      We were delivered an empty package by firstcry for the above order. The company has a provision to raise returns in case of missing products, but when a request wad raised they simply stated that they had checked and shipped the product and hence cannot refund or resend the package.

                            Order:10087018UTL.. from FirstCry.co.. of your product, AWB:[protected]... For query call:[protected] (delivery man's number - he spoke very rudely to me and now ignoring my calls)

                            My product hasn't been delivered. Its been 5 days post delivery date. Everyday I receive an sms saying product is out for delivery and at the same time I also receive an sms later giving fake reasons for non delivery. Whereas I am available all the time at home and novody is calling me before the delivery. I have been calling their customer care team from 11th February 2022 and have registered complaints so many times but no action yet. Now they are not ready to cancel my product and neither can I cancel it. I will be leaving this city in 3 days and wanted this product urgently but it is of no use. They are not even giving me any refund at all and the entire process is in a loop now. I am frustrated now and cannot tolerate their behavior anymore. Kindly take strict action against them

                              I have purchased toyzoy mapple tricycle with parental handle on firstcry. The product is faulty as when I go to assemble the loose parts of tricycle I found that it is of different sizes than usual, so it is not possible to assemble it. I talked with customer care but they are so irresponsible and lying that our team will call you back, will provide resolution today, tomorrow but they haven't called me yet. I have to call again and again but are not interested to provide resolution faster.

                                They are not delivered my products after crossed EDD also...even I escalated many times even though they are not delivered and they mentioned fake reasons to non delivery products status.

                                  Item not delivered since 11 days. Despite in first cry it is showing item is already delivered which is not received by us at all. I have a flight in couple of days. I need it two be delivered by tomorrow.

                                    I was ordered this product in pack of three on 14 January.. Order was prepaid.. At 18 January I received a massage that product was delivered to me but I have not received any item yet.. Even first cry status also shown as delivered... Now what to do?

                                      I have placed order for product "Babyhug Full Sleeves T-Shirt Pack Of 2 - Pink Yellow" Order no.7974167LVZ1E6D87A on 09-Jan-2022 but wrong product was delivered to me on 23-Jan-2022, since then I am following up with first cry customer care but they are replying that they have delivered correct product. They are not ready to accept return of the wrong product. I have provided all necessary images to them but they are not ready to consider my complaint. I want product to be returned & i should received refund amount.
