I have ordered a sleepx mattress (A product of sleepwell) through flipkart on 1 october 2019.
Order id - od[protected]
Order date - 1/october/2019
Scheduled delivery date - 15/october/2019

The product has not been delivered till now (November 6) and neither they are cancelling product.
The customer service employee says that they cant help me and it may take few months for delivery and i cant cancel the product also.
They have kept my money and now they do not wnat to give it back.

I have called there customer care service for atleast 15 times and they are keep telling me to wait fr 24 to 48 our since last month, there is no help provided to me through customer care and whenever i call them, i register a complaint and whenever i call them next time they tell me that there is no previous complaint regarding the product

    Led shipped from gati courier[protected] and delivery date was 14 10 2019 and i was received on 17 october. On 19oct, a person named vinod bansal came from jeeves for installation and demo. When he opened the led for installation, the entire panel of that led was cracked. He took his picture and forwarded his complaint on his behalf. Then he said that i have forwarded the complaint. Talk to the customer care at your end. And they will give you the new led provided. After that i called mi customer care and told them all my problems, they said that if you have booked through flipkart, then they will provide you the new led. After that, i called the customer care of flipkart and told them all their problems. They said that you should be assured that your complaint has been forwarded from here. You will get a solution as soon as possible and they gave me a date on the 23rd that a technician will come on this day and he will visit. But no one came that day, so i called customer care again and they gave me the next date on the 27th. Even if no one came that day, i called again, so they said you can rest assured that your led will pick up on 4th november. And by the 10th, you will be given a new led. But no one came to pick up even on the 4th, so i called him again today on the 5th, so he said that you can rest assured that your complaint has been forwarded. We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 08 nov, 3:00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
    I have been very upset for a month, but i have not found any solution yet. These are being increased on every date and i cannot find any solution for this. Please i hope to exchange my id as soon as possible. Now the limit has been reached, now i have to find some other way, or i am going to register the complaint in the consumer court. I am very upset.. If you can't change led give me my money back. Either solve this problem as soon as possible

        Order id - od[protected] this is my order i'd. I have ordered item on 19th oct 19, it showed the delivery date as 23rd oct. Still didn't recieve my item. Its been many days. I have raised a complaint and no one resolved yet nor responded. Even when i contacted, flipkart cs said that i'll get a resolving mail to my registered mail. But no response. I have been contacting them daily sir but they are responding with the same phrase that i'll get a confirmation mail or call. But i didn't. Everyday they are saying to wait for 23 hours. Its been days i am waiting. But no response. Cs is saying me to talk to retailer. As i have order it from flipkart site why should i beg retailer to send my item. Its all their responsibility. They are not responding to my complaints also. And i even didn't have access to cancel my order. So please help me to get confirmation mail clearly about my order. Or do help to cancel order and initiate refund. I even wrote them that i'm gonna complaint to consumer court. Still no response. I didn't expect this from flipkart. Please help me in getting refund or the product sir.

            I booked a iphone from flipkart first time the delievery is failed bcoz i am not there onthat time so i got option from flipkart that i[censored] want to redelievery attempt so click here and i click that optiona. After some days when tracking my order i got a message that its deliever so ask to customer care they said to me that they will investigate tge issue but till now they are giving me date after and not resolving the issue and they dont even helping me.

                First of all i didnt expected i face a situation like this with flipkart and to be frank am a very prestige customer to flipkart my whole purchases in flipkart worth around 4, 00, 000/- worth of purchases i did till now in flipkart and i too finally landed here to raise a consumer complaint against them...

                Few months ago flipkart with his third party finance provider kissht gave me a cardless credit amount equal to 60, 000/- and i used that credit many times for emi options also... This option enabled to my flipkart account around september or october in 2018 from then i used option many times for many purchases and i am sure i paid all payments in time.. Just yesterday when i opened cibil report in cibil.com this kissht loan account also appeared i bit scared after seeing this in cibil report and i am bit worried whether i did paid all my previous monthly cardless credit bills or not... So i just started checking for those transactions in flipkart account i am able to see only flipkart paylater transactions only but not those cardless credit transactions from october 2018 to october 2019

                So i called flipkart customer care service for this cardless credit statement previous year and this year their answer is you need to contact kissht as it is your lender and i contacted kissht customer support they are saying that you need to contact only flipkart...???

                What is this?
                Did i asked you to implement cardless credit option to me???
                You only gave that feature right??
                If you cant maintain the data why to introduce bloody idiotic services for publicity???

