Firstly I am order my watch in 20 January..
This watch delivery date mentioned on 23 January..but my product packaging, shipment still not..so I informed this issue to Flipkart customer care..then my watch delivered at 24 January..I received my product and face a new problem my product is same brand but different model..
So 24 January I creat a return request, but 26 January seller rejected my return request...
Then I am again creat a return request but seller again rejected my return request...so I am very disappointed for Flipkart services..
Then i am taking to Flipkart senior customer care..then he creat a return request..on 29 January..
After 2 days seller contact my email id..and he wants to my any id proof..
Sir I kindly to inform you..I have been lost my email id..my email didn't working..
So I call in flipkart customer care..and say I send to my id proof any other process..
And I say I want to change my email id..
Customer care told you will give your identity proof in flipkart chat section..so I updated my id proof in flipkart chat section..
After all seller cancel my return requested..
I trouble this issue in many days..
Seller did not helpful..so I am very disappointed sir...I want to solve my problem as soon as possible..any inquires so plz contact my email id- [protected]@gmail.com

The seller has refunded Rs 5215/- back to the source on 09 Feb 20 and as per standard banking procedures, the amount we will credited back to the source by 20 Feb 20.

You may have recently signed up for Flipkart Pay Later facility on the Flipkart’s Mobile App or website. Confirmation of that is provided in the last step of the sign-up journey, where Flipkart’s association with IDFC FIRST Bank is listed in the form of ‘Powered by IDFC FIRST Bank’.
