29 oct i orderedproduct is received 5oct damage so i can
Request for refund for 6 oct & my refund approved on 9 oct. Then after they provide me pick up date of 19 oct but no one come for pick up then after they provide me date & date but not providing me proper resolution today is 2 november it's take one month's process they provide me only date my order id-od[protected] & return i'd is[protected] please help me i'm going to depression & mentally harrassement by flipkart

    I am so disappointed with your service, without any reason you blocked my account ([protected]) and have to failed to resolved the problem and your representative, ms roshni, i call these lady on 02/11/2019 at 1:16pm and i requestaed again and again to transfer my call to senior person but she hold my call for 30 minutes and cut the call without any information
    I also complaint for blocked my account on 01/11/2019 against reference no-in[protected] but not resolved yet.
    I request you to take a strict action against ms. Roshni, so she will know that time is most valuable for every one & she do not repeat the same mistake in future & i will also want to know what the action you take against ms roshni

      I'v ordered vivo z1 pro mobile on 23rd october.. And that evning in my flipkart app there are showing online payment option.. The screen shot is attached. What is that shows... There after i paid 12990 rs by google pay.. Money debited from my account but in the flipkart app there are showing cash on dilivery... But may money didn't return back... My expected dilivery date is 26 october... I paid money by upi... So how can i pay cash on dilivery.. For your help more details i'v write down and attached some screenshots...in google pay app transection details are showing that flipkart has recieved money.. Plz help aa soon as possible

        Not delivering my product. Customer center is not giving proper response keeps on disconnecting the call. Every time they come up with a different reasons for not delivering the product. It has reached my nearest hub 2 days ago. No delivery attempts have been made. I didn't get any call from delivery partner. And the delivery is shown as failed. They are not providing any details about the delivery partner. I've been complaining since 3 days but no progress. Very careless behavior. And this is happening with every order placed. They never give delivery on time. The customer support is of no help. It's useless as they will simply ask u to wait for ur order to get delivered. This is the only solution they have.

          I am rohi kumar sahu and my registerd number is [protected] and my concern about my product name is ‘nikon 5600d dslr comera for this product i am continusly calling to customer care from the date of delivery of my item they have just taking return request later on it is cancel sometime even they don’t understand what exactly my query atleast try to understand take correct return request for wrong request also one time return request is cancelled
          Everyday i am calling but they are simply saying that give us 48 to 72hrs we will resolve your problem but still no responce from the team they are saying that we are taking a request for return and you will get a refund or else replacement but now i want my money i don’t want any replacement they simply saying
          Soon you wll get a call back from the team but they are just giving me wrong promises till now i just belive on flipkart and you customer service is very bad i have been experience very bad the call center every time when ever i call they just giving me an instruction to wait for 48 to 72hr what is this i have been paid huge amount for my item and they have been taken return request and saying 72hr you will get a call after 72hr you people are just rejecting my return request what it is happen when i given 4times return request all 4 times return reuest is cancelled from your side now i want my money i dont want your incomplete product still my problem is not yet resolved today i am here this is the last escalation desk so thats why now i am here kindly refund my money and take your item back and resolve my problem as soon as possible just call me please on my registerd number or else you can contact me
          On my alternative number and pleas check properly its really disappointed me almost 20days over and still my issue is not get resolved kindly resolve my issue soon.

                I booked a product which number is [protected].The delievery agent made call and asked extra Rs 40/- for product. But when I did not agree he called me his office. I could not go to his office . So he did not come my house with the product and returned the product.The delivery agent behaved me very rudely. I want that product.

                  I order redmi 8 on oct 17 11.17 a. M i ordered through cash on delivery and i paid through google pay on that time there was a technical issue of sending money few days the money was send to flipkart i received the order through cash i also contacted google pay and bank and also complaint to upi they says the money was received by flipkart yes bank day by day but no updates no resolution came from flipkart kindly refund the amount i waited for more than 12 days

                    1. I'm working in Chennai and my native place is vaniyambadi, Vellore district.
                    2. I ordered Nokia 8.1 mobile on 22.10.2019 to my home address and paid amount RS 13499 through SBI debit card
                    3. I received message from Flipkart that my product will delivered by 26.10.2019
                    4. On 24.10.2019 I got call from Flipkart office and the delivery boy told me where I have to deliver your product. Then I told to delivery boy keep the product in Flipkart office I can't receive my product because I'm in Chennai.
                    5. But delivery boy told that product should be delivered today itself.
                    6. So I said deliver the product to my home address as mentioned in my order details.
                    7. But delivery boy refused to deliver the home address. He told service not available in your home address so I can't deliver you home address.
                    8. Then he delivered the product at one medical shop which is near to my home.
                    9. While asking the product from medical shop they told I already given that parcel to someone.
                    10. But we didn't received the product. The delivery boy not giving proper to us. The delivery boy told unstable answers.
                    11. Then I raised compliant in Flipkart but no response from them and closed my compliant without solution.
                    12. Still I didn't get any solution from Flipkart.

