During the limited sale period, on 16th october 2019, i got a good offer, so i ordered asics shoes for myself at a discounted price from flipkart.

I needed the shoes, and i was getting good deals everywhere. But trusting flipkart, i ordered here and meanwhile the sale was over.

I kept waiting for the order and they kept delaying it. It showed it was shipped and after i wrote to them, they assured the delayed shipment was supposed to reach me on 27th october.

After that, i kept on calling them and writing to them till date, but they keep saying wait for 24 to 48 hours, there is internal prob with courier so the order is still not delivered.

The orders i placed after this, have been delivered. Then why is only this stuck with internal problem?

It has been almost 20 days, and nobody bothers to get in touch with me. It is me who keep calling and writing in vain, with no solution.

Nobody has answer as to why the order is not being delivered, and all they say is we have escalated the issue. They don"t even get back to me on my complain themselves! I have to keep calling. I am fed up now.

20 days is a long period for an order to be delivered.

I checked on the website, the shoes are still available in my size, and i want the shoes, and i don't want the refund. Because now the price of the shoes has gone up, as the sale is over. It was"flipkart assured" so it is their responsibility to send me another pair asap. Because of flipkart, i didn't even order it from any other website during the sales. I don't deserve to bear the loss for no fault of mine.

I request you to take action, and make sure i get the order delivered and i don't have to bear any loss.

    Purchased flipkart complete protection scheme while purchasing redmi note 7
    And they assured me that the plan covers all accidental damages. Their customer care executive assured me this includes the back glass panel also (Have chat details on the app), but now they are denying the claim saying body damages are not included in the scheme and then after providing them the chat sessions mentioned above there is no response from their part. Please do necessary measures for such fraudulence like complete protection.

      I have ordered 3 quantity of telephone instrument bettel m90. Then delivered only one quantity of different product (Cpu clock). I did not receive 2 other quantity. Then they generate return request of only one quantity. Again i received wrong product (This time tiffin box).
      Please help to provide my product or refund of money.

        I placed a order on 30 sep... And expcted dlivry date was 12 oct. I talked to customer care regarding this they told me i will receive my product by 17... Then on 15 my product showed out fr delivery... I got no call... And i got a text deliver attempt failed... I complaint regarding this to cutomer care they escalated my issue and i got a text i will receive my product by 22 then it changed to 23.. Oct. Then it. Changed to 24, oct... After this i got no call no msg then i again called customer care... Daily from 24 oct till today they told me i will receive my product by 4 nov then i got a cll on 3 nov n told me my product has been cancelled... O god i felt so bad... Means they caused so much trouble and trauma... N i ask them to plz give my order they askedme to plce fresh order.. What to do now... I cnt plce frsh order now... As m nt gttng dat discount... It just smply means flipkart cheated on me and caused so much trouble and trauma.. I really wamt help regarding this i want the same products to be deliver or i need compensation for this trouble

            We have requested flipkart reps mutliple times about the breakdown of these cancellation & rescheduling charges, still haven't received it.

            Also requested for the explanation that how the rescheduling charges are coming up more than the tickets available on cathay website.

            Cathay website is showing the below charges on their website for travel on these dates & you are charging us around inr 180k & how come the rescheduling charges is more than the cancellation charges. We literally feel like cheated getting tickets bought by flipkart.

            Multiple calls to your call center & have been waited long time & had given different responses. Your team gave different statements each time & doesn't help at all the customers.

            I think we bought the tickets from flipkart so it should be you who should be responsible to sort our issues not cathay airlines.

            I have ordered product on 12 OCt 2019 their promise is to delivery by 17 Oct but that not happened, Flipkart people keep on extending delivery date like 22 Oct, 26 Oct and 31 Oct, Their customer care people also not taking care.

              I registered my claim for repair under the complete mobile protection plan that i bought along with my device from flipkart. I registered a claim on oct. 7, to get my device repaired, as its camera glass was broken. They charged rs. 500 extra, which i paid and my device was picked up after that. However, i haven't received my phone back and it's been a month since filing for the claim, contrary to what should have been in under 10 business days from the date of pickup (Oct. 15). I think my phone is gone now, as the helpline no. Always beeps busy. I want to get my phone back asap and receive the refund of the excess amount i paid.

                I placed an order on flipkart on 20th october 2019 for a redmi note 7 pro smartphone (With exchange offers) making an online payment. Order id: od[protected]. The expected delivery date was 31st october 2019. The product was not even shipped till that date. I made so many complains but they don't even have the audacity to call or contact me. I repeatedly made complains using their chat features but in vain. They kept of increasing the delivery date but still the product hasn't been shipped. I want flipkart to compensate me for the same with a gift card or a written assurance that they won't reject my exchange offer without a strong reason like defective/broken phone. I think they want me to cancel the order so that they don't have to sell it for such a low price. Kinda like building pressure on me but not extensively.

                The order has still not been shipped and I was being called and asked to cancel this order and place a new one. I won't be paying ₹1685 extra for the same thing. They say that place a new order and after the order has been delivered, the seller will compensate you with the difference amount. I want the difference amount before placing the new order(I don't trust flipkart anymore). Oh, and if the seller can ship the new order of the same product, then why can't he ship the order that has already been placed.

