I buy a Levi’s jacket from Filpkart in red colour costed me 3390 with the order I’d OD[protected] and received a green colour which is damaged, l asking for return and refund but it is still pending, asking for scan copy of id proof to upload on online portal. not able to understand why it is required. Kindly arrange the return and refund money.
Now they force me to provide the id proof.

I ordered a smartphone Motorola G73 5g 128GB(Lucent White) from Flipkart. The seller was MTAILMODEECOM.
I received the mobile on 25th March 2023, when I opened the box, there was scratch on the screen of mobile. I requested for replacement the same day i.e 25th March.

I have flipkart pay later limit of ₹20000 and have been using since 3 years. But now whenever i try to purchase anything I can't use pay later option( it shows this payment method is not availble for this order and says it on every product) what is going wrong.
