I booked an order vide no. Od[protected] on 25.10.2019 after paying an amount of rs. 16, 095/-. As per the order the items are cp plus 6 bullet camera, 2 dome camera 2.4mp, 2 tb hard disk, 8 channel power supply 8 channel dvr wire and all assessories. The order delivered on 04.11.2019 with less items. There was only 4 bullet camera, 1 tb hard disk, 4 channel power supply, 4 channel dvr wire and other assessories. When i called the customer care, i was suggested by the customer care that i should cancel the order and the money will be returned or it will be replaced.
When i click on the cancel button, there was no option to put the reason for returning/cancel and it got cancelled. Futher, i called the customer care of flipkart and narrated the incident then i was told that my item got cancelled and money will be returned. When i requested them to provide me all the items as per my order and their invoice no. Fa bk8h[protected], dated 29.10.2019 then they denied for the same and told me that only my money can be returned. I want all items as per my booking order not my money back.

    I purchased stuff from flipkart using paylater money of amount rs 3001. I tried paying but due to issue with flipkart i was not able to pay it, so i kept contacting flipkart customer care about this issue as i was not able to login to my account to make payment.
    After 2 months of contacting flipkart they gave me a link to make the payment of rs 3001. I made payment on 23 october, on 26 october flipkart started calling me saying i have not paid the amount and kept on saying i have to pay rs 2833. I have not used my account after paying 3001 and they keep bothering me.

      I ordered "acer swift 3 core i5 8th gen" laptop at big diwali sale and today i have to recieve it. But today morning i received a message informing that my product is cancelled!! I need it in urgent and at that discounted price. It is totally fault from their end. I claim flipkart for this. If i don't get my order back at same price, i (Censored) flipkart to pay 8000/-.

            I had ordered a Hindware 15L Storage Water Geyser on 29th Sep 2019, but till date (4th Nov 2019), the product is undelivered.
            The delivery boy came on 20-21 Oct & asked my father to pick the product from a place that is almost 15Kms from my home, the same incident had happened on 18th Oct 2019 also for the Kent Water purifier that I had ordered, my father didn't know the Flipkart's Delivery policy so he picked the Water Purifier himself from the placed that courier boy asked him to come.
            When I called customer care they told me not to go there & the geyser will be delivered to my home (Which address is mentioned while ordering), after that that same delivery boy came twice & called my father that if you want the product then come & collect yourself otherwise I will send it back, & same thing happened as well.
            even as on 4th November 2019, you guys are updating in my ordered details that "Delivery Expected By 16th Oct 2019", Really? are you people living in past?
            I would like to ask Flipkart, if you guys cant deliver a product to a Pin Code, why you guys shows that Pin Code while ordering?
            Now I am sitting with paying full amount for a product for almost 1.5 Months buy received nothing at all, set aside the hassle, embarrassment & wastage of time by calling customer care for Dozens of time.
            You guys are simply making fool of loyal customers & have such a pathetic customer support & coordination with your delivery partner; which you claims are in-house (e-kart).
            Every time I calls customer care they have just same scripted replay that we will contact you within 24-48 Hrs for the resolution, but nothing has happened so far.
            I am really regretting for ordering from Flipkart.

              I have ordered a wrist watch with order id- OD[protected]but I have received wrong product.

              My query is regarding different model that i have received.And i had conversation with your executive for refund and he agrees for the refund of the watch as its amount is Rs 4495.The watch that i have received is useless for me and its costing is Rs 5300.

              For that i want my Rs 4495 refund in my account as soon as possible.As I am your prime customer this much you can do for your plus members customers.

              Please look towards my case and solve it as soon as possible as amount is too high.called customer care many times but they are making stories as well as seniors are also doing the same.As i have more than 600 coins in my wallet and prime customer too then i am facing this problem

              So, look into the matter and resolve this problem.

              Its more than a week but they are only extending days

              Many reasons was there for cancellation and return, as i have receieved defective products, faced size issue, and also receied different product.
              My many order are cancelled by deliveryman also as they have 3 attempt to deliver.If i am unable to receive my product at the first time then they used to cancel it.

