I received 128GB scandisk pendrive from Flipkart on 05th October, 2019 and suddenly on 31st October, 2019 stopped working "write protected error"
On the basis of warranty I called up scandisk customer care but they straight away denied to accept product post-verified serial number.Still I was having trust on Flipkart that's why sent mail with Scandisk pendrive photo to reconfirm and finally they replied that it's a fake product and we cannot accept.When I raised my issue to Flipkart they are saying neither we replace 128GB scandisk pendrive nor refund even if it is fake/duplicate because your 10days replacement policy is over.

    My flipkart account has been blocked, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

    Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

    I called your customer care lot and gave lots of emails but no use. 15th february 2019 is last date of paying. Please unblock before that or else fine will be waived off

      I have ordered a Vivo Z1x mobile phone and the phone delivery date was 31st October. Today it's 5th November the product is yet not received. The customer support executives are playing with me as they are committing time and each time they fail. They simply didn't support me in any case only gave false hope. I request to take actions regarding this issue.

      I am very much disappointed with flipkart and I will seriously make sure that this is the last time I am ordering from here. There is no other terms I am gonna keep with flipkart. I already suggest everyone not to buy any thing from flipkart as you all treat customers very badly. I have all recordings saved all mails with me I want my product as soon as possible or seriously I am gonna take action regarding this.

          As i complained earlier flipkart has been blocked my account and telling reason as i'm a reseller... As i said earlier i am not a reseller you can check my orders where its delivered and flipkart's cardless credit payment still 4500 something pending, if my account is blocked i'm unable to make payment, that's why i am requesting to flipkart to unblock my account. If i'm not make payment before 15th november 2019, there is fine and my credit score will be down, if such things are happens only flilkart will be responsible for that, i'm just noticing to flipkart

              I have a flipkart account with email - [protected]@gmail.com. I was ysung that account from 7 years and flipkart blocked my account for no reason. At the time they blocked my account there as around 1000 rs due in my flipkart paylater. Since they blocked my account i was unable to pay the amount. They made me a defaulter for no reason. Now i get calls from different different numbers to pay the amount. Someone gives whatsapp details, bank details to pay which i dont feel safe. I just want that flipkart restore my account so that i am able to pay the due amount.

                An amount of 5993 was paid twice on 6th october against my pay later dues.
                I have been complaining since then no body has provided any solution regarding refund of my money extra paid. I am fed calling them everyday and have decided to lodge a complain in consumer forum. I want a solution for this since one month i am feeling harassed. Please do something so that my money gets refunded at earliest.

                  This is in relation to order id od[protected]Screenshot attached) placed on october 2, 2019 (Flipkart homes wardrobe) for which i have paid rs. 12366 on the same date. The order was delivered to my premise on october 16, 2019. From october 17, 2019 to october 25, 2019 we have made call to jeeves/flipkart customer service team on daily basis requesting the installation of the wardrobe, however what we got was just false commitments and nothing else. No service installation attempt was made at all. Every day from october 17, 2019 to till date, i have wasted 45 mins/day speaking to your flipkart customer care.
                  On october 26, 2019 i made it clear that installation of the same shall not be done and i will go for refund only as i had waited for more than stipulated time and an inordinate delay of installation time had already passed. Your customer care team has been confirming to me every day since october 26, 2019 that return pickup shall be completed within next 24 hours and refund shall be processed post pickup of the cargo.
                  Finally, on november 2, 2019, your floor manager by name of aditya narayan, has confirmed that pickup shall be done within next 24 hours and provided us with the complaint no. - in[protected]. Also, i had informed him, based on his confirmation of return pickup, we are placing fresh order with amazon for the wardrobe and he agreed that the pickup shall be done within 24 hours surely.
                  Now, still return pick up as on date is not done and my amazon cargo is expected to reach to me tomorrow. Please note i do not have space to accomodate both the wardrobes cargos and have to dispose the flipkart goods if not picked up within tomorrow eod. Hence, let me know whether you interested to take the product back or not and by when my money shall be refunded back to me. If refund is got provided to me within next 24 hours, we shall be bound to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company at your own sole costs.
                  Meanwhile writing to this email, i got call from [protected] asking why i has raised complaint against flipkart homes product and used dirty slang language which is not at all accepted. If stringent action is not taken and i do not get an apology from the concerned flipkart staff on personal basis, be rest assured we shall take this matter to the courts. We have recorded the call for our records.

                    From last 20 days flipkart is not delivering my product. My camel wax crayons extra long with order id od[protected] is still pending for delivery. I ordered on 4ht october and they promised to deliver on 15th october but calling many times and email still they are not even bother to call me or deliver my product. Every time they said your number is not reachable and after 24 to 48 hours we will call you. Now it's 20 days passed doing this.

                      During the limited sale period, on 16th october 2019, i got a good offer, so i ordered asics shoes for myself at a discounted price from flipkart.

                      I needed the shoes, and i was getting good deals everywhere. But trusting flipkart, i ordered here and meanwhile the sale was over.

                      I kept waiting for the order and they kept delaying it. It showed it was shipped and after i wrote to them, they assured the delayed shipment was supposed to reach me on 27th october.

                      After that, i kept on calling them and writing to them till date, but they keep saying wait for 24 to 48 hours, there is internal prob with courier so the order is still not delivered.

                      The orders i placed after this, have been delivered. Then why is only this stuck with internal problem?

                      It has been almost 20 days, and nobody bothers to get in touch with me. It is me who keep calling and writing in vain, with no solution.

