I have received 2 ac whirlpool products though i needed one. While i was ordering the first one i got an error message from bank then i ordered again. While i was delivering i was told that there are 2 packages so i thought one would be fan and other would be unit and i signed the acceptance sheet and asked them to keep the products, now when they gave it was total 4 packages means 2 same products, now i am requesting a return flipkart is not accepting it. Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that while placing the order for 1 quantity, 2 quantities has been ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of 1 quantity. The seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on March 11, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

They cheated closed request without my knowledge.i got 2times defective mobile.approved return n closed without my knowledge.i want justice.hw can they cheat a honest customer