                I ordered a ladder from flipkart and it get delivered in 9 days, but was damaged so i asked for replacement, after 2 days they took back the product and emailed that the replacement will be sent back on lastly 29th october. I needed it for diwali cleaning in house.
                I still waited a lot, but haven't got it on 29, i mailed and called and they told me that it will deliver on next day. I waited again, still nothing happened!!
                Same things going on from then.. They keep increasing the days and lastly it was 4 october, but still nothing and now they are responding that it will be delivered by tomorrow!
                I am pissed of this scamish thing!

                Beware of any replacement from flipkart! It will take forever as they will not return your money even!

                I have been planning to buy this hair straightener for a long, once I got sufficient money out of my pocket money, I was disappointed that it is showing out of stock for my pincode, not just the straightner, for almost every product, so sad😔

                  I purchased my iffalcon television in 3rd january, 19 (Invoice copy attached) but unfortunately it stopped working in oct, 19, i registered the complaint no in[protected] dated 17th oct, 19 & technician attended the complaint on 18th october, 19 & told that mother-board is to be replaced but today after 15 days he came with new mother board but now technician is telling mother board rcd. From the company is defective.
                  Already it is 15 days still my complaint is not resolved now i request you to replace my television, which is under warranty.

                  I ordered a wall clock but it is not working from the ordered date
                  I have received another car . It costs 700 rupees approx to me which is not affordable for me as the car sent to me was another one. Plz change and refund
                  I feel cheated as they sell product on which not for sell is written n clearly visible

                  That too I paid for 1000 ml quantity they delivered 495 ml

                    Flipkart has blocked my account. There are many pending orders to be completed and I can not access and track them. Also there is credit balance in my Flipkart account but I can't login it. I am contacting Flipkart customer care but they are not helping. They are giving many reasons without any proof. They are saying that the account has been blocked because there were irregularities in payment method. However there is no irregularities in payment method. I have been making payment on flipkart through the same payment method for long time. Please help

                        This is lekha, i have ordered samsung smart tv 32inches, it supposed to be deliver by oct 18th 2019, i made a call to the customer care they are saying that to wait 24 to 48hrs, i spoked the flipkart supervisor he said we raised a ticket and escalated your issue to the higher authority, he gave a mail [protected]@flipkart.com which is not in use. I made call to omnitech seller mumbai number they said wrong number, how can you do this to people. Seriously you people are cheating and making all frauds activities. Its been 3weeks you havent delivered my tv. When ever i make a call to the customer care they are saying it will deliverd within 48hrs. This isnt fair enough. I will complaint to police. I want my product by today. Please provide the flipkart office address and number.

                            I have a complaint about flipkart company, i ordered a product of (Spacewood engineered wood bed from this company), my order has been on many issues, and i have already extended the return request several times but no resolution. The technicians are not able to resolve my issue and yet they do not take any action.
                            Please arrange a refund. And please stop this kind of bad service.

                              I place order on 29 sept 2019, its process on 4th oct 2019 and its get delivered on 7th oct but i received it son 10th when i raise the issue with flipkart. Finally i get package on 10th oct its ok, i feel happy.

                              Twist comes when installation person come from jeeves (Service provider for flipkart), he open package on 11th oct 2019 he found some parts are missing like glass some fitting assemble are missing, he raise request to his team for part missing.

                              He come on next day and say we need to send back package and replacement are come in next and he repack the package on 13th oct 2019.

                              From still date its not pickup by courier and flipkart concern team will not provide help to pickup package or any replacement query.

                              Already on 23rd oct seller are agree to provide replacement of product, but still flipkart and courier partner not provide any support to i get replacement.

                              I call every 2day to asking status of my order but still no response from flipkart, jeeves, or seller team. When i call every time he say issue get resolve in next 48 hours. Give new time line with another issue subject line.

                              From my first communication i want my product replacement as soon as possible.

