I want to update my mobile number on my Flipkart account. But it needs otp from both the number. I have lost my phone and mobile number but have access with the email ID. Flipkart doesnot give access to change the number without the old number. Tried several times. It's really frustrating to see such lack in system. Why can't the otp be sent either to number or the email ID. What's the purpose of email if it's of no use? Please update my mobile number.

    I purchased Lenovo IdeaPad laptop with order "OD[protected]" in 31-may-2023
    Recently i noticed Warrenty date mismatch issue from product website i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
    The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

        I ordered a product on April 22, 2023, and I received the wrong product in dirty condition. So I put that in for a refund, which was declined from your side, and after discussing it with the customer care executive, I got it refunded. Again, when I ordered the same product on May 2, 2023, the same issue happened again. I have to again put that in for a refund, which was declined from your side, and after discussing it with the customer care executive, I got it refunded. Not only this, when I ordered it for the third time again on May 25, 2023, the wrong product was delivered, so I contacted customer care service around 1:15 pm on May 29, 2023, for which an executive by the name of Ms. Payal informed me that I would be getting a call within 4 hours. I waited, but I did not receive a call until the evening, so I called customer care and got connected to Mr. Shreyansh, who told me that my issue would be resolved soon, but till date no such thing has been done.

            I had ordered an AC from Flipkart - OmniTechRetail of Godrej 1 ton 5 star, below attached are the details of the order (Order ID - OD[protected]. It has to be dispatched in a few days but somehow the seller cancelled the order on 18 April stating technical reasons, attached is the email reference.

            But we still can see it on our active orders as dispatched and will be delivered in few days. We tried cancelling from the App/Web but no success as the page shows error as something went wrong. Hence the order amount is not yet refunded due to no cancellation from UI which is a glitch at Flipkart's end. Tried customer support numerous times but there is no help from them.

            Even one of the representatives says to cancel the order when the delivery guy comes to deliver it, how can I do that when the seller himself has cancelled the order then when how will it go out for delivery, attaching screenshot for the same. Now it has been almost more than a month to the order.

            Each time support takes 5 days period saying your issue will be resolved but they close the ticket saying as per communication we are closing the ticket, point to be noted we did not have any communication on it. It is complete harassment where I have to ask for my own money so many times.

            Even once I got a mail to send the account details as well but upon revert to same, I got another e-mail as it couldn't be delivered, as email account doesn't exist anymore contact support for the same.

            I'm completely done with the platform and is seeking way to get my amount back.

            There hasn't been a single update on the above from the Flipkart side till date. They are marking the opened tickets as resolved by themselves without giving any resolution.

              Hello sir.. I've been using Flipkart for years.. I'm a Flipkart plus member too.. Then i used Flipkart pay later method and paid all my dues emi's on time or before time but never late.. now I'm facing issues on this pay later method as it shows Flipkart pay later unavailable.. it's very hard for me.. kindly do consider my request and please do the needful.. thank you

                Together with jeeves, flipkart charges extra from people in the name of complete mobile protection and when the time comes, they deviate from their own rules, my mobile vivo v 27pro screen is broken, jeeves took 1500 online for my phone Got the 4May pickup done saying that within 10 days the screen will be changed and your device will be returned but it's been 23 days now Jeeves has stopped even replying to the mail I am a 10 year old customer of #Flipkart lose all trust No one is giving correct information nor telling why it is taking so much time ?

                    I requested return of the product, in perfect condition, due to size use. I received call from EKart logistics for pickup at 04;50 pm on 27/05/2023, and the product was picked up after successful verification. The pickup status was not updated on the app even after 24 hours and on 28/05/2023, another pickup agent came to my home stating that the he was there for pickup of the same order, while i've already handed it the previous day.                       Hello,
                      I have purchased a Samsung F23 phone from Flipkart which is my biggest mistake. Order number OD[protected]. You were supposed to deliver it on 28th May and you postponed it to 30th may for some reason.
                      This item was for my father in law who left my place on 29th May. Because of you he had to travel with the old phone and I had to cancel the order. To sweeten the deal, you have charged me a cancellation fee. Which is okay with me since I am the one who cancelled the order and it is my fault. So I should accept the cancellation charge.
                      Problem is on the same order, I have placed an order for an adaptor for the aforesaid phone which you have managed to deliver on time. Since, I had to cancel the phone, the charge is of no use to me as it is specific for the same phone.
                      However, as per the sellers policy, it is not possible to return as they can only replace the item.
                      Could you please let me know what should I charge with that charger now?

