This is regarding one of the product i purchased on flipkart.
I purchased a jbl t450bt bluetooth headphone and i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, so i raised a return request.
Flipkart sent a technician to check the product and the return request got cancelled without any proper justification. When i called the flipkart customer care thet asked me to raise another return request. So raised it again. Again the technician came to check and said he will update the reason and customer not satisfied with the quality. This time the return request got accepted.
But the person from flipkart came on weekend to pick the product (As i had given my office address). I told the person ots a holiday, so he said he will come on next working day. Later when i checked the flipkart app, the same return request was rejected saying 'not able to pick the item'. When i called the customer care again they said logistics has updated as item mis-match from customer side, when in reality i never met the pick up executive. When i asked the customer care to check why have they update wrong information, he said he cannot check that. And asked me to again raise a return request.
Still no justification has been given about why wrong information was updated and why the pick up was not tried again.

For every question the customer care executives are just making things up.
Till now return request has been raised 3 times and also had 3 techninician visits. I am raising this issue here as i have got fed up with the attitude of flipkart's customer care executives.

Forgot to mention. one customer care executive said the logistics has updated as item mis-match from customer is the reason the return request got rejected. when i called them again some other customer care executive said the pick up person will try to pick up only once and that is the reason the return request got cancelled. two diiferent executive gave me two different reason for the cancellation.

You just writing whatever has been asked of you. I would ask you to read my complaint again till the end. The second return request was accepted after techinician visit as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. Also the pick up was arranged on weekend when my office is closed. Instead to trying again it was cancelled. One executive told me over the call that item mis-match which basically means i have changed the item while returning. Other executive gave me the reason that the pick is tried only once in case of return. If it is not playing around then what else is it? Flipkart delivery is very slow..even when the Flipkart messages that your product will be delivered today than when we contact to the delivery boy, he says that he is not able to deliver today . In this way my order is delayed by 3 days . He daily make excuses of not delivering today...please take some action on it..

      I have ordered samsung s9+ mobile on october 3rd on emi basis with an offer on the occassion of dusherra and the promised date of delivery was on october 14th. But it's got postponed to 18th oct and then to 22nd and then to 24th and then to 26th and then to 30th october as they have some logistic issues. And today flipkart customer care person called me and asking me to cancel my product without any reason.

      And also he said they don't provide any compensation for delay and the tax+gst that cost for my emi with bank. I didn't cancel my product. And they even disconnecting my calls without providing proper solution to the issue i have raised.

      Please help me in getting resolve this issue.

      Today evening i have called to your customer care. You people said i have to cancel my order without any other option.
      I will cancel my order. But who will pay the GST+Taxes that bank charged for me on the EMI i have scheduled?
      And you people said, not provide any taxes that i paid to bank and no compensation for the delay because of your mistake for i paid and you people won't give you the same offer to place order again and most importantly for the mental frustrationthat i have gone through these long days waiting for the order?

      Who will responsible for all this. Cheating people and not giving proper details is this the work you people doing?
      You have ruined my Diwali which i planned to spent with family Hapily and i have canceled tickets three times that booked to go home town.

      You people cheated your beloved customer. This is the final purchase i order from your store. You people killed the faith that customers kept on you.

I had purchased thomson ud9 102cm (40 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Rs.18, 098 after discount), order id: od[protected] from flipkart by online, seller was omnitech retail, order date:[protected]. Flipkart sent defective product. Technician sent a report to the company as well as i sent. Flipkart response to replacement of a new tv and issue a new date for pickup till 22 oct, but picked up on 23 oct after too many calls. Now they canceled return and replacement. No refund of the amount yet. The current price of tv is the hike in thousands. So if flipkart refunds my amount it should be current price of the tv.

        I requested to you please do needful to the above said complaint.

          I bought a item from flipkart rs. 279 on 24.10.19, i made a payment via google pay.
          Money was deducted from my account and transaction was successful. But flipkart showing payment failure.
          Already talked with google pay and icici bank, both screenshots are attached.
          3 time called customer care, no solution offered.

          Such a disturbing behavior from flipkart.

            This is to inform you that i have received a wrong product by flipkart during big billion days offer... Also the delivery is delayed by its expected delivery date... I had a conversation with the customer executives for exchange but there is no such options... Actually, i had placed an order in an offer... What flipkart used to do is they packed very different product and does not let me avail that offer... If it is their mistake, they will have to make an exchange... But they refuse to make an exchange and suggest me to return product and order again in a high price... My concern is that if they are not capable of giving offer, why they cheat customers on the name of big billion days?? Receiving a wrong product is not my fault so why should i pay now higher price for the same product?? They need to make a compensation of providing me same product with same price... Also i have requested for the same... But no any resolution provided to me by flipkart...

                I have order vico v15 on 15-oct and it has to delivery on 19-oct but till 25-oct it is no delivery. I have called to flikart so many time there not able to give the information and they tell it will come on 22-oct after 24-oct. I was waited t ill 25-oct no body as resoling my issue so i have cancelled my order, they told it will refund more than 15-day but that also not sure. They did fraud transaction with customer money and not able to resolve the thing. Please anyone help how to raise the complaint on the same to get my money 14500/-

                      Flipkart is having worst service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.
                      I had ordered one product and there was delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing delivery delyed. Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team. I raised one more complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancle the order.
                      Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they dinied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.
                      Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these frontend, backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.

