1. I have ordered one television set from flipkart against order id no.[protected] on dt.[protected]
2. I got damaged television set on dt. 06-10-19 when i placed return request they have accepted as replacement of television.
3. Till date on 02-11-19 i didn't get replacement.
4. Because of diwali festival & i need new television set as early as possible i bought new television set.
5. Now when i ask flipkart to collect the damaged product & refund my amount they harassing me & denied for refund.
6. I continuously convincing flipkart that i have already bought new television set because of so much delay by flipkart. They are just denying for refund my amount & forcing me to take delivery of the product which they have not forwarded till date (More than 1 month completed).

Kindly help me. I am also attaching damaged product pictures which has been taken by flipkart technician.

Not getting any positive response from Flipkart. On the basis of Deficiency in Service, Delivery of Damaged & Defective Product, Harassment of Consumer, Unfriendly Customer Practices, etc. by Flipkart we have to Lodge a complaint in National Consumer Forum against Flipkart.

    I have booked an ac from flipkart via order id - od[protected] on 28th of november, 2019 and paid the entire amount of 26499 and the expected date of delivery was on 13th of october, 2019, now it is almost a month and the product is yet not delivered and every time i call them they give dates on dates and does not have a clear cut idea about the exact date of delivery. It now seems that they are doing it intentionally and they are in a state of running a fraudulent activities. There might be few other buyers who are facing the same issues. I have invested my hard earned money in that ac and the product is yet not delivered, i have been facing a lot of harassment because of this. Had i have invested the money somewhere else i would have earned an interest on it. Requesting you to help me regarding this issue.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

      Recently i have changed my mobile number to another number and so wanted to change it from flipkart to the new one but it requires otp from old number as well in flipkart but i have not the number so it unlikely impossible to get the otp from that number so i can't enter the otp from old number and that's why i am not able to update the number in flipkart. It is requested to the flipkart please provide assistance with this regard as soon as possible.

        I am unable to login into my account whenever i try to login a message appears your email id has been blocked please contact customer care. They has not even delivered my parcel and for one i was asking for return which was not in good quality there is a stain on heels but seller refuse by saying the quality was intact on the time of packaging but it is not instead of solving my issues they blocked my account they dont have management skill.. Some times i got different items and sometimes they picked up different item on behalf of something else without even checking and sometimes my items doesn't delivered to me got missed on the way and when i ask for solutions what they do is blocked your account.. Never expected this from you guys

          I ordered 72 register but 67 were delivered. I raised concerns and foolish people picked 67 register from my house and delivered 18. It's almost 15 days and i have been harassed by flipkart. Now understand that 54 piece has not been delivered. Everytime i talk to them i have to explain the issue and these fools don't have any idea what to do.

            Everytime i try to order something on flipkart, it shows that the item is "currently out of stock for my location". I checked few of the items and it shows the same error whenever i was trying to place order for those items. It happened every time. It's really very frustrating!

            It's preventing me from using the app also.
            Can this problem really be solved? Otherwise i have to uninstall the app.

                I ordered the phone (Oppo f11 pro on 3rd october 2019) in exchange plan from flipkart. When delivery boy came to me to deliver he rejected my phone, as per terms and condition of their exchange they can not reject my phone,
                Well working. If screen cracked they will reduce the value of my phone, but delivery boy was illiterate, he did not read the t & c of their exchange
                Policy, when i raised the complain to customer care they just told me to send picture of my old phone what was sent but no action taken by flipkart team and my order got cancelled.

                After that they called me to order new phone as if order cancelled, nothing is possible.

                After assurance of flipkart team, i ordered new phone (Real m x) with same exchange policy but again same incidence repeated. Flipkart delivery boy again denied to take exchange while as per their exchange policy they can not reject if i am ready to pay delta amount. I also called to their flipkart support team and they are not supportive and talking like robot.

                They engaged me for whole month and also wasted my money and time both as i paid in advance. I request you to take serious action and ask him to follow the process and policies mentioned on website.

                  Ordered fan on it nd october, 10 days delayed for delivered, after that also wrong product received, asked for replacement, then accepted to replace after 16 days means on 1 nov 2019, today is nov 1st, still product not delivered, called customer care so many times and they are giving worst responses, i lost my money and product also. Fraudulent behaviour from flipkart.

                            Hey, divyanshu sharma here, i order peter england trouser on 11 october and i received on 17th october and i received damaged product... At a time i raised return request but seller cancelled it. I raised return request more than 4 times but flipkart seller canceled it and at the end flipkart team blocked my account.
                            I want to unblock my account. Also i want to access my flipkart account so i can pay my pay later bills and emi's.

                              Hi team,

                              I am writing this to report a concern with my previous order with flipkart.