                Now i want that previous statement of my cardless credit because i need to check my payment dates whether i did the payments in time or not because kissht is updating all this data to cibil credit report as it will impact my future for loan processing i need to check my loan data and i have a right to ask my statement for any period it is your responsibility to maintain the data...

                    My flipkart account has been blocked, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

                    Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

                    I am always tell you to unblock my account so that i can pay, this is not my fault as my account has been blocked and I'm not able to pay, i am ready to pay, no legal action will be taken because its not fault in any way, i am ready to pay the cardless credit due amount, you people are not ready to accept my payment .

                      I received 128GB scandisk pendrive from Flipkart on 05th October, 2019 and suddenly on 31st October, 2019 stopped working "write protected error"
                      On the basis of warranty I called up scandisk customer care but they straight away denied to accept product post-verified serial number.Still I was having trust on Flipkart that's why sent mail with Scandisk pendrive photo to reconfirm and finally they replied that it's a fake product and we cannot accept.When I raised my issue to Flipkart they are saying neither we replace 128GB scandisk pendrive nor refund even if it is fake/duplicate because your 10days replacement policy is over.

There is no other terms I am gonna keep with flipkart. I already suggest everyone not to buy any thing from flipkart as you all treat customers very badly.                               As i complained earlier flipkart has been blocked my account and telling reason as i'm a reseller... As i said earlier i am not a reseller you can check my orders where its delivered and flipkart's cardless credit payment still 4500 something pending, if my account is blocked i'm unable to make payment, that's why i am requesting to flipkart to unblock my account. If i'm not make payment before 15th november 2019, there is fine and my credit score will be down, if such things are happens only flilkart will be responsible for that, i'm just noticing to flipkart

                                  I have a flipkart account with email - [protected]@gmail.com. I was ysung that account from 7 years and flipkart blocked my account for no reason. At the time they blocked my account there as around 1000 rs due in my flipkart paylater. Since they blocked my account i was unable to pay the amount. They made me a defaulter for no reason. Now i get calls from different different numbers to pay the amount. Someone gives whatsapp details, bank details to pay which i dont feel safe. I just want that flipkart restore my account so that i am able to pay the due amount.

                                    An amount of 5993 was paid twice on 6th october against my pay later dues.
                                    I have been complaining since then no body has provided any solution regarding refund of my money extra paid. I am fed calling them everyday and have decided to lodge a complain in consumer forum. I want a solution for this since one month i am feeling harassed. Please do something so that my money gets refunded at earliest.

                                      This is in relation to order id od[protected]Screenshot attached) placed on october 2, 2019 (Flipkart homes wardrobe) for which i have paid rs. 12366 on the same date. The order was delivered to my premise on october 16, 2019. From october 17, 2019 to october 25, 2019 we have made call to jeeves/flipkart customer service team on daily basis requesting the installation of the wardrobe, however what we got was just false commitments and nothing else. No service installation attempt was made at all. Every day from october 17, 2019 to till date, i have wasted 45 mins/day speaking to your flipkart customer care.
                                      On october 26, 2019 i made it clear that installation of the same shall not be done and i will go for refund only as i had waited for more than stipulated time and an inordinate delay of installation time had already passed. Your customer care team has been confirming to me every day since october 26, 2019 that return pickup shall be completed within next 24 hours and refund shall be processed post pickup of the cargo.
                                      Finally, on november 2, 2019, your floor manager by name of aditya narayan, has confirmed that pickup shall be done within next 24 hours and provided us with the complaint no. - in[protected]. Also, i had informed him, based on his confirmation of return pickup, we are placing fresh order with amazon for the wardrobe and he agreed that the pickup shall be done within 24 hours surely.
                                      Now, still return pick up as on date is not done and my amazon cargo is expected to reach to me tomorrow. Please note i do not have space to accomodate both the wardrobes cargos and have to dispose the flipkart goods if not picked up within tomorrow eod. Hence, let me know whether you interested to take the product back or not and by when my money shall be refunded back to me. If refund is got provided to me within next 24 hours, we shall be bound to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company at your own sole costs.
                                      Meanwhile writing to this email, i got call from [protected] asking why i has raised complaint against flipkart homes product and used dirty slang language which is not at all accepted. If stringent action is not taken and i do not get an apology from the concerned flipkart staff on personal basis, be rest assured we shall take this matter to the courts. We have recorded the call for our records.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                        From last 20 days flipkart is not delivering my product. My camel wax crayons extra long with order id od[protected] is still pending for delivery. I ordered on 4ht october and they promised to deliver on 15th october but calling many times and email still they are not even bother to call me or deliver my product. Every time they said your number is not reachable and after 24 to 48 hours we will call you. Now it's 20 days passed doing this.
