Fraud flipkart company... Very worst service by flipkart team.. Not expected

I have very bad experience with flipkart they are really worst and they are making money in very unprofessional way. As i have ordered one trolley bag whose cost is rs 2184 (Order number od[protected] and payment mode cod but when the product was delivered the product quality was not good so i returned on 4th feb and in mail it was mentioned i will get my money bank in my bank account by 6th of feb and then i was waiting for money
But i didn't recieved my money then i was started calling to customer care. On 6 only i started calling to flipkart customer care i used to call 3-4 times in a day and they were saying wait for today you will get your money today then i waited and again then on 7th feb i called them they were saying wait for today you will get your money or else contact with your bank they i called to bank also they (Bank) were saying they haven't recieved any refund from flipkart. As from last 5 days i was continously on call and it was very frsutration for me.
Atlast they mentioned your account number is this then i matched with my provided bank account which was not matching then they asked for my correct bank account number and i have given them then they told wait for till 10th feb you will get your money in your updated account. Later i waited till 10th feb till 8 am then again i called to them then they are saying contact with you bank they will help you.

    I ordered a shoe from flipkart but sent me a size bigger than ordered. When i tried to exchange it they blocked my account giving reason as high returns even though its a new account. I have ordered 5 products before shoe and returned only one cause it wasn't as expected.
    If i try to contact them they give me a date and say your issue will be solved by this day and you will be contacted by our executive which i am never get.

      I had ordered lenovo tab m10 (Fhd) 32 gb 10.1 inch with wi-fi+4g tablet (Slate black) during flipkart sale on on feb 3rd 2020 on a good discounted price on advance making the payment. Product was suppose to be delivered on feb 5th 2020 but flipkart dispatched the product one day before the delivery date. As i was not aware and avilable on feb 4th 2020, so i requested delivery person to deliver the product on the given delivey date i. E. On feb 5th 2020.

      On feb 5th 2020, i waited for an half day (Till 12 pm to 1 pm) but i did not received any update about my product, so called up flip[kart customer care and update them about the whole incident and requested them to delivered the product by today only.

      Still till (3 pm to 4 pm) i did not get any response from the flipkart side, so i again called them to know the status of my product. They assure me, that product will be delivered by today only and disconnect the call.

      Finally around 8 pm, when i did not get any update about my product again i called up flipkart customer care and had a word with mr. Manpreet (Senior person) at 19:53 complaint no. In[protected], he assured me to get the delivery of the product on feb 6th 2020. I waited for the whole day on feb 6th 2020, but i did not get any call or message from the flipkart regarding my product delivery.
      On 7th i was travelling, so i did not get time to followup with flipkart team, on feb 8th 2020 i received message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled on my request. I was so shocked to see that message, without any further delay i called up flipkart customer care team and tell them about the message i received and ask them to give explanation for the same, as i have not cancelled the order and i am the one who is following up with these peoples.
      Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, executive is pressuring me to re purchase the product. During sale i got that product on 35% approx discount and they want me to repurchase the product on higher rates and when i denied to do that and ask them for justification, they disconnect my call.

      I need proper justification, on what basis they have cancelled my product, they wasted my 2 days making following up with there team and also taken advance payment for the product.

      I have all the evidences with me regarding this whole incident and can be provide, when required.

          My order id is od[protected]. I have purchased vivo v7+ phone from flip kart which is not original. Flip kart has fooling people by selling stolen phone. After the purchase i am receiving calls from crime branch and they are claiming that the phone purchased is stolen and they are asking to submit the phone for the investigation. When i visited to check crime branch indore to verify that calls was real or just a fraud, then i got to know that they were really from crime branch & that was true.
          According to crime branch indore there are many phones of vivo purchased by many customer from different different platforms are stolen. According to them around thousand phones are having fake one ime no ends with 009 which was sold to many customers.
          As per crime branch there are many sellers who has sold stolen phone with one ime no. Around 1000 mobiles are detected on the one ime no (Same ime no which is mentioned in my phone information ends with 009). As per them they are submitting all the phones which are purchased by same ime no for the investigation so that they can trace all the seller & then they will block all the phones with same ime no.
          I even have different ime no., ime no.in my phone information is different from the ime no. Mentioned in the invoice. Ime no. Mentioned in invoice is [protected] & in phone information ime no mentioned is [protected], both are completely different. Please check the screenshots i have attached.
          Police is submitting all the phones for the investigation. I have purchased this phone from flip kart by paying those 22000. Now police has saying to submit the phone for investigation & they are saying all the phones with this duplicate ime no. Will be blocked after the investigation as it is having fake ime no.
          I don't understand what wrong i have done i have just purchased the phone from flip kart where i lost the phone also as police is taking that n lost the money also which i paid to flip kart for the stolen phone.
          I have lost my 22000 rs & phone too as flip kart has sold stolen phone to me with fake ime no.
          I have purchased this phone on bajaj emi, it took 2 years to clear phone installments, after clearing the installment police is claiming that phone is stolen and having fake ime no this phone will be blocked. When i contacted flip kart for the same they are not ready to take any guarantee of this fraud, they are not ready to help.
          Where is the assurance which was given by flip kart for the security n authenticity of the product? Flip kart claims that they sold original products then how came this type of stolen phone they have sold. According to police there are many other phones which are sold by flip kart.
          Now flip kart is saying they don't take any guarantee of this kind of thing. They are not ready to answer for any of this. I don’t understand what is my fault in all these i have purchased the phone legally by trusting online platform flip kart paid all the emi of bajaj then also now i lost the phone also and my money also.
          Kindly help me to get my money back from flip kart which i paid for the stolen phone.