                                On[protected] i ordered a stone 300 bbd edition 5 w bluetooth speaker worth rs.999. I made payment using flipkart paylater option and on[protected] i made payment using debit card. Since the product was defective, i requested for request and refund. They came to pickup the speaker by oct 25th and promised refund by oct 30. I've not received any refund since then. I've been trying to contact them through different modes. But i've been getting different replies every time. They've replied that the amount will be transferred to a cardless credit account which i do not possess. They're saying that they can transfer the amount only to flipkart paylater account. But as per their policy, they've promised to refund the amount to the account in which the payment was made if their is refund in flipkart paylater. Kindly do the needful to proceed payment to my saved debit cards.

                                    For my account id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, flipkart have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed but now they are denying high numbers of return (Without mentioning exact numbers), becoz they received money from me as its all prepaid orders!! What rubbish they are talking! I am demanding from flipkart, how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders i have placed? I want exact numbers. And i want proof from their policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what flipkart buyers protection policy? How can i trust flipkart saying that all my refunds been given when their policy are only for their company oriented? They are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting any of their explanation except they better should act on what i have previously asked for; unblocking of my account so that i can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

                                    For ur kind information that from now onwards I don't want to purchase any from ur site as it was very horrible experience with ur policies previously. And why should I trust ur word and how as u are only telling that all refunds has been completed but not giving any paper proof for that. I am demanding paper proof of what you are saying. Show me my all order which were prepaid and return orders and their refunds in my email ID then and then only I can believe about my refund as there is no other way to track my refunds as you have never communicated through email regarding this, that's why I have to rely on my account which u have illegally blocked. U can stop transactions i[censored] fear of me doing it which is in fact my worst nightmare to shop on ur site or at least its ur duty to send emails regarding all orders, refund and returns which u haven't done so far.
                                    You can't just talk me that you have refunded my money. I want proof. I don't have trust on you as u have taken my money through prepaid orders and now refusing returns and nor giving me the exact details of my refunds.
                                    Why you haven't detected high numbers of orders in first site? Why didn't you blocked my account then? Just because I have already paid for them!
                                    Just stop talking nonsense things and give me materialistic proof of my all orders, and return from it and refund of return products.

                                      I bought a mobile phone realme c2 from flipkart in 5399rupee during diwali sale. From the date of the request, i was trying to cancel my product. But due to technical glitch in flipkart, i was not able to cancel it. Even flipkart was not showing the status of my product. When the delivery agent came to deliver handset i insist to return it gave an illusionary reason to me for not returning product. Now flipkart is denying to return it.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had ordered for a mobile phone – vivo z1pro from flipkart with order id - od[protected] on 24th october 2019. The same was reported to be delivered on 1st novenber 2019. On 29 seller processed and shipped my order. It reached the nearest hub to delivery address on 30 october 2019, around 6:15 am. On 31st october 2019i got the message of ‘ product out for delivery’.in evening around 5:30 pm, i got message that my order’s delivery has been cancelled. The same happened without informing me. After that i tried to contact the delivery boy several times but he did not responded to my calls. Then i contacted flipkart customer service regarding this, they told me that my order will surely get delivered to me in 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt, but unfortunately 2nd and 3rd delivery attempt never happened. I continuously asked them to deliver the product as it was not rejected by me.

                                        By 10 am – 3rd november i received an sms that my order was cancelled (As per as customer request) and refund was initiated. I talked several times to your customer supervisors. From the different calls, i understand that it was a mere mistake happened from the logistics guy and none of your customer representatives / supervisors in the front desk could revert it back and i have to make a fresh order.

                                        Hence request your kind attention on the following points

                                        • i had given payment of rs.10116/- to your account on 24th october 2019 and was expected to get the credit back by 12st november 2019. Losing the financial interests and the value for money for the 20 calendar days

                                        • lost all the diwali offers obtained (1000 discount, 10 % additional discount for sbi credit card, exchange offers for my old phone) for the existing order.

                                        • the phone was ordered for my friend on her birthday – 2nd november.

                                        All my calculations were shattered because of a mere mistake happened to your teammate (No lapses were made from my side in the entire order)

                                        Hence if you feel my dissatisfaction is genuine in all respect, request you to honour the commitment made to the customer. Every online purchases made by us are truly based on the relationship & trust we keep with the company. All these customer dissatisfaction will end up in losing one more customer.
