I purchased mobile black shark 2. I used my poco f1 exchange buyback grantee for 8400/- (Which i purchased earlier).
Courier person did not deliver the mobile they say customer not available.
But they supply accessory which i ordered with this mobile.
I lost cheap mobile offer i waited for year and i lost poco f1 buyback grantee along with cheap mobile offer due to courier person mistake.
Now i am getting less buyback value and costly mobile.
I purchased buyback guarantee product which i am not getting buy flipcart due to flip-cart courier person mistake

    I cancelled my lg television pn 30th of oct they told me that on 5th of nov u will get ir refund but i didn’t and told me 7th of nov is the maximum date u will get ur refund but still i didn’t get my refund now i call him and and they now told me that ur refund problem will be solved on 10th on nov they are increasing my refund amounts date so please refund my amount asap.

        I order redmi note 7 pro nebula red 4gb ram on 3rd october and its actual delivery date given by flipcart is 13th october but its 7th november and its not came.. When i call custometer care that time executive always said to me u reciive your order today at 3pm like that.. Your product is in nearest hub and when i am going to my nearest hub ecomexpress that time they people said that u wait for some time i will check and after that they tell to me at 19th october delivery boy go for out for delivery but due to some reason your order is not in your hand after next day delivery boy leave their job thats why iam unable to find your product but definatly i will deliverd your product within 24hr but still not came.. Customer care executive always tell to me our team is working on your issue they give resolution to u next day like that every day when i call but still no one can give me resolution. And now when i request for cancellation that time executive tell me please wait for next 24hr.

          This is case of cheating by flipkart in which they have picked a wrong product during return and inspite of my repeated complaints even to his ceo is not returning back my product. Order id: od[protected]. Product picked was kent egg boiler worth rs1034 against actual product - axe signature intense perfume body spray - for men worth rs 130. Their pick up agent (Mob no-[protected]) didnot revealed from which company he came for pick up and which product he wants to pick up and took away wrong product. On realising this cheating when we called him he stopped taking calls. When we filed a complaint to flipkart against the same they acknowledged their agent mistake but denied to return back my product and refunded me only rs 130. As per flipkart return policy they will refund amount once they receive original product in same packaging post verification but in this case when they realised a product worth 8 times of returned product has been received by them they cheated me by refunding amount of rs 130 without adhering to laid down policy. Actual product which was to be returned is still with me only. Post complaints their delivery agent visited my place and acknowledged the fact that he took a wrong product and same is with flipkart seller. But now they dont want to return back my product. Please take corrective action against the company and help me get my product in working condition back

            Order was placed for women kurti on oct 25th i repeated followed up with flipkart and have raised a complaint with flipkart internal ticket no in[protected], actual delivery if this product was schedule on oct 30th after raising the complaint flipkart request to wait till nov 5th, and again ask to wait tillnov 6th, upon each time calling they keep pushing the deliver dates till now they failed to deliver. This is hindering my both personal and professional life. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                I ordered a led tv of thomson from flipkart on 25 oct 2019. Was supposed to be delivered by 31 oct 2019 but it didn't. Waited and called everyday after that.                       In regards with the above order id, herewith i am attaching the following details.
                      1. My account statement
                      2. Flipkart Late Fees Calculation for pay later account
                      3. My pay later details

                      In the above order id, i did not get the refund of Rs.344 on 11/09/19. For that you have credited my paid pay later amount of month of august 2019 of Rs. 3248 to my bank account. Then on 23/09/19 you have debited the same amount from my bank. After that you have mentioned as refund completed on my flipkart account, which looks fraudulent. After many calls from my side you did not resolved my issue and not refunded my money. So i am bring to your notice the following points which suits your payment policy.

                      You should refund my amount Rs. 344 with late fees (rs.100 x 60 days till 10/11/19) of Rs. 6344 on or before 10/11/19. If fails i am not going to pay my pay later amount of Rs. 3649 of month October and going to file a case against you legally in consumer court.

