I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and raise a grievance regarding [Order ID OD[protected]] related to my recent purchase from Flipkart. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for 6 years and have always appreciated the quality of service provided by your platform. However, my recent experience has left me disappointed and compelled me to bring this matter to your attention. I would like to outline the details of my grievance: Order Details: [Order ID OD[protected]], Exchange date of order May 12, 2023, and the product is shoe (Nexxon trendy Women’s Casuals Sport Running Shoes (Pink), Size 6. Description of the Issue: I have ordered a shoe (Nexxon trendy Women’s Casuals Sport Running Shoes (Pink), Size 8 from Flipkart as on 7 May 2023. They Delivered as on 12 May 2023. Then I have to exchange these Shoes as on 12 May 2023, and order a small size 6. The Delivery date is 17 May 2023. After the Day is Coming on 17 May 2023, one Message came to me out of Delivery in Morning but till last 9 P.M. no one comes for Pickup or Delivery. After that I show that the Delivery is completed, at night 9 P.M. as on 17.05.2023 a message also came to me that your delivery is done, but no one has come for delivery to me. Then I go to Flipkart Apps and go to the Help us section to get Delivery Boy Mobile number and after that I call that Delivery boy, the Delivery boy name is Akshay Mali, and the Mobile number is [protected] as on 17 May 2023 at 9 P.m. they told me that I had delivered your parcel to someone else at 9 P.M. So, I ask Questions they Abuse me and talk very badly. On that day I called the Flipkart Delivery number in the evening but given on Tracking then did not pick up my call. They do not call me or message me without a message or call when they deliver a parcel to someone else. After that I call to Flipkart Customer Service as on 17 May 2023 at 9:44 P.M. and told them all the Situation. They said that your Query is a high priority. They also said to me that your problem will be solved as soon as possible till 20 May 2023. Then I show in Flipkart Apps there is show your Query is resolved as on 18.05.2023. Then I called Customer Service on 18.05.2023, at 10:40 P.M. They told me that your delivery is delivered on 17.05.2023 and the Query is resolved. No Query is there to show to me. Then I told all the Same Situation of the day 17.05.2023. Then They check in the system and tell you that your Pickup and Return is not done. So, I made a Complaint on high priority. Your Query is resolved as soon as possible till 22 May 2023. First day on 17.05.2023 they told me that the Query is Solved on 20 May 2023, After I called 18.05.2023 they tell me that I do a Complaint in high priority and your Query was Solved till 22 May 2023. They all do Fraud and Scam. Supporting Evidence: I am Attaching supporting evidence, such as order confirmation emails, product photos, screenshots of conversations and other Relevant documents. I request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to restore my faith in Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe that by addressing this issue effectively, Flipkart can reaffirm its position as a trusted online marketplace.
