I purchase TV Rs 44889 details of order id is in screen shot. But did not accept delivery due to defect and cancel the product. As per their portal screen shot, refund is processed by seller. But when I contact icici customer care, seller made no refund. I submitted bank statement to flipkart. But no action to find why seller making false statement. Also flipkart portal showing refund successful is also not correct.
Please process...

With utter surprise, from a SMS sent by IDFC Bank, I come to know that I have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 20000 for Flipkart Pay Later. This is major violation of consumer rights. I did not apply for flipkart pay later. Without my consent you can not do this.

So I request you to close my Flipkart Pay Later Account at the earliest.

This is regarding my recent grocery purchase in Flipkart platform that was delivered on 14th may'23. I had purchased the items in bulk & that one item(missing item) was supposed to deliver on the same day of evening but the Delivery executive scammed me and didn't deliver it, in my flipkart account, all items are showing delivered including missing one. I bought google pixel 6a from Flipkart. But I received old product from them which had scratches in it. I tried to raise this concern multiple times through their customer care service and even by attaching images. But every time they are rejecting it and not taking any action. Through their email service I tried to add images but I am getting error which I already communicated multiple times.

Order ID-OD[protected] is marked as delivered. But courier person did not call me or not come to my address. I have called and raised a complaint 5 times all the times they updated as delivery partner confirmed that product is delivered and closing the complaint. Purchased a laptop on 09/04/23 worth 57740 but the serial number mentioned in the invoice is wrong and so I cant claim the warranty. they are refusing to give the correct invoice as well.
