I Purchased an Electric Kettle Rs.534 on Nov 30 2019 later I cancelled my order, still I haven't received my Money it's almost 31days.

I used Canara bank credit card. Flipkart People are saying its credit by dec10 2019.but I check with bank personnel but refund is not done.

I was banned from flipkart yesterday without any reason.

I was playing games in gamezone since october but flipkart had no issues with that. Suddenly out of nowhere they banned me yesterday without any reason.
Even customer care number is helpless, they reply you “you didn't play fairly that's why you're banned”. I asked for the reason but they got none.
