MY ORDER ID IS 0D[protected].
MY ACCOUNT IS BEEN BLOCKED BECAUSE OF WRONG PRODUCT AND DAMAGED PRODUCT BEEN RECEIVED.
KINDLY UNBLOCK IT AND WE NEED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
we have received wrong product which was delivered on October 18th, and
after that we had given 75 times call back request, 15 times refund got
cancelled, 5 times replacement cancelled, i have received apple X in
damaged product,
its not mine problem if we receive wrong product and damaged product.
i need the wrong product to be picked up, and also kindly unblock my
account asap.
i am been harassed and fed up of received wrong product in damaged
condition and given so many request but e kart is showing me no updation
from flipkart, and now flipkart has unblock my account.
kindly unblock my account and refund me the money asap and pick up the
wrong and damaged product asap.
