I ordered a realme 43inch full hd tv from Flipkart on 1 April 2023 and it got delivered on 6 April 2023 but the product delivered was defected. It was not connecting to WiFi network. So i requested Flipkart to replace the tv but Flipkart rejected my request. I request again to replace this product from Flipkart but they rejected my request both the Times. It's been a month Flipkart is not doing anything. Please help me to replace this tv.

      I ordered an LG Ac on 26th April 2023 with Order ID - OD[protected] but got call from flipkart to cancel it or wait for more days.
      So, I waited and it got canceled by flipkart on 4th May 2023 due to an unknown reason which they are unable to tell me.

      After that I am continuously asking the reason of cancelation and if it has been canceled why are they not refunding my money?

      I haven't received the refund yet and no status for refund is being shown on the website.

      So, I ordered a Daikin Ac on 8th May 2023 with Order ID - OD[protected] but unfortunately I have to cancel that as Price of Ac decreased but same problem with this also happened and I haven't received the refund yet for the same.

      Again I ordered a Daikin Ac on 14th May 2023 with Order ID - OD[protected] and today again I got a call to cancel or to wait for more days.

      I am thinking that again they will cancel the order and will not get the refund.

      I want this last ordered Daikin Ac and two refunds for LG and Daikin Ac.

      Please see to it and do the needful as soon as possible.

        I ordered GVS SHOPPE Women Kurta and Pant Set from Flipkart dated 6th May. The item was delivered but the item was defective when I called Flipkart then they arrange the replacement as per them replacement was delivered but I didn't receive it.

        When I called Flipkart support the executive not giving me the right answer.

          It is with the utmost disappointment, frustration and disgruntlement that I write this email to you.On 03.05.23 I made an order of two jumpsuits.The jumspuits arrived yet they were not the ones I ordered.In other words there was a mismatch.I initiated a return for both jumpuits and they were picked up 10.05.2023 by an Ekart Delivery Executive.Before handing over the package with the two jumpsuits I confirmed with the Delivery Executive whether he was expecting two returns and he said yes.The refund for one jumpsuit was credited the same day yet for the other one it was not.Moreover, the following day I got a message from flipkart stating that the second jumpsuit ie order # OD[protected] was out for pickup to which I contacted the delivery executive and he informed me that his job was simply to check to for stains and damage and not count how many products I had given.He advised me to contact flipkart customer care.I contacted the customer care on the same day and narrated the incident.They informed me the issue would be rectified at the earliest.I got an email from customer care stating that "they have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 16 May, 11:54 AM".However, I then got a message from Ekart stating that the pickup had been rejected because the product was damaged.Firstly there are two issues with the message from Ekart
          1.The product had been picked up on 06.05.2023
          2.The order was in good condition and was not damaged.
          Moreover I then logged into my flipkart and got the message that the refund had been cancelled.
          Sir, Madam, I feel that I have been wronged in more ways than one, The Delivery Executive failed to do his job and this is unacceptable.My money has gone without even having received a product.Flipkart has not been transparent and has just sent an update into my account without even calling me.I feel this is daylight robbery and there is no accountability on the part of Ekart or Flipkart.I wish this matter may be resolved and treated with the urgency it deserves so that justice may be served.
          In addition kindly find the highlighted response from Flipkart to the abovestated grievance

          Hi, Greetings from Flipkart! Order ID : OD[protected] Thanks for writing in. We are sorry for the trouble caused. We totally understand your concern. We would like to inform you that pickup is scheduled by the seller and the product will be picked on or before 15 May 23. Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box. Seller will initiate the refund once the pick up is confirmed. The amount will be credited Back To Source within 01 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes. Your kind understanding in this regard is appreciated. Thank you. Have a nice day.

          With special focus on the response given by Flipkart highlighted in blue, I have several issues with that response
          1.Firstly yesterday was 15.05.2023 and Flipkart has not initiated a return pick up
          2.Even if they were to initiate the pick up the product was picked up on 10.05.2023 as alluded to in grievance 4533496.

          I strongly feel that Flipkart customer care does not take consumers seriously.Instead of liaising with Ekart to make a follow up on the products picked up the customer care thinks this is a big joke and is taking me for a ride.Well I am serious and I want my money and I want it now.Respected Officials, kindly do the most to address my grievance .Online shopping platforms need to be accountable and transparent and Flipkart is found wanting at this juncture.It is high time the bar is set straight and consumers are prioritised!!!

          It is quite ironic that Flipkart's emphasise on Customer First, Ownership, Bias For Action, Audacity and Respect. The way I have been treated is nothing short of being a joke and being undervalued.If Flipkart stands to be trusted then it must take action on this matter and give it the due respect and attention it deserves!!!

