I have ordered a mobile phone (Nothing Phone 1) on june 1 and it was delivered to me by june 3 and I found that there is a dead pixel on the bottom left corner

I tried replacing the product by placing a replacement request in Flipkart.They have arranged for a technician visit from jeeves and it was planned for june 11 and nobody showed up on my doorstep

I tried reaching flipkart to get an update and they told that they have escalated the issue and support team will reach you in 24 hours and after 24 hours when I am reaching out to them they are raising the complaint again and giving me a new date.

I did research about flipkart replacement across public forum and could see that this is a common for most replacement where seller, jeeves and flipkart blaming each other and not accepting the replacement

      I have purchased whirlpool 240 l frost free refrigerator on 16 march 2022 and the product was delivered on 23 march 2022. The fridge stopped cooling after running for 12 months. I called customer care to complain but got no response. I had also taken the CAP (Complete Appliance Protection) policy. Technician (satyam Singh) also came from Jeeves but could not repair it and it took 1 week's time. The fridge is not cooling less than March end and today is going to be May end. How can one function without a fridge in this heat? Take the fridge of any company, it works well for 5 to 10 years. I think flipkart has given me duplicate products. I do not buy products by trusting any dealer, rather I trust Flipkart. Either give me a refund so that I can buy another fridge or replace it with another fridge. So you are requested to pay attention to my complaint and solve my issue. All attachments (policy details, invoice & Fridge's Photos) attached. Pls find these attachments.

          I bought an AC from Flipkart for which the order Id is OD[protected] and the seller was Consulting Room Private Limited.

          AC Brand: Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White (GLS18I3FWAEV, Copper Condenser)

          This got delivered on 15 April and when it got installed on 17 April by brand, they said the product is defective its not working as the PCB of the product is defective.

          I raised the return request to Flipkart as the product was out of stock, refund request was agreed and same was raised by Flipkart team and it was told to us that technician from brand will visit and complete there check from his end and the product will be picked and refund will be issued.

          Technician has already visited and updated the comment and share there analysis, technician has done all his check from his end,
          but Its almost 2 Months now, 5 times return request has been raised and same process is going on loop, and product is not picked by Flipkart yet due to this every time after few days return is getting rejected and Flipkart is giving unnecessary comment on return request and closing the ticket for which my money is stuck with them.

          Whenever I call Flipkart customer service they say, we have escalated your issue to backend team, but I am unable to get any update on the escalation even after 2 Months.

          I seriously don't understand,
          What kind of team Flipkart guys have who doesn't provide any update even after raising to backend team. I seriously don't understand what kind of work Flipkart is doing if they are not able to resolve customer problem even after 2 Months.

          I have reach out to consumer forum for help on this and I need my money back, which is stuck on Flipkart end.

          Please help me getting my Money back from Flipkart.

            I didn't received door step delivery by your Ekart wish master due to this i didn't checked the product on road only checked out side of the printer due to this after coming to house i checked inside the scanned glass has been broken in the printer please fins the below images.

            The only they are telling it is open box delivery we can 't return back how can we check the product if he delivers the product on road

                Dear Team,

                I am writing to bring your immediate attention to a serious issue I have encountered with my recent purchase from Flipkart. I placed an order for the OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z2 Neckband, which was delivered by your delivery partner, WiseMaster, on [Date of Delivery: 4.6.2023]. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the product and the subsequent service provided by Flipkart.

                Upon opening the package, I discovered that the neckband was bent and appeared to be a used product. To my dismay, I found that there was no bill enclosed within the package. It is evident that this was not a new, sealed product as expected. I immediately initiated a replacement request, hoping to receive a properly functioning and brand new OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z2 Neckband.

                To address this issue, Flipkart arranged for a technician visit from Jeeves to inspect the product. Unfortunately, the technician who visited was extremely rude and unprofessional. He arrogantly stated that regardless of the number of times I request a replacement, he would come and reject it each time. Shockingly, he proceeded to reject the replacement request without any valid reason or examination of the product's defects.

                In light of this unacceptable experience, I promptly contacted Flipkart's customer care multiple times, expressing my frustration and seeking a resolution. Regrettably, my efforts have been in vain as I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to my complaint.

                Given the repeated rejections by the technicians and the lack of cooperation from Flipkart's customer care, I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a prompt resolution to my case.

                I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. I expect a proper replacement of the OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z2 Neckband that I initially ordered, without any further delays or inconvenience.

                  I placed an order on 14th May 2023 of amount of 31999. Copper pipe was missing in the unit and after consulting flipkart customer service they advised me to tell the haier installation person to fit the pipe on my expenses and the amount will be refunded. They charges me 3000 for the pipe and afterwards flipkart only agrees to refund me of 1800 only in flipkart wallet. My complaint is how can they force me the refund only in flipkart wallet. As I have paid in cash additionally so they would have refund in my provided bank account. I was in so need of cash then. This is unethical business practice.

                    I booked a flight from Flipkart Travels from Delhi to Calgary for July 03, 2023 for two passengers . There was a spelling mistake occurs in the name of one passenger. We booked the ticket with the name Manj'ee't Singh But Actually it was with 'i' i.e Manjit Singh. My father noticed it on the same day of booking and we raise the issue for correction in spelling error as all other details are correct.
                    Firstly it's about a week, there was no response from the Flipkart and after a week they said that it needs to rebook the ticket and it will charge you as per the new rates available.
                    As per the policy of correction in name displayed on the website of the operator airlines i.e Lufthansa, they will charge some fees. But, Flipkart is demanding high amount of money without any reason.

