Flipkart Installation process is a big scam.

Flipkart done the installation for millions of products, as per the brands
policy, warrenty would be null and void if any 3rd party like flipkart done
the installation.

for example order ID - OD[protected], flipkart done the wrong
installation, due to
which product fall down, broken damaged now, and havells management
Shamim.[protected]@havells.com Delhi Branch- ASH provided the
denial email and job sheet denial email, stating the same,
because flipkart done the wrong installation, instead of havells. As
per Havells 1st email, job sheet is not applicable as they
are using Havells mobile app. As per havells 2nd email, they
denied the warranty, as flipkart done the wrong installation.

    I bought motorola mobiles from flipkart. It had 7 days refund policy in case any issue occurs. However on using the phone it found a faulty product and o complaint to flipkart and asked to either return or refund it. However despite multiple complaints they are not refunding/ exchanging or refunding the .oney. it is a case of wrong commitment and fraud.

      Order id- OD[protected], i order Nike Air Max Impact 3 black colour, i got completely different shoes from the one i ordered, talked with FlipKart customer care 15+ times, everytime they said yes we are going to process your request, after some time i couldn't login to my account, i sent mails with photos of order attached, even gave them adhaar card twice when asked but they did nothing to help me. I was going through my job interviews and a tough time so i thought to leave it for later, i got a job and i feel its time to try again to make things right. Its been so long i still have that package in my house waiting to be returned and just a traumatic memory that i still hope would somehow be resolved

        Hello, my order Order ID - OD[protected]..i have raised a complaint on Flipkart online shopping for return pickup of my order on 22nd of may 2023 it's been 5 days no help from their escalating team provided to me..keep telling me to wait till deadline.. their courier executive sending me messages for return pickup but at the end of the day updating as pickup was unsuccessful since past 5 days.. repeating the story..i even contacted their courier person and confirmed the timings for return pickup still he updated as pickup was unsuccessful..very annoying pathetic service by Flipkart... My humble request kindly solve my issue regarding return pickup of my order ASAP thanks in advance

          Hello, my Order ID - OD[protected] ...i have raised a return pickup of my order on Flipkart online shopping on 22nd of may2023..it's been 5 days no help from their escalating team.. daily I'm receiving message for return pickup but at the end of day pickup was unsuccessful updated by their courier service person.. very annoying pathetic service by Flipkart..how long can a customer wait for their issue to be solved..even after calling their courier executive and confirming the timings for pickup also they update as pickup is failed... kindly solve my issue regarding the return pickup of my order ASAP...

            My Flipkart account was blocked 6 month back without any reason. I am trying to get it unblock from that day.I am continuously talking to Flipkart help support.They always say to wait for this date.If we call on that date, they again give new date.

              I ordered a new mobile from Flipkart with exchange of my old phone, when the delivery executive came to pick my order at that time the IMEI number entered by the executive in the Flipkart app for checking the device showed that the IMEI number is not from the said brand and model. Even though the IMEI number was found direct from the device and the device was the same as it was mentioned for the exchange, due to which I had to cancel my order

                  I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding a highly concerning issue I am currently facing. I recently placed an order for several products on Flipkart, intending them for personal use by members of my own family. It is important to note that all these purchases were made from a single account, which is shared among the members of my family.

                  To my utter disappointment, the seller canceled my order, and to make matters worse, Flipkart has blocked my account, alleging that I am involved in reselling products. I am deeply disturbed by this unjustified account blocking, as it completely disregards the genuine reasons behind my purchases and fails to consider the account's shared usage within my family.

                  I am urging you to take immediate and necessary action against Flipkart to rectify this situation. Blocking my account without conducting a proper investigation is highly unfair and unreasonable. I kindly request you to intervene and ensure that Flipkart promptly unblocks my account.

                  Furthermore, I have a significant balance of 1750 Rupees in my Flipkart gift wallet. If my account remains blocked, I fear losing all the money I have stored in the wallet. Additionally, there are pending orders that have not been delivered, for which I have already made payment through the wallet. If I encounter any issues with these products, I will be unable to initiate return requests or file complaints, further exacerbating the problem.