                        Please solve my problem flipkart did scam with me i got my phone samsung s21 fe on 7 may 2023 and i got some issue in it so requested to return my order they told us that first tech visit will be on 15 may and on 18 we will get our replacement but we got call from flikart that we do not have any technician so they took 2 day from us and told that issue will be resolved by 21 may but on that day also our issue was not resolved then they took 2 more days but then also we havent got our solution and we were waiting till today 29 may we called them 10 to 12 times in this week they told us to wait today they told us that your 20 days are done now your replacement cant be held this is full of scam by flipkart please solve this as soon as possible.

The product is worth rs 34377 now dey r not reapondin to me every time i give a call back request just dey give false assurance n fake incident id whic dey mark as resolved i feel cheated how can i bear such loss .                               I order brand new smartphone by doing exchange of my old phone. my order was placed and i got delivery too. But while getting my delivery from my delivery partner i have to do some assessments to get exchange of my old phone. The accessements are started and then my delivery partner checked all those good possibilities' to delivery ASAP by doing Flipkart's Yaantra ( Flipkart owned diagnostics app which is used for some assessments to do flawless exchange delivery ). Suddenly my delivery partner said your IMEI number is incorrect. So, you have cancel order and re-order the product. I don't know why because my IMEI number was automatically dedicated by flipkart application itself. I tried check my IMEI number to verify it. I can't find the options and I erased all exchange data which i was given even through i changed mobile phone brand and all the details in Flipkart application. Still it remains same IMEI number. I don't know how is the possibilities. Please UPDATE your APPLICATION for your customers. WE CAN'T ENOUGH DETAILS AND MORE OVER ITS TOO BUGGY.

                                  I am writing to bring a matter of grave concern to your attention regarding an order I placed on Flipkart, an e-commerce platform. The order has been placed on hold, and I have discovered that the price of the product I purchased has significantly increased since I made the purchase. Additionally, I encountered a delivery mishap that further exacerbated the situation.

                                  I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Flipkart, but my efforts have been in vain. As a result, I am now seeking the assistance of Consumer Court NGO to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please find below the details of the order and the complications I have faced:

                                  I had placed an order earlier, which promised delivery within one day. On the day of delivery, the delivery executive arrived at the specified location promptly. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested him to wait for a few minutes as I arranged for someone to collect the package on my behalf. He agreed to wait, but when my representative arrived at the location, the delivery executive had already left. Upon contacting him, he assured me that he would try to redeliver the package.. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, and the delivery, which was scheduled for 2 PM, was delayed until 5 PM. Frustrated by the situation, I contacted Flipkart's customer care, who informed me that the delivery would be attempted the following day. However, the delivery location was an office that remains closed on Saturdays, which prompted me to cancel the order altogether. Subsequently, I placed a new order with my home address, which is the order currently on hold.

                                  This entire sequence of events has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated as a customer. Not only was the delivery mishandled, but the subsequent order I placed is now inexplicably held, and the price has significantly increased. Such practices undermine consumer trust and violate the principles of fair and transparent transactions.

                                    I like flipkart /Shopsy order with cash on delivery payment mode above can't be done.

                                    Cash on delivery available is clearly mentioned on my pincode .

                                    But when I go to select payment method there.

                                    Cash on delivery it shows Unavailable.

                                    In this regard, I told the customer care about this through phone and email.

                                    Customer care says that cash on delivery option is in sellers hand, you cab wait for few days or you can order by online payment ..they say

                                    Sir it has been more than 1 months still my cash on delivery option its not enabled.

                                    Sir, if cash on delivery is available on the customers pincode, then the customer can use that facility.

                                    Lets order it.thats my opinion. .

                                      On 6th nay I ordered a product from flipkart on offer and the same git shipped by 10th May 2023. Then it was showing that it will get delivered by 18th May 2023. So I was waiting for the product to get delivered. But on 17th May 2023 I got a notification that my product got delayed due to some unforeseen reason and now it will get delivered to me by 2nd June 2022. Then I contacted Flipkart customer service amd they told me that they’ll check will logistics team and confirm that my product will get delivered to me on or before 2nd June. Again I was waiting for my product patiently. But on 24th May suddenly I got a notification that my product has got canceled that too with even contacting me. Then I connect with Flipkart customer service couple of time but all the time they’re saying that they can’t do anything here.
                                      So now I want Flipkart to either allow me to get that product on the same offer price at which I ordered or else I will take some legal action against it.
