Hi,

Order id od[protected]
Return id[protected] (Replaced mobile)

From flipkart purchased mobile phone (Asus zenfone max pro m1) with that complete mobile protection plan for 1 year.

I received my mobile on 22th october 2018 but i was given protection plan which is expiring by 19th october 2019.

Plan number: jppoffk654082.

On 19th october 2019 my phone fell down and my display got damaged and earphone jack also not functioning. Immediately i checked flipkart app for details and i tapped the claim button. Blank screen appeared then i tried to contact flipkart customer care but line was busy. Then i checked my email and found my policy details.

Luckily my policy was alive, immediately i called the given toll-free[protected]. But line was busy and no response, after repeated trying then i found email id of jeeves escalation ([protected]@jevees.co.in) for the terms and condition document. There is no response for my mails.

Then i searched website jeeves.co.in, there they have mentioned different email id ([protected]@jeeves.co.in).

But i got the reply on 20th october 2019 from sujetha ([protected]@jeeves.co.in).in that they asked me forward my mail to another email id [protected]@jeeves.co.in. Then i mailed [protected]@jeeves.co.in, they replied me on 21st saying my policy expired. I was given new toll free number for clarification [protected].

Then i managed to call [protected], they replied me same and explained complete issue, they told that their higer authority will call me in 48 hours. No response from them after. I mailed [protected]@jevees.co.in and [protected]@flipkart.com.

No response from jeeves email, it's really hard to connect toll-free. But i managed to connect and explained my problem, then the support person was acting like audio problem he asked me to cut the call and call again. I asked him, how you are talking to me now? Then he continued to listen to issue but he told that his senior manager will call in 24 hours time. I told jeeves protect team is using same words and no one is calling back as you told. I just asked him contact details for escalation, he didn't provided any details instead he told me that he is connecting me to his senior agent. I was put on hold for 2 hours and call got automatically disconnected.

Flipkart person contacted after 10 days of my email and told that they will call back within 2 days. Flipkart person called today (31st october 2019) anf told "flipkart is a markey place". They mean that they are not responsible for protection plan but they advertise as "flipkart complete mobile protection plan".

I asked why you are putting logo of flipkart in protection plan? Then she responded by asking the problem. She asked me about status of jeeves on regarding the issue, i told it's very hard to reach them. She told me to try again and again, she will also get in touch with them and reply me by tomorrow.

I lost my faith with flipkart. It's clear they're cheating people in the name of complete protection plan.

If they are straight forward they wouldn't put flipkart protect in protection plan related details. If they are genuine then would have provided working email address and toll-free number. Customer's paying money and have to struggle to register a claim. Think how long it will take to process a claim!

Painful purchase!

People please beware of doing online purchase.

Flipkart is irresponsible by calling it an market place. They are integrating worst business entities with them and cheating customer's with the brand flipkart. Their products and promises are deceiving innocent people, advertising is to cheat us!

    On 29th october 2019, i paid ₹314 to flipkart at 8:38pm through upi via google pay. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed. I tried contacting flipkart but they said they had no information about the payment processing. My order id on flipkart is - od[protected]

    I repeat I paid the amount when placing the order and transaction was successful, also money debited from account. But in flipkart it was failed.

    There seems to be some issue with Flipkart Payment process since past few days as the same thing happened to us twice but after few days we got the payment back to our account so don't worry the same shall be credited back into your account as well.

      I purchased mi led tv from flipkart which was delivered a day late.
      Then the installation and demo was scheduled after 4 day but no one came...
      And when i called customer care they every time asked it will be done on scheduled day and time but it didnt happened...
      Then they rescheduled it for 2 day later but since i was not available on that day i previously asked them to postponed it for next day and they said its rescheduled according to me...
      But on that day when i again enquired about it they said it is again rescheduled for 2 days later...
      Now i am totally frustrated...
      Again there is no guarantee that the installation will be done on the rescheduled day...
      What should i do now???

        I have ordered the asus 6z on oct 21, order id: od[protected] – which had delivered to me on oct 23, would like to inform you that i have received refurnished product from your end, there is no asus brand seal on the asus 6z mobile box, the box was only covered by flipkart packaging, please check attached image

        Now i have checked and found more problems on this devise, mentioned below :-

        1. There is no 3d curved glass backplate (Gorilla glass 3) protection on this devise
        2. 48 mega pixel camera not captured proper picture.