                  It is important to emphasize that if I intended to engage in reselling, I could easily create multiple accounts. However, I have chosen to use a single account for the convenience of my family members. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter and rectify the unjust blocking of my account, ensuring the safety of my funds and the ability to address any potential issues with the undelivered products.

                  I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action against Flipkart. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter, with my account being unblocked and the necessary steps taken to safeguard my interests as a consumer.

                    I have ordered some products for my own family member Because i ordered from only one account also the account using other member of my family . after ordered the order was cancelled by seller .And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. also I have 1750 Rupees in Flipkart gift wallet .If the account not unblocked My all money that in the account will be lost . Also Some products are Not delivered Which i had already paid throw wallet if i get any issue with the product I can not do a return request or do a complain . If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You.

                      I ordered Wheezal Arnica hair and scalp shampoo 500ml bottle from flipkart. Upon receiving the package, I opened it and saw that i received 3 bottles of 200ml each and one of them was damaged. So i complained it to the customer service and they helped by replacing the product. I then received another package which also contained the 3 bottles of 200ml each and the packaging of the product is not up to the mark. I doubt it's genuinity because it doesn't contain date of manufacturing. And another point is I also purchased the same product from the medical, it's quality is upto the mark. I doubt that the product that i received is fake. I cannot use it as it is for medicinal purpose. I tried contacting the flipkart customer service but i am unable to connect to them. Please solve my issue as soon as possible...

                          I purchased MI TV 50 inches from Flipkart in October 2021 with an extended 3-year warranty. In my initial days, TV was showing display problems with horizontal & vertical lines at that time it was within replacement from Flipkart they replaced it with a new TV.

                          Now after 1.5 years same problem is reported for last 1.5 month, I repeatedly mailed/called Flipkart every evening they are replying back with there local vendor number Jeeves Electronics in Pune. When I am calling them they ask me about the TV Model & Order ID which I have given them thrice. After that they never respond to me. I again call the Flipkart even asked them in facebook about this & since 1 & half months they people are repeatedly saying they are working on this.

                          As this product is faulty now I want a full refund of my amount & promise will never ever purchase any product from this Brand.

                          I am a regular purchaser from Flipkart & I really trust them but facing so much of agony due to this incidence I am loosing confidence on Flipkart as well.

                          kindly rresolve my query & refund me all the amount. I need to purchase new TV.

                                I done prepaid order for MI tv with Flipkart on 11-May-2023 order ID is - OD[protected].
                                TV not delivered but marked as delivered in Flipkart app on 16-May-2023.
                                No call no OTP shared by Flipkart to me as it was prepaid order.
                                I called many times to Flipkart but till today no resolution.

                                I asked who is courier through which they sent, they say they also don't know the courier name, and also accepted as this is system mistake as marked delivered

                                Please help Sir as this was ordered for Rs 15999 now its price is Rs 21000.00

                                  The above Order no grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com,
                                  [protected]@flipkart.com. The day the product was installed (table), the
                                  technician (Afzal Ansari - [protected]) who came to fix it saw it was
                                  chipped. He immediately clicked some photos and shared it with some
                                  team. The same day I requested for a return . Since then Im waiting
                                  for your process of the technician visit.

                                  It was supposed to be yesterday 17th May 23: No call and no one came
                                  home. I called up in the evening and the customer service rep told me
                                  it will be done today on 18th.

                                  Today is the 18th and have not recd any call or msg stating it. So i
                                  called the customer service and the associate, Himani isnt giving me
                                  straight answers and mentioned that I have to wait everyday at home
                                  until 22nd cause it might happen any day.

                                  Is this even logical as per your process. No pre defined time, No
                                  schedule, no message. How am I supposed to know when will the
                                  technician come. Your page says smooth 10 day return policy and this
                                  nothing but smooth. This is seriously a very bad customer experience
                                  for me.

