This is regarding Order ID : OD[protected]. I had recently ordered an Arrow Suit from Flipkart. I had fitting issues with the same and so, I raised a return request. But, the same was cancelled by seller and by that time, my return period had already expired. I contacted Flipkart customer care but was not provided with any resolution. I had paid an amount of ₹3710 which is a substantial amount for me. I request you to help me out in this case.

    Flipkart debited Rs4885.72 + Rs377.18 emi from my account without any reason...i could see the narration on the statement as
    M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR. I don't know for what they have deducted. This is really awkward even from the bank any kind of otp have not received for this payment.
    Please help me for resolving this.

        I don't know why Flipkart started Eating Customers Money by Account Blocking.

        Money In Flipkart Wallet also Blocked Because of Account Block. If Flipkart Do not Want us to purchase through Flipkart Platform then they Should Block Future Purchases.

          I ordered samsung A 23 from flipkart on 13th may 2023. I got mobile with different IMEI number on invoice and different IMEI number on device setting. So I applied for replacement but again after replacement i got same issue that is IMEI number mismatch on invoice and in mobile setting.So this time i requested for refund but they rejected it.So please solve my problem as soon as possible

            I placed the order for the motherboard on the 9th june 2023 and the motherboard was delivered on the 10th june 2023. I opened the package which was undamaged from the outside on the 11th june 2023 and found that the motherboard had a damaged i/o shield. I raised the issue with Flipkart and at first they said that the motherboard would be replaced but since then they have refused to replace or cancel the order and refund the money.

            As evidenced by the long list of complaints here it seems very clear that the seller Mtailmodeecom is not acting in good faith.

            This reflects very poorly on Flipkart as well since they don't seem to care about their customer. I am hoping that Flipkart will take some action and resolve this issue.

              On 18th May 5 Fraudulent transactions processed on my account 4410 each in total 22050. I power of my phone and disbaled the credit card which was saved in flipkart app & I informed flipkart & Credit card company same day .After 2/3 days flipkart disabled my account .Since then i have been trying to unblock my account . I have an unused flipkart wallet balance in the account .

                I had registered myself for the "Flipkart Pay Later" option quite some time now. I never used it, not knowing that Flipkart had opened an account in my name at IDFC first bank which is affecting my CIBIL score as it is showing that i have been sanctioned a loan amount of Rs.12, 000 by IDFC bank. And, now i don't have any clue on how to deactivate my PAY LATER. Please help as bank are seeking clarification on the mentioned sanctioned loan.

                  Hello Team,
                  I am not able to reach the Flipkart through the customer care num, its a deadend.
                  My Girf voucher was available of 500 and Evrytime I try to use it the error pops up saysing something went wrong and cannot place a order .

                  Now I do not see the 500 voucher also, Need resolution to this.

                      I had ordered iphone 13 128 gb worth 58598₹ using credit card and flipkart giftcard for Order ID - OD[protected]. Unfortunately order not placed but amount was debited from credit card and as well as giftcard. After few days I had received refund of credit card transaction value but not received refund of flipkart giftcards which were used for this order. The gift card no.s are [protected] and [protected] (showing zero balance). Complaint 6 7 times but not yet responding. My 20000₹ giftcard is stuck so request you to please look into it.

                        I have ordered Sony Bravia TV on 31st May which was delivered on 2nd June and installation happened on 3rd June which then declared as display fault by installation engineer. Following which, return requested on 3rd June and it is cancelled three time because technician didn't visit according to FlipKart but technician visited twice since the issue and updated ticket on Sony end with job ID - JB0781527
                        FlipKart is providing false commitments of escalating the ticket for last 15 days and not providing any resolution. i.e. either replacement or a refund.
                        Please help me out of this fraud situation.

                          I ordered egde40 on 7th june and at the time delivery was shown 2 days for bangalore but till now the product is not shipped and date was shown 18th june for delivery.
                          I am asking flipkart when it will be shipped and delivered no clarity to them also

                              I ordered product (Motorola Edge 40) on 14 June according to their estimation delivery time is just 1 day but courier partner takes almost the 9 to 10 days for item pickup from seller I don't know why it takes so much time please look into it and try to resolve the issue.

                                  Still I have not got full refund as I have cancelled the order because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by Flipkart no proper assistance received before and after placing the other they have there own seller now they are playing game by charging cancellation fees please note I have cancelled the order before it get dispatch it was already informed to the customer care. I have sent the call recording to Flipkart as a proof.
