Hi,
I have placed order on 29th sept 2019. It has not been delivered yet i. E 2nd nov.
They gave me expected delivery by 25th oct but even after 8 days there is no update.
I have called and written to them many times but there is no response.
That order is mi led tv which is still showing as "next day delievery" but in my case they have delayed it and provided no status update or reason for delay.

    The above product was ordered, booked[protected] at 16:43hrs and the same was to be delivered on[protected], till date there was no call nor have any one contacted me, infact when called the customer care does not have any update or knowledge of what needs to be communicated. Till date the product is still to be delivered and no assurance from flipkart too. They refuse to pass on the sellers and transporters information. Stating that the same cannot be disclsoed as per rule laid down by flipkart.

    The seller omnitechretail has till date no contacted me for the same.

    I had booked the product as surprise gift for diwali, and it ended up as a surprise to me till date.

    I need the product in what ever mode they commute and a compensation for the delay in service and harassment since[protected].

    They refuse to give the email id to raise a complaint too, stating the site in under maintenance.

    Looks like they have for-fitted the product and my money.

    Need the consumer forum for assistance.

      I ordered vans old skool sneakers for rs1500 from flipkart and it got delivered today (2nd november 2019). When i opened the shoes i felt something wrong from the moment i saw the shoes. I discovered it further and found out that cost of the shoes ie. Rs300 was written inside the inner portion of the shoes which was scratched out and i was shook. The quality of the shoes is very bad with threads coming out from every corner of the shoes. Flipkart is cheating us with the name of such famous brands and i want someone to take a strict action against this. I'm very dissappointed and expect a fast and effective response.

        Sir i purchase this home theater on 13.10.2019. After 01.11.2019 this product irregular power problem issue and not work properly, then i call flip cart customer care, they not help me and also told not warranty on this product and exchange time over so they not replace this product, please take immediate action on flip cart and change or replace my home theater.

          I have ordered a king size bed from flipkart on 2/10/2019, and the delivery address given to me was 29/10/2019, but the product has not got dispatched even on 29/10/2019, the flipkart has extended the issue resolving date on 31/10/2019, again on 31/10/2019, flipkart again extended the date to 02/11/2019, again today i. E., on 02/11/2019, flipkart again extended the date to 04/11/2019, they are delaying it deliberately, when i ask them to cancel the product and refund the money paid by me (β‚Ή34, 497), they are saying cancellation is not possible, they are wantedly delaying my order and responding to my cancellation request, i fear my money would go in vain. Please solve this issue as soon as possible

            Last month during big billlion days i tried to book a power bank it got cancelled automatically and it stated seller has cancelled your order due to limited stock and i booked another power bank of another company and it got cancelled again, when i complained to customer service they said its a server glitch due to which any electronics gadgets you are booking are automatically getting cancelled and they will resolve that, then after a week i tried several times and it happned the same and after this my account got blocked wiithout any information. After complaining several times in the mail, i am receiving same reply that you are reselling your orders and irony is i am not a regular buyer on flipkart infact i book products once or twice a year and they are not ready to listen. And i have a due amount of rs 474 on flipkart pay later which i need to pay this month i. E on or before 10 nov 2019. Please help me in this case..

                  I have purchased a dell laptop on 14 oct, flipkart delivered the product on 19 oct. On the day itself i made a replacement request, as the product is having manufacturing defect. The technician visit date given was 26 oct, but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 26 oct. I called 5 times and wrote mails but my issue was not resolved. Finally on one call flipkart has given the technician visit on 31 oct but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 31 oct.

                    I have chatted to subeksha one of flipkart customer agents regarding the item which was missing in the package. I have requested that i need the product. She told the current price is increased and forcing me to agree for the refund. Please check the conversation once. The agent also checking my integrity that i did speak lie. I have already mentioned to delivery agent that one item is missing. He mentioned to me check it once and after i opening the package i called delivery agent and told the item was missing. He told me to contact customer care.
                    And again one other customer agent joined in the chat and he is asking the questions about details of product, etc again. Already i was waiting in the chat sing long time also before to subheksha i was chatting with someone else. So these 3 people wasted my time and keep me waiting and irritated me.

