I have bought skin care product from flipkart which i am using since 2 years. So i no very clearly what is the color, texture and fragrance.
As i am recently delivered i cant go out and buy for anything, so i trusted flipkart and ordered the maybline foundation 332 on[protected], 11:37 pm
Invoice no: faa0w[protected]. Order, id - od[protected].
I was received the product which was duplicate in color, smell and bottle too. I have requested flipkart to not do so. They have not accepted the request and i have requested and begged them alot. Finally they gave agreed and replaced my product.
They have replaced my product and i have received on 28th oct 19. This time again they cheated me very badly. They changed the colour of product and i have checked the bar code. Which is coded as mac product and they bought from snapdeal.
Its completely fake product. When i am asking them for help no customer care execuitve is not responding properly, i am asking management mail they said its not possbile.
As i am female and just delivered a baby, my skin is so sensitive. How come flipkart allowed such a nasty product. Pls do r&d on this. If required.
Flipkart playing the empotions with customer. Being a female how sentive our skin.
If anything happnes who is responsible.

Updated by praveenaram When you will revert...always saying 24 to 48 hrs..from every mail since 15days...till now u people didnt c the mext day or what...all customer care executives r playing with in mails...such a use less amd helpless..one so called senior madam called me and said by nov 11th issue will close ..surprisingly no one is not responding from that day onwards

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 23 Nov 19. It would have reflected in your Flipkart pay later account by 26 Nov 19. Request you to log in to your Flipkart account and check for the same. Hence closing the case from our end.
