I have placed order refrigerator on 21st jan2020, same delivered on 29th jan2020, on same day i have complained that got damage product as there was a dent on refrigerator door. As per policy technician supposed to visit on 2nd of feb2020, but he didn't, 3rd and 4th feb also not visited and finally canceled replacement without any reason. Again raised for replacement, technician visited on 6th feb 2020, he sent report that damage product and also dent on door. Pic and report i have also sent to flipkart. Then finally got approved for replacement on 9th feb2020. 10th feb got call for pick up but he told, will pick next day as he came on two wheeler. Next day didn't call, 12th and 13th feb no call but they simply put out for pick, they never reached me, i called them but they didn't pick call. Suddenly can see cancel replacement. I called to customer care why cancel he dont have info and no proper support as well.
I keep following closely but didn't work and worst service i got.
Take immediate action for above and replacement.

I purchased Nokia 55' TV last Year, and working good for some time but recently i got some issue on TV that is related to display like getting disturbance on Display but after some time its automatically work good. So i did not register any complaints. Recently before 1 Month its completely shut down and display is not coming. but i were at my native so did not able to raise the complaints at a time, and i came to Ahmedabad and register complaint, after registered complaint service person has came and told me that their is an issue on your display which cant be entertained as your warranty was just completed before 15 days. i told him entire story and also ask that is this display's expiry date is 1 year? i also told him that i were at my native so did not able to register complaint on time but they have not listen any thing. and given a very bad shape of service, i tried to call his Service centre but they have clearly told that we can not do any thing.
I only asking here that after one year customer has to throw this TV?