          NB:Attached below is the package handed to Ekart Delivery Executive containing the two jumpsuits

                I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with the cancellation of my order from Flipkart. I placed an order for a new laptop on 2nd May, with an exchange of my old laptop, with a great deal and the delivery date was promised on 4th May. However, I had to leave for an urgent out-of-town work at 10 pm on the same day, and I was waiting for the order to be delivered before 7 pm.

                To my dismay, the order was not delivered on the given date, and I contacted Flipkart's customer support team to resolve the issue. They informed me that due to some operational issue, they cannot deliver the order on the expected date and the new delivery date would be on 6th May.

                This experience has been extremely frustrating for me as I was expected to leave town after receiving my order. I have cancelled my travel to collect the product and finally they cancelled it on 9th May which has caused me inconvenience and financial loss. Then asked order it again for a different price. Again I have ordered it with paying more 5K on 10th may they said it will be delivered my 14th may and again change to 16th may which is today. Both the time the product have reached my nearest hub and which getting product I have to pay the credit card bill for two laptops even though they are refunding it. They will do it after 6 days.

                So I request you to take strict action against Flipkart and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest possible time. I also urge you to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future and asking them compensate for my frustration and financial losses.

                I hope for a speedy resolution to this issue.

                  I recieved a defective Asus Laptop, the seller named as 'TBL Online' on Flipkart.
                  Even though Laptop's listing shows 7 day replacement policy, I was not getting any option for replacement. I contacted Flipkart customer support they told to contact asus customer care. I have called to Asus customer care, and arranged for a technical visit as told by Flipkart customer care, asus customer executive told the laptop serial number which I mentioned was bought on 9-3-23, and given me a rma id for tech visit, after inspection they declared the Laptop 'Dead on Arrival', issuing a DOA jobsheet. Asus DOA policy states that if the laptop has manufacturing defect in the first 7 days, then Point of Purchase (Flipkart) will have to replace the product.

                  I have been contacting Flipkart by various means since few days with no resolution. Flipkart is not providing replacement unit even after Asus had a guideline of 7 days for DOA letter which Flipkart didn't mentioned and given me a time lapse of around 14 days for technical visit. I have talked to about 20 Flipkart customer service agents, no one is trying to solve the problem. Sir I need replacement not return...I am attaching some proof of invoice and asus jobsheet you decide...

                    it is used and stained product I have tried returning the product but the product is not being returned, I have called customer care for this issue for 10 to 12 times they are just saying they will solve the issue but the issue hasn't solved yet. I have purchased this product through their flipkart pay later, the due amount is been increasing day by day

                        Flipkart has continuously failed to deliver a product to me and it has been postponed by one business day every day for the last week - with no signs of me actually getting the product after a week. Every day it shows out for delivery but end of day I receive a message that they were not able to deliver the item. When I tried to co-ordinate with the delivery executive, I'm unable to reach them as well - the line is always busy. It looks like Flipkart has not been able to fulfill the delivery promise for this product.

                            I am writing this to you because I am very much fed-up and disappointed regarding Flipkart service
                            A s I ordered Bluestar 1.5 T Split AC 2023 Model on date 28.02.23 and received Old Model 2022 Model on date 03.03.2023, immediately I contacted to flipkart customer care for return, But three Time s rejected due to Unknown reason and finally 4th Time replacement/return request accepted and scheduled for uninstallation and pickup on 25.04.2023 in Flipkart site, but actual Pickup has been done on before 18.04.2023, and now returned AC has been delivered to seller on date 25.04.2023, during this I have requested for update the Pickup on Flipkart site and delivered the new model AC, now today is 26.04.2023 and still not updated, and not resolved
                            As you know my family and kids are suffering during summer season we have ordered Air-condition and still my AC not tracking when it will delivered
                            If not able to provide service kindly return my all amount AC -Rs 33390+ Installation cost- 1770= Rs 35160
                            This is very upsetting me, as I am plus member of flipkart, But believe has lost.

                                Hi Team,

                                I am writing this email with my account has been recently blocked by Flipkart with an irrelevant reason. I have recently purchased grocery items from Flipkart grocery on 3rd May 2023 and next day my account was blocked. When i contacted customer support for further research, i received an confirmation email informing that my recent order has been cancelled as systems have observed a trend in my purchase history that suggests that the items i've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. I request team to please look into this matter again as i have been purchasing monthly grocery items from flipkart from last 4 months and there is nothing unusual in that. I am not sure what kind of algorithm your system has performed to considered it as non-personal use and account was blocked. Also i was using Flipkart pay later and had 300+ supercoins..now i cant access any of these.

                                      I ordered a shoe size 13 and got it delivered yesterday, size fit is my issue so I raised a return request, delivery person rudely failed to return pick up saying the shoe I received is not shown orange colour, why Flipkart being on the lines of harassing customers and annoying customer like me, return & refund now, as per your own return policy I am returning the product not liked to my expectation due to amalgamation of reasons.
