Hi Team,

I have self returned the product and product reached the destination and i have provided the Proof of delivery . They are saying ware house team is still searching for the product from the past 3 months . Every time i am getting the same reply that we are looking in to the issue . Please help me in getting the refund .

    I have raised a complaint regarding the product of Babyhug 2 in 1 Rock and Roll Stroller Cum Rocker - Grey Pink on the 13th of May on firstcry. Today is the 25th didn't get any update from your side. Your team member Mr.Anand Patel and Himanshu Meheta confirming me that the will mail me and place a replacement against my order.But still, I did not get any email from your side. What are you people doing? It is harassment from your side. You have sent me a product without proper parts. If it is not my mistake then why should I suffer? I have called several times to firstcry and ask for the help but your team made me a fool and whenever I placed a replacement request they cancel it why? If you are unable to provide the proper service refund my money.

      This is in continuation to the discussion of your expert Mr.Himanshu Patel today afternoon. Even after your commitment, the pick-up is not successful. This is completely unethical and harassment that one has to undergo.

      We buy products for a new baby to gift it to someone on some special occasions and your team has ruined everything for me. It is a humiliation for me and my family and the sole reason is the poor handling of the Firstcry team.

      Let us know very clearly if it is possible for your team to pick this up or we shall throw it in the garbage (as it is of no use).

      Your revert is expected by tomorrow else let us discuss the details in the consumer court.

        They have certain products which are of same day delivery . I have ordered product (Pampers diaper ) on 22.05.2022. first on 22.05.2022 I have received call at around 8.57 pm from spammers (mesho)that the product was refused to be delivered. O said no one has approached me. Then at 9.57pm I got a message from first cry that product was delivered. And now they are giving me stupid reply and daily when I am calling them they are stating that it will take 5 to 7days.
        Already it's month end we are in cash crises and unnecessary harrassment from first Cry and its courier partner

          I had purchased the bella mama maternity jeggings woth Rs 881.37 from first cry and due to fitting issues returned it along with another 2 products, which was picked up by xpressbee couriers on 12th of april 2022. After the pickup i recieved return picked up message for 2 products but not for the above mentioned product, i waited for 2 days and complaint to the customer care on 14 april 2022. Since then i have been calling the customer care and sending them mail continously. After several queries and waiting for several days they are now claiming that they did not receive the product and is not processing my refund. Kindly help.

          The point to be noted are that they had assigned an executive from xpressbee to pickup all the three products together, so obviously he will pickup 3 products, how can only 1 product be missed. The courier executive's name was Mr Prabhakaran ph [protected].

              I’ve had enough of waiting for this item since I first placed my order in March

              1. I received the item with missing parts
              2. I placed a return request the same day
              3. The return request was canceled without any reason
              4. I contacted the customer care to check why it was canceled, they said that they’d offer to send the missing parts at the earliest
              5. After multiple calls, video calls, WhatsApp conversations with customer care, they promised to send the missing parts
              6. After much waiting, I received a package with the missing parts, in which some parts were still missing and some parts in non working condition
              7. I contacted the customer care again. After multiple calls, video calls, WhatsApp conversations with customer care, they promised to send the missing parts again
              8. After waiting for a couple of days, they called back to let us know that the parts were unavailable
              9. They promised that a replacement would be done
              10. They asked for the pickup of the item, which i refused to do, since we asked for a replacement and would handover the item only once we received the new item
              11. We warned of reporting this issue to the consumer Forum, after which we were literally chased and called constantly till we gave up and returned the item. A new item was immediately displayed on my order history
              12. Now finally it is may, and my order hasn’t arrived yet.

              I’m done waiting for this item now.
              This company has had me waiting from March to may, keeping my money on hold for so long with no valid reason

              Also this company seems to be selling damaged items and deliberately putting customers in a fix and keeping them waiting for this long, while they keep the money for themselves

              I want a compensation for all of this as I’m just fed up of chasing FirstCry.com

                It has been really disappointing such kind of incident from firstcry online. I was ordered some item few days back and suppose to delivered by 24th April but I received all items except one baby high chair which paid 3500 rupees and when I check the courier tracking it’s has been reached near to my place more than 3 days now and it’s showing customer not available at delivery or customer not reachable they are updating like this fake comments on the tracking. Today I called delivery guy he saying we cannot cl deliver the item because the package it’s big so we have to go there and collect which really unfair.when we book the item they said home delivery and now they are saying I have to go 20 km for pick the item .pls need your support for this concern.

                    I tried to order 2 items on April 8th 2022. My cash got debited but order was in cancelled state. I retried 2 times and my cash got debited 2 more times.
                    The debited cash not yet refunded.

                      The issue that I have experienced was: I had raised a return request for 3 products from the order-7374735MOM9835C3D on 29th march 22 and the items was picked up next day.
                      I raised complaint seeing that the refund is not credited and the customer service replied me that it will be credited within 2 or 3 days. Its been more than 2 weeks, and I am fed of explaining the same things to customer care whenever I follow up the request.
                      The pick up status in first cry app is still like the items are not picked up.