                      Nobody has answer as to why the order is not being delivered, and all they say is we have escalated the issue. They don"t even get back to me on my complain themselves! I have to keep calling. I am fed up now.

                      20 days is a long period for an order to be delivered.

                      I checked on the website, the shoes are still available in my size, and i want the shoes, and i don't want the refund. Because now the price of the shoes has gone up, as the sale is over. It was"flipkart assured" so it is their responsibility to send me another pair asap. Because of flipkart, i didn't even order it from any other website during the sales. I don't deserve to bear the loss for no fault of mine.

                      I request you to take action, and make sure i get the order delivered and i don't have to bear any loss.

                        Purchased flipkart complete protection scheme while purchasing redmi note 7
                        And they assured me that the plan covers all accidental damages. Their customer care executive assured me this includes the back glass panel also (Have chat details on the app), but now they are denying the claim saying body damages are not included in the scheme and then after providing them the chat sessions mentioned above there is no response from their part. Please do necessary measures for such fraudulence like complete protection.

                            I placed a order on 30 sep... And expcted dlivry date was 12 oct. I talked to customer care regarding this they told me i will receive my product by 17... Then on 15 my product showed out fr delivery... I got no call... And i got a text deliver attempt failed... I complaint regarding this to cutomer care they escalated my issue and i got a text i will receive my product by 22 then it changed to 23.. Oct. Then it. Changed to 24, oct... After this i got no call no msg then i again called customer care... Daily from 24 oct till today they told me i will receive my product by 4 nov then i got a cll on 3 nov n told me my product has been cancelled... O god i felt so bad... Means they caused so much trouble and trauma... N i ask them to plz give my order they askedme to plce fresh order.. What to do now... I cnt plce frsh order now... As m nt gttng dat discount... It just smply means flipkart cheated on me and caused so much trouble and trauma.. I really wamt help regarding this i want the same products to be deliver or i need compensation for this trouble

                                We have requested flipkart reps mutliple times about the breakdown of these cancellation & rescheduling charges, still haven't received it.

                                Also requested for the explanation that how the rescheduling charges are coming up more than the tickets available on cathay website.

                                Cathay website is showing the below charges on their website for travel on these dates & you are charging us around inr 180k & how come the rescheduling charges is more than the cancellation charges. We literally feel like cheated getting tickets bought by flipkart.

                                Multiple calls to your call center & have been waited long time & had given different responses. Your team gave different statements each time & doesn't help at all the customers.

                                I think we bought the tickets from flipkart so it should be you who should be responsible to sort our issues not cathay airlines.

                                We are really feel like cheated here

                                I have been planning to buy this hair straightener for a long, once I got sufficient money out of my pocket money, I was disappointed that it is showing out of stock for my pincode, not just the straightner, for almost every product, so sad😔

                                I have ordered product on 12 OCt 2019 their promise is to delivery by 17 Oct but that not happened, Flipkart people keep on extending delivery date like 22 Oct, 26 Oct and 31 Oct, Their customer care people also not taking care.

                                  I registered my claim for repair under the complete mobile protection plan that i bought along with my device from flipkart. I registered a claim on oct. 7, to get my device repaired, as its camera glass was broken. They charged rs. 500 extra, which i paid and my device was picked up after that. However, i haven't received my phone back and it's been a month since filing for the claim, contrary to what should have been in under 10 business days from the date of pickup (Oct. 15). I think my phone is gone now, as the helpline no. Always beeps busy. I want to get my phone back asap and receive the refund of the excess amount i paid.

                                  I have been in contact with the Jeeves team almost daily, since the day of pickup. However they keep telling me they cannot do anything more, I will have to wait.

                                    I placed an order on flipkart on 20th october 2019 for a redmi note 7 pro smartphone (With exchange offers) making an online payment. Order id: od[protected]. The expected delivery date was 31st october 2019. The product was not even shipped till that date. I made so many complains but they don't even have the audacity to call or contact me. I repeatedly made complains using their chat features but in vain. They kept of increasing the delivery date but still the product hasn't been shipped. I want flipkart to compensate me for the same with a gift card or a written assurance that they won't reject my exchange offer without a strong reason like defective/broken phone. I think they want me to cancel the order so that they don't have to sell it for such a low price. Kinda like building pressure on me but not extensively.

                                    The order has still not been shipped and I was being called and asked to cancel this order and place a new one. I won't be paying ₹1685 extra for the same thing. They say that place a new order and after the order has been delivered, the seller will compensate you with the difference amount. I want the difference amount before placing the new order(I don't trust flipkart anymore). Oh, and if the seller can ship the new order of the same product, then why can't he ship the order that has already been placed.

                                    10/11/2019: Got a call from the social media team of Flipkart. The executive's name was Soumya. Flipkart social media team is now pressuring me to cancel the order and place a new one. First they said that the product hasn't been shiped. Then they said that the product is untraceable so the seller won't be shipping the order. Then just after 5 minutes of talking over the phone, the executive said that the product has been received back to the origin and hence cannot be shipped again. When I mentioned that you have been saying these lies to me then she said this is the only resolution I will provide, is there anything else I may assist you with? She just wanted me to cancel the order and close the case

                                      I have purchase mobile redme note 7s on 17 october 2019. It was schedule to deliver on 22 october 2019. But, didn't receive till time. Made various calls and chats but didn't get any response from customer support. I am following with customer care from last 15 days and didn't get any response. Please help, i have already paid full amount in advance on 17october 2019. They are just saying issue will be resolved in within 24 hours since 29 october 2019.