                10/11/2019: Got a call from the social media team of Flipkart. The executive's name was Soumya. Flipkart social media team is now pressuring me to cancel the order and place a new one. First they said that the product hasn't been shiped. Then they said that the product is untraceable so the seller won't be shipping the order. Then just after 5 minutes of talking over the phone, the executive said that the product has been received back to the origin and hence cannot be shipped again. When I mentioned that you have been saying these lies to me then she said this is the only resolution I will provide, is there anything else I may assist you with? She just wanted me to cancel the order and close the case

                      I booked an order vide no. Od[protected] on 25.10.2019 after paying an amount of rs. 16, 095/-. As per the order the items are cp plus 6 bullet camera, 2 dome camera 2.4mp, 2 tb hard disk, 8 channel power supply 8 channel dvr wire and all assessories. The order delivered on 04.11.2019 with less items. There was only 4 bullet camera, 1 tb hard disk, 4 channel power supply, 4 channel dvr wire and other assessories. When i called the customer care, i was suggested by the customer care that i should cancel the order and the money will be returned or it will be replaced.
                      When i click on the cancel button, there was no option to put the reason for returning/cancel and it got cancelled. Futher, i called the customer care of flipkart and narrated the incident then i was told that my item got cancelled and money will be returned. When i requested them to provide me all the items as per my order and their invoice no. Fa bk8h[protected], dated 29.10.2019 then they denied for the same and told me that only my money can be returned. I want all items as per my booking order not my money back.

                        I purchased stuff from flipkart using paylater money of amount rs 3001. I tried paying but due to issue with flipkart i was not able to pay it, so i kept contacting flipkart customer care about this issue as i was not able to login to my account to make payment.
                        After 2 months of contacting flipkart they gave me a link to make the payment of rs 3001. I made payment on 23 october, on 26 october flipkart started calling me saying i have not paid the amount and kept on saying i have to pay rs 2833. I have not used my account after paying 3001 and they keep bothering me.

                          I ordered "acer swift 3 core i5 8th gen" laptop at big diwali sale and today i have to recieve it. But today morning i received a message informing that my product is cancelled!! I need it in urgent and at that discounted price. It is totally fault from their end. I claim flipkart for this.                                 I had ordered a Hindware 15L Storage Water Geyser on 29th Sep 2019, but till date (4th Nov 2019), the product is undelivered.
                                The delivery boy came on 20-21 Oct & asked my father to pick the product from a place that is almost 15Kms from my home, the same incident had happened on 18th Oct 2019 also for the Kent Water purifier that I had ordered, my father didn't know the Flipkart's Delivery policy so he picked the Water Purifier himself from the placed that courier boy asked him to come.
                                When I called customer care they told me not to go there & the geyser will be delivered to my home (Which address is mentioned while ordering), after that that same delivery boy came twice & called my father that if you want the product then come & collect yourself otherwise I will send it back, & same thing happened as well.
                                even as on 4th November 2019, you guys are updating in my ordered details that "Delivery Expected By 16th Oct 2019", Really? are you people living in past?
                                I would like to ask Flipkart, if you guys cant deliver a product to a Pin Code, why you guys shows that Pin Code while ordering?
                                Now I am sitting with paying full amount for a product for almost 1.5 Months buy received nothing at all, set aside the hassle, embarrassment & wastage of time by calling customer care for Dozens of time.
                                You guys are simply making fool of loyal customers & have such a pathetic customer support & coordination with your delivery partner; which you claims are in-house (e-kart).
                                Every time I calls customer care they have just same scripted replay that we will contact you within 24-48 Hrs for the resolution, but nothing has happened so far.
                                I am really regretting for ordering from Flipkart.

                                  I have ordered a wrist watch with order id- OD[protected]but I have received wrong product.

                                  My query is regarding different model that i have received.And i had conversation with your executive for refund and he agrees for the refund of the watch as its amount is Rs 4495.The watch that i have received is useless for me and its costing is Rs 5300.

                                  For that i want my Rs 4495 refund in my account as soon as possible.As I am your prime customer this much you can do for your plus members customers.

                                  Please look towards my case and solve it as soon as possible as amount is too high.called customer care many times but they are making stories as well as seniors are also doing the same.As i have more than 600 coins in my wallet and prime customer too then i am facing this problem

                                  So, look into the matter and resolve this problem.

                                  Many reasons was there for cancellation and return, as i have receieved defective products, faced size issue, and also receied different product.
                                  My many order are cancelled by deliveryman also as they have 3 attempt to deliver.If i am unable to receive my product at the first time then they used to cancel it.

                                    I ordered a ladder from flipkart and it get delivered in 9 days, but was damaged so i asked for replacement, after 2 days they took back the product and emailed that the replacement will be sent back on lastly 29th october. I needed it for diwali cleaning in house.
                                    I still waited a lot, but haven't got it on 29, i mailed and called and they told me that it will deliver on next day. I waited again, still nothing happened!!
                                    Same things going on from then.. They keep increasing the days and lastly it was 4 october, but still nothing and now they are responding that it will be delivered by tomorrow!
                                    I am pissed of this scamish thing!

                                    Beware of any replacement from flipkart! It will take forever as they will not return your money even!

                                      I purchased my iffalcon television in 3rd january, 19 (Invoice copy attached) but unfortunately it stopped working in oct, 19, i registered the complaint no in[protected] dated 17th oct, 19 & technician attended the complaint on 18th october, 19 & told that mother-board is to be replaced but today after 15 days he came with new mother board but now technician is telling mother board rcd. From the company is defective.

                                      I have received another car . It costs 700 rupees approx to me which is not affordable for me as the car sent to me was another one. Plz change and refund

                                        Flipkart has blocked my account. There are many pending orders to be completed and I can not access and track them. Also there is credit balance in my Flipkart account but I can't login it. I am contacting Flipkart customer care but they are not helping. They are giving many reasons without any proof. They are saying that the account has been blocked because there were irregularities in payment method. However there is no irregularities in payment method. I have been making payment on flipkart through the same payment method for long time. Please help
