FLIPKART PAY LATER OPTION SPECIFIC TO MY ACCOUNT UNAVAILABLE
Flipkart provides pay later option to its valuable customers not only on flipkart assured products but on all products. My query stands unresolved with false to no information provided by Flipkart and its App. The company's customer care is fooling around with its customers by offering them products at a cheaper rate with low quality products. Secondly, a customer is offered to use flipkart pay later option for its purchase. credit limit about 30uyum000. But the purpose is lost when this particular service from flipkart is made unavailable to the user for its purchase.Then why poeple should shop through flipcart

    Hi team,

    I have ordered a product in Flipkart and returning due to size issue, pick-up should complete on17thJUNE2023, but pickup not happened and I didn't received any call from pickup agent so far.

    After this i reached Flipkart support, they reopened pick-up request and mentioned on or before 03rdJULY2023 pickup will happen, so far nothing happened. Kindly check and help on this at earliest.

      I ordered a mobile phone on 26 june and firstly the promised date for delivery by Ekart was 28 june, but the order got misroute and didn't approached me, after that I called Flipkart CS and they said they will resolve the issue but there's no response from them, the problem is the the order arrives the nearest hub (Muktsar hub) and then left to ludhiana hub that is far from me and this is repeating, after ludhiana hub it gets back to mukstar hub, then again it goes to ludhiana hub, I am so frustrated of this, please help!

        I bought a zebronics sound bar from fipkart i received a defective piece and then i placed return request but they cancelled my return request automatically without any reason, i have no call from Flipboard, but they said your Return Request Call Rescheduled, but I have no call from their side. They doesn't give me a replacement help me i want my money back.

          Ekart rejected my return request saying that the product is mismatched. However, nobody from Ekart has visited to me for picking up the product. A delivery person called early in the morning saying that he would come to pick my product within half an hour but he never came. We called him multiple times but he did not pick up. This is my tracking id FMPR[[protected]] for APPLE iphone SE (2020). I have already filed a complaint at the Flipkart logistics but there has been no reply.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          It has been almost a month and yet there is no response from Flipkart. This sort of behaviour and the lack of any action is not acceptable, it is rather upsetting. I hope the required measures will be taken soon.

            For this order the product was not working, from40 days onwards we are discussing with your customer care executive since 29 days onwards but no one resolved the issue. One of your executive shared the number for the product seller we discussed with them they are telling that we need to share the product to the mumbai location then they will provide the service, I discussed with them through whatsapp and calls and requested them they told us we will share the armature to your location west godavari they ask our address also after that i was follow up them after 10 days they told me that for that location service will not provide and asking me to share the product to mumbai. If I didn't shared they will not provide the service.
            We don't know the seller location and details in the google also it was not showing. The flipkart executives telling that you can directly discuss with the seller we can't do anything we are the mediators.
            If we are purchasing the website means they are the responsible person who sold us.
            If I expalined the issue to the executives they are telling that we will try to resolve after the call was disconnected they are mentioning the issue was resolved.
            We are asking them to connect the call with their supervisors but they are not connecting the call if we ask the mail they are not sharing but they are asking the feedback for the conversion.

              I ordered moto edge 40 from Flipkart. it showed that the order will be delivered on 19 June(ordered on 14 June) but after ordering it automatically chaged to 29 June, now today is 29 June and I don't know, they still aren't delivering. What is wrong with this site and service. I am starting to think this was a mistake, first not in stock, then when in stock not delivering, I am thinking this was big mistake, never buying anything again from Flipkart.
              Do u get any response
              What happened? Got delivered yet?

                This concern is regarding rat protection panel which was of made up of cardboard and delivery related.

                On 14th of June, I've ordered Samsung 8kg front load washing machine through flipkart.com

                On 15th of June, product was delivered and installation was done on same day too.

                Regarding delivery boy,
                He and his senior deliberately demanded extra money from exchange old washing machine by keep telling me different things. Even he told me not to deliver my order now, kind of strange he might giving an excuse at that time.
                Later on, I had to show the screenshot of everything that you cannot charge extra money over this.

                After taking his statement over recording, he finally decided to handover new washing machine to me.

                It was difficult to lift a machine through stairs, so I requested them to lift through cable from outside.

