1 I have complained to Flipkart 3 times but till now I have not received the refund or replacement of the product and now it is being told that the return policy has expired.
2 This product I received is damaged but flipkart is not accepting that the product was damaged from inside and is canceling the complaint every time with the same reason but now their return policy has expired. Due to which he cannot do anything. I have also uploaded the picture to you, now you tell whether this product is damaged or not and if it is damaged then why flipkart is refusing.
3 When I spoke to the customer care of Flipkart, they are also saying that the return policy has expired, so they can't do anything. While it is their fault in every way. when i escalated it i am getting the same reply from there also
4 Now you tell me, even after complaining for 3 times, no satisfactory solution has been found. Nor has there been any solution from Flipkart.

So please help me and resolve my problem

    As I have purchased a handbag and paid full amount but I received same brand but different design product and raised a complaint with full details and pictures to flipkart help area from my flipkart account against it to get refund and place my order again but in the morning I saw my account was blocked. even though there were no rendom returns/refunds.If seller is doing wrong so why customer is being punished.i need to be my account UNBLOCKED...PLEASE HELP.

      I had ordered a Eureka Forbes water purifier model RO+UV+UF+TA on 5 th June 2023, received different model RO+UV+TA on 6 th June 2023 for which I raised return on 6 th June which was cancelled by Flipkart without informing. Again i raised return 12 th June for which the replacement had to be done by 18th June. Seller sent the same different model RO+UV+TA again as replacement. Which I have rejected to accept.

      Please help to get the model i ordered or to get the refund as soon as possible because i waited trusting Flipkart would take this issue seriously and resolve it.

      I don't see any action taken against the seller. Again he has done the same mistake of sending different model.

      I waited 15 days to get this product. Still I didn't receive what i had ordered.

      Please help me getting the right model or the refund.

        I ordered samsung A 23 from flipkart on 13th may 2023. I got mobile with different IMEI number on invoice and different IMEI number on device setting. So I applied for replacement but again afte replacement i got same issue that is IMEI number mismatch on invoice and in mobile setting.So this time i requested for refund but they rejected it.So please solve my problem as soon as possible

        No resolve my problem till date from flipkart

          I have purchased the moto g62 5g 4 days back and the display panel is not fitted properly and the speaker is also a faulty speaker i have raised a complaint in flipkart but the order has been canceled twice i request you for replacement or i will file a legal complaint agains the seller and the flipkart.

                I have ordered Oneplus Bullets Z2 Bluetooth Headset (Jazz Green In the Ear) on[protected] and the product was delivered on[protected]. I became surprised to see that there is no OnePlus Bullets Z2 Bluetooth Headset in the box and the box was fill of a Headset of different brand (Level U) after a few minutes I text Flipkart support for call back, they call me back and I told them my problem, they suggest me to arise a return request after 24 hours of delivered of the product. I arise a return request for the product as they told me but Flipkart rejected my return request.

                  I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding the unjustified blockage of my account and the subsequent lack of support from their customer service team. I have attached all relevant evidence, including screenshots of the error message, call recordings with Flipkart's customer care, and any other necessary documentation to support my case.

                  I have been a loyal and valued customer of Flipkart for an extended period of time. However, my account was blocked without any valid reason or prior notification. Despite reaching out to Flipkart through various channels, including emails and calls to their customer care number[protected], I have received no resolution or meaningful assistance.

                  The auto-generated response I received from Flipkart merely acknowledged receipt of my query, but no further communication or action has been taken by their team to address my issue. As a result, I am unable to access my account, view my orders, or download any bills related to my purchases. This lack of access has caused me significant inconvenience and hampers my ability to utilize the services and benefits I am entitled to as a Flipkart customer.

                  I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to take appropriate action against Flipkart to rectify this situation. I believe that as a reputed consumer rights advocacy platform, Consumer Complaints can play a crucial role in resolving this issue and ensuring that my rights as a consumer are protected.

                  Please find attached all the supporting evidence, including screenshots of the error message, call recordings, and any other relevant documents. These materials provide a comprehensive overview of my predicament and validate the validity of my complaint.

                    Dear Flipkart Team,

                    As i already discussed with you many time over the phone or complaint register on flipkart help care support on flipkart mobile application regarding my order once again I'm complaining that i have purchase Luminous Invertor and battery from flipkart on dated 17 may 2023 which dilivery date was on[protected] this delivery date extended 4 time as per attached screen shot.
                    The service of flipkart is very very bad because my whole is very disturbed due havy summer.
                    So I'm mantaly harassments.
                    If my order is not delivered whithin two days then i will take legal action against you.
                    I had taken the product on EMI whose installment has been already generated.

