I Have placed my order for Realme XT on 31st Oct .. while ordering it was showing that product will be delivered to my pin code by 3rd nov.
Today is 8th of Nov But still product is not delivered to my home address yet.
I called and chatur with customer care but they just repeating the same thing that we have already forwarded the complaint with concern team and they are working on it .. but not providing any exact date for delivery .. one of her representative told me that my address is incorrect and I need to cancel and reorder it .. after waiting for 10 days they are now telling me to cancel it ... Also the customer service is really pathetic. They always tends to hung up the call i[censored] ask questions to them.

I really started Hating flipkart from my this experience.

    I ordered real me x phone on the date of september 18th... As the order failed transaction is sucessful. I lost my money i complained in the sbi bank also bank people said that amount was sucessfully transfered to merchant... Flip kart confirmed to them... Flipkart replying me we not recieved the amount... And they have taken order details from the website i have all proofs from flipkart website and from bank... I want my money back as i needed them rupees 20474 debited from account... Credited to flipkart

      I ordered one philips men trimmer cost of 1299/- on 29th october 2019. When i checked its delivery status it was mentioned that it is already delivered on 31 oct. It was shocking it was showing delivered and i still not received it. I immediately call to customer care they were asking me to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs i again call them but same response. I am worried about it because said amount has already been deducted from my account. Not received this items. I already complain about it many times but flipkart still couldn't sort out my problem.

        I purchased iphone 11 from flipkart & seller is supercomputernet. I want separate details for buyer & consignee on the invoice. Flipkart has said bill issued & they cannot do it. Bill was dated nov 7, 2019 at 1201 am & i asked for this on november 7, 2019 at 6am. They denied they cannot do anything as bill made. I am losing gst credit worth rs 8300 due to this. This shows their approach.

          Refund amount rs4999/ from flipkart - not credited to my account (Icici)

          Order date: 22nd oct
          Payment: paid from saving a/c
          Delivery dt: supposed to be on 26th oct (As per their tracking)

          But on 26th oct the product was not delivered and revised delivery date changed to 2nd nov and again product not delivered

          Tried many ways to reach flipkart and sought help from them, they are helpless and rather useless i would say

          At last they have suggested me to cancel the product

          Order cancelled date: 4th nov
          Refund processed date: 4th nov
          Refund date: 6th nov (Transaction reference id : [protected] given by flipkart), but yet to see refund into my account

          When i reach bank today, they say they do not recognize transaction reference no. I am really disappointed with the way flipkart played with me

            The issue with mi led tv 43 inches that i have ordered through flipcart. I have received a damaged product (Oct 11) through gati services. When i asked for a replacement but wish master (Ekart) they are not giving the product and not even willing to take the damaged product which got it from flipkart. Why there is so much delay in it, it’s been crossed already 28 days i have received the product from flipkart. Nothing was happened? Initially they said replacement is possible and they postponed it and finally said product is not available and failed to keep up the promise later on they told now refund is available for the same. Damaged product is still with me only, they are not even picking the product as well. Every time they are giving the deadline and they are not keeping their words. Every time it’s a big melodrama

            I wish that i had never bought any of the products from flipkart.

            At the end now they are saying to contact mi nothing can be done from their end and mi said nothing from their end.

                I ordered two products (Wrangler sweatshirt and hdd cover) with the order number od[protected] and the hdd cover was delivered on 29oct.
                However, online system is showing that i received both products.
                I contacted flipkart customer representative regarding this issue.
                However, every time they are asking for 24/48 hours but with no results.
                And this is the fourth time they are doing the same thing.

                I trusted flipkart and paid all the money while booking because of your trust in product delivery.
                I am wasting my time everyday in chasing your customer representatives just because of my trust!!

                If you can, please look at the issue and help me to get the refund.

                    In diwali offer i buy a product at ₹9899. Without contacting me they cancelled my order, when i contact flipkart they suggest me to reorder same product which is now at ₹13499. I said them that i haven't cancelled my order but they are falling to provide me proper service.
                    When i ordered my product then expected delivery date was 7th nov 2019 but today 8th nov 2019 they cancelled my order with contacting me today i called flipkart helpline number they said that delivery boy called you but your number was unreachable. I said i have given alternate number he can call me on another number, they unable to give perfect reason for cancellation my order. They only say reorder same product at₹13499. They only cheat us. I said them provide me same order at ₹9899 but they said you have to but at current rate that is ₹13499. Please help

