    I request you to kindly permanantly cancellation of my flipcart pay later account when i see my redit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as its effecting my credit score.I conform that there is no dues.But my last payment was not updated when i called idfc customer care . So the bank pending my request.

      Respected sir,

      I purchasing a HP core i5 12th generation 16/512 gb in Flipkart order date is 10th june 2023 and received 13th June 2023 .but he send me used laptop .I complain last 10 days but he didn't any solution .I told the product warranty is start November 2022 and used .
      But only send me your problem is solved 3 days 2 days .it's haresh me please give me solution it's to expensive for price is Rs.67990.

        I bought a nokia TV from flipkart on 19/07/2020 with price Rs 31894 and additionally bought a complete protection of 3yrs offered by JEEVES on that very day of price Rs 2299.
        Now on 14/03/2023 my Tv got an external damage and very same day I raised a complaint in JEEVES through Flipkart. After few days JEEVES contacted me through call and asked me for EXTRA Rs 500 for complain registration charges so that they can proceed with my problem solution. After that they told me that a Mechanic will contact me and make sure to solve the problem, and so it happened and then the mechanic asked for the photo of damage product, invoice, tv serial number and after fulfilling his request, he then assured me that he did his work of submitting the docs to JEEVES and now I have to wait for further instruction from JEEVES.

        After that its been 3 months JEEVES has neither gave any update to the mechanic and when I contacted they are just harassing by giving dates and nothing happening when time is coming for the service.

        Now, when contacting flipkart about the issue, they are just harassing by giving dates and assuring that everything will be shorted, but when times come they are not giving services and extending the dates.

        COMPLAIN: I want my tv panel to be changed immediately and pay for the harassment they has cost and the money too.

          I purchased a Mivi collar classic but it is showing some issues. When I tried to contact Mivi, they said to provide the invoice. Since it was a gift, I dont have a harcopy of the invoice. And my flipkart order doesnot have the download invoice option. Please help its urgent.

                  I have received a defective product from Flipkart and when trying to get the replacement, Flipkart is literally creating more issues rather fixing the issue. Flipkart is wasting my time and testing my patience.

                    I have ordered 69 cm American tourister bag from Flipkart. I got a different size bag and they are not picking up the product which I have applied for return. I have been calling the customer care everyday. They are postponing the resolution date everyday. It's been 20 days and the product is till not picked up.

                      I have procured whirlpool washing machine from flipkart on 13/6/23. Whirlpool sent installation team on 15/6/23 and during installation they found defect in the bottom side, so they not carried out the installation. I informed flipkart for replacement or refund. But flipkart not short out this issue for past one week.

                                I ordered my product (Motorola edge 40) on 14th June but it is not shipped yet. According to your website pickup and delivery date is same exactly after 10 days. Why it takes so much time to delivery. Please look into this issue and deliver my product early as possible. I contact many times with customer care but they don't have proper info about anything even they don't have proper coordination with seller they only fooling customer by not providing proper info about the product.

                                  Flipkart-BUZZINDIA seller is doing fraud

                                  I ordered a neckband oppo enco m32. When I received the item, the packaging was intact but the item inside is of different brand not oppo but some old and damaged product from boult. Even after sending all the necessary evidence, the seller is not accepting my return request and Flipkart is saying that they cannot do anything if the seller doesn't accept. So, if a seller wants to screw you over you are on your own. Flipkart won't help you....

                                  I am utterly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Flipkart regarding my recent order. To clarify, this order was not placed with my consent but placed from one of the known family members by mistake.

                                  When trying to cancel the order, Not only is my item yet to be delivered, but I am already being charged a ridiculous amount of INR 199/- as pickup and exchange charges for canceling the order.

                                  This is completely unjustified and unacceptable. Upon contacting the customer care team, I was assured that the full amount would be refunded back to me.

                                  To ensure transparency, I took the initiative to record the conversation, capturing the representative's confirmation of a complete refund. (Audio recordings available and can be shared over email)

                                  Flipkart, it is absolutely unethical to charge customers for cancellation and pickup fees when the product hasn't even been delivered. I demand an immediate refund of the original amount (INR ₹15, 857) I paid for the order. Holding onto my hard-earned money without providing any service is nothing short of theft.

                                  Please resolve the situation at earliest.
