I have already registered a complaint with flipkart tea with complaint id: IN[protected].
For the past 3 months, I am unable to use my flipkart pay later while making purchases.0
As I contacted flipkart regarding this they told me to contact IDFC. So, I contacted IDFC regarding this.
In their reply they clearly mentioned me that everything from their end is perfect and my pay later account is active.
They directed me to contact flipkart. I am attaching the reply received from IDFC regarding this issue.
I have my KYC active till September 2025 an haven’t missed any repayments till now.
And from the IDFC also they have everything OK. But still I am unable to use pay later.
I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.
Kindly find the attachment and provide me with a resolution ASAP.As a loyal customer I have made huge purchases from flipkart and have made timely repayments for pay later.
Do the needful in restoring my pay later account.

    I had order a pair of pepe jeans trousers but to my bad luck from flipkart which has the worst return and exchange services. Apparently the size of trousers mentioned didnot fit me. And I have also not removed any tags, stickers and the trousers are as new as they were when received. I immediately contacted flipkart through several calls and mail ids and requested for return through the FLIPKART app, but none of their prople showed up for return and the return date passed. If you check our calls from registered mobile number that were recorded for quality purposes you can trace how we were misguided through several pieces of advice and finally among all these fiasco the date of return/exchange finally passed and now we are left with a product which we can't use of particular amount RS. 1269/-.
    Their people mentioned in several emails to come for return of the product but none showed up.
    They didn't show up for return despite our repeated reminders, why should we suffer? Flipkart has got worst return facility.

    We are a regular customer from flipkart. If you can't help get our refund money I shall go to consumer forum and stop all purchases from flipkart. Look into the matter as this is all wrong from your side and we are nowhere to suffer.

          I have ordered Bean bag with beans from Flipkart on 18 April 2022, But they didn't deliver the product so far, also they have no option regarding cancellation or refund. I complaint so many times to customer support but still issue is not resolved.

          So I want my money back, which I paid through Flipkart pay later facility.

            Flipkart Transaction done on 22nd Sept 2022 for below three products along with few other product.
            A.) For LED, Product was not delivered by delivery partner as per scheduled time slot. Later it was cancelled by Flipkart delivery partner itself.
            B.) For remaining two product it was returned.

            So, from total product that I order was of Rs 55, 638(Order ID: OD[protected]. Out of these some or the other reason three products got cancelled/returned of Rs 45, 793. Kept product with me of Rs. 9845 only.

            For the cancelled product, I got a refund of 45793 initially, but later EMI was also started for cancelled product. Flipkart Axis Bank Credit have started EMI of full 55638, though I have kept product only of Rs. 9845. At this point I being charged 45793 extra amount.

            Requesting Flipkart to co-ordinate with Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card to refund my 45793 amount as I have done transaction on your platform.

              I PAID THE FLIPKART CONTACT LESS DELIVERY WITH AMOUNT 143 VIA UPI TRANSACTION ID mentioned in the photo but payment in the app showing failed they didn't updated the payment that i have already paid flipkart are the cheaters, the seller has not updated the payment that i have done to him i have also attached the screenshot of the payment done to the flipkart seller..

                  I ordered a smartphone worth 7, 230 rupees on 7th June 2023. The product out for delivery on 9th June2023, the delivery person didn’t connected me and the product not delivered. The product was automatically cancelled at midnight without any reason. I called the customer care they told me I have an otp issue, that’s why they cancelled the order. But actually I have the otp received from Flipkart and the delivery agents didn’t connect me or cone to my address to collect the otp and deliver the product.

                                  I have ordered a shoes from Flipkart on 13th may but in return i received a slippers. I have complained about this case to customer service but they are only wasting my time.

                                  Please look into the matter and refund my money because no one came for pickup and everyday they cancelled my pickup with wrong reason. Yesterday whishmaster pickup the product but it shows cancelled in app.

                                  Yesterday pickup boy returned my pickup product. So please refund my money or create new return request.

                                    Order ID - OD[protected]

                                    I have purchased a product from flipkart today, order id above.
                                    The total amount and item level breakup just before making the payment and after making the payment is different. Difference of Rs.1783.

                                    Also, no cost emi is offered on some credit cards.
                                    I choose no cost emi for 9 months and the interest amount calculated by flipkart (Rs.1783) is added to the product amount and discounted the same interest amount (Rs.1783) in the item level breakup. I don't understand what is the logic behind that.
                                    And, the interest amount calculated is not present in the item level breakup of the order details, only the discount item is mentioned.

                                    I paid, Rs.28058 for the order however Rs.26275 is showing in the order details.

                                      Misrepresentating The seller and doing fraud sales, and another issue is they are refusing to help to replace my laptop which was defective at the time of delivery and immediately the complaint was raised I have reached out to them on every platform, I have contacted their customers support team hundreds of times I reached out to the Filpkart support team on Twitter, I have emailed them all my queries which clearly state that I am looking for a favorable resolution and I want replacement of my laptop, I am gonna be out of town so I'm gonna need my new laptop within 48 hrs.