                    I did not expect the customer service is the way it is. The service is very very poor. I am secondly thinking now how i have been shopping in flipkart all these days.

What is that shows... There after i paid 12990 rs by google pay.. Money debited from my account but in the flipkart app there are showing cash on dilivery... But may money didn't return back...                             Not delivering my product. Customer center is not giving proper response keeps on disconnecting the call. Every time they come up with a different reasons for not delivering the product. It has reached my nearest hub 2 days ago. No delivery attempts have been made. I didn't get any call from delivery partner. And the delivery is shown as failed. They are not providing any details about the delivery partner. I've been complaining since 3 days but no progress. Very careless behavior. And this is happening with every order placed. They never give delivery on time. The customer support is of no help. It's useless as they will simply ask u to wait for ur order to get delivered. This is the only solution they have.

                              Everyday i am calling but they are simply saying that give us 48 to 72hrs we will resolve your problem but still no responce from the team they are saying that we are taking a request for return and you will get a refund or else replacement but now i want my money i don’t want any replacement they simply saying
                              Soon you wll get a call back from the team but they are just giving me wrong promises till now i just belive on flipkart and you customer service is very bad i have been experience very bad the call center every time when ever i call they just giving me an instruction to wait for 48 to 72hr what is this i have been paid huge amount for my item and they have been taken return request and saying 72hr you will get a call after 72hr you people are just rejecting my return request what it is happen when i given 4times return request all 4 times return reuest is cancelled from your side now i want my money i dont want your incomplete product still my problem is not yet resolved today i am here this is the last escalation desk so thats why now i am here kindly refund my money and take your item back and resolve my problem as soon as possible just call me please on my registerd number or else you can contact me

The order was cancelled saying that there is a pin code area mismatch, even though the previous order were delivered to the same address. An earlier order for the same product was returned as the package didn't contained all the promised accessories.

                                    I booked a product which number is [protected].The delievery agent made call and asked extra Rs 40/- for product. But when I did not agree he called me his office. I could not go to his office . So he did not come my house with the product and returned the product.The delivery agent behaved me very rudely. I want that product.

                                      I order redmi 8 on oct 17 11.17 a. M i ordered through cash on delivery and i paid through google pay on that time there was a technical issue of sending money few days the money was send to flipkart i received the order through cash i also contacted google pay and bank and also complaint to upi they says the money was received by flipkart yes bank day by day but no updates no resolution came from flipkart kindly refund the amount i waited for more than 12 days

                                        I ordered nokia mobile worth about rs.13499/ on 22.10.19 from flipkart. On 24.10.2019 i got product delivery message from flipkart, but didn't get product. I raised compliant in flipkart on 26.10.19, but no response from flipkart. Still i'm not get product. From flipkart costumer care they told we sending mail to you reply for that mail. But i didn't get any mail from flipkart. Couldn't update my email address in flipkart. No proper response from their side.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        1. I'm working in Chennai and my native place is vaniyambadi, Vellore district.
                                        2. I ordered Nokia 8.1 mobile on 22.10.2019 to my home address and paid amount RS 13499 through SBI debit card
                                        3. I received message from Flipkart that my product will delivered by 26.10.2019
                                        4. On 24.10.2019 I got call from Flipkart office and the delivery boy told me where I have to deliver your product. Then I told to delivery boy keep the product in Flipkart office I can't receive my product because I'm in Chennai.
                                        5. But delivery boy told that product should be delivered today itself.
                                        6. So I said deliver the product to my home address as mentioned in my order details.
                                        7. But delivery boy refused to deliver the home address. He told service not available in your home address so I can't deliver you home address.
                                        8. Then he delivered the product at one medical shop which is near to my home.
                                        9. While asking the product from medical shop they told I already given that parcel to someone.
                                        10. But we didn't received the product. The delivery boy not giving proper to us. The delivery boy told unstable answers.
                                        11. Then I raised compliant in Flipkart but no response from them and closed my compliant without solution.
                                        12. Still I didn't get any solution from Flipkart.
