[Resolved] Flipkart — air conditioner

I have received 2 ac whirlpool products though i needed one. While i was ordering the first one i got an error message from bank then i ordered again. While i was delivering i was told that there are 2 packages so i thought one would be fan and other would be unit and i signed the acceptance sheet and asked them to keep the products, now when they gave it was total 4 packages means 2 same products, now i am requesting a return flipkart is not accepting it. Customer raised a complaint stating that while placing the order for 1 quantity, 2 quantities has been ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of 1 quantity. The seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on March 11, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