                He straight away denied that Flipkart is not allowed us to do that, Flipkart allowed us to lift a machine through upstairs only. Even I had to helped them to life a washing machine to 2nd floor which kind of again was not my duty. Afterwards I paid 900rs to rider for difference of an old washing machine.

                Afterwards Installation was done on same day which quite good and very well explained by installation guy.

                My main concern is about cheap rat protection panel which is made of low quality cardboard. And under warranty, it is clearly mentioned that any damage through rat, insect, or cockroach, warranty will not count.

                This is truly not fair that customer has paid money after checking whatever information was presented on Flipkart website or Samsung website.

                It was not clearly mentioned about rat protection panel, even no images are currently available on any website. Even Samsung Customer care is not aware of too.

                So as per me, entire body was should be of plastic or steel.

                So I have a right to ask, right to complaint about rat protection panel which should be given during delivery or installation,

                Entire body should be made up of plastic or steel, no idea or no logic behind giving cardboard panel which can easily sabotage warranty of the product if anything mishappens.

                Because rat can easily bites the cardboard to enter into bottom, where bottom part is full of wires and part, which can be easily damage in few months, moreover washing machine vibrates alot during last stage of cycle, it moved from its place very quickly.

                So kindly take an action against Flipkart and Samsung, so that they can provide me good quality rat protection panel and fitted by their technician soon.

                Else my entire money could go in vain even after telling all things after day of delivery.

                I would request you again to deliver good quality rat protection panel as soon as possible to my house.

                This is serious issue for me,
                Customer should get what he/she has paid for.

                Note: Samsung demanding extra money for plastic panel which is not acceptable, and it is clearly unfair way to do business.

                Every Appliances whichever available in the Market, either it's made up of plastic or steel. Talking about external body of an appliances.

                  I activated Flipkart Pay later before 10 days and my limit is 10k but whenever I go to buy any Product it shows " Flipkart Pay Later Unavailable" then I talked to customer service but after that no issue resolved.
                  Flipkart is bad Company and it's Service is also bad.

                    I had ordered a Redmi Pad 6 GB RAM 128 GB ROM variant from Flipkart and paid ₹19, 999 for it. And on 24th June the delivery guy gave me the product, opened it and without showing me specifications or anything left in a hurry. When I booted up the Tablet and went through the specifications in the About Phone page of thr Settings menu, I noticed it showed 4GB RAM. I checked the product box and it also had 4gb RAM written on it. I had ordered 6 GB RAM variant but to my surprise I was delivered the wrong product. I have reached out to Flipkart since the day of delivery but there's absolutely nothing from their end to resolve the issue. Instead, they've told me to reach out to the seller (Redmi) by myself. Accordingly I went to the nearest Authorised Mi Service Centre and they've forwarded the issue to their superiors (their reply is still awaited).

                    Now Flipkart has neither resolved the issue nor have they provided me with any positive assistance. They're pretending nothing has happened and are delaying the resolution till 1st July which is the date on which the return policy will expire.
                    Kindly, resolve the issue I am tired and frustrated by the lack of action from both Flipkart and Mi Support.

                      The order was placed on Tuesday, 13th June, with an expected delivery date of Thursday, 15th June. However, it has been a series of disappointments and unfulfilled promises since then. Despite my diligent efforts in escalating the matter on the 15th, 19th, 22nd, 25th, and 26th of June, there has been a complete lack of resolution.
                      I made the payment for my order through EMI, only to find myself burdened with additional payments to the bank for a product that remains undelivered. This is an outrageous inconvenience that I should not be subjected to as a paying customer.

                      I hereby demand an immediate and full refund for my order. The numerous delays, coupled with the lack of any meaningful resolution, have left me with no faith in your ability to fulfill your obligations. I insist that you expedite the refund process and ensure that the funds are credited back to my account without further delay.

                        Before buying I see on the Flipkart product page- it is written

                        THIS PRODUCT RUNS ONE SIZE SMALLER PLEASE BUY LARGER THAN YOUR USUAL SIZE

                        SO ACCORDING TO THIS I ORDERED SIZE 42

                        BUT WHEN THE PRODUCT GET DELIVERED I FOUND THAT THE SIZE OF THE SHIRT IS VERY LARGE AND DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY.