                      It occurred on: 30/03/2022

                      I need the refund to be credited soon. Even after sharing the pick up executive name and mobile number no action is taken.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                        I ordered a first cry toddler product # [protected] and got it delivered on April 4th but because it did not fit properly for my kid, i scheduled a return pickup on the same day, its been one week and i keep getting absoulety false assurance and wrong reasons for not picking up my order, first reason given was "pickup attempt failed due to unavoidable courier constraints", what can customer do here? and other reason given is wrong address?, how blatantly they lie, i get the order with same address but for return delivery it becomes a wrong address.

                        I am also a member of first cry gold clud, am having a horrid time with this, purchase, Also, tried calling their customer care without any help, they only sugar coat things but don't help in resolving the matter.

                        Need your help in resolving this issue at the earliest

                          I order lot of products from FirstCry and received everything on time but they never pickup the product back when placed return request. they always give one reason, incomplete address. I have called the executive several times a day, filled the address in the link provided and raise complaint with customer care but no response.

                          Latest pickup message received on 5th April 2022 at 9pm for pickup and at 10pm received another message saying incomplete address. Executive numbers they provide is incorrect as they never pickup the phone.

                            I had ordered some products from Firstcry but did not recieve all the products and still those undelivered products where showing as delivered in tge system. When I raised a complaint against it with all the details they are giving me fake reasons saying that the products were delivered from their side and not providing any solution to my request. I have provided each and every detail, had telephonic conversations on the same 10 times but I am not getting any solution from their side since more than a month now.

                            List the products that I have not recieved is as follows.

                              I ordered the babyhug pram priced at Rs.5995 from Firstcry.com on 26th March which was delivered to me on 29th March. I noticed that the product is of poor quality and does not match the description & images. The seat is only half size, the pram looks very fragile - doubt that it can bear weight o[censored]pto 20kg. The size s extremely small compared to other brands of same capacity. The seat belt is very tight and will not fit if the baby grows in size. The seat buttons don't stick. In summary there are multiple problems with compromised quality. I had been requesting firstcry since 30th- the day i assembled the pram for a return and refund of my money so that I can purchase a new one using the money. They had been harassing me with the same response "we are sorry the product is only applicable for replacement under policy". Anything you ask they only reply with above, it feels one is talking to a tape recorder. For replacement too the babyhug executive told at my pin service is not available. I am extremely exhausted, harassed and feel frustrated. Following these on 31st March the status of my replacement is changed to cancelled and i received email from firstcry that cancellation request has been accepted and the refund will be provided. However the customer care executive again says they are sorry and the product is only eligible for replacement. It's been 4 days, they are saying something but sending different mails. I don't expect this from any brand especially Firstcry. They are responsible for the products they sell, for the emails that they send and the policies they make. They are legally bound for the quality of the product they host in their site. They have charged me 4000 for this after a discount of 39%. It is our hard earned money. It is worse than a toy and completely unusable. Please guide me in getting a refund and correct process to follow. The consumers cannot be cheated and these big brands must be held responsible for playing with the sentiments of the buyer, the little joy that we want by giving our child a good product they can use.

                                I have ordered mamypoko pants from firstcry.com the quality of that pamper is totally different from the ones i usually use. The quality is very cheap .. upon complaining firstcry they said they are not responsible for the quality and fake products delivered.

                                  We bought a Baby Hug Symphony Stoller from Store - Firstcry Civil Lines, Roorkee on 20th February. Recently, I observed that child cannot sit in recliner positions. My child is just 5.5 Kg in weight, and Stroller cannot reatins the recliner and up-right position with the child onboard. the stroller bed falls back to the Lying position.

                                  I reported an issue with the Stroller to the customer care on Sunday. Support executive informed me that this product is bought from the store, and I need to contact the store where I bought it. I informed her, that this was bought in Roorkee, by my brother-in-law and I live in Dehradun, I just cannot drive to another city, to get this stroller fixed. If that's the case, what is the meaning of this Brand - FIRSTCRY and its pan India presence. When I bought this stroller, I was assured by sales representative that any problem faced with the product will be dealt with anywhere, as It's a reputed brand and have PAN india presence.

                                  I am hugely disappointed with the way this issue is being handled. This simply doesn't make any sense, If I have to run door-to-door to fix this poor thing. Quality is so cheap, that it just malfunctioned within a month o[censored]sage.

                                  I have also contacted the store (FIrstcry Roorkee) about the problem. They are saying that, have mailed the company and are awaiting response. But its been 3 days and I am not getting any response from them

                                    Purchased a baby monitor. Product needs to be registered to start using but couldn’t register at all. When contacted the customer care they asked for 48 hours to resolve. Has been a week and still no resolution. Neither are they helping resolve the issue or provide an exchange. Absolute abysmal service. Rs 6, 500 absolutely glen to waste. Wouldn’t even want to buy a nappy from this place.

                                        Worst refund policy ever came across. Made purchase on 20, feb, 2022 and requested for return and Refund. Still waiting for money back. Two times I got email that says refund process faild due to technical error and to wait 10-15 working days for each.

                                        It's a million question to order again or not.
