Why is this huge amount of 1600 Rs deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge?

How can you guys deduct so much amount without informing the customer and what is it regarding?

I want this money reimbursed in my account asap.

My Flipkart Pay Later Account Has Been Blocked, Even Though I Have Never Returned Any Products That I Have Purchased Through Pay Later Option And Paid The Installment Amount After The Due Date. I Would Like The Flipkart Customer Serivce To Help Me Unblock My Pay Later Account As It Has Been Very Helpful For Me.

During the prior orders, the logistics agent was rude on delivering the product. I placed the new order on groceries on 2 nd october, as the delivery date was 3rd oct, however it was not delivered on that day and postponed to 4th oct, on that day too it was not delivered and i reached customer service n they asked to wait, now it has been scheduled to 6th oct, i am sure this would not be delivered by that logistics person as he is playing with my orders. I have complained with the incident number. I have the photo attached. I don't understand what flipkart to action on this. I have paid for the order n waiting for groceries order. It's shame on flipkart that it is unable to deliver daly needs groceries on time. It's better to shut his business on groceries. I m totally frustrated with flipkart. I strong recommend not or order on f. Flipkart.

I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I ordered a laptop from Flipkart, but it had a battery and charger issue. So I requested for replacement. S0 replacement was out for delivery on 28 Sept, but still it is not been delivered and it is 4th Oct today. On contacting Flipkart support, they are saying to give us some time and we will deliver, but it is more than 6 days from being out for delivery, and the expected date for delivery was 30 Sept.

Also, every day delivery person calls and says that he has too much workload and will deliver tomorrow and hangs up the call, and does not pick the calls if I call him.

It is totally creating mental pressure and stress.

I have been a loyal Flipkart customer for a long time, and this experience has greatly disappointed me. I believe in your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope that this issue will be resolved promptly.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to:

Approve my return request for Order.
Expedite the delivery of the Gift Card PIN to my email address associated with this order.
I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter as I need the funds returned for the return request and the Gift Card PIN for future purchases. Please provide me with an update on the status of this complaint as soon as possible.

I have ordered this item on May12 2023, but not yet received till now.But in my flipkart account that ordered item amount also be added and status shos delivered on June 14th.I can‘t pay the amount of previously received item.I have complained many times at the customer care through phone and mail.The compant sending legal notice for this.So please check and do the needful as soon as earliest and avoiding me from CIBIL.

I have ordered an Realme 10 from Flipkart it was damaged as per guidance of flipkart took mobile to realme service center then refused for replacement/return instead give me DOA and as per flipkart guidance i send it to flipkart but then they confirm it and told me return process will initiate within 48hr, it's been 14-15 day no response, every day i reach out to them through app, social but they simply ignore and resolved any open query

I have purchased a apple charger from flipkart but it has some issues. I went to apple service center but they asked for invoice they I tried to download it from my Flipkart app but there is no option to download it, the product is under Warranty and I need my Invoice ASAP

I have not received an invoice for my order. I cannot manually download it from the application as the option is not visible, and it hasn't been sent to my registered e-mail address as well. I need the invoice number in order to claim the warranty. Please resolve this issue.

Hi i have placed order of Flipkart gift card order id -OD[protected] but after payment it is showing oder pending. It has been 8 days but didn't got refund

On 27 September 2023 at 2:18 pm I order moto tab g70( price was 17999 Rs, with mobile exchange price was 15, 549) from flipkart using google pay. While placing order amount got deducted but order was not confirmed. While checking order status it is showing " Payment not yet confirmed from the bank".

I had Dispute regarding the amount refunded to wrong account that is not of mine and details are also not provided by me, i had raised the query regarding the issue on Flipkart in December 2022 regarding the order id OD[protected] that had been rejected by flipkart and now in September 30/2023 company had REFUND the amount to another person account which is not known/ confirm or approved by me, i will surely take lagal action against the issue

I've purchased a product from Flipkart last year named "Portronics 150 psi Tyre Air Pump for Car & Bike VAYU" but I'm not satisfied with the product Quality and put my honest review about this product after using one year but Flipkart is not allowing me to put my review on product's page the failed my review in the name of moderation. No bad language or disrespect for anyone on my review just telling the truth about the product and company but Flipkart has restricted my voice to telling the truth on product's page thru review. I'm a regular buyer from Flipkart and not giving review most of time but after using this poor quality product I decided to stop other's to use this useless product and wasting their money. I ordered a Bio+ Alkaline 11 inches filter from Dilook seller af cash on delivery, on receipt of package I found it's a CSM ro memberane and that too in bad condition. Immediately, I asked for return however Flipkart is not responding to that and asking time for clarification. I have uploaded the wrong item picture and also tried to contact the Flipkart executive but none is responding. The surprising part is Flipkart is showing return of TDS meter which I never ordered. I don't know what fraud is going on and how many persons are trapping with that.

I had placed an order of TV with exchange item having buyback offer on 27 Sept 2023. Order ID - OD[protected].
On 28 Sept 2023 I cancelled the order. So, along with cancelled order, all associated offers including buyback exchange offer also showing cancelled.
As per Flipkart cancellation policy, all offers after cancellation will reflect valid with in 24 hours. Refund of payment amount also received.
As on 1 oct 2023, I am not showing claim buyback offer on any TV product page.
The buyback offer item to be exchanged was purchased on 30 oct 2021 (Order ID - OD[protected] with Complete appliance protection having gauaranted exchange valid till 4 Nov 2023.
Please do needful at the earliest to credit buyback offer back to my account.