                                  After 2 days, I was told that due to technical reasons the status still shows as Technical visit pending and will be resolved in 24 hours and that I would receive the refund post pick up.

                                  Today after apprx after 10 days 25th May (2 weeks delay in pickup) and everytime I call customer care they ask me to wait for another 2 days. This has delayed the entire process by more than 2 weeks. I really dont know do you expect customers to do.

                                  Please check attached screenshot to understand the Unethical practices that your teams perform that cause all the delay and worsens the experience. Today I get a missed call Yes a 2 second missed call and by the time you click answer its disconnected. The 2nd time I made sure to take the screenshot so that you understand the practices that happen on ground level.
                                  And if you try to callback and enter the pin even a 100 times, your associates dont answer. Attaching the screenshot of the associate and the screen shot showing the 1 sec missed call.

                                  I have sent you numerous emails not once have i got a reply. Shows how much you value your customers !!

                                    Me (Harshit Mishra) elaborating my complete issue as :

                                    • I was ordered a "SONY SA-D40 80 W Bluetooth Home Theatre" on 2/04/2023 and got it delivered on 5/04/2023.

                                    •After delivered I unboxed it on next day 6/04/2023 and tried to use. But it was having very poor and low Sound Quality (having high distortion in its subwoofer).

                                    •Immediately within a few minutes I raised its return request for replacement, but it got rejected immediately.

                                    •Again I raised its return immediately on same day (within return policy, next day of delivered).

                                    •Finally technician visit was scheduled "but no technician contact me for tech visit" and technician cancelled its tech visit from its own end. Due to which its return request got on hold. I complaint about it, multiple times, but due to any technical error my return request got on hold for about 25 days, which worked as the roots of problem.

                                    •Finally I cancelled my return request from my own end on 29th april and request Flipkart to proceed a new return.

                                    •Flipkart/Seller declined and replied kindly visit service center. We can't provide support you as your product is "Out of return policy".

                                    •Now I went on my nearest Service center at Bareilly UP which is about 60kms far from my village and elaborate my complete issue.

                                    •Service center provided me a Service Job Sheet with a charge of 4999 rs. as "Speaker Coil Damaged from inside during shipping or any other factor which doesn't include as warranty claim"

                                    •I cancelled my Service/ Repair job due to charges and finally Issue is escalated to the flipkart or seller again. They also suggested to make a contact with Flipkart or seller again.

                                    •I have kept the product intact in its proper packaging as I was recieved it, with all the packaging material.
                                    I want to return it and wants my replacement or refund of my hardly earned money as soon as possible.

                                    •Finally I had escalate my case again for the :
                                    •"Flipkart Customer Support"
                                    •"National Consumer Forum"
                                    •"National Cyber Crime Reporting"
                                    And further definitely will take the action to the Fullest of extent of the Law under "THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986"

                                      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with a product I purchased from Flipkart.

                                      On May 3rd, I purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton 5-star AC from Flipkart. The product was delivered on 6th may, and the installation was scheduled for May 9th, But the installation was completed on May 16th even though i have waited patiently. However, during the installation process, the technician informed me that the AC unit was defective and advised me to return it.

                                      Following the technician's recommendation, I promptly initiated the return process. However, since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my return or any further steps that need to be taken.

                                      I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and providing me with an update on the return process. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is important for me to have clarity on the next steps and a resolution for the defective product.

                                      Please let me know the current status of my return and when I can expect a replacement or a refund.

                                        It comes under non returnable category .so the money won't be refunded i agree .
                                        But i recieved a DAMAGED PRODUCT (the cap was broken, the product was leaking and the quantity was tremendously reduced) so i tried connecting to the customer care nd they placed a REPLACEMENT REQUEST which got declined because the product was out of stock .
                                        After that i tried addressing my issue by trying to contact them but they gave me no response i wrote a mail to the grievance officer but this also seem not to help.
                                        I either need the money back or the product .
                                        This is such a disappointing issue that I'm unable to reach out for help.
                                        The inconvenience that I've faced is huge .
                                        I desperately need this issue to get resolved ASAP
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