                        I ordered jbl headphone from flipkart order id od[protected] which have to deliver on 30 oct 2019. I paid the money by debit card, on 30th oct my flipkart account shows your order is delivered but i was not received order even the courier boy was not call me for the parcel and the courier boy delivered the parcel to another person in my pg and not checked the adhar card of that person for security. I contact flipkart for this issue and they given me time for solving issue to 6th oct i waited for that time and then they increase the time period to 6 to 7 oct then i again waited but after 7th oct they are misbehaving with me and and response to my issue. And saying that issue is unresolved.. My money is wasted on flipkart

                          My brother order an apple watch from flipkart but when i have opened the box it is empty box recived and clicked some pics of the box recived from the courier boy it is damaged because i have trust on flipkart i recived the package but flipkart done fraud with when i call the customer care of flipkart they placed a wrong return request and replacement could not recived me yet when i call the flipkart again they said that you have cancel this return request and call back after 24 hours but now its about 8 days but my issue is not resolve yet

                            I regularly buy products from flipkart and i generally received them at more or less delivery date. But since october 2019, my every order get cancelled 5-10 seconds after placing it. The only information i got is that - "your order has cancelled due to quantity restrictions placed by the seller"
                            Why is this happening??? Please solve the problem...

                                I have ordered 8g gold coin & recieved 5g and there's no returns applicable, contacted to flipkart they taken request and next day cancelled that refund request and directly blocked my account and around 3000 something available on flipkart gift card wallet and around 8 to 9 thousand prepaid order still not delivered as the account was blocked i can't access anything, i dont know even that what will happen now with my prepaid orders and 3000 gift card wallet and the product will be return and will get refund of that or not.
                                Whenever i tried to contact customer support they are telling that they cant tell any thing they only take complain and forward to concern team but they never contacted me with a proper genuine reason that y they have blocked the account. They always reply same message in my mail that your request cancelled your account was blocked because of high returns and i always reply that check that again i haven't return more items out of 50 only 2 to 5 if size or product not upto the mark. As per my view they have blocked me because the customer cant raise a request again regarding that gold coin. One type of fraud before, they are launching many schme like plus customer and supercoin but if customer try to avail the service they directly block the account. This is not the proper way if customer get faulty product and request to return they simply blocking the account.

                                I want that Flipkart account as my big appliances invoice was also there which i need for future warranty claim if needed please refund my gold coin amount and pickup that 5g coin and any how unblock my account as i have not returned that much product that can be counted as high return and which cause account blocking

                                  Sir, main flipkart ka customer hu maine [protected] number se account rakha hai..
                                  Maine beete 6th-october ko ek htc ka mobile mangwaya tha. Lekin, mobile ke box mein mujhe data cable, charger and back cover mila lekin, mobile nahi mila.
                                  Maine kuchh logon se discuss ki to logon ne suggest kiya ki different product bat ka headphone mila hai bol karke complaint kar dijiye jab courier pick-up wala aayega to jo chiz (Data cable, charger and cover jo box me tha) mila hai return kar dena ho jayega..
                                  First time mere saath aisa hua hai is wajah se maine suggestion maan karke waisa hi kiya lekin, mere complaint ko cancel kar diya gayaa..
                                  Aur tabse lekarke ab tak main baar-baar complaint kar rahaa hu.
                                  Main complaint badal bhi di i mean jo chiz mili hai maine wo bhi bataayee to bhi mujhe replacement ya refund nahi diya gayaa hai.
                                  Kindly mujhe replacement karwa karke mobile ke saath product deliver karwa dein ya phirr refund karwa dein.

                                    Order was placed on 1st august 2019 and payment was made at the time of placing order. After postponing delivery date several times final update on flipkart's site is showing delivered (On november 5th), but i have not received it. I tried complaining through the portal, but they have not sent any acknowledgement, and my review of the product has been deleted by flipkart.
                                    So i have made payment, but not only was there inordinate delay regarding delivery date (3 months) but finally i have not received the product and flipkart is telling me i have received the product without offering any proof of delivery + not acknowledging my complaints.

                                        My cancelled order for a pack of guitar strings of ₹340 has not been refunded which was due 30th october 2019. It says there that it has been credited to my account (Phonepe) which hasn't been done but in the next sentence it says to contact the bank with reference number p1910182141330300908697. Which bank do i contact. The amount hasn't been refunded to my bank account as well.
                                        I have gone through my account statement of the last month like 10 times but nope, it isn't there as well. I'm just a student, it's not a big amount but instead of loosing that money i'd rather donate it teamtrees.
