I purchased new real me phone 10 pro online through flip kart on 28 may 2023 with exchange offer of my old redmi note 5 pro the payment was made by credit card. The new phone was delivered but the old phone was not picked by the company. While order new phone the date of picking old phone was showing 12 june but on 7 june suddenly in evening 5 pm one call came to pick the old phone and told today is last day for picking, i was out of station and told him to come as per the date mentioned on flip kart application i. E on 12 june but the company cancelled to pick and on 8 june cancelled message came to pick phone. I since then 8 june, i am continuously calling and following with the flip kart but they are giving same reply again & again to sell the phone in sell back option in their application. I am telling that in sell back option only rs. 2500/- showing for my old phone instead of rs. 4150/- as was showing in exchange. They closed my complaint and now they are not replying and not giving that price as equal to when i ordered new phone with exchange value of rs. 4150/- for my old phone.

So I ordered a phone from flipkart (also a scammer website) on exchange. The asked amount was 13k something, but on arrival of my product, after the delivery executive examined my phone (which was almost new in condition), the price automatically went up to 15k. This is how they scam people. Beware !!...

I had ordered Remote control car from flipkart, Its received me on next day with delivery check of accesories and product, also delivery guy take photos of products...after that i have check all the box, but i cant find main car battery, i had talk with customar care, they are giving me false commitment.

I have ordered this product(HOPPUP GRAND With Power Bank Function & Upto 75 Hours Playtime Bluetooth Headset) On 18th March, 2023. I had received used and some different product. After that i proceeded to replace it, but guess what Flipkart wishmaster guy denied and told me that the product is different(20th march 2023) he told me to talk with customer support and resolve it. I can't accept this. Again i have complain and this time with the details, next day same wishmaster guy tapori guy call me and told me that he have reject delivery with same reason(22th march 2023) i had talk customer care and he was telling that he take action against him, and will rearrange this pick up today. Today I received msg that he cancelled again without entering my location. Is this your service? If you don't resolve this I will go to the consumer forum, and file a case against you and your wishmaster guy(DEEPAK)...

Livepure linea ro water pir purifier was purchased from Flipkart but post installation. It was not working from the day one so requested for replacement/refund but neither of the same has been undertaken till now. no action has been taken by Flipkart till now and hence I requested for updating my reviews about the product, the reviews is yet to be updated and Flipkart by the means of specification like moderation, deliberately not publishing my review.

Purchased a product livpure linea ro from flipkart. From the day 1 of installation i am facing issue with product and requested for replacement. But neither flipkart nor livpure had rectified my issue till date. Hence i updated my review that flipkart nor livpure is taking any action . But specifying moderation flipkart is not updating my reviews.

I had paid the said amount by Gpay, but have not received any order confirmation message or. I think I have lost my money. Please help.

I booked my AIR India ticket through Flipkart travel for travel from Delhi to Mumbai on 13.06.23 but due to a delay of the flight AI0814 by 5 hours, Air India staff had to cancel my booking which was done on 14.06.2023 through Air India. I was assured by the airline that a full refund would be issued.

I have since submitted all necessary documents to facilitate the refund process. However, I received a communication from Air India informing me that the refund will be processed through the booking agent, in this case, Flipkart.

Upon seeking further clarification by calling Air India customer care, I was informed that the refund had been issued to a third-party agent (Flipkart).
There is no communication by email or phone from Flipkart about the status of the refund.
Therefore, I am keen to know the status of this refund from Air India to Flipkart and when I can anticipate this refund to be processed to my account. The phone number provided by Flipkart Travels does not work and I don't know how should I get back my full refund.

Flipkart is making me wait for technician arrival from lenovo for laptop replacement and not a single step taken from their end for any resolution. Incident id IN[protected]

I request you to kindly permanantly cancellation of my flipcart pay later account when i see my redit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as its effecting my credit score.I conform that there is no dues.But my last payment was not updated when i called idfc customer care . So the bank pending my request.

I purchasing a HP core i5 12th generation 16/512 gb in Flipkart order date is 10th june 2023 and received 13th June 2023 .but he send me used laptop .I complain last 10 days but he didn't any solution .I told the product warranty is start November 2022 and used .
But only send me your problem is solved 3 days 2 days .it's haresh me please give me solution it's to expensive for price is Rs.67990.

I bought a nokia TV from flipkart on 19/07/2020 with price Rs 31894 and additionally bought a complete protection of 3yrs offered by JEEVES on that very day of price Rs 2299.
Now on 14/03/2023 my Tv got an external damage and very same day I raised a complaint in JEEVES through Flipkart. After few days JEEVES contacted me through call and asked me for EXTRA Rs 500 for complain registration charges so that they can proceed with my problem solution. After that they told me that a Mechanic will contact me and make sure to solve the problem, and so it happened and then the mechanic asked for the photo of damage product, invoice, tv serial number and after fulfilling his request, he then assured me that he did his work of submitting the docs to JEEVES and now I have to wait for further instruction from JEEVES.

After that its been 3 months JEEVES has neither gave any update to the mechanic and when I contacted they are just harassing by giving dates and nothing happening when time is coming for the service.

Now, when contacting flipkart about the issue, they are just harassing by giving dates and assuring that everything will be shorted, but when times come they are not giving services and extending the dates.

COMPLAIN: I want my tv panel to be changed immediately and pay for the harassment they has cost and the money too.

I purchased a Mivi collar classic but it is showing some issues. When I tried to contact Mivi, they said to provide the invoice. Since it was a gift, I dont have a harcopy of the invoice. And my flipkart order doesnot have the download invoice option. Please help its urgent.

I have received a defective product from Flipkart and when trying to get the replacement, Flipkart is literally creating more issues rather fixing the issue. Flipkart is wasting my time and testing my patience.

I have ordered 69 cm American tourister bag from Flipkart. I got a different size bag and they are not picking up the product which I have applied for return. I have been calling the customer care everyday. They are postponing the resolution date everyday. It's been 20 days and the product is till not picked up.
