I did shopping from myntra & opted “flipkart pay later” option to do the payment. Later, the after taking more than expected day to deliver finally cancelled by seller. Money was supposed to refund, but that time also after continuous follow up with flipkart & myntra from month of august, finally found that was not refund from myntra’s end. Finally, money initiated from myntra end. I have raised this concern from very beginning to avoid late fee, but eventually late fee has been charged which is totally irrelevant.
Already raised multiple complaints, but this is also not helping out. Irrelevant late fee has been charged. Instead of getting into root of the issue, complaints registered is marked as resolved. I have been facing this issue since month of august.
