My booking id is EBKB 3495 .i had to cancel my booking since the hotel facilities were pathetic and the staff were very rude.even the hotel name differed from what we booked online.we were total 11 person comprising of 4 children also.we had to suffer a lot finding another hotel.we left the hotel within 30 minutes bcoz of ill treatment of the hotel staff.we cancelled the booking and want full refund.we have made several call to the Oyo customer service but my issue is not resolved.kindly arrange to refund my full booking amount.