                              Ordered item: asus rog strix g core i7 9th gen - (16 gb/1 tb hdd/256 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) g531gt-al041t gaming laptop (15.6 inch, black, 2.4 kg)

                              Ordered date: sun, sep 29th '19

                              Due to network and payment issues, my order was getting cancelled and unknowingly it got placed thrice.
                              1st order - payment was not successful.
                              2nd order - order processing (Amount got deducted from bank) - od[protected]
                              3rd order - order successful and product delivered - od[protected]

                              My regsitered email id: [protected]@gmail.com

                              For an order that ideally costs 74, 389, i ended up paying 1, 48, 778.
                              However, i raised the issue with flipkart and thought the refund will be processed soon.

                              Flipkart asked 21 days to resolve the issue and i waited.

                              Flipkart opened the issue [incident: in[protected]] and till 29th october, you were giving me update saying "we are trying to resolve this issue".

                              But now, i see that:
                              1. You say we are trying to call you but couldn't connect. But i never get a call.
                              2. When i call, you always say we are looking into it and will get back shortly.
                              3. When i checked my flipkart account today, you guys completely removed the order od[protected] and the issue related to it.

                              And today when i called flipkart, the executives talking to me were saying:
                              1. Order id od[protected] doesn't exist at all. As if i made it up and am demanding a fraudulant refund
                              2. Since, the order od[protected] isn't reflecting in my application, i asked him to help me out but he talks like your money is gone and we cant help you.
                              3. I asked him to forward the concern to his higher management, but he says i wont do that.

                              What kind of customer support is this?
                              When i reachout to my bank, they say flipkart has claimed the amount and they are not liable for the refund but you guys are acting as if the order was never placed.

                              I also have the email where flipkart acknowledges the order.

                                On 23rd october my flipkart account was blocked
                                I was returning 2 saree because there quality was not good but my return request was not accepted and then i requested for return several times but every time my request was not accepted and after 1 day my account was blocked.

                                I contacted the costumer service several time but no response was given to me.

                                  Greetings for the day!

                                  Today after shopping in flipkart for last 4-5yrs. I am realy disappointed in the way my last complaint is dealt with. I order one product with order number - od[protected]. Order was done on 12th oct with a prepaid amount of 673inr. The assured delivery date was 19th oct (Saturday). But nobody came for delivery on 19th. 20th oct i received an sms stating that my order has been successfully delivered. Nobody came for delivery on 20th oct 2019 (Sunday). I called up customer care and complained for the same, but till date no one was able to give me a helpful solution. Everyday my complaint is showing as resolved. I call up everyday and reopen my complaint. Customer care executives (Nearly 30-40 executives) assured me that i would get a refund from seller. Till date i did not receive any refund. I feel like flipkart stole my money. The logistic partner (Ecom express) does not have any details of the delivery agent. They even do not have any consignee sign or name available with them. I am feed up calling flipkart everyday and telling each agent the entire story.

                                  Hope to get a fruitful reply from your end. Otherwise i will have no options but deal legally and penalise flipkart.

                                    When paying my flipkart pay later bill on sep 30 2019, rs 2082 got debited from my account and was credited to flipkart website. But the amount has not still reflected in their portal and all my complaints are treated with very badly.
                                    They just raise tickets but never has provided solution till date.
                                    Attaching the tickets raised with flipkart and the message showing amount debited from my bank account.
                                    Please help me.

                                      I had ordered a REALME XT worth 18999/- from Flipkart. I chose to made payment through Phonepe upi . I made a successful payment of 18999/- through Phonepe but even after payment the payment status at Flipkart portal did not update. I called customer care at Flipkart, they informed me that they had not get Payment yet.
                                      Later on, I contacted Phonepe, they informed that payment is successfully done to Merchant.

                                        I ordered a prestige popular 2 l, 3 l, 5 l pressure combo order id od[protected] on 29-sept-2019 price-1799 from flipkart. It got delivered to me on 7th-oct-2019.

                                        When i open the delivered package. The bottom parts of 3 litre and 5 litre pressure cooker missing. Also cooker vessels, handles were missing. I only got 2 litre pressure cooker and top part of 3l cooker.

                                        I filed a complaint against it to flipkart customer care on 7th-oct-2019. They initiated the return process but no one came for pick up and return got cancelled by them.

                                        I again filed a replacement request with replacement id:
                                        [protected]. But that also got cancelled, no one came for pick up.

                                        I again filed a return request and refund with refund id:
                                        [protected]. But that also got cancelled, no one came for pick up.

                                        I again filled a return request and refund with refund id:
                                        [protected]. But that also got cancelled no one came for pick up.

                                        [protected]. But that also got cancelled, no one came for pick up.

                                        Now i got a mail regarding my concerns from flipkart saying
                                        """we’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id od[protected] with the product being intact."""

                                        I got the product with missing parts, that is useless to me. How can they confirm that it was intact, i am the eye witness of missing part.

                                        Please look into the issue and help me get the refund back of 1799 rupees.

                                        hi Navin, sorry to see the fraud Flipkart did to you ? May I know what steps you took to get this resolved
                                        I am facing same issue from Flipkart where I ordered for a SONY TV instead received a fake product and now they have declined to refund saying delivery was intact.
