Hello sir ! I placed an order of an Apple Watch series 8 cellar with Flipkart ORDER ID is
OD[protected] . My friend received the product unknowingly giving the OTP first and then the Curier opened the box .But without the box opened, the Watch was missing . My friend made the video of inboxing . On the spot my friend refused the product and the Curier person took back it with him . I logged a complaint immediately to the Flipkart Customer care . PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !

My product is faluty for that i reached to service centre they asked for invoice but I'm unable get my invoice because account is blocked. If flipkart don't unblock my account with in 1 day then replacement policy may expire and i not be able to replace my faulty product.

Have ordered an electronic item on Flipkart, did track it when it shipped but the funny thing was, the item was shipped to a different location far away from where I stay and then back to my locality, but it did show up out for delivery the next day in time, but the delivery guy never called or was i able to contact them, the call would cut off after a single ring and come up as busy every time I called throughout the day.

It's showing out for delivery for the second day as well, but the same problem where delivery agent is not reachable and the call cuts after a single ring saying the number is busy.

I live alone and it's an open box delivery, i cannot abandon work and stay for the delivery, I just was to call and confirm the time when or if the delivery agent will ever come to deliver the product so I can be home during the time period.

Hello Everyone, 2023 Big billion days i was ordered Samsung 336 liters Refrigerator booked while delivery time open the item its damaged piece i said delivery agent please replaced item they said OK next day order automatically cancelled my item without any information i called customer care they said if you not accepting item its automatically cancelled sir

if I accepted the damaged item after I raise query Samsung service doing repair in only inside machine only not outside repairs like dints & scratches, they are not covering.

Open box strategy: filpkart says if item perfect after only otp sharing to delivery agent.

if item damages, they not replacing item they easily cancel the item.

Now i am trying Buying my best price item price changed now they are saying keep trying sir nothing to do help.

Don't hurry in Diwali & Big Billion days sale Due if you buy best discount price if any item damaging they automatically cancel then price Increased.

I have placed an order on Big Billion Day Sale i.e. 7th Oct 23 for an iPhone 14. I have already paid. The order was to be delivered the same day but I still haven't received it. It keeps on rotating within one flipkart facility to another. After speaking almost about 10 times now with their customer support on call, I haven't received my order. They seem to have zero knowledge on what's happening. I don't want any cancellation or refund. I want my order to be delivered.

I ordered a SAMSUNG REFRIDGERATOR from Flipkart on[protected]. first i paid 23990 through credit card and than again paid same amount to the delivery man. I called to your customer care and asked for the payment details. They said that payment is made through cash on delivery but my bank account has been deducted by the same amount and 23990 has been transferred to your flipkart account, . So i request you to refund my money as soon as possible.

1. Order was cancelled without informing me.
2. When I raise an issue ticket, they marked it resolved without resolving it.
3. After calling multiple times to customer care, they are lying that it was cancelled by me.
4. I have Mutiple call record where it can conclude.

I had ordered 4 pairs of curtains from flipkart but i just received one package containing a single curtain on 5th October, that too of different colour and size. All four orders were being shown delivered. I immediately contacted flipkart customer care the same day and was advised to return that single package. After that that package was returned but refund was issued for only one order, not for the other three orders.
I again contacted flipkart customer care and the customer care agent herself cancelled my order and advised me to wait and again return the items as “missing package”. I did as advised, but then I received a message that mu refund request has been rejected.
I again contacted flipkart customer care and was again advised by the agent Mr Asif to return the items as missing and assured that this time it may be done.
So i did accordingly but again the refund request was rejected and this time my account was also blacklisted.
Please look into the matter and issue my refund as i am feeling cheated and disheartened that paying in advance as a prepaid order was my fault.
Please see that i have been a regular flipkart customer and will not be lying for a small amount.

Hi team I purchased iphone 14 from big billion days on 7th oct after purchasing ticket worth 100. that time it was showing next day delivery iI thought it is fine next later that day on the day of delivery order got out of delivery but ekart partner didn't receive my calls second happened same for whole day their partner are not receiving calls what to do please suggest

I have made two payments from my axis bank master credit card. The amount deducted from the credit card but no order placed. Till now amount is not refunded, The transaction done on 27/09/2023. After repeated call to customer care amount is not refunded.

I have been cheated by filpkart company. Delivery guy told to me that he delivered the product to security guard and had taken the OTP but he taken the parcel with himself and i haven't received the product. I lost my payment done, delivery guy is thief . its so hurting and painful.

I ordered a smartphone (Realme GT 2 pro) from Flipkart which became Dead on Arrival. I went to the service centre then they issued DOA certificate.
Then I conveyed with flipkart, but they are pushing the date of resolution from last one weeks. I had a very bad experience with flipkart service. Please replace my phone as soon as possible.

I just ordered this few minutes ago and the price was showing 499. I made an order bt after that I got to know that the amount has been deducted and order is not placed. UPI I'd of merchant is [protected]@Yesbank. It is fraud kindly pay attention because no.o[censored]sers are getting part of it.

Not getting OTP while trying to login into Flipkart account, to check status of my orders placed.

Also unable to place new orders.

I ordered Mivi duopods d3 from Flipkart sale yesterday &it was delivered to me today. But there was no physical invoice with the product & I also can't see any option to download invoice on the app. I need the invoice to register for warranty of the product. Order ID - OD[protected]