                      My name is shailesh maurya and i am regular customer of flipkart i was happy to be a part of flipkart family but now they showed their dirty face when i came to redeem my supercoin into shopping voucher they suspended my account on the basis of higher returns in my purchasing history which is a clean lie by their side, most of the time they cancelled my order by their own saying that limited stock availabilities etc. I want my account back or a compensation of my price.

                          I purchased a laptop which was delivered on oct 28th and the first day itself i found the laptop has a factory design issue. The ports are available on the left side and at the right side there is no option to connect you mouse and also the performance is very poor. I request to refund my money within the 10 days return policy period. I spoke to flipkart customer care and they said it is all seller policy so only replacement can be possible which i see a cheating to customer. I purchased through flipkart so flipkart should not allow any such retailer to change the return policy as per their convinient. I want to file a legal cheating case against flipkart.

                            I am a regular plus member at flipkart from a long time but am really disappointed with flipkart this time. My order id od[protected].
                            I brought a godrej 8 kg semi automatic top load white (Ws 800 pds) on 04/10/2019 flipkart's trust but they sent me a different model godrej 8 kg semi automatic top load white (Ws 800 pd), i tried to return it but they are not accepting returns, instead they are offering replacement, but after contacting many times they refused to refund. I did contact flipkart customer care many times but they hung up on me..

                            Kindly do the needful asap.

                                I have placed an order dated 26th october 19 for the carmate leatherite 7d mat for maruti suzuki swift dzire worth of cost 4501 inr. It was assured to me that the delivery date was 4th of november 19.

                                I was expecting the delivery for the same date. But suddenly the order was cancelled from seller side for which flipkart has informed that they are not responsible for such cases.

                                I understand that in an online shopping while placing an order flipkart team is following a supply chain management system which intimates the end customer of the correct date of packing, dispatch, courier pickup, in transit and final delivery date. If this is the case then flipkart team is responsible for the delivery cancellation and they shall be responsible for giving me the improper information of delivery.

                                It is a clear case of cheating 420 where they have promised to deliver the item and have not done so. They have kept the amount of 4501/- for about 7 days with them and returning the same with a reason of cancellation at their own decision. It is a loss of interest amount for a week for the end customer.

                                Being an end customer and amount payee for the item, i was not at all informed about reason for the cancellation. Flipkart is using the money of the end customers and retaining the same for some time and returning the amount back. I request to kindly review the above case for possible justice.

                                  Hello respected sir/ madam,
                                  We have ordered 2 aurelia kurta & 1 w brand kurta on 20th oct.
                                  As per their schedule it supposed to reach us by 22nd oct.

                                  After the long follow ups on 28th we came to know that item was delivered to some unknown person with the fake signature. We surprised how these people can deliver to unknown people without our knowledge... Even no calls from the team???
                                  The complaint for the same was done on 28th to flipkart team, till today we wrote a mail - 6 times, called more than 13 times. But the team still not responding/replying. Many times they are disconnecting the call as they cannot answer our questions. It shows flipkart is cheating to customers.

                                  They can easily track with delivery guy mobile no in one day & ask for where is dispatched, but taking more than week time we are doubting on flipkart that they 100% cheating to the customer.

                                  Pls note: the amount was already paid for all the items.

                                    I ordered during dasara. At first, they said it will take longer to delivery as their are many orders. Later, one day after so 20+ days i received a msg that delivery failed and asked to call the delivery agent and provided a number. When i called that delivery agent denied having order under my name and area. Later, i received same order failed msgs without any calls from them. So, i requested pickup from office near my area. The next day i received a msg that they cancelled my order. I approached their customer service, that person didn't give proper answer.

                                      My flipkart account has been blocked 20 days back from then i'm contacting their customer service but they haven't unblocked my account. They said the reason that you made many returns so we blocked your account. They've to warn me before blocking then i'll be aware of it but they had blocked my account without any intimation
                                      I'm a loyal flipkart plus member and using the same account from past 3 years
                                      So please do the justice for me

                                        Return zebronics spekaer around 25-oct but flipkart didnt accept return and blocked my account, saying unusual high number of retuns.

                                        Total number of item recieved from aug -83 out of which return 13.

                                        Out of 13 item returned 10 item was parker vector pen whose body color should be blue but recieved different color and design as shown in pic and every time seller send the wrong.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        if your seller send me wrong item than i should return it, when i will return your system detect high number of return.

                                        And i had made 3 times online complaint for the wrong product delivered to me again and again.

                                        Then where is my fault and why my account is blocked.

                                        The return is of a particular item (i.e. Parker vector Blue body color pen) from all the product i purchased.
