I have order a nokia 3310 mobile handset from flipkart in @ rs - 3165 but i have received damage product, after received damage product i have complain to flipkart for return and replace the product but they reject my request and send a technician at my home the technician also said to return the products but filpkart did not accept my request. So sir i request you to please solve my problem

Flipkart is not returning my money. They are cheating me, its been almost 10times the refund for the same products have been failed. I m highly disappointed and shocked, they already have my updated bank details, but not giving my refund. Both the products have been picked up long time back, but i have yet not received my refund. I ordered a redmi 6 pro phone from flipkart (Details below) and to my dismay, the phone box seal was already broken and the protective sheet on the phone was re-pasted (Had bubbles on it). I'm not able to play flipkart games. It's showing "something went wrong! We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". I dont know what this exactly mean. Because i'm not using multiple ids in same device. I'm using my own single id in my mobile. But i dont know why you people blocked me from playing games.

They claim to process instant refund but i have not seen anything remotely close to their claim in my case. This has got very important to highlight the services and the products getting delivered by flipkart now a day.
Service failure - it was the recent case of 14th dec, when i have placed an order for warmex room heater and on the date of delivery got to know the seller has not shipped the product from its warehouse and seller has got change for the requested product which will take another week of time.