                        SO I GO TO FLIPKART ACCOUNT AND TRY TO EITHER EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT OR RETURN IT FOR REFUND.

                        WHEN I SELECT THE REASON AND THEN SELECT THE SUB REASON THEN CONTINUE, AFTER THAT MY ACCOUNTS GET LOGGED OUT AND I AM UNABLE TO LOGIN AND THEN I RECEIVE A MAIL FROM FLIPKART THAT ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED.

                        I KNOW THE REASON THAT DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF CANCELLATIONS ONLY CANCELLATIONS, ZERO RETURNS DUE TO THIS
                        ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED.

                        I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHY THIS TIME THE ACCOUNT GETS BLOCKED WHY NOT EARLIER. WHEN I AM TRYING TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR A VALID REASON FOR A genuine REASON AS THE PRODUCT WHICH IS DELIVERED TO ME, I ORDERED ON THE BASIS OF FLIPKART PRODUCT PAGE OR PRODUCT BUYING INSTRUCTIONS, but this didn't work as size 40 is only suited for me but I ordered 42 so why the accounts get blocked this time only.

                        And if it gets blocked then no issue you just create a return request or exchange request for that product and deliver the correct one then no issue I have no issue that my account gets blocked.

                        But this time there is a genuine reason to raise this concern.

                        If I do not considered the product buying instruction on Flipkart page and order the size 40 and the SIZE 40 is delivered to me then this issue is not occurred and also my accounts not get blocked. So the whole problem is only created by Flipkart & only Flipkart need to resolve this issue.

                          Filpkart delivered me a Samsung F54 5G having non functional display on 14.06.2023 (Order ID: OD[protected] On finding the fault, I put a replacement request within minutes.I was informed that a Technician visit has been scheduled for 15.06.2023.But none visited me and my request was rejected without giving any reason.Followed this requested the replacementagain and called the flipkart customer care.They assured me that the Technician will visit on 18.06.23.But then also nothing happened and my request got rejected.Desperate with these outcomes, I called the cc and they again made a replacement request in which again a technician visit was scheduled for 25.06.2023.Dejected by this kind of attitude from flipkart the issue was escalated with the [protected]@flipkart.com and grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com.They contacted me and vehemently assured that the issue will surely be resolved this time.But as in the early instances, nothing happened sans I am left with a non working mobile for the last TWO weeks. I had to borrow an old phone from my friend since I exchanged the one I was using with the delivered one.I wonder what kind of message flipkart is giving its customers by practicing these kind of highly unprosessional and unethickal repercussions towards a flipkart customer since 2014 like me.Degected by all these I am helpless but to seek redressal from appropriate legal authorities.

                            I bought a new phone Infinix zero 5g 2023 at no cost emi from flipkart. It was an open box delivery and when delivery boy was come he open the phone box and saw me phone but not properly. and take otp fast and he went. When i come at my place and check my phone properly there was some scraches on phone without my touch. How it possible? I complain at flipkart but they denied because of open box delivery. But i dont have much time to check phone at the time of delivery. Now what i do? I think the phone is open for service...because there was a paper stuck in it... I felt cheated.. I just want new phone nothing else.. plz help me.

                              I have ordered clothes on 27th June 2023. I did a g pay based payment of Amount INR 2734. The amount is deducted from my bank account .But the order is still pending. I have contacted to Flipkart customer care they said to wait for 24hrs, and it is over 24 hrs still the problem is not solved and i didn't get any response. There is no option showing to again contact them.

                                  On 31st may my flipkart account was hacked by someone and done the 4410 rs payment from my SBI card which was tokenize in flipkart system. Hacker also tried more than 19-20 order from my account but due to insufficient limit on my card he was not successful.

                                  When i got to know the same, i contacted flipkart customer executive and he guided me to get back my account.

                                  But after 2-3 days my account was blocked flipkart team.

                                  I had requested the flipkart team many times but my account was not unblocked.

                                  after that i have requested their team to refund my wallat amount which was 14750, after continues followups and email they revert on 13th June 2023 that they are processing refund and it will take around 8 days to reflect in the account. now it more than 15 days but refund not created, i have email 2-3 time for update but no response from their team. also customer care executive not hepled me about this.

                                  I need my money back