        Please find the attached file for your reference, which are mentioned on flipkart website.


        Request you to please refund/replaced with the new original product.

          Against my booking - tracking id fmpc[protected], flipkart was not able to deliver the parcel as assured to me, everyday the new courier guy calls and assures with a new date and time and finally the order was cancelled by flipkart. When enquired at the courier pick up point the executive says he has forgotten the parcel in office, and finally after one week of this drama, cancellation message came couldn't deliver after multiple attempts.
          Reported the same to customer care number, as per them its logistics problems and there are no complaints taken.

          Looks like flipkart has no control on the logistics and delivery partners. Customer experience from a brand like flipkart is not expected in this level.

            Ridiculously bad customer service with no delivery commitment. I have placed an order for a semi automatic washing machine on 29th september 2019 and order id - 0d[protected] and still now the order delivery is in a kind of limbo. There is no communication details for the courier guy who is going to deliver and on top of that the delivery personnel never called for once. To further our agony, we are getting automated calls from the delivery partner about not being able to deliver and the option to try delivering again. I dont know what kind of professionalism is this as flipkart failed on delivering their promise for last 1 month.

              My order id - od[protected] has not been delivered till date. However date of delivery was 15/10/2019. Tracking id showing "out for delivery" since long but not delivered physically nor communicated by flipkart/courier. It is very regretted that in spite of making full payment before delivery the product has not been delivered till date which attract legal provisions for consumers.

              Several times i have contacted through customer care but till date the issue not resolved. Customer care is repeatedly assuring that today your product will reach you at your home but the result is still the same. Please refer insident id-in[protected].

              We know only the flipkart not to the courier/ seller. Hence, flipkart has the responsibility to track the same and to take appropriate necessary action to resolve the issue.
              Please take necessary action to deliver the item immediately side by side take appropriate action against seller/courier.

                    I ordered asus rog 2 phone via flipkart on october 12th. The order was supposed to be processed and shipped on 22nd of october. I did wait till 22nd for the status to be updated. But there was no status update on delivery or shipping. The seller is truenet commerce. From 22nd till date i've been calling flipkart customer care daily and trying to get the status of the phone. Everyday, the same answer repeated by the customer support team - "please wait for 24 hours for the status update".

                    I have been waiting still. There is no update on the product. I have paid the money for the phone upfront too.

                    I am worried if they are doing something regarding this.

                      On 14 th october i had purchased mi headphone of 399 and redmi note 7s phone of 8099. But for some reason i had cancelled mi headphone on 14 th october and on 16 th october i had cancelled redmi note 7s phone. They said they have initiated my headphone amount of 399 on 14th oct and on 16th oct they initiated my 8099 amount of redmi note 7s phone. I did get refund of 399 of headphone but i did not get refund of 8099 of note 7s phone. Flipkart say again and again that the refund is complete from their seller side, there is problem with your bank. And they give me 9 digit reference id which of no use. Two times i visited bank, they said they cannot check anything from that reference id, if flipkart has refunded your amount it must reflect in your account, but it is not, so go and ask flipkart they only have to check. Even sbi customer care is saying same thing. But when i said this to flipkart they say go to bank again and raise dispute. So that they get free and our problem will never solve. Because it takes lot of time in dispute

                        I have ordered shoes on 14th oct'19 which was suppose to be deliver on 19th oct'19 but i'm still not received my shoes on 31st oct'19. I have called flipkart several time but every time agent and supervisor telling me to wait 24-48 hours this is very frustrating and dissatisfaction from flipkart service. I'm using flipkart since so long and ordered so many products but never had such situation.

                        I want to escalate my issue to some sr manager or director but there no such escalation matrix.

                          We have booked a in flipkart on 04-oct-2019 and committed deliver was 15-oct-2019 but delivered on 18-oct-2019.

                          We have requested customer care many times about that and they agreed to complete with in 48 hours but never happens and same thing was repeated till 31-oct-2019.

                          When we call to them they have been telling same stories to complete the installation.

