During the limited sale period, on 16th october 2019, i got a good offer, so i ordered asics shoes for myself at a discounted price from flipkart.
I needed the shoes, and i was getting good deals everywhere. But trusting flipkart, i ordered here and meanwhile the sale was over.
I kept waiting for the order and they kept delaying it. It showed it was shipped and after i wrote to them, they assured the delayed shipment was supposed to reach me on 27th october.
After that, i kept on calling them and writing to them till date, but they keep saying wait for 24 to 48 hours, there is internal prob with courier so the order is still not delivered.
The orders i placed after this, have been delivered. Then why is only this stuck with internal problem?
It has been almost 20 days, and nobody bothers to get in touch with me. It is me who keep calling and writing in vain, with no solution.
Nobody has answer as to why the order is not being delivered, and all they say is we have escalated the issue. They don"t even get back to me on my complain themselves! I have to keep calling. I am fed up now.
20 days is a long period for an order to be delivered.
I checked on the website, the shoes are still available in my size, and i want the shoes, and i don't want the refund. Because now the price of the shoes has gone up, as the sale is over. It was"flipkart assured" so it is their responsibility to send me another pair asap. Because of flipkart, i didn't even order it from any other website during the sales. I don't deserve to bear the loss for no fault of mine.
I request you to take action, and make sure i get the order delivered and i don't have to bear any loss.
