I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding a highly concerning issue I am currently facing. I recently placed an order for several products on Flipkart, intending them for personal use by members of my own family. It is important to note that all these purchases were made from a single account, which is shared among the members of my family.
To my utter disappointment, the seller canceled my order, and to make matters worse, Flipkart has blocked my account, alleging that I am involved in reselling products. I am deeply disturbed by this unjustified account blocking, as it completely disregards the genuine reasons behind my purchases and fails to consider the account's shared usage within my family.
I am urging you to take immediate and necessary action against Flipkart to rectify this situation. Blocking my account without conducting a proper investigation is highly unfair and unreasonable. I kindly request you to intervene and ensure that Flipkart promptly unblocks my account.
Furthermore, I have a significant balance of 1750 Rupees in my Flipkart gift wallet. If my account remains blocked, I fear losing all the money I have stored in the wallet. Additionally, there are pending orders that have not been delivered, for which I have already made payment through the wallet. If I encounter any issues with these products, I will be unable to initiate return requests or file complaints, further exacerbating the problem.
It is important to emphasize that if I intended to engage in reselling, I could easily create multiple accounts. However, I have chosen to use a single account for the convenience of my family members. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter and rectify the unjust blocking of my account, ensuring the safety of my funds and the ability to address any potential issues with the undelivered products.