                          This is really a bad experience with flipkart.

                          Now the emi time has been started and tv was not yet installed.
                          This is really a worst process by flipkart.

                          Please help to resolve the issue.

                              I had ordered realme xt smartphone on 30th september 2019 and i received a defective piece and the replacement product was also defective. Now flipkart had told me i will get a replacement but now they are saying i will only get a refund.                                   I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. So i informed them and told my situation and even sent them photo of package and all. They initiated replacement and pick up but when on 19th october wish master came, he rejected to pick up the product saying that it is expensive product and for to pick this up we didn't get any email specifically saying that we have to pick up redmi note 7s and deliver k20 pro. So i raised a complaint about it then after i told my situation to another customer care executive and he gave me assurance that it will not happened again and filed replacement request again. After that on 30th october again wish master came and rejected to pick up the wrong product giving me same thing and saying same thing that we did not get email saying to pick redmi note 7s and deliver redmi k20 pro.

                                  The didn't resolve my problem and gave me fake assurance and lied to me that my problem is solved but again same problem occurred. It has been 2 times when my replacement and pick up request is rejected because of same reason, the reason they told me that they have resolved.

                                  It has been 1 month i did not get the product i ordered and they are just giving me dates and fake assurance and telling lie to me.

                                  My problem is not resolved . Today on 11th november wishmaster again refused to replace and pick up my product . It is 3rd time wish master refused me by giving me same excuse he gave me from last 2 times.
                                  He said that it is case of expensive product and flipkart didn't send us any confirmation email saying to pick up redmi note 7s (which i didnt order, flipkart sent it to me instead of sending me redmi k20 pro) and deliver redmi k20pro(for which i have paid 23000rs), so we can not pick up your redmi note 7s as it will be our personal responsibility because flipkart didn't send us confirmation email.

                                  I have been given this excuse since 19th october which was 1st time flipkart tried to pick up and replace. And since then its been 20 days my right product couldn't be delivered.

                                  I ordered it on 1st October and it is 11th november it has been 40 days . flipkart failed to resolve my problem .

                                  Now i dont have any trust on flipkart and their customers support team and its seller . I want them to refund money because it caused me mental stress for 30days and i dont trust them and i do not want to buy any products from them.

                                    I had ordered realme 5 mobile by debit card but before getting dispatch the fraud flipkart automatically cancelled the order but when i ordered it was in stock now after payment they send us msf that your ordered has been cancelled due to limited stock and they show your amount will be refunded till tomorrow but haven't recieved my refund

                                      No update and no message regarding the delivery of my product. I have ordered the product on 4th october 2019 and it's already 30th october which is the delivery date but still no update and no message i got. I don't know what those people are doing.
                                      Take ia as high priority and deliver as soon as possibleby today before 2 pm. Otherwise i will escalate it to the higher authority of flipkart.

                                      Without doing anything how can you mentioned that this issue is resolved. Still I didn't get any update regarding this. My concern is if the product is already reached in the nearest hub then where is the issue to deliver the product. And 2nd thing why flipkart is doing the business with those types of logistics who are not responsible to do their work.

                                      Just now I spoke with the flipkart customer care people I got shocked when they said they don't have the seller contact no. You are doing business with them but don't have contact no how it is possible. If these types of things are happening and you don't take any seriousness for a customer query then in future you people's are suffer. One time customer teach the lesson but not repeatedly. So we that customer Will not trust upon you.
                                      You are only telling customer feedback and satisfaction is your highest priority.
                                      So please make it as high priority and do the solution as soon as possible.

                                      Where is the solution for this issue? Till now I didn't get any update. This type of service is providing flipkart already 1 month is gone for delivering one product. If this type of service is providing flipkart then think about your future.

                                        Flipkart has given promotional offer of 10% sbi instant discount on debit card which was advertised in all media forum on dhanteras.
                                        I confirmed the order before placing it with flipkart as well as bank. Both approved the same.
                                        After the placing the order discount not received.
                                        I called customer care of flipkart 4-5 times, who havent addressed the complaint making different excuses everytime. Today the senior esclation desk mr. Singh disconnected the call when they found themselves unanswerable.
                                        All complaints, phone recording and screenshots are available with me.