          I have raised many complaints in Jago Grahak Jago against Flipkart in Last 1 month, I am calling & mailing Flipkart From last 1 month, Every team of flipkart, every senior of flipkart has coordinated with me & given different different commitments & resolution, before 10 days one of the executive from Social media team has updated me that return request has been raised, then after 2 days some one called from other team said return has rejected we will not able to help you, then again i got called from grievance team they asked for confirmation from cybercrime & said after the cybercrime confirmation mail there will be no more investigation, & we will give you the solution. Cybercrime has mailed them on[protected], then aon 24th feb i get called & he said we need more 48hours then we will give you resolution now today is 27th, till now i didnt get any call any resolution from their side. You can check the some of the mail trail of last 1 month, how i am suffering because of flipkart.

          Cybercrime itself mail & given the confirmattion that this Phone is stolen then also i am not getting any solution from them, From lst One month I am just calling Mailing & begging them for help, But all the team of flipkart is just fooling me from 1 month.

          Jago grahak team called my brother Aman Choudhary Yesterday on [protected], you said you will take neccesory action, Please help me. I am requesting you i am tried now, as a customer do i dont deserve any justice, One of your executive tld me when i talked to him that jago grahak team is there to help every geniune customer, then why i am suffering from 1 month, you can check the mail below from cybercrime also, you can speak to officer of cybercrime Mr. Govind Yadav ([protected]) too.

          Dear Sir,  As per telephonic conversation with Mr. Govind Yadav Sir, I am shooting this mail for the confirmation. My name is Ankita Choudhary, I am the one of the customer who is suffering from Vivo scam. I have purchased the Vivo V7+ Phone worth RS. 22000 from Flip kart which have IME no [protected], which is totally different from the IME no mentioned in Invoice ([protected]) received from flip kart. Before 20days ago, Officer Mr. Govind yadav called me & informed me that, that the phone I am using is stolen & having duplicate IME no( [protected]), which is used by many other phones also. I personally visited the office with my father also for the confirmation, & i signed the Form & submitted all the documents related to phone you asked. At that time you also asked me to submit the phone for my safety & for further investigation & you also informed me that once the investigation is over, you will bar the services of all the Phones which have IME no. [protected], for the consumer safety. I have complaint for the same thing to flipkart from where i have purchased this phone, I asked for the return of the product & refund for the amount I paid to them as this  phone they sold to me is stolen & will be of no use once the services are blocked. I purchased this Phone from Flip kart through Bajaj EMI, It took 2 years to complete the Bajaj Installments with interest, now after 2 years i got to know about the fraud done by seller of the phone. Sir, I don't have money to purchase new phone & as you informed there will be risk to use this phone till services are not blocked, & once services are blocked, Phone will be of no use. That's why I am requesting Flip kart to take return of the product. From 20 days I am calling flip kart for the same, I have even complained in consumer forum also for the same,  But Flip kart is not ready to believe that the phone they sold that is stolen. I have shared the screenshot of IME no mentioned in phone [protected] also, but they are asking for the proofs. They are asking for the confirmation mail from crime branch as they don't believe my story. That's why I requested Mr. Govind Yadav sir to help me & give the confirmation to flip-kart that that phone they sold is stolen & have duplicate IME No. [protected]. Please help me sir, 22000 rs, is very big deal for me, Flip kart is just making excuses they are not ready to believe that the phone they sold is stolen.           I have filed this complaint against flipkart, from 20 days, I am
          requesting to flipkart to take return of that stolen phone as i have all
          the proofs that phone is stolen, as crime branch has updated this, from 20
          days i am calling flipkart daily & they are just giving me dates, from last
          4 days they are saying that they can take return request and asked for the
          address, i have updated that, Now suddenly today they are saying that they
          will not able to help me in any ways.

