    Refund not provided and account also locked

    Policy does not exist in refund details... Its been around 45 days+ but still there is no response...

    Apart from this flipkart coins also are locked... Without any prior info account is blocked and there is no clarification on the criteria for blocking account

    Inspite of repeated reminders noone responded. Management also least bothered. Ther ei sno escalation team itself and even if we call customer care its of no use

    How many returns are permitted.Is it on a monthly basis, yearly basis or from the date of account opening...

    You have not even sent an alert via SMS or mail on the number of returns..how can u block without information

    Policy should be fair...From years together i am having an account not opened it from last few months for u to calculate the returns...

    Apart from these your people had failed to deliver items and had marked it as delivered..So for issuing refund your own customer care people have created 4 products as returned..

    So i[censored] count that i still have 4 nos. of returns after which u shd block account..Though u dont know what ur return count shd be for a customer...

    I am not able to see my refund details..Provide me that..also Flipkart coins of around 750 was also present...

    Provide me all the refund details and the flipkart coin redemption.even i am not interested in having account with u who dont respect customer...

    Temporarily u unblock ..I will verify returns and then u can block it

        I have ordered a vu 55 inch and just installed after four days found spots on screen and engg visited and confirm me for replacement but go the message return rejected, this is one of worst service ever and now no one from company to help me out, they have jeevs service centre, they keep worth less guy who does not know about the tv at all, thanks and regards

        Company deliver duplicate products and when i ask them, they suggest me to return the product and I returned but again they deliver duplicate.

          My name is neha soni and i have placed an order for power maxwell button cell on 30th november. The promised order delivery date was 8th december but it was not delivered. After that they told to deliver it by 13th december but again they did the same. Moreover am not able to cancel the order. Whenever i try to cancel the order it shows that the delivery guy is already on the way. Neither flipkart is cancelling the order nor they are providing any refund. Fed up of this.

              I ordered nutregogena sunblock cream on 5th december and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th december 2019 but it took more than 10 days and was delivered on 15 december 2019 which is extremely late and when i received the product i found out that the product has already expired and it's expiry date is 16-07-19. Flipkart has listed it as non-returnable product then why are they selling expires product.

                  I am facing problem with flipkart for the phone i purchased, realme xt (Rs.17, 749/-) as i brought it during recent sale but the device is malfunctioning (Restarting automatically at random time) but the technician gave false update that the issue is resolved. Technician didn't even see the phone or test anything just waited for 15 minutes and said it is not switching off so phone is fine but randomly phone is restarting that he cannot understand. So twice the return/replacement has been rejected. First time they updated that they resolved the issue on call itself. Order no: od[protected]. Kindly help me in this matter.

But customer care not complete his commitment. He not sent replacement product so i am call again and again but he not sent replacement and finally customer care ask to me we are refund your amount on your account.

Maine 1st time flipcart se samsung s9 plus handset order kiya and is handset men dead ka issue hai. Handset on nhi ho rha hai. Maine request raise ki thi. To backend team se mujhe mail says ki apki purchased history me return request ki vajah se apka account block kiya gya hai. But maine to 1st time flipcart se handset buy kiya hai.

                            I had cancelled few orders frequently in flipkart due to my personal problems after that when i am trying to buy a product, it is showing that cod not available for this pin, but. I had purchased the same product with cod. This is happening with every product that i am trying to buy. What should i do to get the cod option back. Will be happy if the problem is as i love purchasing from flipkart but with out cod option i can't buy anything.

                              I want to change my mobile number in my flipkart account. I have lost my old number and the account is attached with my gmail account [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly help me to change mobile number in my flipkart account. I have to face many problems so please help me to change it. My old number is now allotted to someone and i don't want to ask him for this.                                 Last year in february 2018, i got a mobile phone (Honor 9lite) as gift from my friend's.

                                I still have the phone (With box, imei number & imei stickers in it) in my hand using it right now actually.

                                But i was looking to sell my phone & upgrade but i cannot sell out my phone without bill i dont have copy of bill because i didnt bought it actually, i got it as gift.

                                    On de 3 i bought adidas shoes from flipkart seller is retailnet, i am not satisfied with quality and accuracy band size is also large so i was returned it now flipkart not accepting my return request, i checked before purchasing that the product is under 30 days return/replacement guarantee, they are deliberately cheating, they are increase the time day by day now it has been 3 day still did not accepting.

                                      Fraud online company. I have ordered one bata shoe which has 30 days return policy but now they are saying below # things:
                                      Return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item with the product being intact.

                                      In case you're in disagreement with the seller's decision, please share the below details as an attachment within 48 hours so we can look into this further and reach you.

                                      Proof of identity (Scanned copy/clear photo of any one of the following). Please ensure the details on the id card are same as on your flipkart [account/order]:

                                      Aadhaar card
                                      Pan card

                                      [incident: in[protected]] and orderid is od[protected]

                                      I urge people please not to buy a single product from fraud company like flipkart. Most of the products they sell are first copy or duplicate.
                                      Shame on you cheaters.

                                        I have ordered a sennheiser earphone on 1st of december, expected delivery date was 4th of december but still there is no updates on product, i have called there customer care 30+ times but everytime got same response that they have escalated the issue... Some of them even told me to cancel the order. They have also charged extra shipping amount but still no updates on my order.