                    I request you to ask Flipkart to resolve this issue as we have booked the flight from Flipkart so every time we connect with the Airlines, they ask us to make connect with your agent as Flipkart represents us for Flight booking.
                    I am attaching the ticket for reference also.

                      The delivery guy took the product and then I've got msg that my product is mismatched and it has got rejected but the product was totally fine Flipkart delivered the wrong colour curtains and it was slightly different from what it's shown in the website that's why I've returned the product and after that my return request is cancelled and the pickup was already initiated but I still didn't receive my refund 2245 I've paid for those four curtains plzzz help

                          On 17-5-23 at 8.15 am some unknown transaction happened from my HDFC Bank credit card through my Flipkart account. Somebody hacked my Flipkart account and purchased some non-refundable gift cards through my credit card. By mistake, I saved my credit card in the Flipkart account for future transactions (only my card no). the morning I got one call from an internet number and from the other end there was no response but I can hear somebody staying at the other end of the call suddenly some messages came to my phone that to OTP request and next some messages came from Flipkart side that some this has been purchased and delivered successfully the same type of messages came two more times suddenly I realized that my account is hacked I call bank customer care for blocking my card and raise a complaint against and even I contacted Flipkart for the same and there also I have registered a complaint.Since[protected] I was waiting for my complaint confirmation but there was no response from Flipkart's customer care side. Again I contacted Flipkart customer care and they told me that Flipkart's confirmation of my complaint and its rectification details has been mailed to my email. Still, I have not received any mail from Flipkart from that day[protected] onwards. again I contacted customer care regarding not getting any mail.Each time when I was contacting the backup team regarding the above issue at that time they say the date that my issue will rectify. From[protected] onwards I have got 3 dates still now no rectification happen. On[protected] I clearly informed the customer care support team that kindly cancel those gift cards or else stop the gift card to be used anywhere else because as per the information, it is an online gift card. Now my Flipkart account has been blacklisted or blocked by Flipkart because of that I am not able to access any updates regarding those fraud orders placed. even I am not able to see the mail id registered with my Flipkart account. by considering above mentioned details kindly help me to cancel those unauthorized purchases that happens on[protected] and refund back my money as early as possible

                            Unsuccessful unable to deliver due to operational issues

                            I have ordered laundry detergent on 4 th june 2023 with order id OD[protected] and it was supposed to deliver on 8 th june but extended to 10th june 2023. The product was out for delivery on 10th but its not delivered. In ekart tracking the status shows "UNSUCCESSFUL UNABLE TO ATTEMPT DUE TO OPERATIONAL ISSUES". Now a days flipkart is getting worse...

                            I ordered "MOTOROLA Edge 40 (Eclipse Black, 256 GB) (8 GB RAM)" on 7th june 2023.

                            It was showing in order status that Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner. However, shipping date was showing 18 june which is 12 later of order placing date. And actual delivery period is showing 2 days only.

                            i want clarification on why is it like this and why flipkart taking too much time order shipping only?

                            on call with customer care executive, he said he (Flipkart) cant do anything. This said problem is from logistic team and we cant answer for logistic team. also he said that Logistic team is not answerable to Flipkart or vice versa.

                            Was product ready at seller or was it out of stock? and was it seller took money beforehand on credit and itself waiting for product so that shipping date is so long.
                            did it finally got delivered on time?

                              I bought a Flipkart Smartbuy Optical mouse from the E-commerce website Flipkart.com. The item is received on the 20th of Feb, 2023 and after two months o[censored]se its Bluetooth connectivity stopped working. This product comes with one year warranty so tried to contact the seller. After multiple complaints I managed to contact them then they suggested a service centre where I submitted the Mouse on the 4th of June 2023. After three days I called the service centre they said they have not proceeded with my product because they didn't get any approval from the seller's end. And when I contacted the seller they always say to wait. Many times seller’s the customer care executive hung up my call without listening to me properly, seems like they are not interested in resolving my issue. They are totally irresponsible.

                              I am raising this complaint on this platform with the hope that they will be responsible from now.

                                I have ordered meriton liquid detergent in flipkart with order id FMPP[protected]. As per date they should deliver the product on 8 th june 2023, but they postponed to 10th june 2023. It was out for delivery on 10th june when i contact to delivery agent he said he will be delivered the product within one hour. In ekart it shows unsuccessful unable to attempt due to operational issue. when i called customer care they will say that complaint has been raised and will resolve within 24-48 hrs. Now a days flipkart is getting worse.

By tracking my product it shows daily at one location i.e (Mother hub Sai 4Thane) it not comes forward from that location.please send my product to the nearest hub (i.e At Roha).                                     I have recently ordered a infinix inbook i5 11gen from Flipkart on 24th may and i received the laptop on 29th may.
                                    Laptop has manufacturing defects keyboard is not working and lcd light leaking issues.
                                    I have raised a replacement request to Flipkart on 30th May
                                    They give me time of 10 days for replacement.
                                    Flipkart app shows 15th june is replacement date.

                                    On 12th june seller's (BUZZ india) cancel my replacement request.
                                    When i refresh the page new replacement request raised automatically and it's shows 30th june as the replacement time.

                                    They are doing fraud with us in name of replacement they delay the replacement date.

                                    Please help me sir for getting my refund i don't want to replacement because they are doing fraud they automatically cancel the replacement request and delay the replacement date
                                    Does any replacement takes a month.

                                    Help me sir I'm a student and this type of fraud by reputated ecommerce company very hurts.