          Please tell me what should i do, what is my fault in that, i have paid full
          amount to flipkart for the phone, now crime branch said that this phone is
          stolen & they will block the services of all the phone using duplicate IME
          no [protected] . Now I cant use that phone also as it will be of no
          use once services are blocked, & i don't have money to purchase new phone
          also as from 2 years i was paying bajaj EMI for this phone.

          Whats my mistake in this, I have lost the phone also & m money also as flip
          kart has done fraud to me, i have submit all the documents to flipkart also

          then also they are not helping me.

          Please help me as a customer do i don't have any rights where i can have
          justice on that or i should just shut down my mouth & suffer this loss, I
          thought consumer forum protects right of the customer, give justice to the

My Complaint No is 10006622& 10006621. Crime branch Indore has verified this thing& they asked to submit my Phone as it is stolen phone which has IME no. : [protected], as according tothem there are many phones which are sold to many customers with same IME No ([protected]).IME no. in Invoice sold by Flip kart is [protected], which is completely differentfrom my Phone IME no. Now Crime Branch is saying once the investigation is done, they will block all the Phone with this duplicate IME no.OnceI got this information from Crime branch Indore, From that they I am calling toFlip kart, I have shared all the documents they have asked, From 15 days I amcalling them, Mailing them, Every time when I talk to them they give me newresolution date, 1st resolution date was 6th, then 8th, then 9th, then 10th then 12th, then 14ththen 15th & Now 18th. Before3 days when they got mail from your side, they called me & asked to sharecertain documents & they will get back to me within 24 hours I have sharedthat, But till now I didn’t receive any mail or call from their side, When I calledYesterday for an update they have given me resolution date 14th, Toda7I again called & they are giving me new resolution date 18th, this is happening to me from last 15days. Iam not getting any proper response from them, I am really fed up, what’s wrong Ihave done, and I have just purchased the phone by trusting the Brand Name of Flipkart, I have financed this Phone From Bajaj, for 2 years I have paidInstallments to Bajaj with Interest. After paying all the installments I got toknow from crime branch Indore that phone I have purchased is stolen & willbe of no use as they will block all the phones which are using Fake IME no [protected]. I have lost 22000 Rs. which I paid to flipkart, Interest amount which I paid to Bajaj for EMI, and Phone also. They have submitted the phone .According to crime branch there are many sellers who has sold stolen phone with one ime no. Around 1000mobiles are detected on the one Ime no (same ime no which is mentioned in my phone information ends with 009) .As per them they are submitting all the phones which are purchased by same Ime no. .
          I have purchased this from you, I have submitted invoice also but Ime no mentioned in invoice and the phone info is different which make my phone stolen as it have duplicate ime no. I have purchased this phone on Bajaj ime it took 2year for me to clear that loan and after clearing that police has submitted that phone because you guys sold stolen phone to me, I have paid interest also on this phone.now I have lost my money n phone both because of your fraud.i have trusted the Flipkart platform, you give assurance of authenticity of the product you sold, but you guys had sold stolen.

          Police is saying that after the investigation all the phones which are using fake Ime no will be blocked .that means I will never get the phone back from police too. I want refund of my money anyhow I will not bear this loss because of your fraud.
          Check the screenshot of phone information, IMe no. is different from invoice.
          Crime branch is saying they are investigating all the seller n they said that if you want to file complaint against particular seller from whom you have purchased you can do it. give me simple answer you will able to resolve this or not, because i will not rest untill i get any resolution i have lost my phone n money too because of your fraud. i want refund i dont care about any policy, i just know one policy which says flipkart assured for the authencity of product. will file complaint and then will upload it to social media so people can be aware of your fraud.             I had ordered a plastic lint cum fuzz remover from flipkart order id - od[protected] on 12 jan 2020 which was delivered to me on 18 jan 2020. The item was delivered in a faulty condition and not working. Immediately after i realized that a non functional product was delivered, the very same day, ie 18 jan 2020, i put up a request for cancellation of the order. I received confirmation on my mobile from flipkart on 18 jan 20 that the return request has been accepted and a wishmaster will pick up the item by saturday, 25 jan 2020.
            On 24 jan 2020, the return was cancelled by flipkart without assigning any reason. Since then, i have spoken to the customer care a number of times, they are saying that refund request was cancelled due to logistics reasons, but are not saying anything more. When i spoke to them today, they tell me that it has been more than 10 days since item has been delivered and i don't have an option to return it.
            Seller is jmd enterprises, block j, mohan garden, uttam nagar rama park, new delhi -59.
            Flipkart has cheated me by firstly sending a defective product and secondly, manipulating and cancelling the returns arbitrarily, without assigning any reason. Now i am stuck with a defective product which has not been used even once. I think flipkart struck some unholy deal with jmd enterprises to dispose of[censored]nserviceable and faulty products by duping unsuspecting consumers.