                      Worst online product delivery experience I've ever faced. I bought a redmi phone with exchange. The delivery person brought the phone to the doorstep and did his quality checks but refused to deliver as he could not connect to HIS SERVER and hence would not exchange and deliver the product to us. The mobile was a surprise birthday gift and the delivery person wasted about an hr of ours and that too on the birthday. There was absolutely no communication hence from flipkart. We contacted almost 5 times with their support excecutive but got different response from them including that we canceled the order and another one saying we refused to accept the order and yet another one saying the mobile will be delivered by 7pm, 9pm etc and finally next day. Today is already 3 day of such fake promises from flipkart. Very poor attitude. Never waste time, money and effort with flipkart anymore.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have ordered product on flipkart and usually it's give one delivery date and the delivery is happening after 7pm only.. After reaching out the Delivery agent he is not responding.

                        Flipkart promise date is 15th June
                        But still now I have not received product.

                        Once we connect with flipkart he is saying to wait two more days.

                        If flipkart is promise to delivery then why they are not delivery.. We are choosing online to get the product easily.. If they doing this kind of activity then we bycott Flipkart.

                        In every order facing the delivery issue, Order ID: OD[protected]

                        Still now not deliver... After advise delivery agent also same nothing resolution

                          I have Ordered egde40 on 7th june and at the time delivery was shown 2 days for paramakudi but till now the product is not shipped and date was shown 18th june for delivery

                              Hello,

                              I have ordered the laptop on 6th May and received a faulty (not working) laptop on 9th May. I raised the return of the product on 9th May itself.
                              Flipkart had promised me to give a replacement by 23rd of May but have not received it till now (17th June). Meanwhile, your seller 'Buzz India' has rejected the return more than 3 times without providing any reasons.
                              Your customer care was again inefficient to address the customer's concern and made me call daily to check the status. I am frustrated and tired of contacting you on daily basis to hear that customer support cannot help or do anything on this.
                              Recently, I was told that a replacement laptop has been sent via your delivery partner ekart and it showed the status as out for delivery on 11th June. 7 days have gone but I still didn't receive the replacement and neither your delivery partner is attending the call.

                              I understand from the customer complaints forum that your seller 'Buzz India' is a fraud company selling used faulty items and counterfeit items as well. Also, your delivery partner is keeping the laptop worth of 55, 000 for more than a week with them. I don't think that the replacement product sent by the seller is new and authentic product. Even, if they've sent a legit product I am doubting that your delivery partner ekart would be damaged the product by now or planning to deliver a fake laptop.
                              Anywhich ways, please provide the full refund as I lost all hopes on flipkart as a ecommerce website, fraud seller 'Buzz India' and cheating delivery partner 'ekart'. You are just cheating by taking away my two months worth of salary for a faulty laptop.

                                Exchange of my old phone not happened. arrange at the earliest. customer executive called and told me to "sell back". but that is not what flipkart promised me. There is a legal obligation to take back my old phone at promised price. Bcos o[censored]r courier guy why should i suffer. Punish/penalise ur courier wishmaster for non-performance of contract. ELse i will legal charges against Flipkart. Be informed accordingly.

                                    I recently brought a product from flipkart but the order was cancelled by the seller. After waiting for nearly 10 days the refund amount of Rs. 10000 is still not reflecting on my gift card and showing deactivated. Flipkart is scamming customers snd their customer care agents are not very helpful

                                      Ordered Kolkata Orchid Online Zygocactus Red (christmas cactus) plant but merchant Cloud Farming sent Dragon tree cutting with thorns and it even bled me ### my finger, took it out thinking christmas cactus but it was full of thorns and different type of plant called pitaya dragon tree cutting.
                                      Item is non returnable and i lost money, pick this up IMMEDIATELY or i sue and file complaint in every FORUM.

                                        Firstly I am Flipkart PLUS member, i've orderd a product and it was coming on 16th of june and i was out of delivery on 16th june but today is 17th of june and i still won't recived it so i called the number provided me in flipkart on my order with pin so the agent talked with me in very rude manner and hanged up... i am really unsatisfied from flipkart for this ! day by day flipkart is getting worse in delivery and about customer care !