                        I had a due of amount 3266₹ on flipkart pay later.

                        I paid that due amount on 8/10/19 2:03pm.

                        My two orders got cancelled of which i had already escalated an issue with flipkart's support team.

                        Now, i should get refund of those two orders.

                        But, instead flipkart is asking me to pay 2172₹ which is incompressible to me.

                        I have talked with countless of their representatives and everyone assures me that they will resolve this but it gets nowhere after the call ends and everytime they have the same excuse that they couldn't reach me. Ofcourse i am not able to pickup your call in the middle of the day.

                        They've blocked my account and on top of that this messages, emails and calls about the unpaid due amount which i've already paid feels like i'm being harassed.

                        Is flipkart doing this intentionally with multiple people to earn additional profit?! Not an accusation just a thought.

                        Can anybody tell what steps can i take from here to solve this issue?

                        I have them the transaction id's multiple times as well.

                        One thing I am not hoping for is another conversation with your executive because even after sharing entire thing multiple times I've explain everything from the beginning.

                              I had ordered realme xt 8gb 128gb variant mobile (Order id - od[protected] from flipkart.

                              Received it on 3rd october 2019, on inspection i found that the in display finger print sensor was defective and i raised a return request that day itself. The technicians who visited me for verification at the time of visit say that they could see that the defect existed but after they leave i get the update that "return request has been cancelled as issue is resolved and customer happy"

                              My return request was rejected 8 times. Flipkart initiated 7 tech visit, they had completed 3 tech visits (Done by jeeves consumer services pvt ltd) and for the remaining 4 no one showed up (Each tech visit expiry period is 72 hrs ie 3 days and thus in total for 12 days i was given false update that they would visit me causing me serious time loss), and for the 3 tech visits completed all of them gave false updates that the issue was resolved. On the last tech visit done on 27 the oct i received mail that the return has been rejected even before the technician submitted his inspection report to the main office in bangalore i. E they rejected my request before receiving an update from the technician. It's 30th oct today 27th day from date of delivery which is way more than the promised 10 day replacement guarantee.

                              I had raised a return request within 10 days of purchase(on the same day of purchase) as the product was defective which makes me eligible for a replacement.

                              The technicians gave false updates that the issue has been resolved as the defect was never resolved, the issue is a hardware issue for which the entire display needs to be replaced which is a major part of the phone. I don't want a defective product as I had raised a genuine replacement request with the prescribed timeline. The technician/the Jeeves consumer services giving Flipkart false updates points to your inefficiency to delegate the tech visit to a credible team. Denying me of replacement would be a clear violation of the policy promised by Flipkart amounting to fraud.

                                I have ordered a redmi note 7s from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 7779 on 30 sep 2019. Because of the some issue, i didn't like the product and cancelled it. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 8th oct."i waited till now but didn't get the money refund from my bank account. I only got rs. 100 on 10 oct. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. I called to indusind customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system. Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they gave me reference no which is for only 100/- rs of payment. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They told me as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.
                                I again called to indusind customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but bank guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 23-digits arn number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any arn number. After that indusind guys told me to forward the mail which i had received from flipkart.com and told me to wait for 24hrs.
                                I forwarded that mail to indusind bank cc and received a mail from them stating that bank has not received any refund from the merchant flipkart.com. They said me to contact to flipkart.com.
                                I again called them and this time they did not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com's end.

                                I had already checked the account statement what ARN No you give that is only for the 100 rs transaction, no other amount reflect in my account, i checked it with my bank also, i personally visit my bank to clear all that, i sent you my statement also, kindly you do the same how you transfer the rest of money, take statement of your seller also and show the proof of transaction then i will definitely go to the bank's grievance cell. do the needful ASAP

                                Bank always denied ARN number against rs 7699 what you give us, kindly contact with your seller who transfer the money in which mode and clear that matter plzzzz

I have wait continues dates 18 to 22 but no person call to me no I have cal flipkart 22 to 26 date continue daily he was say wait sir wait sir person will be coming and pick up ur item telling. Then suddenly 26/1019 the item was cancelled on flipkart side I have to call flipkart 26th he will say wait sir on or before 30/1019 telling. totally flipkart was saying in fraud answer to me please sallow my problem sir.

                                    By flipkart account is blocked without any prior information. And a sum of pay later amount ia due. The due date is 10th november 2019. I ready to pay the ampunt as i have a very regilar cuatomer and have never failed in paying the dues. Unblock my acc or make provisions of making the paeny asap. I am not responsible for any legal actions if taken.

                                      Please check order no on attached photos. I sent return request because of quality issues and faulty item. Flipkart has closed that request without any intimation saying they are not able to reach or search my home, though flipkart has delivered 15 items on same address....

                                      I had ordered a home edge bellance solid wood queen bed with online payment of rs 18, 199/-
                                      Delivery was scheduled between 08:00 am - 09:00 pm on oct 18th
                                      Since the 21st of october i am calling up to inquire about the bed but all that customer support tells me is the concerned team is working on it.
                                      They have not given me a resolution or any update about where my bed is or when it woild be delivered and installed.
                                      Nothing about the money i have paid aswell.
                                      It's been more than 10 days since the promised delivery date.
                                      I am very upset with flipkart service and thier customer support handicapped too unable to provide any information.