            It is very unfortunate that a customer has to escalate the issue to a consumer court to be resolved. Despite numerous calls, they failed to pick up the return-product, and had conveniently and arbitrarily cancelled the pick-up of the return item, without as much as informing me. Nevertheless, the customer support team did call, albeit, after I approached this forum and have resolved the case.

                  Hi sir/madam,
                  On january 10th 2020 i received dell 15.6 inch laptop bag from flipkart as i have ordered it. It was a cash on delivery item and on the same day after the item was delivered, i found out that the bag was damaged and i requested for a return of the same. On 11th january 2020 one of the delivery boy from their agency came and collected the bag from me and told me that i would get the refund after 7-10 days of the return. Today is 9th february 2020 almost 1 month after that day till now i have not yet received any refund money into my account.
                  They have messaged me saying that if i did not receive any message from flipkart i should ask my bank about it. I contacted my bank (Federal bank) and asked them if any money has been transferred into my account from flipkart but i got a negative response from their side saying no money has been credited. Later i asked for account statements and checked it myself and found the same.
                  Flipkart has took my money of rs. 353 of order id: od[protected].

                  Please refund the money at the earliest.

                    I ordered apple iphone7 32gb rose gold from flipkart. They delivered me a fully scratched iphone which is used too. I raised a complaints against that through their app. First of all they cancelled the request. But after applying an effort they replaced my product. But after replacement they cheated me lot. The inner packaging of deliverd iphone is damaged and that shows that the phone is used and the iphone is scratched in back side. There is a feature of battery health in iphone that shows the battery capacity of iphone and new iphone has it maximum i. E.100% but my received iphone has 97% capacity that shows how they cheated me. After placing a request of return against that they cancelled my request near about 10 times. A return request raised after 3 days it get cancelled this is going to be continued 9 times more. And atlast i got a mail from them that in behalf of your concern of a lot of cancellation we have required to block your accounts. After that i replied my complain to that mail but they again send me the same thing and i can't able to login anymore. They cheated me clearly by not providing any genuine reason.

                      Flipkart has blocked my account unreasonably, my money is stuck in to the wallet account. Not getting proper response from them. Can you please help?
                      I have informed multiple times that all the products that i have purchased from flipkart i have used for my one year old kid only if want they can collect proof from my place the used bottles of oil, diapers packages, the broken oil bottle, rattles,

                      And i do not understand if yoh do not want customer to buy frequently from flipkart,
                      Why would you open flipkart?

                        Inspite of explaning my concerns about the wrong item delivered. Flipkart failed to deliver the right product in its third attempt too. This is a shear example of negligence.

                        They are sending a product which is of different colour and lower price. Instead of sending the product which i paid for.

                            My order id: od[protected]. I received this order (Lenovo a6 note) on 27-jan-2020. Mobile is restarting automatically in startup. I placed the replacement request for this order. Since then indiflashmart technicians visited and he has confirmed that phone has a restart issue. Next day i received the message that "return approved" but after some this time it shows "return cancelled" with reason that issue resolved (Such a liar e-commerce). To this i again put replacement request. After that whishmaster coming but he is not picking mobile because he is unable to getting imei no. To this i again put replacement request. Now they didn't sent technician nor they are doing anything of replacement. All customer executive says our team is working on it. And after replacement policy expire they said that we will not unable to help you because replacement policy expired.
                            Please look the matter and provide the resolution asap..

                              I have ordered this product on 21 jan 2020, and i received the damaged product on 24 jan 2020. I said tha same to deckup team and they promised the refund and they want me to cancel the return request on the last date of return policy (As the prod is of only replacement policy). As i don't want to be in trouble i asked the fk customer care he told me to make replacement request and if they payed you back you can cancel the request. Later deckup team stopped calling me and i asked the fk cc that i want the refund anyway, as i won't be there at the place where the product is delivered. They said after technician visit it will happen, if the technician approves. The promised date of his visit was on 5th, and today it is 8th, i have to move to bangalore for my work, no one will be there to receive the product which is going to be delivered on 27th. I ask the refund because of that, no one is understanding my concern at flipkart. I even asked the cc to forward this call to higher dept they are not ready to connect the call. Thay do recording of the calls of customer they can check with the earlier talks of mine with the other cc representatives at fk, anf i even have the message communication with the deckup team stating the refund.

                                I have bought hp laptop 15q-ds0006tu and at the time of order it was showing 15"size but it is not with it's delivery. The product is not up to mark.                                   I had purchased a livepure water purifier from flipkart with the order number od[protected]. The product was out of delivery on 3rd feb 2020 but even after 7th feb 2020 the product was not delivered at home. As it was prepaid so i talked with the customer care executive four times but they were unable to make it delivered in five days also. They just made false hope and didn't take any action towards the wish master as he was denying the product to deliver at home and asking me to collect it from warehouse. Even after four times complain to flipkart, they didn't take any action. This experience was pathetic.
