I ordered a product on April 22, 2023, and I received the wrong product in dirty condition. So I put that in for a refund, which was declined from your side, and after discussing it with the customer care executive, I got it refunded. Again, when I ordered the same product on May 2, 2023, the same issue happened again. I have to again put that in for a refund, which was declined from your side, and after discussing it with the customer care executive, I got it refunded. Not only this, when I ordered it for the third time again on May 25, 2023, the wrong product was delivered, so I contacted customer care service around 1:15 pm on May 29, 2023, for which an executive by the name of Ms. Payal informed me that I would be getting a call within 4 hours. I waited, but I did not receive a call until the evening, so I called customer care and got connected to Mr. Shreyansh, who told me that my issue would be resolved soon, but till date no such thing has been done.
