Description of complaint:

I order Dell 27th monitor from flipkart. Received Damaged Product on May 22nd. Due to busy in schedule I could not opened the product till it reached the return policy date. Today I opened the product and I was shocked to see the damaged product. I contacted flipkart customer care for replacing the item. But they are refusing to replace item as the return policy ended just two days before. Generally the return policy valid for 10 days. But they are saying only 7 days for few of the products. Its been only two days passed after the return policy.

I am requesting to consumer complaints team please help me here to replace/return the item to flipkart.

After placed order and it is cancelled from Mtailmodeecom /flipkart end. very very worst experience with flipkart. After ordered this mobile i sold my mobile for cheaper rate. Due to this cancellation issue now i dont have mobile. This is completely flipkart responsible only not seller responsible. Now i am using my brothers mobile. Flipkart conducting fake contest, games & quizzes. After declared winning prize/offers not shipped to consumers then why flipkart conducting this kind of fake contest.

            I have purchased a Llyod AC with interest Free EMI OPTION on Flipkart
            It was purchased through Axis flipkrt Credit card
            I chose 9months interest Free EMI
            I checked on the credit card application later
            It was not showing the same as EMI
            When I contacted the bank offical, named Deepak
            He informed Flipkart is fraud, they sell at cost price
            As per RBI rules he will charge 18% interest
            When I contacted Flipkart multiple times
            They tell they will resilve and close the tickerts without any follow up
            Kindly see the attached picture
            When I again after 6 tickets were closed and i contacted Flipkart customer care
            The person named Sourav did not want to open a ticket
            he is telling that I have not selected EMI option
            What is the logical reason to use credit card to make full payment
            Its causing a lot of mental stress
            Kindly request your help please

                  My 2 pre-paid orders are undelivered. I tried contacting both customer care support but no help or resolution. I am fed up with customer support where they tell the status what we can see in the app and no other details they can help or escalate the issue and resolve. worst experience

                                  I've ordered a product u. S. Polo assn. Solid men polo neck blue t-shirt order id - od[protected] for ₹2654 from the @flipkart on 2nd may, i got product on 8th may w 2023 but due size & fit issue raised a return request. On 9th may 2023 returned successfully to delivery agent but still i didn't get my refund.
                                  I escalated these issues many times to @flipkartsupport but they refused my request to return the money back. A few days back they demanded evidence for successful pickup.
                                  I have sent an email with all the evidence regarding successful pickup completed despite that @flipkart refused to initiate my refund back. I have attached relevant screenshots related to this matter. Kindly take some action against @flipkart.

                                  I didn't get any resolution from anyone fro @flipkart customer support & they refused my request to refund my amount for the product which i've successfully returned to the delivery agent & i am showing you evidence as well for the same despite that @flipkart didn't refund.

                                  Due to this act by @flipkart has given me mentally harassment. As you can see in attached how many times i requested @flipkartsupport regarding my refund.