                          I had ordered the captioned product from flipkart, however due size difference i requested for return pick up and refund, since i has already ordered the shoes with correct size. Despite multiple return pick up no one turned up to pick up the order, i was forced to make the payment withg the assurance that the amount would be refunded, now neither the product is getting picked up nor the amount is refunded. The product is of no use to us, since it is larger in size.

The refund amount was Rs. 449 which was for another product (denil women brown bellies) and not for Shezone bellies worth Rs.499(please check the amount properly). Do you think any seller will initiate refund without even getting the return pick up done(simple common sense).

                          There were multiple return pick up request raised by your call centre executives post 09th October. If the refund has been done prior to that why do they have re initiate the request? Why do i have to call you multiple times for this refund?

                              I have ordered the Redmi Note 7 Pro in flipkart online on date: 25.10.19 with the order ID : OD[protected] and flipkart send the message : Your Redmi note 7 pro has been shipped and will be delivered by 01.11.19.

                              DRAMA by flipkart : on Date: 02.11.19 received the message from flipkart : we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. we will resolve your problem by 06.11.19( note: i don't aware and not raised ).

                              DRAMA by flipkart : received message on 06.11.19, issue resolved : has your issue been resolved ? we hope you are happy with the resolution provided. you can manage your issue and give feedback.

                              DRAMA by flipkart : order cancelled without any information.

                              This is very irresponsible and cheating customer.
                              we are wasting time to buy online like Flipkart.
                              Need immediate positive response from flipkart CC.

We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 06 Nov 19 and it will be reflected in your bank account by 14 Nov 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

                                I Have booked the Redmi Note 7 pro mobile phone in flipkart online on date: 25.10.19, Friday - 3: 09 pm with order OD[protected] and they confirmed that order will be delivered on 01.11.19 Friday.
                                On 02.11.19 i have received message from flipkart : we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. we will resolve your problem by 06.11.19, 1:00 pm.
                                Today morning at : 03: 50 am i have received another message like: issue resolved: has your issue been resolved? we hope you are happy with the resolution provided. you can manage your issue and give feedback.

                                Another message at: 07:00 am Refund processed: The refund of Rs. 9799.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by 14.11.19.

                                This is not fair and not good service from flipkart. it is just like irresponsible and flipkart point of view customer is fool. They are not delivered order properly and without information how these fllpkart team have cancelled the my order.
                                They are wasted my time and no respect on customer who purchased the items on line.

                                I hope flipkart would be understand my issue and I wanted clear explanation and positive response from Flipkart customer care.

                                  I ordered a philips dlc2518b leather braided 1.2 m micro usb cable with order number #od[protected] on 11/3/2019 and delivered on 11/5/2019, i received seal broken condition of my order so i want to return the item but when i'm doing that it's showing my account has been blocked for doing a high number of return but i don't think so that, just pick up the item and refund the money that's all i want. Thank you

                                    I had complained to flip kart regarding my refund of a product still now those persons had not solved the issue from 2 months that's why I had not paid my paylater bill still know but no one responding can consumers compliant center can help me in this even I had posted a complaint in earlier but my issue remains same plz help me to sort this issue

                                      Dear sir/madam.. I haven't ordered any item from my account but a product has delivered to my home order with order id: od[protected]. We ordered other product, thought they delivered. But unknowingly someother product was delivered. Please check where the mistake has taken place and kindly do not repeat the same in the coming days. Seems like we are having security issues regarding our orders, address and phone numbers. We got calls from these numbers [protected], [protected] but when we called for returning the product, they are not picking the calls. How can i get my money back?

                                        I have lost my registered mobile number and want to add another number my mobile number before was [protected] which i have lost and mobile number i want to add is [protected]. The problem is basically otp i can't change my mobile number on my own coz i lost my registered mobile number. Please help me if you can if you can change my registered mobile number it will be greatfull for me
